Beloved Lightworkers,
The changes that are taking place within each
of you will continue and each of you are discovering that you are able to express your great capacity to love and forgive
those around you with whom you cohabit and also yourselves, and as your awareness continues to expand into greater consciousness
and you attempt to put yourselves in the others’ shoes to experience their viewpoint and learn to understand their concerns.
All is in flux right now and all that you are
experiencing and working on is manifesting quickly for you so be more restrained in your thinking processes so that your thinking
brings about that which you truly desire rather than its opposite. Every day, write a list of all the things that you are
grateful for and all that you consider a blessing in your life, for this practice, along with a quick review of it throughout
the day will help you to stay focused on what is truly important to you rather than becoming side tracked by that which distracts
you from this.
Many people are stepping up to the plate right
now as they Awaken and discover their own power to bring resolution to long standing inequities in their daily lives by those
who have had control over them and they are saying “enough is enough” and this will continue in waves throughout
this year. This is the time of the Great Awakening we spoke of last year and it is now in effect upon this Planet so it is
of utmost importance for you, our Beloved Lightworkers, to stand fast and hold your Light and your vision for the Highest
outcome and the Highest good of all. Let your Light and intention be constantly on seeing this good manifest, in peace and
harmony.
Watching our Beloved Lightworkers, we of the
higher dimensions can only shake our heads in wonder at your innate ability to adapt to all the changes occurring within your
bodies, minds and emotions AND still daily send Light to all the areas of the World that are in need of it, for the highest
good and outcome of all your brothers and sisters in those areas. Your Light does make a difference and is very much appreciated
by the Earth, as this helps her keep more balanced. The energy of Love grows ever greater in its intensity and is being felt
by all of Humanity at this time, and great changes are beginning to manifest.
Most of these changes will begin first in the
minds and hearts of each person and this will become noticeable in those around you as they now begin to comprehend and understand
what you have been talking about for years. Rejoice and enjoy these moments of connection in your minds and your hearts, for
these will continue to grow and expand into greater and greater reality. Each day more wondrous happenings and miracles are
taking place and this gives encouragement and impetus for “the silent revolution” that is occurring within the
hearts and souls of all. The energy of Love is the mightiest force in the Universes and can resolve all differences as its
beam is applied.
Always remember that you never walk alone
Beloveds, for we are always at your side. If you desire greater acceleration in your spiritual progress do not forget to ask
for our assistance each night, so that you can travel to our Temples of Learning and of Healing while your physical bodies
sleep and rejuvenate and you will learn more about what is destined to come to pass within your daily life and your greater
community of Humanity and how you might grow and expand your ability to become a Divine Human.

Good day to you. I am Chuen with the Tone of
12. Together we welcome you to this grand and glorious day and encourage you to take care of yourself and truly lighten up.
Humans tend to take themselves and their situations way too seriously. Let us begin by laughing. Take time now to laugh. Deep,
hearty, belly laughs.
Get your energy flowing. Work your internal muscles.
This will energize you. Do this anytime your energy is feeling low. Although it may not be socially correct, do it anyway
and encourage others to laugh with you.
How many business meetings would be less boring
and more energized if they began with a good belly laugh? Wow, wouldn’t those creative juices flow then? Those who work
with children, take laughter breaks. So often in your educational settings, their giggles and laughter are reprimanded. Get
them laughing and watch their attention spans increase dramatically!
When you have gatherings of a spiritual nature,
take time to have laughter sessions. Rejuvenate the energy and get it flowing. Joy is the essence of your Being. Feel the
joy awaken as you laugh with uncontrollable mirth. It has been proven by your scientists that laughter is wonderful exercise
for your internal organs. Laughter is the best medicine and it’s free! There would be a lot less reliance on your medical
systems if people would laugh off their woes.
Instead of a dozen or more pills, simply laugh.
When you feel sad; laugh. When you feel tired; laugh. When your energy runs low; laugh. Laugh! Laugh! Laugh!
There are Laughter Clubs* springing up all over
the world. Worldwide, people are reaping the benefits of gathering to laugh. As each of you comes out of the closet and allows
yourself to laugh when you need it, doors will open wide for others to follow suit.
Laughter from deep inside releases hormones at
subatomic levels. It enhances awareness as you inhale more oxygen, bringing more creativity into your life. When you yawn,
you are bringing in more oxygen as you relax. When you laugh, you are bringing in more oxygen as you prepare to be more active.

Beloved ones, I greet you again with love and open arms. There is much happening at this time, and it is not obvious or out in the open yet. It is still in the shadows, not meaning that it is dark or has the quality of darkness. Yet you could say that, as a seed is in the darkness of the earth before it breaks forth into the light. So much is growing, changing, like an embryo moving towards its birth. Your world is changing, and there is much that will be newborn. You are moving into a new birth of a new time, and you are already in that process. A birth does not begin at the moment the baby emerges from the womb. It begins at the moment of conception, and even that is a continuation of previous lives and incarnations of your soul-journey. And so this birth has been growing for lifetimes and eons, and now you and all beings on Earth are pregnant with this new age of change. And like the process of human birth, it is not always easeful and comfortable. It can be, if you are aligned to it, surrendered into what is wanting to come forth. And if you resist it, it is often difficult. A birth is a kind of ending, an ending of your previous life. Especially with a first child, a birth brings a dramatic change to the parents’ lives, and marks the ending of their life in an adult-centered world and the beginning of family life that includes children. Similarly, this change you are all involved in is an ending as well as a new beginning. This will become more obvious during this next period of time. You will see more and more endings, as familiar structures in your society give way, making way for the new. If you only see this as ending or collapse, it can be frightening. Yet this is the cycle of life in the third dimension, where there is birth, life, death, and re-birth. It is a continuing cycle, which depends on all the parts to exist. So your death is necessary for the re-birth of the new. Many of you have been taught that birth is joyful and death is the opposite, something to be fought against, as in a battle. Your doctors often speak of losing the battle when someone dies. This is not an accurate understanding of the larger picture, for death is simply a transition into a new beginning somewhere else. Each person dies when their soul is complete with this circumstance and ready to move on. This could be because they have learned their lessons and fulfilled their experiences in this incarnation. Or it could be that their physical body is exhausted or depleted to the point that it isn’t supporting them any longer to continue in this form. Or perhaps they have chosen at a soul level to support a larger process, a bigger dynamic through transitioning out of the earth-plane at a particular time. Many people in your third dimensional world also believe that only the physical reality exists. This idea is supported by your scientific model of doubting all that isn’t able to be proven at the physical level. This point of view also contributes to the disposition of fear around death, viewing death as an absolute ending. Yet you also know of other viewpoints, other cultures who have had different understandings. Ultimately, you will know with certainty at some point that death is only a transition into life in another form. However, there’s a kind of catch-22 to this, in that you will only know this once you go beyond third-dimensional consciousness. And all of you will do that at some point. Some of you are already doing that, and many more will be opening to this over the next two years and beyond. It is somewhat like a child. When a child is very small, they can’t fathom the things they will be capable of as an older child, a teenager, an adult, and beyond. Yet they are inevitably heading there. It is programmed into their DNA. And the same is true of all of you. Your growth into higher dimensions is programmed into your being. It may happen in this lifetime, or in future lifetimes, but it is where you are all headed. And in this next phase, the feminine is strengthening for all of you. Part of this will manifest in your relationship to the Earth. You will start to see her as part of you, your mother in a very real way. You will start to love her, your heart will open to her, you will care for her in a natural way. And at the same time your own inner feminine will be blossoming, and this will result in a softening at the heart. This is actually a new kind of strength that is coming in. It is like a building that is in a fierce wind. If the building is rigid, it often sustains more damage than a structure that has give and flexibility. And you will see the feminine parts of yourself, as well as women in general, moving into more leadership roles. This will not be exclusive, as there will be an easeful and supportive sharing between men and women, the masculine and the feminine, in leadership. And part of this will be because power will be used in service to life, rather than to suppress others for one’s own benefit. This is a wonderful age that is coming in, and I tell you these things to help you hold the vision, to guide the ship, and to trust through the challenges of change, the pangs of the birth process. A woman in childbirth may be incredibly exhausted, yet she continues and finds the reserves to give more than she thought was possible because she knows the outcome and is single-pointed in going all the way through until the child is born. And so I encourage all of you to hold the vision, to support yourself in the process, to help yourself and others through this birth, with love and wisdom. I love you and support you most dearly. You did a vanishing act. You vanished from yourself.
You turned away from the beauty and vitality of yourself. What a thing to do. You looked for outside entertainment and forgot
about the wealth within. Meanwhile, the inner beauty and vitality of yourself are vibrating within you, and you may not even
have said, “Knock, knock, come out.” You have such depth and breadth within you wanting to come out and play with
you. What fun you will have.
This inner partnership is very strong. Nothing
will defeat it. Nothing will discourage it. It is ready and waiting for you at a moment’s notice, at no notice at all.
Say the word and your inner brightness will come out and dazzle you with its splendor. This is the splendor of you I am talking
about.
There are undeniable layers of you. You have
stayed pretty much on the surface. You haven’t even scratched the surface, beloveds. You are like the gold miners who
dug for gold and just didn’t go deep enough. They skipped over a great gold mine, just as you may skip over the great
gold within you.
Your inner wealth is not dismayed. It watches
your contortions. It tries not to laugh when you say you have nothing to do or are bored. Your inner being says: “How
can my partner conceive of boredom when there is all this light and love around, and it is already ours. We don’t even
have to ask.”
Your inner being stays faithful to you. He will
hang around as long as you want. It does make a difference to him, however. He wants to get the show on the road, so to speak.
He is eager to dance with you for all the world to see. He wants you out on the dance floor. He wants to set the world on
end. He knows it is time for the axis of the world to spin and for you to reach the stars.
What if the little you vanished instead of the
mighty hero within? What if your personal importance took a hike? Then you would be without ego. All the things that matter
to you, all the fronts, all the impersonations would lose their luster, and your true light would shine. Oh, it is dazzling,
your true light. It is just like Mine.
Meanwhile, you play the piano of your little
self, and the Grand Piano bides its time. Who would play a spinet when he has a Grand Piano to play? What is within you is
no Baby Grand. You’d better know that now. What you have within you is more powerful than an atom. What is within you
contains all that can be.
You have everything and know little yet. Be wise
and let go of all your programmed self and the programmed selves of everyone. It is only an act with a paid audience, so to
speak.
Come out with more of what you truly are. Come
out with more of Who you truly are.
Your inner self is the biggest thing there is.
It is not meant to be hidden. We can say that your inner self is encoded, and yet it is not a code. It is the light and energy
of life itself. It is your passport to Heaven. You have misplaced your passport. Well, you haven’t really misplaced
it. It is right where it is, only you haven’t looked there. You have been looking everywhere else but where it is. To
one degree or another, this is the case. Will the Real You stand up?

Greetings! I, Sekhmet, stand before you
with my army of Paschat Warriors to tell you of the urgency of this moment in your time. This is about Freedom!
This is about retaining what little freedoms each individual inhabitant of Planet Earth has at this time, and about enlarging
and expanding upon the freedoms which have been slowly and systematically taken from each and every one of you. Freedom
is your birthright as a citizen of Planet Earth, as indeed it is the birthright of all of the Kingdoms of Mother Gaia.
And it is to take a stand that we ask you to participate with us, stand tall with these brave ones in your State of Wisconsin
in the United States of America, because they have the Courage and the Heart and the profound desire for Freedom - to stand
out in the freezing cold, not just for an hour or two but for days on end, and they will continue. Stand with them!
Stand with all of those in the countries of the Middle East who are being attacked by those of the dark who are trying so desperately to hang on. And you may give them a message from me. You may tell them that I and my army are on the march, and it is to end, with Freedom for all of the World and all of its inhabitants! Beloved Ones, this is the time when all of these things are coming to the Light, the news stories, the feelings and the empowerments which are coming in to each and every one of you. And so we have asked as a symbol that this song of Wisconsin** be placed upon the Ashtar website for you to listen to and for it to inspire you. Send it out! Send it out and if you have a website, post it. Send it to those who have websites and ask them to post it as a solidarity mission for the entire planet. Let us stand together as One! Let us not only keep the flame of Freedom burning bright, but let us power it up until everywhere, its flame, its Light burns as never ever seen or felt upon planet Earth since the very beginning, before the veil. Let us stand tall in Courage together! Let us put our Hearts and our Minds and our Spirits into this mission!
