Merkabah is defined as: “The divine light vehicle allegedly used by ascended masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light, (wheels within wheels), spirals of energy as in DNA, which transports spirit/body from one dimension to another.”

It is true that what was concealed should come to the Light, people have to become aware of the heinous crimes that have been planned against the Earth and its inhabitants, but keep this stream of facts and assumptions in proportion, above all hold them in the Light. Don't immerse yourself in the dense shadows they cast. Don't let their daunting feeling choke your Light.

Realize that your thoughts affect your future, therefore be careful not to indulge in thoughts that you do not want to see manifested. Combined with strong emotional stimuli they work like a magnet.

Now emotional stimuli can not be avoided, but by finding your balance and having knowledge of the bigger picture, it is easier for you not to get yourself too much entangled in the drama. The more that are able to regain their balance, the more the effects can be mitigated.

Beloved one, look at the different flowers that are along the pathway. The zinnia does not look like the pansy. The lily does not look like the daisy. They’re all beautiful, each in their own way.

Well, it’s the same with all of you—many different varieties. You walk on two feet, for the most part, but you’re all different; unique experiences. And yet underlying all of it is the divinity of the Oneness that you are.

We are the Arcturian group, here to assist those wishing to ascend into the new energies pouring forth onto your planet at this time. You are creating and we are assisting. We are not the doers, you are the doers. Many must, and many are learning to come into their power; the power of trust and the power of confidence which pours forth from true knowledge and awareness.

When an individual begins to really believe and know (not just intellectual knowledge) that they are the Divine in manifestation--not a just a part of it, but the actual expression of IT, embodying all the Divine qualities, then that individual is able to finally release those bonds of fear born of the false concepts and beliefs that have gripped mankind for eons. This is the goal of the journey dear ones.

This realization is the last step before moving into a new state of consciousness, the realization that you are actually that Divine Consciousness from which all manifests-- because IT is all there is.

The energy of mankind on earth up to now with few exceptions has been one of duality and separation which led most to believe themselves separate from each other as well as the Divine. The beliefs resulting from this sense of separation and duality have been taught, promoted by those you looked to for answers, and generally fed to you in all forms for eons.

There is no blame in that you accepted and lived from that which you were taught because you chose the experience of duality and separation. You chose to evolve in the earth school-- to find your way back to truth through and in spite of the difficult and often painful manifestations created from these beliefs. You have done it and are ready now to graduate and leave behind the concepts and beliefs of third dimensional energy.

Not all are ready for this evolutionary leap which is why many of you find that you must lovingly move forward in your personal journey alone, leaving behind friends or family who refuse to leave what they already believe is truth.

You are ready to take this next step and this is the big one. The gate to the new awareness and energy is the realization that you are ONE. One with Divine Consciousness, one with each other and not just humans--all living things for there is but one life.

You must also understand that you are one with your manifestations, for you create your world. Many believe that they are victims, and indeed they are victims, but of what? They are victims of their own ignorant state of consciousness which will always manifest in the outer as...this sounds harsh, but you must realize that consciousness always manifests and if there is even a small bit of consciousness of duality and separation, it will manifest. There is no blame, we simply explain how it works.

All that is real is governed by law and is forever. Anything formed of the false beliefs and concepts of the third dimensional consciousness is not governed by law and can be changed. You are doing that now as you open to more and more light through your decision to evolve and seek truth within yourselves. You are beginning to trust that you can do it and are adding more and more energies of truth to your state of consciousness which in turn is then manifesting in higher, better, and more evolved forms in the outer. You are seeing much chaos now and you question, but know that it is the Light pouring onto the earth at this time pushing to the surface all that needs to be looked at and released.

An un-evolved state of consciousness, one heavily enmeshed in duality and separation will manifest as war, rape, abuse etc. You see, it is the state of the consciousness through the mind that manifests in the outer. God has never decreed that suffering is good for you. Because of who you really are, you are creators, manifesting your state of consciousness on personal and universal levels.

Many who suffer say; "We did not create this." Dear ones, you did not intentionally create the painful issues of your lives, but the fact that you still have a consciousness of duality and separation, simply functions to manifest it in your experience. Please understand that you hold great power of creation, for you are indeed the Divine in manifestation. Not your human self, no, don't go around saying I am God in an egotistical way, but simply understand that your true essence, that which is your truest Self, is Divine.

A great master revealed this to mankind 2000 years ago, but the people were not ready. You are ready now. You have been on a journey that only the very brave undertake... strong and courageous souls choosing to evolve through the fog of duality and separation which is the hardest of all evolutionary journeys a soul can choose. You chose this path brave ones, and when you graduate you will understand how powerful you really are and how much more knowledgeable because of the difficult path you willingly chose.

I began meditating and searching more deeply in the late 60s. and after many side journeys was led to and began working with the mystical principles presented in Joel S. Goldsmith's "Infinite Way" material. These deeply mystical teachings moved me into an increasingly intense desire to more deeply understand and bring together in practice the many world teachings, modalities of healing, and myths. This in turn led to a series of intense inner shifts (not all so pleasant) and an ability to communicate with my guides and other Teachers of Light.

I have studied many healing modalities and work as a channel for personal readings but my main interest and focus is to help others awaken into a deeper realization of their innate perfection and reasons for being here.

My Beloved Ones whose hearts are so filled with Love, I Am Lady Portia, the Almighty presence of freedom and expression. Justice is my trump card, my dedication and my origin. Balance is my result, my expression and my being. I welcome you heartily, my dear ones, for I am so full of Love for all of you and I wish to greet your lovely hearts and to share them with mine.

What once was my highest trump card will now become yours as well. Balance will reign in yourselves and balance will be the result in which you and your world will find yourselves. Balance is the key to harmony. And, Beloved Ones, that will be the end result. You will be in perfect harmony because you will be balanced within yourselves and with the cosmos. You will be one with the universe and beyond ; you will be one with yourself, with your Twin Flame, with your world and with the surrounding spiritual worlds.

Is is for the new, upcoming world that I personally pledge my allegiance and my full cooperation. Cooperation in itself is very important in this whole process. My true nature is important as is yours and so it is for every soul on Earth. Every form of energy, no matter how seemingly insignificant, gathers an enormous force which contributes to this present transformational process of yourselves and of Gaia. Nothing is useless or too insignificant to contribute in anyway possible. All is useful and has meaning in life, even the smallest cell regardless its form. All cooperate collectively and because of this fact, the illusion in which you dwell will also end collectively through the process of transformation.

All assistance and all forms of energy are now very important and are, quite frankly, a dire necessity. Remain persistent in your soul tasks, dear ones, as your help is needed now more than ever. At present we enter the most arduous months of the transformation process meaning that in the coming months you must stay true to yourSelf in complete serenity and harmony, one with yourSelf. What I am trying to say to you is that there is a lot that will unfold in a relatively short period of time ; a fact that you already feel deep down in your heart … deep in your own Truth and in your I AM Presence. Don’t ignore what your heart is revealing but listen closely. Your heart is your own cosmic source of information; it is your essence and your True Self; it is your Source of Love. It all starts from your heart and from nowhere else: not from outside yourself nor from someone else, but from your inner I, your heart!

I advise you all to go within, on a daily basis, inside your heart; there you will find what you already know. Your heart never withholds the truth, it literally is jumping and thumping to share your love with yourself, with others and with Mother Earth. Release this Love and this information and open your heart to yourself. Love yourself, Love yourself immensely. If only I could let you feel what you are capable of when you open your heart center. Your little heart contains so much more power than you can imagine. The power of creation lies in your heart; huge creations are possible; it’s in this way the cosmos was created. You are that powerful; you are Creators each and everyone of you: you are a mentor, you are a Master!

I love you all beyond words, I love all lifeforms in this universe unconditionally, no exceptions!! Please know that I am at your beck and call, my heart goes out to this world and to you. It is my desire to assist you wherever I can but know that it all starts from within yourself. I follow you and travel along throughout these times in which the Galactic families will come to the fore and where the animal – and plant kingdoms will reveal not only their true selves but also their significance …

Look around you, dear ones, everything and I truly mean everything has its purpose .. and this is now unfolding. Love the animals as they genuinely love you! Love the plants and the water elements, as they too love you! They love you so much that they in a way have sacrificed themselves to stand by your side through it all. They are living beings just as humans are and they too are endowed with a soul, an energy, an aura … Even plants possess some kind of energy and aura, they also are living creatures. The plants were designed to be, first and foremost, the food source for humans and so much more. Never the animals, certainly not, in no case! Nonetheless, the beloved animals have chosen to experience slaughter to provide meat for humans, that is the extent of their love for you.

I love the animal kingdom so much, they are wise and spiritual souls who, just like us, have been placed in this duality for a reason. They are in no way less than us, quite the contrary : they make extra-ordinary friends and I myself love to dwell amongst them. This gives me so much joy and love. We are all one. Never forget that! Including the animal and the plant kingdoms and all elements on Earth.

Last week in this space I said that there is a reason that taking the focus off of myself and placing on others has worked so effectively in changing my life, and I promised that I would continue that discussion this week.

Separation is an illusion. No one is separate from anyone else. Therefore, what I do for you I do for me, and what I fail to do for you, I fail to do for me. What I give to you I give to me, and what I fail to give to you, I fail to give to me. What goes around comes around.

As noted above, you may not always receive it in return from the exact person you gave it to, but in the overall scheme of things Life will bring to you--sometimes from totally unexpected sources--what you bring to it.

As soon as I turned my life outward--worrying very little about how a thing affected me, or how my life was going, or what I imagined that I needed, but focusing outward instead, looking to see if there was some place or some way in which I could offer my gifts to bring help or joy to others--I found a pathway to real happiness and genuine inner peace.

That wonderful spiritual teacher of mine who I mentioned earlier, the minister named Terry Cole-Whittaker, once asked a room full of people, in which I was seated: "What would you do if you felt that you were through with you? What if you were finished, and God told you there was nothing more you had to do to make yourself better, or more perfect? What if God said you are fine just the way you are, that you are perfect in God's eyes just the way you are showing up right now. Then what would you do? What would you work on? What would you tell yourself you had to 'fix' over there, or heal about yourself, or accomplish in order to feel 'whole'?

"What if you didn't have to go to one more workshop, attend one more seminar, hear one more sermon, or read one more book? What if God said, 'You're done! You've got it.' Now what will you do? If you had nothing you needed to do to 'fix' yourself, if someone told you that your life is perfect just the way it is, what would you do then?"

Well, Terry said, you might just decide to reach out and see what you could do to help others realize the same thing about themselves. And in that moment your whole experience of yourself would shift.

Powerful, powerful words. Life changing words. And when I embraced those words, and all they brought when put into action, I had given myself the Holy Experience as it relates to my larger life in the world.

As the days flow one into the other, there is a freshness of energy that permeates all. There are many distractions that come to seduce you from your path and it is important that you be in touch with your own power and your own part of the Divine Plan. Many times it has been said, “seek ye first the kingdom of God and all else will follow,” and this holds true today more than ever before. You will never be led astray if you follow your inner guidance, for you know then that your path is safe, your path is perfect for You. By aligning with your Great I AM Presence, your OverSoul, you strive ever to reach for the stars and become the manifestation of your highest vision. This, many of you do, with great dedication and we say, do not give up just before the dawning of all that you have held dear to become manifest here on Earth.

As the bridges between Heaven and Earth, you have helped and are continuing to help, shape the destiny of the World that you live in. Every single thought, word, action and deed has an effect on the general consciousness that prevails upon your Planet and by choosing to keep your thoughts on the highest vision, you bring to your World a new template upon which the new World that is dawning will base its precepts. At this moment in time, it seems that you are as fish out of water, moving against the current of prevailing thought forms and established patterns.

Sometimes it is not easy to walk this Path of Light into the unknown. There is familiarity in the status quo and it can seem comforting to abide in this space for a time but you must persist in maintaining your highest visions for the World you desire to create and live in. A World that meets the needs of all, where everyone has their basic requirements for life met without eking out an existence which does not leave room to explore the magnificence of your true Self. This is the Self you must now talk to and bring into greater prominence in your everyday life. Call upon this greater and higher expression of you to come in and manifest in your daily life.

Your Higher Self has created the matrix of energy around you that will open the doors to a greater union with this Divine aspect of your Human self. It remains now for your conscious intent and willingness to align with this newly created field that vibrates at a greater level than before. It is your will that needs to align with the greater Will and surrender in trust to the glory of God that resides within you. Make this your highest intention at the beginning of your day and all that needs to manifest will do so. Walk ever in God’s grace, Beloved Ones, for you are blessed beyond measure.

Geoff West and I interviewed Sierra Neblina yesterday (July 27, 2012) on the pace of Disclosure generally and the significance of the Olympics for Disclosure. Sierra is a Pleiadian starseed with a braided walk-in and a representative of Earth to the Galactic Federation.

She revealed that the Galactics are trying to push the hand of some government leaders to acknowledge that the time for Disclosure is well past. For the Galactics things are just not going fast enough.

Sierra tells us that Earth officials have until August 4th before matters are taken out of their hands and pass into the hands of the Galactics. Aug. 4 is the divine deadline for terrestrial leadership to impact events around Disclosure.

Prior to August 4th, the Galactics have not been able to just come down here and land. That would have been in violation of the human planetary evolutionary processes. Past Aug. 4, the needs of the Divine Plan for Ascension take precedence over the free will of the people opposing Disclosure.

She said that time after time officials have sat on their hands after agreeing to plans. Now their hand may need to be forced if they don’t start to allow certain things to happen. The Galactics have said to world leaders: “If you don’t get back on track we will use the Olympics for our purposes.”

She said that there were agreements to put the right people in the right place during the Olympics. The Galactics work by setting up several different scenarios, rather than just one. It could be that an actual Galactic person – a participant in the games – comes forward to show their true higher-dimensional form during the Olympics, or a ship lands during an event, or sightings occur where news people are watching.

There have been increased sightings for some time now. The quality of witnesses coming forward has been “incredible,” she says. It’s happening a lot but it just isn’t getting to the airwaves fast enough. There are a lot of people filming right now but what they produce has not been allowed to come to air.

The Galactics won’t be satisfied with a broadcast in which viewers are seeing something happen in a nebulous room. They want people to be able to see the ships in the sky with their own eyes.

Sierra said that a “go” team from the 2012 Scenario and InLight Radio will actually go on site and report developments. Geoff West has been given his early notice that he will be “pulled over.” Sierra felt such a call was imminent.

The Denver shooting was an attempt to divert a plan that President Obama had to have a high-ranking American official come forward and make Disclosure through the release of documents. It put that plan on the hoist and forced Obama to go back to his contact and say, “What are we to do now?”

Sierra saw President Obama in Farrah’s hospital room and feels he has a strong walk-in presence. He’s full of compassion. She said a lot more on the subject but again it wouldn’t be prudent to discuss it now.

Sierra discussed the special significance of Denver to President Obama and for his presidency, explaining why he had to come to Denver and set things right. But that discussion also has to wait.

Sierra described a time a few months down the road when Galactic and Earth children would come together and tell the adults, “Enough. We’re here to show you the way and it’s time for you to listen.” She said that they’re being prepared on the ships right now to be ready to play their part.

There are systematic steps that are being put in place. Some of them get moved around but there is a hard plan. But because governments have been dragging their feet and blocking some of the stuff that’s ready to go on TV, there will need to be a forcing of the issue.

The Olympics is the perfect time. The whole world is watching. It’s when every country has a stake in something. We’re going to see a lot of beautiful things from the athletes themselves and from countries. She predicts that global consciousness will start to rise very quickly in the next two weeks.

There have been hundreds of landings but everyone has been locked into a cover-up. The galactics have repeatedly said here’s the next thing you need to do. But the foot-dragging has slowed progress down or brought it to a standstill.
