Stay in Connection with
the Field of Unity
Greetings Dear One, I have heard your call to us and we are here. We are always available to you, always ready and wanting to help you. And so your call is always received and responded to. And we thank you for calling on us. It allows us to help you, as we so want to do. We cannot help until you ask, as we respect your free will. You are feeling the shock of the news of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, as are so many. Some have been killed or hurt, some have had their physical circumstances greatly affected, some have loved ones or those they care about affected. And at the energetic level all of you can feel an affect from this event, if you are open to feeling it. This is part of the reality of your nonseparation. It tends to become more real, more obvious, more palpable, at times of crisis. Then the more superficial ideas and programs that generally fill your mind and consciousness fall away, and what is left is your deeper reality. And a part of this deeper reality is your care for others, and your connection to them. So many of you are wondering what to do when you hear this news and are feeling shock and fear and sadness and powerlessness. This is what you are feeling, is it not? The first place always is to allow your feelings, to embrace them. Start with where you are. Breathe fully and open to the feelings. Let them in. They are your ally, and will guide you to where you need to go. As you open to your feelings, let them take you to their source. Your shock comes out of your natural human longing for predictability and order. Your fear comes out of your need for safety. Your sadness comes out of your compassion for others, and your desire for their protection and well-being. Your powerlessness comes our of your desire to help, to contribute to others’ well-being. There may be other feelings, and you may connect with other sources of your feelings, but the sources will always be these kinds of beautiful qualities that live within you, that are part of you, and that come from your Divine nature. So let yourself experience the feelings as long as you need to, and don’t stop there. Take the feelings all the way to their source. And when you’ve made that connection with source, feel how important those inner Divine qualities are to you, how much you value predictability, order, safety, compassion, protection for people’s well-being, and contributing to the well-being of others. Those are beautiful qualities, truly Divine qualities. When you connect with them you will come to peace. You will also re-connect with God, as God lives in and through and as you. You will re-connect with your wholeness. When that occurs, you can feel that the world is whole, even if there are events that are bringing pain or hardship to people and the Earth. This world, as you know it in the third dimension, is always changing. There are constant cycles of birth, sustenance, change, death, and rebirth going on. And all of it is God. There is no separation from God. All who are on the Earth came here to experience God in this form, to know God in the lower dimensions. And so experiencing pain and difficulty and loss and death and change is part of the experience that souls have chosen to have here. It is not a punishment or an exclusion from God. It is all part of God. When beings die or suffer in some way, their souls have generally chosen this as part of their path and experience, or part of serving a greater process. And those who are leaving the earth plane are still continuing their soul’s journey, still completely embraced and enfolded by God. There is not separation from God. Seeing this at a time of hardship is challenging for many of you. What is really happening is that you’re confronted with how you always relate to life and God. But you usually mask it through all your daily activities and concerns, your busyness, your plans and ideas for your life, and your habits of avoidance or addiction. Then when something happens that seems tragic or big or serious, your everyday habits of avoidance and busyness suddenly fall aside and you get to see what your real relationship to life is. This is valuable, because from there you can start to do real spiritual practice. Begin with your feelings, which are a gift of Divine guidance. Embrace them and let them take you to Source. At Source, connect with the Divine as the Divine manifests in you – through your Inner Divine Qualities that are tapped into through the feelings. Rest in those Inner Divine Qualities – your love of order, predictability, safety, protection of life, compassion for others and their well-being, wanting to help and contribute to others’ well-being – until you feel your connection with God, and your peace and wholeness returns. From that place you are now ready to act. And know that the primary action is always prayer and blessing. Call upon God, in whatever form you relate to God, and your guides and angels who bring the power of light and love to you. Ask for the highest good for all those affected by the event. Ask for Divine intervention, knowing that you may not know what that will look like. Send the violet flame of trasmutation to all those affected by the event, including the animals, plants, and the Earth. Send light and love. And then trust God, and maintain your connection to God. There may be other actions you take. Perhaps you can send money. Perhaps you can help in another way. You will know what is right for you, once you are connected to God. Celebrate your unity with all, and this opportunity to connect at a deeper level with your unity with all. That is your true condition, and what you are all moving into realizing more and more. Make use of this event to stay in connection with that field of unity, to continue to live from a place of deeper reality, even as you do your more ordinary activities of life. Let this opening serve you and continue to open your hearts and your minds and your world. We love you and are with you now and always. We encircle you in love and light and support you in your growth. The Universe awaits your presence as Galactic
Beings, for which you are being prepared. As long as you have the desire to advance from Earth to the higher dimensions, you
will reach them without any real difficulty. Everything that you need is in the process of taking place, and that is the great
interplay of energies that come from as far away as the Central Sun. You make the effort to attract the higher energies and
they will most certainly reach you. Proof already exists, as some souls are now aware that just recently their consciousness
levels have risen quite substantially. This year will be one that opens up many opportunities for those of you who desire
to contribute to moves to bring peace to the Earth, or partake in the restoration of Mother Earth to her pristine condition.
We know there are many of you who are eager to help in some way, and be assured your offer will be noted.
What is very heartening is your appreciation
of the situation that you are now in. It is the storm before the calm, and requires as many of you as possible to see it through
without taking your eye off the ultimate goal. The distractions are many, and the dark Ones will not withdraw until they are
given an ultimatum. Either they resign as requested or they will be placed in an untenable situation where they have no alternative.
Every soul will at some stage have to face the music where their deeds are concerned, but we are not out to punish anyone
and will allow the greater powers to deal with crimes against the Human Race. Everything about you is known and you cannot
fool anyone, or lie your way out of what you have done. Even your intentions are known down to every thought that you have
ever had.
You will obviously know if you have some dark
deed on your consciousness, forgiveness starts with yourself. You have been in duality to learn from your experiences, and
it is only human to make mistakes. These are not held against you, but at some time you will be called upon to make them good.
The concept of “an eye for an eye” is not in fact how karma works, and you help decide what further experience
you need to overcome your weakness. Ultimately you will become much stronger as a result of it, and never have to go through
the exact same experience again. Lightworkers have normally reached a level of understanding where they can be expected to
create very little karma in their present lifetime. There is an inner knowing of what is right or wrong that carries them
through the challenges of duality. There is a stronger voice within that cautions them when they are likely to move away from
their life plan. Freewill is your God given right, but once you agree to a life plan every opportunity is taken by your Guides
to keep you on it.
When you have ascended you will have little or
no problems with the lower energies, as they cannot exist in the higher vibrations. However, it is for example possible to
incur karma, even when your motives have been pure and honest. In doing good there is a need to ensure that you do not also
“interfere” with a souls life plan. However, you will be aware of what is required of you, and unlikely to inadvertently
step out of line. You will in any event likely be part of a group that work from a shared consciousness. If you do, it will
be because you are drawn together in a common purpose. Some of you incarnate together for that very reason, and where Earth
families are concerned they can be very powerful. As you might say, “for better or worse” you will always find
the ones you are meant to be with, so look at the lessons that arise from such associations. It does not matter who instigates
the experiences that you have together, as whomsoever they touch are meant to be part of it.
Keep calm as the events on Earth progress, as
at times it will appear rather unsettling but know that nothing will last for very long. There is a lot of clearing to take
place, but very soon you will understand the purpose and take it in your stride. Better still disclosure will open the door
to first contact with you, and in next to no time we will establish a world-wide communications system. You will know of our
plans because we wish you to be part of what is going to take place. Certainly there will be increasing activity as time progresses,
and meanwhile we monitor what is happening to keep a tight rein on the dark Ones. We carry out far more actions than you have
been aware of, and of necessity we keep the details to ourselves. However, you have for example heard of our operations, to
show that we meant our orders to your governments that nuclear weapons will not allowed to be used. We proved that we could
at will disable the warheads on your missile sites.
Over millennia of time we have protected you
and your Earth, and often that has been some natural calamity. Wars are your affair and it is karmic because of your previous
desires to war with your neighbors. The big cry for peace has now brought you help, and we were allowed to respond to it.
You have clearly stated that you have had enough of wars, and the plans to put a stop to them once and for all now exist.
We will not have any difficulty in ensuring world peace. Again it comes down to our superior technology, and if attempts are
made to break the peace agreement we will intervene with the blessing of the Creator. We therefore ask you once again to keep
calm, and send out your Light to where or whom you feel needs it the most. Love is a powerful weapon that can melt the hardest
heart, and as you come together to send it out so it carries much more power.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and speaking for my
group wish we could make a few landings to inspire you. However, we have to pay our respects to your protocol and it will
all be done with proper planning and permission. Eventually we will be known all over the world, and you will find it fun
trying to identify the civilization connected with the vast numbers of craft that will be seen. The smaller scout craft will
be regularly seen in your skies, as these are specifically used for traveling in your atmosphere. In this connection, let
us say that the one George Adamski did have a meeting with Venusian’s. They landed with their bell shaped scout craft,
which type was sighted on a number of other occasions. In fact there have been numerous contacts of this nature, going back
hundreds of years. We look forward to the exciting times ahead, and celebrations will be in order when we show up.

A new wave of higher frequencies have landed,
and with it a new sense of timing, possibility and renewed purpose has landed too. We are now called to anchor in a new awareness
and way of navigating the wave patterns formed by these rarefied frequencies. These new global patterns will influence the
trajectory of our lives for the next 5 - 7 years, and greatly intensify through early 2013.
These past few months have reminded me that simple
higher awareness of the world is not what will bring about a personal transformation or a radical shift in global consciousness.
It is the heart to heart connections with others, and the willingness to speak truth with loving kindness that is transforming
the world.
If you have fully sat in the stillness and allowed
your heart to be your guide, you are poised and ready to exponentially spiral upward along with growing numbers of our light
brothers and sisters.
These past months may have brought up the dregs
of unconscious decisions made so long ago (buried or forgotten). The associated actions created a particular trajectory of
life--the life we are living now. Just looking at the ramifications of those choices could have become unbearable if we were
still holding onto any measure of self-judgment.
Any memory that still finds us holding onto judgment
of the self or others keeps us in a perpetual state of suspended animation. Mustering the courage to let go of self-judgment
is a true gift because it affords us the opportunity to clear the distortion. By doing so, more light flows into our lives
which directly impacts the way we make choice.
This time of life review has worked to prepare
each of us for navigating this new energetic terrain by first challenging us to unburden our heart then to let go any
behavior that constricts us.
Time is clearly accelerating and the purification
was needed to put us squarely in a position of unconditional acceptance of self and others.
You might have experienced these past few months
as just plain tired or perhaps you felt unfocused, or in a state of limbo even as you were sensing impending change. There
was divine purpose in that inability to see or sense the opening we are only now beginning to realize.
What seemed like some form of a barrier or limbo
was actually preparing us and the rest of the world for what is to come, which is a complete reshuffling of the global energy
patterns, some of which have been in play since the early 1900s.
We are all in this together, and each part of
the grid of global conscious affects the whole.
As this new wave carries us forward, the need
to remain flexible in our day to day choices will become self-evident. Our willingness to shift away from a stance of rigidity
of any kind at a moment's notice will find us magically in the right place at the right time. Remaining fluid and nimble in
our awareness to see all sides before making a choice, a choice that would have in the past seemed simple or logical, will
find us seeing through the illusions invariably trip us up.
Self-reliance on logic alone is about to get
turned on its proverbial head. No longer can we rely solely on the mind from here on out. In fact, our heart must become fully
recognized as the leader in this new game of making choice. No other way will work. Allow the mind to figure the puzzle out
after your heart has weighed in not before. This will ensure the greatest degree of fluidity. Keep checking in with your heart
frequently until you have gained your new sea legs.
Because these new energy patterns have altered
probable outcomes, and changed the way we will manifest the realities are clearly reflected in our awareness of the world,
learn to anticipate the unexpected.
The key word from here on out is that delightful
surprises are the new norm.
If you have clearly aligned with your heart,
there is nothing to be worried about. Just be prepared for one delightful surprise after another. Change will not feel stressful
or a burden but a joy.
Delightful surprises = change.
See what springs forth and captures your attention
and go with it. Those long ago self-aligned actions were seeds of desire that were firmly planted in your heart, and are about
to spring forth to challenge you to create in a way that is both spontaneous and purposeful.
These energetic seeds represent long-held visions
(your heart's desire) to anchor the deepest and truest part of yourself into the material world.
The game from here on out is all about
empowered action.
The path toward self-empowerment can be most
terrifying and at the same time exhilarating as you make the kind of choices that align with your heart.
These new global wave patterns require us to
assume total responsibility for the choices that come our way. We are each different in the way that we perceive but In the
quiet of our own heart, we also know what feels best and right. No one can take that skill of discernment away from you. It's
what makes you unique in the way that you are called to flow your awareness into the world. Your resolve and confidence
in your ability to feel what is right and true for you as you take affirmative action will define your personal reality
in the context of the radical shift in global energy patterns from here on out.
Living a fully empowered life requires us to
make choice with integrity at all times and at whatever the perceived risk. No exceptions. No differing to another or hiding
behind reasons of why not or why couldn't I. In this new energetic climate, it is the relationship to the higher-Self that
matters most.
The learning of these past few months may have
been intense but this level of intensity has brought with it a clearer sense of self into sharper focus.
The more aligned you can become with the purity
of your intention, the greater the need will be for you to practice forgiveness. If you are doing your very best while at
the same time condemning your actions and others for perceived mistakes, then you will have completely missed the point.
Letting go of any attachment to identity is the
way to accelerate the flow of grace in your life even as, and especially as, you are riding this new wave of change. As you
do, you are bound to feel upheld by these new frequencies as you move even closer to fully realizing your soul's path and
purpose here on earth.
By letting go of absolutely everything that holds
you back, you will find yourself more easily saying "yes" to love, "yes" to joy, "yes" to fully opening your heart. Just by
saying "yes" and meaning it puts you in the zone of radically shifting the awareness of your life so completely that
you become that which you are seeking.
It's now time to give yourself the gift of a
fully open heart, which leaves you feeling all at once vulnerable and empowered. As you embrace this new stance in your life,
you are bound to get battered and bruised from time to time but the flow of grace will provide you with the ride of a life
time, and so shall it be, always.

The Light of Your Heart Plays on the
Leaves

God said:
My heart is bright sunlight. There is no dark
forest of My heart, nor is there a dark forest of your heart. Sometimes clouds pass by your heart, that’s all. The so-called
dark side of you is not Truth. The Truth is that your heart is lit by the sun. Your heart is bright sunlight. The light of
your heart plays on the leaves.
What is buried is often called the dark side.
Any darkness in a heart is an interloper. It does not belong there. It definitely does not belong there. Only warm bright
melting love belongs in your heart. Your heart was made for naught else.
It is a hoax perpetuated on you that there is
darkness housed in your heart. It may seem so. Tests may show so. Incidents in your life may show so, and yet, even so, the
human heart is made of gold.
Some hearts get frozen mid-stream. They too can
be melted. Let the sunshine of My love melt any and all hardened hearts. My love can undo the crustiness of any heart. Any
barrier in your heart is a fake, yet fakes have more than once been believed in. Not a sliver of ice is to remain in your
heart.
Underneath all the crust, your heart lies as
warm as Mine. All hearts are created in the image of My heart. There is a flowing river of love in your heart just as there
is in Mine. The floes of ice are leaving. Freezing is not permanent. It is temporary. Besides, freezing is illusory.
Your heart is meant to stay warm. Your heart
is meant to be open and warm and to envelop all hearts. You are big-hearted. Your heart was never meant to close even a little
bit.
Whatever may have contributed to the cooling
down of your heart is a temporary freeze, and is there for you to thaw. Ice is no protection for you. Ice snaps and cracks.
Warm your heart by the fire of My heart, and your heart will stay consistently warm.
Whatever closed the door of your heart, even
a little bit, was an accident. It was not supposed to happen. Reverse this now. Open your heart. Open it wide. Whatever wrongs
were committed against you were mistakes. You do not need to carry your or others’ mistakes with you. Step over mistakes,
no matter whose they are, or kick them away, or stomp on them. These mistakes have to go. Erase them, or delete them. In any
case, be done with them. Enough crackling of an innocent heart. Foreswear errors from now on. Anything that hurt your heart
is an error. Your heart is meant to open, and open it shall. You shall throw away any keys that have locked your heart. Unlock
your heart, and then throw away the keys. They do you no good.
Opening your heart does you good. Opening your
heart is the only cure for a hardened heart or a broken heart or a stuttering heart. No need to analyze. No need at all. No
inquiry is necessary. Injury does not belong to you, and you must not keep it. Unsheathe your heart now. Shine it. Polish
it. Secure your heart in its openness. A closed heart is not a happy heart, and your heart is meant to be happy.
Take off all the scarves you have worn. Take
off those mittens from your heart. Unbutton any coats you have covered your heart with. Remove falseness. A cold heart is
false. A warm heart is true.

Dearly Beloved, thinking that you are stuck,
paralyzed, or constrained essentially means that you are willing to totally give up your power to whatever minute particle
of matter you choose to be your ‘stumbling block,’ the ‘straw that breaks the camel’s back,’
the ‘pea’ that prevents the ‘princess’ from resting comfortably. Do you not see? What bit of matter
(which your own science has already told you consists of mostly empty space) have you gifted with the ability and the strength
to bring down a mighty Being such as yourself?
You, the creator of all you survey, have allowed
your almighty power and invulnerability to be usurped and completely undermined by the smallest insignificant bit of protoplasm,
mineral - or even finer material – mere thought!
Perhaps you find yourself ‘allergic’
to some substance or the other – take your pick – pollen, shellfish, dust mites. As if you belong to a higher
world, a world where such irritants do not exist to disturb the peace of one such as yourself. Or as if these substances have
somehow chosen you for a particular brand of hell – you who are so innocent and undeserving of such unfair and painful
treatment!
Do you really believe there is a material substance
that can affect a Holy Child of God?
Or maybe you find yourself enchained to a job,
a family commitment, a town, a belief system, a religion, a political party, a relationship - and believe some unkind Fate
has thus prevented you from your full expression. Do you not recognize how this is your own creation? You first make
the chains, then put them on, then look at them in dismay and complain loudly about them! Why not just throw them off? Put
them into the nearest receptacle for unwanted items.
Do you really believe a situation has been created
that could constrain a Holy Child of God?
Claim your infinite Lordship now! Claim it, and
as they say, “Fake it ‘til you make it”. You have nothing to lose but your chains – whatever material
you have forged them from!
