"We are not interested
in going to paradise;
we are interested in
making the paradise
come here. It all depends
on our love,
on our silence,
on
our peace,
on our meditation."

"JOY!"
Learn to feel joy. Teach yourself that you are
capable of filling yourself with joy no matter what is happening in your life. Learn that joy is something you create inside,
not something which is imposed from outside by circumstances and other people. Learn that you are truly the creator of your
life, and learn it by creating joy in every moment.
After you have practiced and experienced this,
realize the freedom you have just given yourself. Now, there is no reason to chase after another person, thinking that you
must have them with you in order to be happy. You can be happy within yourself, full of peace and joy, whether they are with
you or not. And you will be free from chasing after money, thinking that it is the path to joy. It is not. All of the money
in the world cannot bring you what you can give yourself simply by opening yourself to the flow of joy. And you can be free
of the concern about age, worried that you are no longer attractive, worried that it is too late to achieve whatever you wished
to achieve. For you will understand that the only thing worth achieving is ultimately the joy, peace and happiness that you
give yourself, and this is available to you at any age, at any time. It is within you always, and you need only learn to open
yourself to it.
Practice this little mini joy session throughout
your day. Let circumstances that used to trigger an anxiety episode now trigger a joy episode. Let your response to all negative
circumstances be to open yourself to peace, love and joy...
{No one can ruin your day without your permission}

A Native American grandfather was talking to
his grandson about how he felt.
He said,
"I feel as if I have two wolves fighting in my heart.
One wolf is the
vengeful, angry, violent one.
The other wolf is the loving, compassionate one."
The grandson asked him,
"Which
wolf will win the fight in your heart?"
The grandfather answered,
"The one I feed."

WORDS CAN HURT... WORDS CAN HEAL
And how they effect your health & your future
happiness & success ...
"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words
will never hurt me." Well, this old saying isn't exactly
true-because harsh words sure can hurt your feelings!
Just as a skylark touches our hearts with the
sweetness of it's song,
let our words be pure and kind. Let them soothe and heal, but never harm.
Words can Heal
There was once a saint who was giving a discourse
to a huge crowd of people in India. After he had finished talking, a young mother brought her baby to him to ask for healing
as the child was seriously ill. He simply spoke a few words of blessing over the child. A man suddenly stood up in the crowd
and shouted, you can't just do that. How can a few words make any difference to this sick child? The teacher looked at him
and then proceeded to hurl abuse and insults at him. The man reacted by flying into a rage and ran towards the teacher with
the intention of hitting him. Just before he got to him, the teacher raised his hand and said, 'Stop! Do you not see how my
words have had the power to make you so angry? Why then should they not also have the power to heal? Words can heal or harm
and that is why we should speak few words, and when we do speak, we should make them kind and uplifting. If you cut others
with your words, you cut yourself, and where is the wisdom in that?'
The man understood and fell at his feet in reverence.

<<<FRIENDSHIP>>>
+++ I love you not only for what you are, but
for
what I am when I am with you.
* I love you not only for what you have made of
yourself, but for what you are
making of me.
* I love you because you have done more than
any creed could have done to make me good,
and more
than any fate could have done to make
me happy.
* You have done it without a touch, without a
word, without a
sign.
* You have done it by being yourself.
Perhaps that is what being a friend means,
after all. +++
