==================== Uriel's Message -- Grounded and Re-Grounding
You enter the third dimension with many different energies that
have been accumulated in lifetimes of experience. All of these energies comprise your energetic body that consists of emotions,
feelings, thoughts and beliefs. Each of these energies carries its own frequency and all are aligned with your healing purpose.
With these energies you create patterns of thought and action that either fulfill them or move you to change them, transforming
lower level energies into higher ones. You can re-ground yourselves into new energies through conscious intention, healing
and alignment with your divine center which holds your highest vibrations.
You are grounded in every energetic frequency you choose to be
aligned with. On an unconscious level these energies are expressed in what you choose to be within your reality. When you
become aware of feelings of dissatisfaction or unhappiness with your life, you are ready to release these old frequencies
and re-ground into new ones. The process of releasing energy is challenging because as humans you feel safe and comfortable
when you are grounded, even if what you are grounded in is not comfortable or secure. There is security in knowing where you
are, even if that is not where you want to be.
Re-grounding requires conscious intention and courage. You must
intend for new energies to become part of your reality and have courage to incorporate them because new energies align you
with unfamiliar patterns and everything in your life changes. There is as much fear in the new as there is discomfort in the
old and when your desire for change is greater than your fear of remaining where you are, you will find the courage to be
in the space of being ungrounded, to acknowledge the end of old dreams and the beginning of new ones and out of alignment
with your current reality.
As the earth sheds its old paradigms and makes way for new ones,
you feel the discomfort and are confronted with your own limitations, which are where you are grounded. Feeling stuck is one
way you experience this, because when your grounded energies no longer serve you there is little movement in your life. This
is your soul's call to transform, to release what no longer has a place in your energetic body, to allow new energies to become
part of your reality and to shift into new paradigms so you can be free to experience life on a new level. Ascension is movement
and you are all ascending into the miracle vibration which is part of your promise to the Universe and you do that by choosing
new energies to ground into your being. Choose those that fulfill your soul's desire for peace, joy, love and abundance.

Good evening to you my friends. Utter forth that which you "Feel"
will be most beneficial for those on our planet to hear at this time.

This we are most comfortable in doing and that which we desire to share with you is actually all that you already "Know." This of course is the factor of so many of you resonating with that which we say, because it is of your knowledge and consent before we even offer words to be transcribed. How brightly you are shining within your souls "Knowing" in these times. Is there one of you that can say this is not so? For even those who may "Feel" ill at ease, are also aware of the Light that is deep within and of it's emergence to the surface in order to transcend. Pillars of Light are you indeed. _________________________

It was our intention to do so. For would you not admit to conspiring
thoughts of 'jumping ship' dearest lady, should these Pillars that we have spoken of did not present themselves in the exact
way we stated that they would?

want this out in the open I am happy to go along with this request . Yes, I have considered stopping communication with you
if this has not occurred by 2012. Not for ever, but until you deliver the goods.

Nope! Not al all. So I realize this may seem odd. Yet, the way
I see it, it wouldn't seem correct for you not to deliver as you have said, with all respect, because souls get disappointed
and lose interest in what you have to say, however enlightening it may be. That's all really. We still have a while yet so
I see little point in wasting time on this as these pillars may appear at any time.
We prefer to redirect your query to the possibilities of such
occurrences coming into Light well in the time frame of that which we speak. It is unnecessary for us to be of concern regarding
this matter. Do you "Feel" understood?

Oh! Never really thought about it. I just always assume you "Know
Me" and therefore 'accept' my ways and thoughts. Therefore, I guess ... Yes I "Feel" understood by you.

Yet you question our motives?

Nope. Your motive to bring these "pillars of Light" to be displayed
to us is only of Highest intention. It is not your motive, you misunderstand, it is my concern that if these Pillars
of Light are not presented you will have many people lose faith in you and all the work you have done. I can't actually
believe we are still on the subject to be honest.

For as you are aware WE are aware of your thoughts regarding this.

I have to laugh! Feel free to 'let it go.' As we have discussed there

And moving on , moving forward is something that many of
you have been made aware of within your souls recognition of a Higher degree is it not?

Yep. Gotta say, I am feeling very bright and breezy these days.
Much Lighter in my own presence. Guessing this is the energy coming in and blending?

Correct. You see more brightly. You "Feel" more tenderly. You
behave more conducively to that which your "Being Is." This Lightness that is upon you is just the beginning dearest friends.
The joy you are experiencing be it sometimes only fleeting, is the onset to that which is to unfold before
your eyes. You who have chosen to allow yourselves to find yourselves, are now able to relate a little more to that which
we have expressed to you. And the more you are able to "see" into that teaching the more you are able to let the wonderment
present itself. The manner in which it does so is most subtle so as not to confront or set off balance. Yet you can "Feel"
it now, this Higher level of yourselves. You are retrieving glimpses of who you are and through this discovery, you are
capable of catching the moment and "Knowing" that 'It is taking place.' This upward journey is happening as you breath and
you are smiling as you "Feel" the presence of something that you have been waiting for that is now approaching.
Let your Light guide you. Let it be a beacon to others. Dearest,
most Divine energies upon your planet Earth. You are here now in this present moment. You are walking the steps
that lead you into the forgotten lands that once bathed you. You are allowing your Higher understanding to accompany you and
you Trust it. For it's Truth cannot be denied due to the Feeling that it offers. This Knowing, this deeper understanding of
'what this is all about' is telling you of home.
It is creating a magnetic field that is way above the force field
that you have resided within for so long now. This New magnetic field is much stronger than you are accustomed to and therefore,
it is setting you off balance here and there as you adjust and adjust you shall. And when you have done so you will
Feel this "New Force." It has within the creation that you have accomplished new/old mysteries that shall unfold.
Powers that have lain dormant are to awaken within you once again due to this new magnetized energy. Play with it, experiment
with it, Trust it as you discover it. Memories of old shall flood into your minds and skills long unattended shall once
again be a natural part of your every day living.
Dearest ones, "You Know!" "You Understand!" "You Are Getting It!"
We Know of this as Truth. For the vibration that we can sense could not be held as such if it was not for this Knowing.
The frequency that you are dwelling within has changed channel from that which it was. This is of great joy to us for
it Proves that we are indeed coming into a time when we are of such delight. Those of you on Earth are to co-join with those
who are not. Reunions of souls are to capture hearts calls. Long have you missed one another's heart beat.
Ask yourselves in this moment of your Truth, of your understanding,
"'Can I Feel the Change in Me?" "Can I Feel My Heart Connecting with Those Not of Earth's Physicality?"
We Know so many of you will grace yourselves with the correct
answer in Love. We have journeyed so far, for so long. We have waited patiently, as have you, yet now in your
Truth you can Feel how close we are. Close to occurrences taking place that shall bring down the great divide that has led
so many of your world to forget who they are.
When these moments are in your reality dearest most treasured
brothers and sisters, there shall be rejoicing throughout planets, throughout universes! How close we are to these celebrations.
"Feel" your hearts beat faster in anticipation of this Truth. "Feel" the excitement growing hour by hour. Let not that which
surrounds you bring you into a place of dismay for what is displayed is a 'layer,' a 'film' over that which is to
be revealed. These falsities are melting before your eyes. Such untruths that have masked the absolute beauty of Truth are
to be swept away and All that lies before you shall bring your souls into the brightest recognition of that which is Truly
and Only Love!
You Are Of It! You Are It! Love, Love, Love, Love,
Love! Be It! Shine It! Embrace It!
Love, the most Divine Love that is You, is awaiting
your souls acknowledgment of itself toBe itself.

It is my wish to share with you a story in order to express
my guidance and wisdom to you at this time of your growth.
A soul so beautiful, powerful and radiant manifests into a physical
body on the Earth. We will label the soul Joseph, allowing the soul to take a physical male form. Joseph is now a fully grown
adult and has spent much time discovering and learning about the world that exists on the Earth. The light that was so bright
at his birth still remains, but Joseph is no longer aware of this aspect of his being; his mind and aura have been filled
with other ideas, distractions and desires. Joseph feels that there is something missing from his reality, he longs for something
but cannot pin point what it is that he misses so much. He feels sadness inside of him even when he is happy and things feel
good.
Joseph decides that he must allow himself to escape and to embark
on a journey, he doesn't know where he will go or what he will do but the freedom gives him a feeling of exhilaration and
excitement. He decides that although he wishes to travel he will walk everywhere so that he can be reliant only on himself.
Joseph begins to pack some bags, unaware of how long he will be gone or where he will go he packs many items of clothing,
tools to help him survive and even books to amuse him on his journey. He leaves his home laden down with bags but he cannot
feel their weight his enthusiasm is carrying him forward and knowingness that he will need all these items allows the bags
to feel extremely light. He begins to walk with a spring in his step; he is not sure where he is going but decides to be creative
in his decisions.
Gradually the bags begin to become a burden, his enthusiasm has
waned and he begins to curse the bags and himself for bringing them. He no longer feels free but tied down, just as he had
felt before he left. He sits down and begins to rummage through his bags, throwing out unnecessary things until he has one
small bag that holds the basics of what he will need to survive. He leaves his unneeded items at the foot of someone's door
with a note telling them to take what they wish and share the rest. Again his enthusiasm has risen. After a long day of creative
decisions he finds himself by a river and decides to rest against a tree. He brings out his book and begins to read, completely
entering into the fantasy world of the book. The wind begins to weave through the trees at the river side, blowing his book
across the ground. He leaves the book and huddles into his clothes for warmth.
Joseph has very few belonging and the day is growing dark, he
begins to wonder why he wanted to escape his reality, why he thought that the reality he has created for himself now would
be any better than his previous reality. He still felt as if he was carrying so many bags, so many burdens and wondered if
there was any beauty, freedom and excitement in the Earth's reality for him to experience. The wind continued to weave roughly
through the trees as Joseph held tightly to his body and clothes for warmth and comfort. He felt as if the wind was speaking
to him although he heard no voice. The wind was demonstrating to him that he needed to let all his burdens be blown away from
him. Joseph began to think about all the things he had done which he felt ashamed about, he just let them be blown away by
the wind. Then he contemplated all the times he had experienced pain and sadness allowing all these emotions and energetic
wounds to be carried away on the wave of the wind. He wondered what else there was for him to let go and realised that he
must send his forgiveness on the wave of the wind to the people he blamed for hurting him or doing wrong to him in the past,
he had allowed himself to be hurt. Already he felt his body was so much lighter and he could feel the sadness that had been
with him always being eased and yet the wind still blew with vigour around him. He challenged himself as to what was left
to let go off. He realised that he had already detached from the people around him by even embarking on this journey, he still
loved them deeply but knew now that if he had to be on his own he would be perfectly happy and could look after himself. Still
holding tightly to his body he realised something that needed his attention. He had to let go of himself. He had to let the
wind carry away all his perceptions of himself, the ideas he had formed about himself, good or bad, the way in which he spoke
to himself, the things that he loved and hated about himself, as well as his dreams and desires for the future which he had
built in his mind from the influences of his personality and of other people. He slowly began to release his tight grip on
himself physically and energetically. He was happy for big chunks of himself to be carried away from him and waited eagerly
to see what would remain.
He broke down into floods of tears, it was hurting so much to
release certain ideas of himself but he was also filled with so much joy and freedom. He realised that he had been waiting
all his life to achieve this and knew that it was something that he would continue to achieve in his future.
Falling asleep he drifted into a dream of a tree shooting from
the soil of the Earth. He watched as the tree grew and grew in strength and character. The tree was tied to one spot for its
life and yet it held such freedom within its reality. He then felt himself as a tree shooting from the Earth's soil right
next to the first tree. He could feel worry in his body that he was growing too close to the other tree. He became taller
and taller and his anxiety built. Then the wind blew once more and reminded him to let go of his anxiety and to just observe.
Joseph allowed the wind to carry his anxiety and worry away, to his amazement as a tree he began to merge with the first taller
tree. As he slipped into the tree's energy and consciousness he realised that he had accepted a tremendous freedom within
his being. Although he couldn't move from his location he felt strong and free from burdens, hefelt clear inside his mind,
heart and emotions. Nothing bothered him anymore, he understood he didn't have to be like other people, he didn't need to
have what others created, he could just be himself and be happy in the reality that he creates for himself. He knew that if
any energies, thoughts or emotions rose within him to challenge the freedom and peace that he had created he could just ask
the wind to carry them away as long as he was ready to give them to the wind. He appreciated that he could live happily with
many things around him or he could live basically. Joseph also grasped that if it started to rain, hail or snow, then he would
still be happy and that outside experiences couldn't destroy the peace, strength and freedom he had manifested within him.
The freedom brought about tremendous joy which only filled him with even more courage in his convictions.
A bright sun shone down on him as he existed as a tree, he had
taken on all the consciousness of the first tree and now felt a tremendous unity and connection to everything. The sun seemed
to continue to shine brighter; it was as if thousands of lights were dancing around him. He imagined himself opening his chest
up to the light and allowing the light to flood into his being.
He woke suddenly from his dream, it was morning and he had been
asleep all night with his back up against the base of the tree. His body felt electrified, buzzing with light. He wondered
if it had all been a dream but remembered the pain as he explored his energy.
A knowingness came from inside of him, 'You have cut yourself
free from the influence of humanity's general consciousness, you have given yourself freedom to think and feel as you wish,
not from your personality or the influence of others but from your soul. I am your soul and I am here to guide you forward.
Let us now embark on the real journey together. In your dream you merged with a greater tree, that was me, we are one Joseph.
Observe your body it is charged with light, observe your heart and mind, they are open and clear. My energy is here always
as a friend to guide you. Remember that nothing on the Earth can create an identity for you; your true identity is your soul
and the Creator.'
Joseph stood up tall and stretched his body, he felt different.
What shall we do he asked himself and the answer came instantly.

Now ones are beginning to choose to see things differently, and
that is a new consciousness. It is not so much new to you, because it is something that you have been living in and desiring
for many, many years; truly, for many, many lifetimes. But for others of the brothers and sisters, it is a new way of looking
at things, realizing that I can give freedom, honor, respect to ones who have differing culture, because I understand that
what they want is the same as what I want: honor and respect, safety, security for my family and loved ones. I want to bring

God said:
You are not a volcano, and yet you erupt. You are not a roaring
tide, and yet you roar. You are not a mistake, and yet you mistakes make. Anger is always a mistake. Listen to what I say.
You are not right to erupt in anger. You are not right to hold anger in, nor are you right to be angry. Did you really think
that anger is a good barometer?
Anger is a foreign object. Anger is a cowboy riding in from the
past. Anger is a renegade. Anger does not belong to you. You are not meant to be a smokestack that fumes.
When you are angry, you are that puffed-up tempest in a teapot.
Your sense of righteousness is a telltale sign of an inflagration. How honorable-seeming is your righteousness. You are on
fire. Of course, you are right. You are always right. From your point of view, of course, you are conclusively right. Rightness
is not the question. No matter how right you are, it is not worthy of you to erupt. It is not worthy of you to hold anger
any more than it is to give it out. Let go of the idea that it is virtuous of you to be enraged with anger. You are not a
stove to be lit.
Fires are to be put out. Pour the water of light on them. Go
pound nails if you have to. Sooner or later that flash of anger will settle down.
In the cool light of day, you will settle down. Anger is not
to be proud of. Ego loves to come in the guise of righteous anger. What a hero ego loves to appear as if rescuing you from
unfairness, rescuing you from obscurity. Ego puts you in the limelight, and, at your expense, ego flourishes. Ego simply is
not to your advantage.
Until you get your priorities right, you will have anger. You
will keep its embers burning. Better to be as cool as a cucumber. Better to be far-seeing. When you are far-seeing, the cigarette
butt of your anger will go out by itself.
Anger is not pretty. Did you think it was?
Have you feared that without anger, you wouldn't amount to much?
Have you feared that without anger, you won't be noticed? Have you feared that without anger, you will be no more than mush?
In anger, you step on yourself. In anger, you put yourself down.
In anger, you are not high in your estimation.
There is a rash of anger in the world, and all of it is self-righteous.
Ego really likes to sport itself around town. Ego is a high-roller.
Anger is one of ego's guises. Ego doesn't care what it eggs you
on to. Ego doesn't care if you get egg on your face. Ego doesn't care how much you lose. Ego cares that he triumphs. Ego whispers
that someone is threatening you. Ego whispers that someone is walking all over you. Your very own ego whispers, "Fight," in
your ear. Ego is your opponent. He whom you see as your opponent is just another guy trying to make his way in the world.
His ego may be feeding on him as well, and so, your two egos fight it out, and you are both left on the mat at the count of
ten.
Anger is folly. Even when you have won an argument, you have
lost. You have lost your senses.
Be one-pointed about other things more worthwhile than anger.
Surely something is worth more than vindication you seek through anger. May you follow goodness and mercy all the days of
your life.
