This week will be one that is filled with an extra increase of intense energy that will be filling your system. You will feel vibrations in your ears and sense ‘tingling’ sensations in your crown chakras as you go about your daily living. You may feel tired and may require frequent naps during this time. Many calibrations are taking place now, aligning each of you to the new and higher frequencies of Light.

It will be easier to acclimate if you practice each day raising your vibrational frequency by aligning intentionally with your Great I AM Presence and setting your intention each day to be aligned with the Ascension timeline. If possible, go for walks in the fresh air at a brisk pace as this will help clear your energy meridians and keep the energy flowing through unimpeded. Drink a large amount of pure, clean water and bless it before consumption.

Make each day a sacred alignment with all higher aspects of yourselves. Intend the mastery of your mind, emotions, thoughts, words, feelings and actions. BE what you desire to be and believe that this will manifest within you in grace, ease, safety and protection. You may experience uncomfortable sensations in any one of your chakras. This means there is much clearing taking place and asking your personal Angelic teams to help you release all blockages in your chakra system will be of great assistance during these times.

Much activity is taking place in the energetic fields of every Human at this time. Those of you who have become sensitive to the movement of energy through your physical vehicles will definitely feel this activity. Remember that all is well and that you are never alone. Surrender to your Great I AM Presence and the Divine Plan for your life, your destiny. Release all fears and doubts and attune to the vibratory emanations of your heart chakras. Your heart is the most direct method to attuning to the higher Realms of Light and practicing feeling this pulsation each day will open up this centre more and bring down any walls that have been erected from an earlier time in your life.

All is opening up now. You will start to receive direct guidance from your Guidance Team. Ask any question and voice any concerns that you may have and sit or lie in stillness to receive the answer. Each of you is a finely honed instrument who is allowing your bodies to bring these energies into the Earth and radiating it out in great concentric circles to all those in your field. You are much needed and required in your current area of the World. Your Light is helping to anchor and balance any chaos that arises from within the Earth and transmutes these energies into balanced perfection.

The World is a better place because you are here. Always remember this as you go about your daily existence. You matter! Each of you is important to the overall Divine Plan of the Ascension of the Earth and everyone and everything upon and within the Earth. Shine your Light, beam your Light, Be the Light! Have faith in the highest outcome for the highest good of all and it shall be so!

You feel the way to wish to feel --- and most people think it is the other way around: that you feel the way you feel, whether you wish to or not. They speak about being "overcome" by their feelings. Yet Conversations with God tells us that all feelings are chosen.

In this, we will have confused feeling with emotion. These are not the same thing. Emotion is based on your thought. Feeling is based on your truth. Emotion is a product of the Mind. Feeling emerges from your True Identity.

You will then replace compassion with anger, understanding with frustration, helpfulness with haplessness, forgiveness with resentment, giving with getting --- and love with fear. As you do this, your whole life will take on a new faÃ§ade, almost as if you were wearing a mask. You may even find yourself looking in the mirror and asking, "Who is this person?" You will have succumbed to the experience of being so angry or so sad or so resentful or so depressed...that you won't even know who you are anymore.

Yet if you have decided Who You Are ahead of time, in advance of anything occurring in your Outside World, your Being will replace your Mind's anger with your Soul's compassion, your Mind's frustration with your Soul's understanding, your Mind's haplessness with your Soul's helpfulness, your Mind's resentment with your Soul's forgiveness, your Mind's need to get with your Soul's desire to give, and your Mind's fear with your Soul's love. In this blessed moment your life will be transformed.

To achieve this breathtaking transformation you must know one thing. Your True Identity is not something that you discover, it is something you decide. When Decisions replace Discoveries, you will have moved from Student to Master in the Journey to Awareness.

There is nothing that is too much for you. Think a moment. Momentary is not permanent. Nothing is permanent. That is how it is in the relative world. All is relative. Pain seems long, and joy seems short, and yet all is perception. All is what you think it is. Sometimes it is hard to know the difference between pain and pleasure. All of life in the world lasts but a moment. It begins, and it ends, life in the world. Life in the world is an interlude. It is an entr' acte. An intermission. Very short. It is a moment. In the world, a moment seems long. In Reality, Eternity is no time at all.

Real life is ongoing. There is no interruption. Real life is full force and splendid. It is steady. It is not a pause. If it were a pause, it is the pause that refreshes. In truth, you are always refreshed. You have everything. You are everything. On Earth or in Heaven, truth be known, you are in Heaven.

You might as well enjoy life in the world while you have it. It is so short. It is over in the blink of an eye. It is a quick passage. You go from A to Z in record time. Enjoy rosebuds while you may. Enjoy the love and life in the world the way life in the world is meant to be loved. Of course, it must be that you must enjoy the furor, or you wouldn’t have it. Why participate in what you do not enjoy? Why narrow joy and spread out agony?

Instead, let Us take a quiet limousine ride on an avenue or ride in a canoe on a peaceful lake. Leave the driving to Me. You will actuate love, and nothing else. And, if you must enter wild traffic, then cross the street calmly and enjoying helping old ladies across.

There is a golden chariot that carries you through thick and thin. You are never without it. Do not think otherwise. There is no percentage in thinking otherwise. Do not waste your time. Catch a ride with Me. We will coast together, uphill or downhill, it is the same.

We fly on love, and We land in hearts. There is nothing else to land on. All else is for naught. And you are not for naught. You are for something. You are for something wonderful, and now you begin. Hold My hand. I will show you the way. I will teach you a dance. Our hearts will dance. We shall dance across the Universe. We will amp the world. See how bright it is. See its glory. This is the world I created for you. With Me at your side, you cannot stumble. You can only soar. Keep that in mind. Whatever may befall, you are soaring with Me. We fly on a flying carpet of love, and We see the sights along the way. Everything is beautiful. Everyone is beautiful. Look out the window and see as I do see. See as if for the first time. You were born to see. You see through a camera of life, and you take pictures. This is a magic camera that sees with My eyes. You are clothed in silk. And I am at the helm of this magic carpet.

The rudder is love. It is love We sail on. Love takes Us across the Ocean of Love. There is no arrival nor is there departure. It is all the same, for We are love and beholden to love and beholden to nothing but love. Love I AM, and love you ARE. Let love be known.

The show’s format was created through my Higher Self and guides and other advisors from the higher realms. It is a format I’d never come across, feeling very new and fresh. I understood their ideas and the beautiful opportunity the format provides for meaningful, soulful conversation and growth in a way that suits my energy signature and soul blueprint. I feel very divinely led with this part of my path.

I did listen to the second show. And this is where my story begins. In listening to myself for a ninety minute broadcast it was fascinating how my ego-ic “analyzer” mind seemed to grab the front row seat, virtual pen and paper in hand making notes of all the “areas for improvement”. I could almost hear my ego-ic self point out all my, “mmmm’s” and pauses as well as some judgmental criticism of my display of emotion during the channeling at the end of the broadcast. My ego-ic part carefully analyzed my performance, judging it relative to my favorite teacher’s and radio hosts who deliver such polished, smooth performances. I acquired a very clear and wide distinction between me and them, thanks to this very analytical, very rational voice that is part of me as Jill.

After this critique, my inner child was ready to call it quits, canceling all further shows and feeling sentiments like, “I am just not ready for this. I need to stop this nonsense and wait until I’m good and ready. What was I thinking? I only woke up a couple years ago! I have no business with a radio show.” Can’t you just feel her head collapsed on the table and her fists pounding? Do you also know this voice, this energy?

Then I heard another part of my energy coming through, reminding me of the amazing feedback I received from the live audience, the listeners who called in for readings, the positive texts from friends who listened, the favorable e-mails and many new “followers” of the show. I considered that feedback and contrasted these two perceptions I was receiving from within. My ego-ic voice was ready to chime in with its own negative interpretations of the feedback, which you can only imagine. But I quickly indicated to that ego-ic voice that it had its turn; I’d heard enough and was well aware of it’s stance on the situation. I was off to my day with the whole issue put to the side, for now.

It was in the solitude of my drive home later that day that I heard my true voice; my Higher Self with the combined energies of my guides and advisors. They were patient and loving and kind, as always. Their messages were as clear as a beautiful blue ocean and as melodic as a symphony. “You aren’t doing this show to be like the other teachers and radio hosts you enjoy. You are not them. You are doing this show because you know you have a unique perspective, a unique voice to share with those desiring insight on their ascension. The be-ings you have reached and will reach are listening, feeling, and connecting with your unique vibration. They are not evaluating how you are saying it, my sweet; they are too enthralled in what you are saying, what you are helping them re-member about their own magnificence, their own Divinity. You know you are here to make a difference. You know many of those you are encountering are also here to make a difference. It takes many voices and many flavors of love and encouragement to help the masses choose to move. You promised to be you and that is all that we ask.”

My ego-ic part of me has a smaller room than it had prior to my awakening. My inner child has her fantasy bedroom with full canopy bed and twinkly lights and a hug and a kiss whenever needed. But my Higher Self was promoted to over-seer of my journey, given full authority of the homestead. My Higher Self has been doing a fabulous job, creating and allowing more joy, more love and more enthusiasm for be-ing than I ever dreamed was possible.

I share this experience for two reasons: perhaps it offers some insights into how one can hear, discern and harmonize the conflicting perspectives we have within our own energy fields, let alone when we invite in other’s perceptions. Also, I share it as an example that no matter where we are in our ascension process, these clouds of doubt, these waves of fear arise, intending to keep us safe in our little boxes, not trying new things, not finding the courage to align with our soul’s purpose. My real insights came by giving the Higher Self an opportunity to be heard. In this instance I had to wait for the other perspective, knowing it would come, for me closer to the end of that day.

Discernment comes from hearing all the “players” within ourselves and then choosing which one feels the most in alignment with our highest good, the highest good (and also the most exciting and en-joy-able). So many of us shut down the whole process once the ego-ic voice lays in with its negative judgment or the inner child slams its fist that the whole idea is pure nonsense. My ego-ic voice would have pulled the plug on the whole show fifteen minutes into listening to it. My inner child would have been right there as well, asking for milk and cookies or maybe ice cream to make the whole scary thing just go away from our memory bank.

Which one are you listening to dear ones? Who has the smallest bedroom in your personal abode? Who is the master of the house? And how are you feeling about your creation and allowance of joy, love, peace and harmony that we are all offered in our journey here on Earth at this wondrous moment? The voice/thoughts you are giving power to is determining, creating, your present journey. I recommend you choose wisely, dear one. Your joy is waiting for you.
