Is one kind of Reiki more effective than others? All types of energy healing, regardless of the procedures or whether hands-on or remote, have the same basis. The patient’s request for healing and the healer’s intent to be the vehicle through which high vibrations flow to the patient provide a reciprocal code that enables the energy to activate the body’s self-healing mechanisms. However, what I mentioned above about soul contracts always applies, and if healing is not part of that, then the body’s energy system will block any incoming energy.

A related question is, Does healing energy ever come from ETs rather than angels or spirit guides? Energy simply IS! While angels, most especially one’s guardian angel, and spirit guides have greatly significant roles in an individual’s life, they are soul creations, thus inseparable parts of the energy in the universe, and it is directly from that inexhaustible, unlimited source that energy for any use whatsoever comes.

When random lists and thoughts seem to circle in your mind, we are with you. When various problems or concerns pile up in your thoughts, we are with you. The more you think about always being with you, representing the Loving Thoughts of God towards you, the more you will realize that the One Solution to everything is that there is no separation from God. In one form or another, God’s Thoughts and God’s Love are always available to you.

Cinderella came out of the ashes, and, sometimes, life is like that. When least expected, a prince of light and love appears. To Cinderella, it appears to her that a prince came into her life from the outside, an unexpected blessing from the world, yet it is she who went to the ball and met the prince.

Love that you experience, falling in love, it's something you discover, yes, but it is always within yourself that you discover the love in your own heart that is waiting for you to discover it. You set it off. It is you who lights up.

If the flame of love seems to be blown out by the wind, you begin to feel that your love was not true - YOUR love from inside you was not true. You had a false image. It was your image. You looked for love to give you something. Someone or something had brought love that was your own from inside you out, and yet your love - I speak of the love within you - had a false front. You may feel betrayed, yet the person who brought out good feeling in you did not betray you. You betrayed yourself. You had, in fact, fallen in love with yourself for a while, and then it was a no-go because the one who seemingly shone a light on you didn't stay the same and no longer maintained the image of you that you liked to look into and that meant so much to you.

A schoolboy falls in love. His heart is broken. He is sure he can never love anyone again as he loved this one girl with brown curls. Her eyes lit his. Her presence allowed him to turn a light on within himself. There will never be another like her. That's true, there won't.

But soon enough, despite his sworn love, another girl arrives on the scene and seemingly takes his heart. His heart is overtaken once again by another image of himself in the face of another. Of course, it is a lighted image of himself that the schoolboy sees. The girl is a trigger. It is his own heart he discovers. The girl with brown curls set off his heart. He does it, yet he thinks it is the girl.

The boy is the object of his own love. He is Narcissus looking into the mirror of the lake. Instantly, Narcissus who has never before seen his reflection, falls in love with the image of himself looking up at him from the surface of the lake. So taken is Narcissus with his image, he falls into the lake and becomes the Narcissus flower that grows by the side of water where he can continue to see his image.

Narcissus is not the only one who falls into a lake of himself. Some who read My words, have also seen themselves reflected in another and another and another. You may have seen that your heart is broken, and that you will never recover. In a sense, so long as you hold another responsible for the love in your own heart, you never do recover. You replay the whole scene, only with different characters, and then you may let yourself down again.

Love comes from within you. It will be good for you to love yourself in a greater sense than Narcissus did. He fell in love with an outward image of himself. Now it is for you to love yourself so that you can love others in a way you, heretofore, may have been unable to. Love your True Self more, and you will become love itself. You will simply love and not be so overwhelmingly dependent upon the image another casts on you. No longer will there be faithless ones in your life because you will be faithful to love and not require all you require from another to prove you are worthy of love. You will prove the truth of the love within you. You will finally be faithful to yourself and shine a great light upon Earth and all those your eyes fall on.

Beloved one, know that always I am here for you. If there is no one else who will listen to you, I will listen to you. Always I hear you when you call. Always call upon me. I am always here for you. I love that which you are, because I know that which you are, the divine holy Child experiencing and expressing as the human one more time. And I give unto you my great respect, my joy, and my love.

You will know that for a long time we have been working on various issues that have held up progress. Perhaps even we have underestimated how difficult some have been, but we now see that our allies are on the verge of making a sudden breakthrough. We will refrain from being too precise but this time events will be too big to hide away, and the media will be unable to continue ignoring them.

The developments in the financial sector will show that whatever they do now, they cannot return to the old ways and will have to accept vast changes. We are at a point when the only answers are for the big Banks to accept the new set up that is ready to be installed. There is nowhere to go that will allow them to resurrect the old system, and it will soon become defunct. That will effectively give our allies the green light to go ahead and introduce the new one.

There are other matters rapidly coming to a head and to enable governmental changes, we are pressing our allies for once and for all time to remove those who do not serve you. That is going forward at a faster pace, and you may get advance information from other sources than our own. However, no matter how it emerges it will be good news, that will show you that much has been happening of which you have been unaware. Our wish is to see all activity brought into public view, so that in future you know exactly where you stand.

For too long we have had to keep details under wraps, and even now we are still careful as to what we reveal. It is a matter of keeping our plans to ourselves as far as possible, and stopping interference with them from those still loyal to the Illuminati. Some are of course bound to them through bribery or blackmail, and still fearful of the consequences of disobeying them. We have however invited them to join us and grant asylum so that they are not in danger. That does not mean that they get away with their crimes, but that is not a matter that we will deal with and is best left to the higher forces. Since justice is always seen to be done, there is no point in wasting your energy by being concerned about the outcome.

You are entitled to know who and what was behind the heinous crimes against humanity. In the knowing there are also lessons for you, otherwise you will find it hard to accept that as a collective you allowed them to occur. In many instances you have effectively given your approval by not preventing them. However, the dark Ones are very manipulative and deceitful as otherwise they would not be able to carry out or get away with their crime. It has also required extensive collusion with those who have carried out their bidding. Duality has certainly taught you many severe lessons, but also many beautiful ones as it has by no means been one sided. Now that period is comlng to a close you can return to your true reality.

As the truth is revealed it will also bring people together as far as their understanding of what God is, or is not. The truth will no longer be able stand side by side with that which is false, and you will find that many teachers have had their words changed to suit the ambitions of those who desired to control you. Indeed, they have also made additions to support their own interpretations. No one teaching is really better than another, although some have a more accurate explanation for God. He/She is not in the image of Man, or an individual as you would understand it. God is the very essence, the energy that everything has its existence within. God is Love and all powerful and is the Father/Mother of all life. We acknowledge the Source and give due gratitude for all that we have, the most precious being life itself.

Where you have as you might say, gone astray do not worry about the consequences. Duality is for experiencing and spiritual growth, and having lost touch with God you have gone your own way and relied on your conscience to guide you. Unfortunately Man has always had a herd instinct and has usually followed the leader, and been led far from the Light and Truth. Now you have risen up again and thrown off the shackles of the dark Ones, and are returning to the Light. That has attracted the attention of those who guide you as you are now responsive to their presence and "hear" their advice and respond to their promptings. If you have not been aware of it, try sitting quietly and relaxing, and you will most likely start a conversation with your Guides or Higher Self.

For those who are still preparing for Ascension the advice is to hold your energy close to you, and not give it away to situations that have been emotionally stirred up by the actions of the dark Ones. It is too easy to become angry at their actions, and if you have reached a level of control you can avoid it, and you will be all the better for it. Keep calm as you will have plenty to be happy and joyous about as the future is revealed to you. Let go of the old ways and live as you envisage life will be after Ascension. It will be some of the happiest times you have ever experienced, and this period and those before it will seem just as a bad dream. Get ready for sudden changes that are about to enter your lives and will confirm that you are moving out of the legacy of duality, and from the Illuminati who have exploited it for their own ends.

Many times you have asked why we do not simply take over matters, but we have to say that it is impossible unless we are given divine authority. We have often mentioned that we are careful not to interfere, and that is because duality is an experiment. The aim was to find out what you would do if you were separated from God, and each and very one of you volunteered to take part. The reward for you was the experience that you would gain, that would speed up your evolution beyond anything in the normal way. That meant you had to be responsible for your actions, so it would have been taking it away from you if we did intervene. We have to tell you that our authority has now been extended to allow us to take some situations into our own hands.

I receive my messages from SaLuSa telepathically, he is speaking for the Galactic Federation. I have never had the advantage of being able to have a relationship where I can ask questions. I sit down at a specific time to make contact and then I get images or what I call 'packages" of images or words which I translate straight away onto the computer. Since March, 2004 I have been in contact with beings from the Galactic Federation. *

I have two sons, Alan and Colin who have both done me proud. My wife Cathy keeps me on my toes, and I am lucky enough to be married to an excellent cook. To her credit, she tolerates my interests which take up a lot of my spare time, which is mainly reading, and since I retired in December 1999 I have moved more into the Computer world, giving me the opportunity to circulate my articles and enjoy the multitude of websites available.

My education was at my local Grammar School, I never hit the high spots, but it proved to be a good grounding for later life. I have always found myself in electrical or mechanical companies, in Sales or Service, and had my share of management positions, spending my last 30 years as a Sales Representative.

Pastimes/hobbies are writing articles, and occasionally giving talks on my pet subjects covering ET’s, UFO’s, Healing and Spiritual matters. I love my garden and the roses in particular. I help keep my fitness by still playing in competitive Table Tennis, some 47 years altogether.

I found my spiritual path in the late 70’s through The Atlantean Society, ran my own Branch soon after, during which time I started a section called The Universal Network that supported Tuella and her work with Ashtar. I then started Galacticom Europa to cover the messages from Ashtar through Carole Hall. In conjunction with all of this, I produced my own magazine called the 'Messenger.' This message is becoming more and more clear for you. We understand the challenges it presents. Please remember that there remains a celebration of Separation (lack of Light) that continues on the Earthly planes and this takes many forms. As you embrace more of the Light that you Are, you feel more clearly what is in discord with Your Light and The Light of All that Is. This is natural, purposeful and right on schedule. It feels like a polarization and we know that sometimes feels confusing to you. How are you to assist others if you are following the power of Light so fully and completely that you seem to be separating from Separation (smile)? How can you help and assist others when you are feeling so strongly to only Be and Experience yourself among and withIn Light and celebration of Light? Isn’t this the splitting of worlds we said would not happen?*

This Is Ascension. Choosing so fully the Light that you Are, no longer feeling contracted to participate, support, condone, bless or Be separate from the Light. Light, which Is the root of All, Source, Divine Energy.

We understand how you mean this and we would reply, “No.” We’ve shared before that you cannot do this for others. If your personal Ascension process calls for your further engagement with more authentic and pure Light of God in your energy field, then you will naturally and organically feel a pull towards more experiences and ways of Be-ing that honor, nurture, support, amplify, encourage and celebrate Light.

Free Will and contracts and varying missions and many other factors affect personal Ascension timelines. Others are not going through this sublimation of Light process and that is in Divine time. Can you allow them their process? Do you trust them and your Self and All that Is enough to follow the energies so divinely guiding You and that is also uniquely guiding others? Can you feel in your core the purpose of and intent of You following Your path?

Those who celebrate Separation in this time phase are having a different experience. Free Will and the present blend of Dark Age and Platinum Age experiences amidst this Shift offers this combined experience. We offer that for those on the timeline of bringing in the Platinum Age, if you wait for others to come along, the Platinum Age would not happen. The gateways and portals of Platinum frequencies are opened and anchored by your Being your Light in ways that others do not yet know is possible. You are changing the energetic structures of the planet, and of humanity by following your guidance and your unique path to purer and purer experiences of Light from within the bodysuit.

In our definition, judgment is feeling or indicating that another being is making the “wrong” choice or a “bad” decision. Discernment is rooted in love, honor for self and honor for other. Discernment is noticing that You are not making that same choice for you. Discernment allows you to notice the varying choices being made without the need to label another’s choice as good/bad, right/wrong. Deciding something is not in your highest good is discernment. Determining something is not in another being’s highest good is judgment and beyond the scope of your authority or responsibility relative to free will and personal Sovereignty be-ing offered in your realms. Boundaries are taking action, or not, when energies are not what you choose to participate in or to experience.

As you discern how to experience your Self amidst this combined experience, many of you are making difficult decisions regarding relationships and participation with others and in groups. Feeling led, internally to set boundaries, discerning what is honoring and supporting the Light you seek to experience and Create in the physical realms.

What these beautiful souls in judgment of you do not recognize is that they are still on the path of celebrating Separation. They are asking you to hold back on your path for Ascension until others are ready. They do not understand your purpose, your role. Please do not ask them to. It is not their responsibility to understand your process. It is Your responsibility to understand your process.

This is very related to the span of one's personal energy field. As you expand your consciousness, your energy fields are also expanding and this allows you to see the reflection of what is in you as well as what is in others, and/or what is in the collective. At that level of experiencing one's Self, just because you see it, doesn't mean it is "yours," that you "own it" nor that you are responsible for it. This is very much related to what we call "triggers."

How do you know for whom the trigger is meant? How do you know who "owns it" as their responsibility, their personal opportunity? The opportunity for growth resides most directly within the one feeling an emotional surge by what they are seeing or experiencing. They are creating the perhaps emotional and/or painful event, often subconsciously, for their own growth and expansion.

When you are feeling neutral, with no emotional response and no judgment about what you are seeing/experiencing then your role is as an Observer, a Witness, and this also offers growth in honing that skill.

If each experience with a certain individual or community or group feels like a bitter pill, pay attention to that inner feeling. The other individual or group may be subconsciously supporting and running programs that are actually anti-Light, i.e. celebrating and relying on Separation for survival. These individuals tend to be very unstable, often experiencing series upon series of very unfortunate events. In other moments they may demonstrate spiritual wisdom and loving vibrations. The cycle repeats over and over and over again within their field. The cycle is easy to monitor and observe using your higher/inner awareness system.

Those operating from the original 5 sensory human system will miss the cycle and miss the anti-Light energies and behaviors. They will also likely miss the power this subversive program has on everyone around them. It is toxic to Light, even the being’s own Light. It is as if another software programs runs simultaneous and they are in conflict with each other.

Trust your instincts on how you feel about this individual or this group and their behavior. Ask your Self whether, in that chosen state of being, can they support Light (in general) with that subversive program running in the background? Recognizing you cannot change anyone, consider your choices, ask your team for assistance in how you can best support and Be Your Light while allowing others to create the journey they desire.

We ask you gently, did they expressly ask you to help them? Do they know they need help? Are they conscious of this subversive program they are allowing to run in their energy field? If each answer to these questions is, “No,” then you cannot help them. (Notice any emotional response you feel to that statement for it will help you recognize a possible Victim/Rescuer program you may be ready to address and release.) That does not mean there is no help or no hope for them. You know every being has a dedicated spiritual support team assigned to them. You also know the clear distinction between helping someone who is asking for your help and helping someone that is not asking for help, from you or anyone. Helping another in this situation when you are not asked and they are not conscious nor self aware of the deeper issues, is unproductive, energetically draining, possibly frustrating, discouraging and sometimes even depressing. They are running the program and they must be the ones to address it.

From our perspective, we see them as a Master Level Soul, running a very sophisticated program of a Dark Age cycle they chose to work with. They just aren’t done with it yet. The master’s piece is not yet complete; a work in progress.

This perspective, when you allow it to become your personal truth, is extremely beneficial. It connects You with a more empowering vibration of Source energy. By your holding this truth and viewing the other as the master level Soul they are, you help energize those master frequencies within them. You may be the only one that offers that frequency to them in their entire journey, because You Can. We ask you, how is that not helping?

Their Higher Self has a plan and a purpose for this journey and that even includes these subversive programs we are discussing here. They have signed up to experience them. Before possibly spinning into an emotional negation of this being possible, please re-center and listen with your heart. This master level soul may have volunteered for this part of their experience, possibly for the benefit of seeing and experiencing how it affects other Lightworkers and Wayshowers, to see from the inflictor how toxic that energy can be to Source Light in a polarized game like Earth in a Dark Age cycle. That is powerful information and experience to gather.

If this is going on in your personal experience, are you done? Have you fully experienced enough of it or do you wish for more? Will you go back to that item on the menu list over and over again? It may take somewhat severe and directed actions in boundary setting by You for it to no longer be in your experience set. The only thing you can Change is You.

We ask you, do you believe they are also an infinite, Sovereign Soul? Do you believe their re-membering, Ascension process can be done for them? How much will you compromise your own Light and your own energy to interact and “help” this being who has not asked for your help and may never ask for your help? What will it take to help you Trust your inner guidance regarding where you can best play your role? What will it take for you to Trust there is a path and purpose for this other being and that path may no longer include you? They may allow and seek another for help and in Divine time but they aren’t choosing you, at this time and maybe never. Again, please recognize the ego-ic patterns You may be facing with this experience.

We remind you that in this Ascension timeline for Earth and for all life on Earth, no one gets left behind. We repeat, no one gets left behind. And part of how that happens is by as many as possible going through your own Ascension processes, embracing levels of Light others do not yet have access to... because they are running those subversive programs and don’t even know it. You know it and therein lies your opportunity and we would say responsibility to anchor these Platinum frequencies for the dawning Age to become real and tangible and unshakeable... so that others will have it available for them... when They choose. They are not yet choosing and that is obvious by their cycles of behaviors and actions. You Are choosing, choosing Light and declaring your self done with Separation and all the games and programs that support Separation from the Light that you Are.

There will continue to be distractions to your Light and your Ascension throughout this phase. You will become more and more sophisticated at your ability to discern this as it happens and respond proactively, maintaining your unique vibration as you feel led. Again, this will be misunderstood and you will be ridiculed by some for setting boundaries. They cannot or will not see what you observe, so don’t ask them to. Trust.

This session was most productive and we hope it is supremely helpful to you at this critical stage of the process. Separating from the game of Separation, falling into the Sovereignty and Light that you Are. It feels like a paradox and yet it is a critical part of this Ascension process, particularly with the Platinum Age frequency of these Divine Blueprints. You will more fully Feel and Know the Light of all that Is, and seeing it more clearly in others as you embrace and allow more and more of Your Source Light with-In. Masters, doing/being things never done/been before in carefully chosen realities like Earth. Typical over achievers, setting the bar for your Selves higher and higher. Sometimes to avoid boredom (smile). Sometimes just to ensure very special missions like this are accomplished in full. And so it Is.

*When I asked this question, I felt like I was submerged in water, bobbing gently at the surface and it felt as if time stopped, everything rushed and shifted around me and a huge white, platinum and golden chariot seemed to glide in above my field of consciousness. I could feel the significance of this huge moment, that I had asked a pivotal question so many of us face and there was celebration and fanfare in offering their perspective.

I Kuthumi step forward once more today to speak with you and I bring you reassurance. We here have observed how many of you feel alone, even though you may have what you think is an accelerated lifestyle brimming with work mates, associates and daily work. We observe through your struggles the over focus on these matters with the result of often feeling alone in the few moments you allow yourself to simply be. When will you say, “Enough.”

We are waiting for you. While we wait we see many caught up in self created dreams of not enough money, not enough time, not enough recognition for your efforts. All needless, wasted energy my friends. So, today I come with reassurance.

You see your conscious mind prefers repetition – habits. This may be your time allocation as an example. You get up in the morning, shower, eat in a rushed manner, not really thinking about or really enjoying what you are eating. It is simply a habit you perform in the daily ritual of your life. You rush into a stream of metal frustration with others also trying to gain an ever diminishing flow of travel on your roads and freeways.

Finally you arrive and for the next eight hours push yourself to achieve more than the month before. My friend, I could go on and on with the activities we see too many of you struggling with each day. Your world of creation is stifling your soul. Many are struggling to keep up, becoming more and more weary of the struggle on the physical and mental levels. Yes, I have spoken of this before. Whilst we understand many have obligations of home and financial commitments, it is time to look closely at what you have created. Understand you are facing great choices this year. This is a turn-a-round year for mankind in every area of your world. Yes, I tell you truth my friends. My reassurance is that we are with you, waiting so desperately for you to awaken fully to your soul.

Mankind is facing choices with every environment of every country on Earth. The devastation of the land must cease! The land is your survival along with your air and water ways. Three key areas which must be preserved.

I tell you your resources of survival are at stake in many countries. Be assured your strength is in togetherness. It is time to join together to preserve your natural resources. The tampering with your food must cease! We see many are coming home with distortion of organs through cancerous growths created by additives in the food chain by man.

This year is your turn-a-round year. We urge you to stop and look around you. Look to simplify your lives in all areas. Grow your own food. Purchase a cheaper home or join with others in a community of like minded souls. Not those who would seek to control, no, those ones content to live in togetherness. My friend there is so much I could tell you of this. However I tell you, indeed ask you, to pause in your life. To sit quietly. Though to achieve quietness within may be difficult for many who are so engrossed in a busy, competitive lifestyle. Yet I ask especially these ones to try. To quieten your minds, your body. Ask yourself how would you like your life to be if you could choose? What would you enjoy which could be reasonably achieved? Would you wish for health for your physical and mental body perhaps? Take your time. Dream. Visualize.

From your dreams of creation see what you would create now in your life. You may decide you want more ‘down time.’ Time to relax, to enjoy simply living. Some of you need to begin with small steps, others will choose a complete change. There is no right or wrong here for each of you are indeed beginning to create a new way, a new lifestyle. You are choosing.

Choices are energy. Energy is multiplied by many others. Like attracts like. Therefore like energy seeks similar thought energy. Do you see? Do you understand change need not be so difficult? Yet it is imperative you begin now. 2012 is a year of transformation. Much has been written and spoken about regarding the transition to soul awareness. Many read. Many understand, yet do nothing! Transformation requires action – from you. You cannot expect an expansive transformation into soul Light if you are still struggling with office and financial traumas. No. These issues are like a sand paper to your soul. Your soul withdraws and you find yourself alone with your thought worries. The physical body then retreats into stress mode.

We try to come around you. Try to wake you from this bed of self creation. Yet my friend it is you who must open the door to let us in. We are there around you on a higher dimension, suspended, waiting. Waiting to heal you, waiting to help you, to guide you forward.

Bliss is there for you. It is. Yet often your very vibrational energy is out of soul flow so it is difficult for you to connect to your higher self, to your soul. Therefore in these situations you must enter a process which I will give to this one to bring you back to a soul flow. Here you can release the jagged energies of business, of trauma, of pain, of worry. The energy of soul can give you the most wonderful healing on your emotional, mental and physical bodies. The energy brings you back to a level of soul peace you see. This is very necessary this year. You may need to bring yourself back to this state often as you transgress old life styles.

Your new year holds much promise, like sunshine after a storm where order is restored and life becomes balanced once more. This is before you. However it is a future each of you must create. It is time now to say, “Enough.” To put up your hand to say, “No more.” It is a time to come back to a basic life style and to honour your soul. Further, understand not everyone will join in, in creating a new lifestyle and on to creating a new Earth. Understand also it is their choice and they will reap the harvest of what they choose to sow in the latter months of 2012.

I tell you do not waste energy in trying to change those whose mindset and intent is set to do nothing. Leave them. It is their choice and their learning. Understand you cannot force another to ‘see’. This must occur when they choose, when they feel ready. Be compassionate, understand. But do not dwell on those who turn away. Rather, use your powerful energies wisely.

Unite with the wisdom of your soul. It will always guide you – if you listen. 2012 has proved to be challenging on many levels. The difficulties will be determined by how much soul Light you have allowed into your daily awareness. You see all must become aware of soul, of soul Light and soul flow. All paths lead to the Creator. What you choose to call it does not matter. All roads lead to the same point. The stories of creation, of highly developed souls seeking to awaken the masses in your various languages and history books, all lead to the same Creator God.

So I ask, why do you argue that your belief is superior to another? Why? I tell you as your Linear time grows shorter and you enter a new year, each of you will face new challenges of Earth herself. What will you choose? How have you prepared? Are you listening?

This is what this channel named this year of 2012. We of the Council Of Light, the Great White Brotherhood agree. It is time to align with the higher vibration of your soul and the knowledge contained there. The soul is pure, yet also contains all. All knowledge, all experience. Your soul remembers you see. All of your past experiences of various lifetimes.

My friend I tell you truth when I tell you, you have experienced the ego self in many forms. It is now time to open your eyes completely. Your etheric eyes. It is time to overcome your ego self. To understand it, to see it. We see your ego’s still playing out on so many levels of your lives. Perhaps I will speak of this another time for you to gain a further understanding in order for you to overcome and rise to your complete glory.
