Isis' Message of the Day
-
Your soul is a grand recorder, an unbiased computer
which records, very scientifically, every emotion felt within your embodiment. When you feel emotional, you are feeling a
thought that has bombarded the light structure of your being, has been accepted through your brain, and has been sent throughout
the central nervous system to produce a sensation in every cell of your body. The soul then records that sensation as an emotion
for the purpose of referral, what is termed memory.
Memory does not have size; it is an essence. Memory is not a visual
accounting; it is an emotional accounting. It is emotion that creates the visual image. The soul does not record pictures
or words for the purpose of memory; it records the emotions of those images and words.
The soul takes the emotion created
by thought being felt throughout the body and searches through its memory banks for a resemblance -- one which the reasoning
portions of the brain, what you term "intellect," can identify in order to select a word to describe the feeling.

Today's Angel Message

Today we feel it is advisable for you to take
some time for yourselves to accept and integrate the huge amounts of information that has recently been beamed into your energy
bodies, and into your cells, as well.
We know that very few of you are consciously
aware of what you have received. That is alright. It is in the nature of potential, in any case. For a short time, close your
eyes and center yourselves in your hearts. Intend that you accept and thank your Creator for these gifts and wish them integrated
with your being as you release more of the things which do not resonate with the future selves you desire. Breathe the best
and highest YOU into yourself, and breathe the other out. It is not necessary to make it a long process, unless you enjoy
it. You may get a visual or feeling of a color, such as our gold and blue, or Raphael’s rose and green, St. Germain’s
violet, etc. If you do, breathe that in and absorb it, also.
Our attention is drawn to the intense and growing
feeling that almost everyone has now of an impending happening which they ‘cannot put a finger on.’ We will address
that in two ways.
First, you are correct. This feeling is right
on target. Except that, in a sense, that happening is what you are already in the middle of. Many can feel it happening inside
themselves and are beginning to see changes in their lives to give evidence of it. Most, however, are wondering what sort
of catastrophe is just around the corner. Your peaceful and calm demeanor will go a long way to diffusing this dread they
are feeling.
Second, yes, there is an event of significant
proportion approaching. It is, my friends, an internal event which will change everything for everybody and everything. But
we would caution you in this way. When a similar event occurred at the end of your ‘Dark Ages,’ the event itself
passed without remark. Yet, everything changed, did it not?
Now, there will be many, many observable events
manifesting over the next while in your time. But, as we have said over and over for these months, they are but the reflection
of yourselves. We always, always stress that. It is important for you and for your world that you begin to recognize
yourselves as the change makers, not any longer as the victims of change. Look within yourselves and begin to find the
divine beings that you are. Never before in the history of your world has it been as sure for this to be accomplished by you.
And every tiny step taken in this direction is having wondrous effects upon your world.
We are overjoyed with what we see you accomplishing.
We stand in the doorway of your heart waiting to greet you. We offer evidence daily of our presence. Peace and love be yours
until next we speak. Good day.

Your Thoughts Can Do Anything

When antagonism is stuck in your heart, you
stuck it there. You are responsible for your own. That may not seem right to you, but that is how it is. You are responsible
for yourself. You are the chooser of your own antagonism.
To know this is a very freeing thing. That you
are responsible means that you can do something about it. You are not helpless. You are not a victim, or, if you are a victim,
you are a victim of your own chicanery. You are the culprit.
When you feel happiness, you deliver it to yourself.
You are the one who blesses yourself with happiness.
Outside does not exist. Inside you, everything
exists.
Knowing this, you have a beautiful opportunity
to change what you may see as fate. You are your own Fairy Godmother or otherwise.
To proclaim yourself innocent in all situations
is to cast off your own freedom and sense of self. You are not a pawn in life. If it seems that way, then you are your own
pawn.
You are self-fulfilling. You are self-authorizing.
You are self-activating. You are self-motivating. You are self-belittling or self-realizing.
You have the inborn ability to turn your life
upside down. You have the inborn ability to turn the world upside down, or, rather, to turn the world right side up.
You are like a boat moored somewhere. Unlike
a boat, you can change your moorings, beloveds. You can transform your life in the world. We can say that you have made your
bed. We can further say that you don’t have to lie in it. You can change the bed you made.
You are very powerful. You have convinced yourself
of many things. You can change your convictions. You can choose new convictions, or no convictions, and a new life. If you
want a new life, make it happen. Don’t wait for it to happen. Convey new thoughts to yourself. Make your life a different
ballgame. You do not have to be inbred with old thinking. Revise your thinking. If you want to revamp your life, revamp how
you look at yourself and how you look at the world. When you change, everything changes with you.
If your thoughts have made you ill, your thoughts
can make you well.
If your thoughts make you fearful, your thoughts
can make you fearless.
When it comes to thoughts, you can have any
thoughts you want.
If you want new horizons in your life, sing
a different tune.
Your thoughts and patterns of thought can be
anything you want, for you choose your thoughts. If you can choose them, you can unchoose them as well.
You can even change your heredity. In the blink
of an eye, you can change your heredity.
There is nothing you have to hold onto. Not
the past, not even the present, and not the future.
There is a beautiful world before you, and it
is of your making. You can make your life whatever you want.
Just the way you grow out of old clothes, you
are fully capable of growing out of old thinking. Because a thought was thought once doesn’t mean it belongs to you
and that you must maintain it. Go up into the attic of your mind and toss out a lot of what has accumulated there. Clean out
your mind of what you are better off without. You do not want to block the chi in your mind. Clean out the closet of your
mind. Make room for new. Create a vacuum. Bring in flowering thoughts.
Consider your mind a garden of thoughts. What
kind of garden do you want? Plant that garden. This is the spring of your life.

Archangel Indriel: Remain Centered In Your Heart

Dearest Children of the Light, I am Indriel,
beloved compatriot and guiding presence. You are so loved, and it is of this I choose to remind you. I seek this fine day
to commend you on the work you have done thus far. I know you have not had an easy go of it, not by any stretch of the imagination.
Yet here you are still. You continue, onward and upwards. There have been innumerable stumbling-blocks along the way, yet
never have you once allowed yourself to be dissuaded. You sometimes falter and there are times you question both yourself
and your mission. Of course you do! It is quite natural, and it is just as natural for you to quickly recover yourselves and
soldier on. No matter how rough the journey has been and regardless of the depth of challenge that awaits you in the days
to come-know that it is not in you to quit. You are the forerunners of a brand new society, a brand new race in a sparkling
new land. You are leading the way for the occupants of that new society to evolve and find their way home. Most amazingly,
you operate without open access to your true abilities and tools, and are blazing that trail without the benefit of maps or
clearcut directions. Do you understand now how perfectly magnificent you are?
The progress you have made so far exceeds all
of our hopes and expectations. We, your Angelic Teams, wish for you to know how truly honored and deeply touched we are by
your patience and willingness to seek out and accept our loving guidance. Our hearts are warmed by your readiness to accept
us into your lives. Someday soon you shall remember the close relationship we share. Thus, it is crucial, now more than ever,
that you cultivate a loving, trusting and open heart. The heart is the operating system through which all things function
in the higher realms. You have not much time left in 3rd density, and that is the only paradigm whose occupants follow the
dictates of linear, ego-based thinking. The heart is not only just a storehouse of emotion. It is capable of not only feeling
love, but of discernment, wise choice, the taking in of knowledge, and of unobstructed communication and thought. When you
are centered in your heart and conduct yourself from this point, much like a type of inner home-base, you can relax and trust
implicitly that the actions you are taking are the right ones. When you are living in your heartspace and operating therefrom,
you shall find yourself devoid of anxiety, judgement, pain, dramatics and conflicting negative emotion.
It is time to take the next essential step,
Dear Lightbearers, the next mandatory step. I am asking you to cease your micro-management and overly analytical thinking
about what is coming and when. Surrender all outcomes and what is to come beforehand, and give yourself and all of your expectations
over to God. I tell you, please do take personal responsibility for your own role in the ascension process, but you must stop
worrying over the details. I see that many of you suffer great trepidation regarding what you do not yet know, and your
fears are mounting over what you are seeing and reading about throughout your media. There is much interference and disinformation
running rampant at this time, and the perpetrators of these untruths are counting on just such lower, base reactions. I caution
you, do not feed the beast. Do not expend your precious energy on such things; you must pull back when you sense yourself
slipping downward and plant your awareness back firmly in your heart. When you are living from your heart, your decisions,
reactions and emotions shall be reflective of your newly emerging 5th dimensional operating system.
Blessed are you God’s children. Know with
a certainty that you may call upon your Angels and Guides at anytime. We shall soothe your weary soul and help you maintain
a heart-centered way of being. You are blessed.

Do Cosmic Cycles Drive Some Biological Processes?

Have you ever heard of the word, ‘Chronobiology?’
It is basically the science that describes how
biological processes adapt to solar and lunar cycles. It’s why you sleep and wake and even why you get jet lag. It even
covers photosynthesis and why some animals hibernate.
As the earth spins, the sun moves across the
sky. Most people think that the sun is actually moving across the sky but it is really the earth that is spinning. But this
periodic transit of the sun activates and deactivates the "Clock" gene (short for Circadian Locomotor Output Cycles Kaput),
leading to secretion of the hormone ‘melatonin’ from the pineal gland.
You’d be forgiven for thinking, ‘so
what?’ Well, melatonin is the hormone that is responsible for you sleeping and waking. As melatonin rises you get sleepy.
As it falls you find yourself more awake. It goes up and down like clockwork, and is ultimately synched with the rotation
of the earth.
If you fly to another time zone, your melatonin
rhythm is out of synch with your natural rhythm, which is tuned to where you live. For instance, you might arrive at 4pm local-time
after a 10-hour flight but your body clock thinks it’s midnight. Your melatonin levels are higher than everyone else’s,
so while they’re all wide-awake, you’re feeling pretty tired.
It takes a few days for your levels to entrain
(or fall in synch) with where you have travelled to and that’s when you’re officially over your let jag.
Enough of the earth and sun for now! What about
the moon? There’s strong symbolism connecting the moon to women. Carol P. Christ, a writer on women’s spirituality
and feminist theology, wrote, “Our great symbol for the Goddess is the moon, whose three aspects reflect the three stages
in women’s lives and whose cycles of waxing and waning coincide with women’s menstrual cycles.”
Indeed, there’s now strong evidence that
the period of the moon is also synched with women’s menstrual cycles. Around 28% of women have been found to have their
periods around the 4 days either side of a new moon, as compared with 14% at any other time slice in the month.
I find all this kind of information really fascinating.
I have always enjoyed astronomy. One of my favourite things to do is lie on the grass on a clear night and look up at the
stars. I have even wondered about astrology, whether heavenly movements can in some way be related to our lives. I know most
scientists are very skeptical about the subject. I personally don’t think we should be so quick to judge.
It’s not actually possible to disentangle
human biology from the movements of the sun and moon and the rotation of the earth. These, in turn, are affected by, or are
at least in synch with, larger rhythms and cycles. I don’t profess to know that much about astrology, nor how it works,
but I personally don’t think anyone should dismiss the subject without a thorough understanding of these larger cycles.
I did have a go at calculating my own chart….a
long process and would have been a lot easier had I just used a computer rather than an ephemeris, but then again I do like
to know what is being calculated. To me, it’s a map of the heavens according to my time of birth and the coordinates
of where I was born. Could that map in some way have a bearing on some of the body’s rhythms? I don’t think anyone
has actually researched it like that. I’d be curious to see what they’d come up with.
But coming back to why I wrote this blog entry.
I wanted to really just point out that the spinning of the earth, the orbit of the moon, and even the movement of the earth
around the sun, can be thought of as forces of destiny, in that we can predict these cosmic movements with astonishing accuracy
from the moment a person is born for the rest of their lives.
So in this way, it is possible to predict some
of a person’s biology at any date in the future. All you would need to know is their coordinates so you can work out
the position of the sun in the sky.
I find that kind of cool.
I covered the subject of chronobiology in chapter
1 of my book, ‘Is Your Life Mapped Out?’ Please forgive the blatant promotion of the book – I’ve never
been one for promoting my own stuff (sound of publisher rapping my knuckles) – but I’m just so absolutely fascinated
with the whole subject of destiny, free will, consciousness, the meaning of life, and how our thoughts create our reality,
and want to shout about it from the highest mountaintops.

You are an intersection of all that you have
ever been and all that you will ever choose to be. Within the walls of your heart -- you entertain the past, the now, and
the future. Within the walls of your heart resides all hope and wants for the future. Within the walls of your heart, you
hold all levels of the heavens that still hold the embryo of possible creation.
You each stand at the gates of yourself, holding
your breath, waiting for all of life to show you in which direction you are to walk, in which direction you are to love, in
which direction you are to look. You all stand at these gates waiting for a signal from something of heaven, from something
of earth, from something of life. You stand on the apex of who you knew yourself once to be and you are asked to leap to the
next mountaintop, into a place of understanding that is foreign to your nature. You are asked to go beyond your abilities
to surpass all that you have known yourself to be, to finally land within the sphere of knowledge that awaits you.
There are many levels of your light that you
are about to embrace, as there are many levels of your humanness that you are afraid to embrace. Announce to yourself the
receiving of all levels of love – whether it is love that has pained you in the past, love that is unrequited in the
now, love that turns its head and walks away from you. Announce love to yourself, for the next level of your ascension and
awakening can only be accessed through the human heart, through the love that you know as a human being. Look in your life
– look at your past, your parents, your spouse, your children – and see how much you have loved them and how much
you still have not embraced them fully.
You have side-stepped – what your heart
yearns to be. You have side-stepped – where your heart yearns to be. You have side-stepped your future and you have
lain comfortable in the quagmire of the now. Most people of earth are afraid of love. They are afraid of the very thing that
will set them free. The heart of another will only lead you back to your own heart. No other heart will ever fulfill you.
They can nurture you, they can polish you, they can buff you, and they can love you. Each level of love that you walk into
as a warrior will take you closer to an Ascension level of your own heart. All truths that you seek are within your grasp.
To access them you must 'believe with a knowing' and 'know it with a believing'. The proof will come – but only after
the pudding has been served. At this time we bow to your light, we bow to your hearts.
Choice in Motion
Each of you is coming to a fork in the road
inside of yourself, regarding Choice. (The word choice is a #7 vibration. Seven works for the light, by the light and with
the light. Sevens eat drink think and speak the light. Sevens are not allowed to stray outside the boundaries of light for
more than a fleeting thought. Seven brings you home the place where miracles are an every minute event, where you can fly
and dance in the stars while in any and all forms.)
In the next few months, earth comes to a point
of choice. No longer will it be deemed, declared, or decreed by heavenly intervention, what you should or should not do, what
you should and should not choose. No one will point a finger at you and tell you what to do or experience. You are magnetizing
and drawing to you situations to learn from. They do not come out of the ethers and form without a thought magnetizing them.
In each situation there is a gift for you to experience. No one is holding you back from anything. No one is holding you up.
You and you alone are creating all of it.
When you get to the center point of complete
understanding of these thoughts, then you will be on the journey of mastership, then you will understand there are no victims,
whatsoever. With this understanding you will advance to a new level of light. You will remove another layer of human deception.
You will be lightened and enlightened by doing this. This Truth has been released universally. You and you alone are
responsible for what you are experiencing and you and you alone are creating what you are experiencing.
