 Beloved masters, there has been much discussion
about the right and left brain integration of humankind as part of the evolutionary ascension process. It is important that
you understand that as long as you are in the vibrational fields of duality or separation, you will not totally unify the
right and left brain areas of expression. However, when you tap into your Sacred Mind, which is located at the upper, back
portion of the head, you will tap into a fifth-dimensional environment where there is unity consciousness. In that etheric
area of the brain, all is unified; there is no separation. The Goddess-inspired right brain is forever seeking loving, emotional
interaction and creative expression via the Soul’s consciousness. The left brain, masculine mind is more interested
in concrete facts established via the material plane of consciousness, which creates a push/pull duality consciousness. Your
Soul and Higher Self function within a reality of no time or space limitations, while the ego consciousness is limited by
time and structural boundaries. The Divine blueprint/plan of the past and present is quickly coming to a conclusion. The experimental
experience of duality and separation is either being modified, harmonized, integrated or eliminated.

waking up now to the possibility, even the probability, that you can extend the lifetime for a lot longer if you want to.
Now, if the belief system is that the world is hard, it’s harsh, it’s not a good place to be, some are releasing
the body and then saying they will reincarnate and come back at a better time. But you do not have to. You do not have to
recycle. You can just keep on cycling. (Smile)

Shifts
and changes, as ever the energies increasing in tempo and expansive with potency. A time indeed of greater recuperation after
the ever current increases needing ever more alignment within the hearts and souls of each one blessed to be here during these
times of such uniqueness, as never before experienced! All the possibilities of Mother Earth’s, and our expansion have
been duly put at each one's feet, so to speak, to peruse and muse upon and to decide which eventuality is most appealing to
each of us upon this beautiful planet. Time to stop and smell the roses, if you're quick, for there's more input arriving
virtually all the time to gently and lovingly coax and coerce us into the place we need to be - and choose to be. A place
within, that affords one more 'aha moments' than other mere possibilities. Where that which you hear and feel rests better
within your mighty processing and computing system of your magnificent heart /mind. Here lies the way forward as you choose
the rightful feeling path that resonates true to you!
Never before in humanity's history has there
been a situation quite like the one that we are currently deeply entrenched within. The royale and divine intent of both Gaia,
planetary Being, and Humankind thereon and within, are linked closely together and the twain shall not be severed one from
another. Magnanimous moments indeed and ones that invoke all and everyone to draw in deep breaths, to inhale more of the pranic
and adamantine particles which one might understandably suggest are representative of the very nectar of life itself. Enhanced
by the flight of the ever white dove or shekinah; symbolic of peace, love and purest of light, and continued returning of
the ever more potent and pristine Christed energies that are a 'savior' to one and all depriving none, not ever one soul.
Winds of change, of course, are ever blowing
as the continuity and greater sustenance afforded each searching soul, lifts one high above the flotsam and jetsam as the
debris ebbs away into the trash bin once and for all! Mother Earth is joy filled in the knowledge that all is becoming ever
closer to a time and place of soul full preparation and the many layers or disenchanted skins continue to peel away, layer
after layer, until soon - so very soon - will be laid bare and pristine and in perfect readiness to raise up the curtains
and let the grand show begin. It most surely is not going to be a short run film, that races through the big screen in but
minutes, availing no one the opportunity of enjoying their popcorn or drinking deep from one's chalice of soda pop! This much
awaited showing of the greatest show on earth will assuredly be one that progresses as each relevant scenario is played out
accordingly and fully in line with the shekinah or spirit of life as abundance so supports or dictates.
Expect no mini marathon, yet more so a longer
distance journey that will afford all things to be adequately attended to in a greater overall and ultimate highest good,
for one and all. There is indeed a millennia of 'time' to succeed in all areas of the great overall divine plan and they who
expect an instant fix or cure will possibly realize even greater patience and acceptance as 'Rome' will not be re-built in
a day. Yet rebuilding and repairing, loving and uplifting, healing and raising up in ever rightful moments of time and there
will, gradually and most surely, become that city of promise and land of the fathers long awaited and much deserved.
God
is, Love is. We know, deep within that all will be re-attained in the highest divine order, as both on and off efforts become
synchronized and hand in hand will one tread with a purpose and joyous heart. Pay no heed maybe as the date of December 21
comes and goes with seeming indifference, for the strong steady and gradual energy increments are ongoing, unstoppable. There
will be many immediate opportunities as the cosmic lever is placed onto GO on that book-marked day and the resulting blueprint
will begin to be geometrically applied as new beginnings surely and truly commence!

grand opportunity to invoke and introduce abundantly more energies onto the planet and of course into your heart space as
the pure conduits that you indeed are. Where would your beloved Earth Mother be without the leading 'lights and loves' of
all you light-workers and way-showers that enjoy the introduction of purest Christ energies ever onto and into the planet
and all upon and within her. Teams of such light bearers from numerous star ships and star beings from numerous star systems
and galaxies are ever imminent with their own personal directives and blessed inputs to help and assist Lady Gaia in her most
imminent shifting of the ages. She is in joy and in reverence of gratitude for all the attention and light inputs that she
is gracefully and gratefully enjoying. She is ever thankful for you light beings whose every step spurs' crystal stardust
all over her earth body.
There is none that can say that they have not
helped and assisted her for by their sheer presence upon the beloved planet at this now time is simply being enough! The influx
of energetic inputs pour though you unconsciously as well as consciously. Imagine if you can the enormity of the love and
light you emit as a true conduit of the Christ energies or the shekinah, into and onto blessed Mother Earth, yes Lady Gaia!
I Am Sananda; I am also expressive through a lifetime as Jeshua ben Joseph, as Jesus, and in that lifetime did I have much
to accomplish and to overcome. There was no telephone communications, nor such as computers to spread the word of my mission
and it was solely by word of mouth or by the horse trains and quite slow and antiquated shipping lanes that news of the my
so called miracles were shared or enacted. All that I, as Jeshua did, can you all do and yes dear ones...even more.
I sit here with my scribe this magical eventide
at a place adequately called the Seekers Trust (England), where the energies are conducive with the flow of thoughts or words
to pen. We have worked well together over a millennia or so and have walked together on more than one occasion. There is
total truth in what this scribe has before penned re the marital status of the lovely Mary Magdalene and myself, and after
our mission was seen to be done and dusted in 'accordance with the scriptures,' did my lady and I initially visit the pyramids
in Egypt, and then traveled to India to continue and share our married lives together. We had three sons and a daughter. We
were abundantly happy as all that we came to do was indeed completed. And thus we shared well over thirty years of marriage
in northern India and in Nepal, to lead shall we say, the human side of our lives happily together. We left the planet when
Mary was 68 yrs of age, and I followed but a few weeks later at the age of 69 yrs.
We loved and lived our lives as two twin souls
as we had at last the time to fully enjoy within our marital lives until ‘death do us part!’ One son was named
after Archangel Michael, one was named after Peter the disciple, and our third son was named after myself, Jeshua. Our daughter
was named 'Arabella. 'They were born to Mary Magdalene and I in holy wedlock, and we were and are so very happy. To this very
day are we still together as divine complement souls and our unity is complete and our physical, spiritual and universal love
exceed all else.
The scribes in those times, after we had transitioned,
were coerced and paid well by the bureaucracy and the churches and sects of the day as they quite cruelly and shrewdly schemed
to omit all references to our real and proper God blessed relationship; this to belittle the precious, powerful, feminine
status, so that they, the (male) priests would control then the masses by misleading and degradation of the divine christed
role of femininity. Without Mary Magdalene would I have found it an impossibility to fulfil that which we have together achieved
- with her presence, with her love, with her own christed status. Truly the immaculate conception!"

Joseph.
So it is that now I assure you that our blood
line, Mary and Jeshua. does indeed continue upon the planet. We await our scribe of today as he too figures in similar blood
lines. There are many branches that also progress from 'the family tree.' He too will be called home very shortly as he has
indeed overstayed his original mission upon the planet, which was completed at the divine right time. He will soon transition
as the Father bids to call him home. I Am Sananda and bid you all Gods Speed, and so it is.

 Jesus: Never doubt that you are doing invaluable work

Our honor and respect for you grows as you continue,
despite the travails of the illusion, to hold your Light on high. It is a demanding task that you have set yourselves, and
yet you hang in there – sometimes with a rather grim determination! – intending to bring love, peace, and abundance
to the planet and all her inhabitants, while it seems that all around you people are hollering, blustering, and fighting insanely
to protect themselves or to destroy others. Knowing, as you do, that all are one, the insanity of it all can be very disheartening
for you. Nevertheless, you proceed determinedly to spread love – even as many still insist on denying its existence
and attempt to dissuade or discourage you from your path – demonstrating to all that in every heart there is a divine
spark waiting for the breath of spirit to blast it into flame.
And each one of you is an aspect of that breath
as you share love and seek entrance into even the most closely guarded hearts. And you are entering, often secretly through
a side door, and the effect your entrance is having on the owner is remarkable, even though it is not apparent to you. Never
doubt that you are doing invaluable work for all of humanity as you persist in following your path, allowing your Light to
burn brightly, and offering assistance, healing, and counseling to those who seek it from you.
You are changing the energies
at work on the planet because the love you intend to share, and are sharing unconditionally, is wearing down and dissolving
the very negative energies of fear that have overshadowed her for so long. It is like the tide coming in, smoothing out the
sand and carrying away the waste products and other man-made detritus for cleansing and recycling. A great energetic wave
of planetary cleansing is in fact occurring right now to restore her to her pristine state, and it is ensuring that she will
never again experience the kinds of unconscionable and thoughtless treatments to which she has been subjected since the start
of your industrial revolution.
It may well seem to you that while relatively
small core groups of concerned, conscientious, and well-informed people are going to great efforts to persuade humanity that
enormous changes in the way it thinks of and treats the planet are essential, larger, far more powerful, and influential groups
are doing their utmost to continue and expand their extremely short-sighted industrial activities which are effectively raping
and pillaging her. Industrial activities of an extreme and damaging nature have undoubtedly increased exponentially over the
last seven or eight decades. However, the movements to bring those vast destructive activities to an end are gaining momentum,
and the tide is about to change. When it does, the speed at which the most egregious activities are closed down will surprise
you, as will the speed at which damage that has been done can and will be rectified.
When you cooperate with one another on a large
scale, amazing results, for better or for worse, can be achieved very rapidly indeed. As the energies of love, compassion,
and healing continue to intensify across the planet, the essential positive and creative changes in the way you respond to
one another, and to events and problems that require your attention, locally, internationally, and globally, are being made
far more rapidly than you can imagine. Many events and occurrences of a positive nature do not get reported by the media;
in fact even the alternate media misses a lot of the positive and uplifting news that would raise your spirits and ease your
anxieties about the road ahead.
And of course your ongoing cooperative efforts,
coupled with your determination, to bring an end to activities that are detrimental to humanity and the planet are proving
extremely effective in delaying and stalling planned “grand industrial projects” that would be severely damaging
for your planetary ecosystems. Some of these delays to industrial projects become news items, enabling more people to become
aware of them and add their influence to the effort to ensure that they do not get approval.
Your loving and peaceful intent – brought
to mind during prayer, meditation, or plain relaxation – to prevent further catastrophic damage to the environment by
bringing to a halt all severely damaging industrial activity adds enormous energy to the efforts of those numerous organizations
that are working physically to achieve those same ends. You are moving positively forwards towards a new and wonderful age,
so maintain your intent, your focus, and your determination, and bring it into being.

I s Indeed Stranger Than Fiction

Many things are coming to a head, and even disclosure
may yet be first announced by unlikely sources. If it does, it will force the hand of other countries to admit what their
own contacts have been. No doubt there will be a reluctance to reveal the full extent to which they have been made. However
it is the time for the truth to come out, and after all much of it will simply be an acknowledgement of what is already known.
No doubt National Security will be used as an excuse to hold back on information relating to agreements with Extraterrestrials,
that have seen them working with the U.S. Government in underground bases. There is also the handling and outcome of those
who have been captured after being rescued from crashed craft. There is so much at stake for the dark Ones, and the truth
will be revealed when the facts finally come out.
The truth is indeed stranger than fiction, you
have been living in a time warp and your advancement has been deliberately held back. If the benefits of new discoveries had
been passed on to you, you would have long moved through the re-growth period after the last World War. Instead you have been
held to ransom by the Petroleum and Drugs Industries who have ensured that you cannot get out of their control, and have stopped
any advancements to free energy and less dependence on drugs. It is not that the changes could not have been introduced, but
instead those who were prepared to do it have been threatened or even worse have not dared to proceed. In time you will get
to know who the perpetrators are and who has supported them.
Perhaps understandably the biggest areas of
secrecy surrounds advancements in space travel. The whole subject is clouded by misinformation meant to confuse you, and those
involved have gone to great lengths to hide the truth. It makes the "search" for extraterrestrial life sound rather comical
when Governments and the military already work with them, and have done so for many years. The reports about such matters
can be found on your Internet, and many researchers have brought out very good books detailing their findings.
Members of the Galactic Federation of Light
have often been harassed and threatened when travelling in your skies. It is not that we would come to any harm, as we are
more than able to look after ourselves using our advanced technology. However, we find the military attitude towards us unacceptable,
as we have never posed any threat to you whatsoever. Unless we have been forced to re-act beyond moving out of their sight,
we have had to "remove" some craft but have first beamed the pilot on board ours. In the near future they may return to Earth
to verify the truth of our statements. We have also had to resort to similar action, when your authorities have ignored our
orders not to take nuclear devices off Earth. When what you are doing brings a threat to other civilizations, we have total
authority to take action and prevent it.
The time to finish with wars and all that is
associated with them has passed, yet certain countries are prepared to put their own in peril by starting another one in the
Middle East. We cannot stop your petty fighting, but will step in as we have done many times if we find that nuclear weapons
are intended to be used. Think peace Dear Ones, and you will help create more Light and power the grids around Earth.
That will help transmute the negative energies and lessen the chances of more fighting between countries. It is time to grow
up and become responsible citizens and take care of your beautiful Earth, and all other forms of life. Those who find themselves
unable to do so, will have no right to claim Ascension, and will have more to learn.
We know that you are all at different stages
of evolution, and we make no judgment of those who are lagging behind. You proceed at a pace that suits you as an individual,
and that is the beauty of reincarnation that gives you repeated opportunities to learn your lessons. So you have no need to
concern yourselves about those around you, who appear to have little understanding of what Ascension means. You take it or
leave it, and it comes around again because of its cyclic nature. Such souls will not lose the benefit of what they experienced
in duality, and it will give them a useful advantage when they continue their spiritual evolution.
Bear in mind that God has a great plan for the
Universe, and because of God's Love for all life it is treated as an experience that allows you complete freedom to do as
you desire. However, you do have to learn from your choices should they interfere or harm another soul. In that event it is
you who decides how you should achieve the necessary understanding that will carry you forward. Naturally Higher Beings will
share their wisdom with you and advise you the best way it can be arranged. Life often seems to progress by pure chance, but
we tell you that where it counts and makes an impact on your life, it is all planned. It may not seem like it especially
if you have taken on tasks that are unpleasant, yet it is the difficult challenges that give you the greater opportunity of
making leaps and bounds forward.
In these end times most of you will have opted
to clear any outstanding karma. It means that you are certainly having a busy life, and where your relationships are concerned
a very up and down existence. Stick with it and do not walk away from them, as you are being given not just a chance to uplift
yourself, but your actions can also help other people. The Human Race are all in it together, and it is your collective consciousness
that dictates how high or low you go. Certainly because of the importance of Ascension, you are getting immense help for your
upliftment. We want to see as many of you as possible ascend, and when you "light" up we know you have found something of
your true self and are awakening.
 I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and know that the midnight
hour is striking, and you have so little time left to put your heart and soul into making sure you are ready to ascend. Stay
focused on your goals, and do not be distracted by the antics of those who are trying to put you off. The dark Ones are having
their last futile attempts to prevent you ascending, and it will only happen if you allow it. Walk safely in the Light and
Love that is surrounding your Earth.

The Surf Is Up, Let's Ride!

A wave of Light has been growing. Some people
have been riding the wave while some have been trying to run away from it. The wave is one with All That Is and it is who
we are. How could we possibly separate ourself from another part of our own Self? The wave is awakening the parts of our Self
that have been dormant for a long time. All who wish to wake up are waking up and becoming more whole and growing with the
wave. When the remembrance of Self and the truth of All One are embraced things come more into balance. All is a collective
Being of individual elements and personalities that make up the collective consciousness of All One.
The individual personalities of people are Creator
Gods living within their own experience. Everyone creates what they wish to experience. There is no where to run and there
is no where to hide from your own Self. No matter how hard we may try or how much we may wish to live in illusion. We will
never be able to separate ourselves from the collective Self of All That Is. As individual God Creators the Universe supplies
us with what we wish to experience. The Universe is in service to you and will supply you with what ever you wish. If you
wish to continue living in illusion and separation then this is what you will be served. However if you wish to be one with
the wave and release the ways of living that brings separation between you and the wave, this is your choice also. There is
no judgement in the wave, the wave is a wave and it is a wave of love with-out conditions.
The wave of transformation is embracing and
is upon us now. This wave is only another aspect of our own Self, not the Self for which see’s illusion and separation
but the part of us for which is eternal and real. All is being woken up from a long sleep. There is nothing to fear, for fear
would only mean to the Universe that you are choosing to experience more separation. By loving your own self and all with-out
conditions you are more one and in harmony with the wave. Take the time to feel and expand this love vibration through your
physical body. Expand it and breath it in and out. The truth will be known and the truth will reign. There is nothing that
can stop the wave of truth from flowing. Freedom and knowledge of our eternal Beingness is not a destination, it is a way
of living. You are the wave, we are the wave and the wave is growing stronger with intensity and love. It is washing upon
the shores of Earth, across all the continents and the Universe. All is being transformed.
If you wish to be one with the wave then "be"
the "wave" and "be it" now. Stop running from your own Self. There is nothing to wait for, the wave is here! Love all, serve
all.
The wave is flowing to you all "now!" Embrace
and live as one with the wave. The surf is up! Let’s ride! : )

 Contracting into Expansion

Everything in our existence was cooked in the
same cosmic crock-pot. All came from the same cosmic soup with the same celestial ancestry. Every Being that exists between
time and within time, is a part of the expressions of the Universe. You are a multi-dimensional universe within your self,
your cell structure, and your biology all is stardust.
This entire year has escorted humankind into
doorways of thinking beyond mortal perceptions of time and space. There is no denying we have all shifted. Our true essence
is no longer limited and linear, our true essence belongs to all worlds, to all universes, and to all Time. Do not separate
yourself from your experience, but pour yourself into your life. The separateness that you have long felt as truth is no longer
such. For your world has passed the parallelisms of itself and it now creates a new sentence, a new understanding, and a new
diagramming of the explanation of whom it knows itself to be. By keeping separate in your thinking, in your workday, in your
relationships, in your hopes and dreams, in your fears, and tears – you create a ripple effect of separateness.
Source has stretched itself to the very edge
of its capacity to procreate from this angle of light. Earth has stretched as far as she is able and now begins to contract
in an effort to alleviate her growing pains and be propelled forward. Expansion is wondrous but in truth has placed many stretch
marks upon the body of humanity and earth herself.
Earth feels this heaviness and her momentum
is slowed just a fraction. Your bodies will feel heavier as you move into your fulcrum. After the next level of expansion,
there will be a grand conjunction and contraction. The balloon of life cannot be blown up anymore then it is without popping
at the seems. You will let go of the need for material. In the expansion, you wanted everything. In the contraction, thoughts
are fine-lined, expectations are thinner, knowledge is deeper, and remembrance is clearer.
As energies contract you will find yourself
in-between spheres of consciousness, in front of a portal of instantaneous manifestation. You will move closer and closer
to your original undiluted full strength form. You will grow in might, in character, in knowing, and in remembrance. As you
contract fully to an expanded, yet singular thought of yourself – you will then be escorted into the next level of light.
Ascension comes in many layers many flavors, colors, sounds, and feelings. Ask to be shown how to prepare your body, mind,
and spirit to embrace Ascension as God knows it. Ask to be divinely instructed into Ascension patterns of thinking, into Ascension
patterns of loving, into Ascension patterns of healing, and into Ascension patterns of creation.
Everything shifts for you as you 'contract into
expansion.' You are contracting into expansion and into Ascension. It is not something you do. It is something you are. It
is not something that happens to you – it is something you are. It is your birthright. It is your destiny. Each of you
has taken giant steps into evolutionary understandings. Do not focus on your war, your famine, your hate, your fear, and your
disease. Focus only on love and grace and peace and joy. And then it shall be yours.
