So long as you put your thoughts on the trouble you are in, you will be submerged in trouble. There are other things
to think about besides what weighs heavily on you. When you think in other ways, trouble subsides. It subsides in your mind.
Even if the trouble stays, it has subsided.
You are given situations in life that are difficult, even more serious than marital difficulties. Certainly, some life
situations are more difficult than others, especially when seen from the world view. And even in what might be called the
most difficult situations of all, others have been in the same situations, perhaps worse, and still find happiness. They give
happiness. They don't content themselves with misery.
Your surroundings, the difficulties you are in, play their part. And, still, there is happiness for you to find, for
where lies happiness but within? You have accepted as fact that you cannot be happy in Situation A and/or Situation B. Find
your happiness.
I will tell you something you won't like to hear. The situation is something you focus on. In its way, the situation
is innocent. You may not be so innocent. If you are unwilling to change your way of addressing what ails you, you may not
change even in a changed situation. Do not think that, whatever your problems may be, that they are the cause of your unhappiness.
You are leaning on your problems as the cause. They are your fall guy.
Cease and desist, beloveds. Solve yourself. The difficulties exist, yet the difficulties are not doing all the moaning
and groaning. You are doing the moaning and groaning. Difficulties in life are one thing. You are another.
Do not foster your difficulties. As you complain and emphasize the difficulties of your life, you feed them. Come back
to love.
There are men who have worked wonders from prison. They worked wonders with themselves. They didn't keep on griping,
no matter how unjust their situation. There have been mothers with all their children disabled, and these mothers know they
are blessed to take care of their children, and they find happiness in their children. The mothers don't say the children
have to be other than they are. There have been people ill and in pain who, even on their deathbeds, feel blessed and are
a blessing to those around them.
Confess, someone in the same situation you are in, as difficult as it may be, is finding love to give in place of complaint.
You may care about complaining more than you care about growing. You may care about complaining more than you care about changing
your mind-set. You may protect your right to complain and to feel miserable over your right to stop complaining and set a
different tone in your life and the life of those around you. Whatever your difficulties, you are the one setting the tone
to your life. You are the one digging in. You are the one giving yourself over to the difficulties and saying they are the
master over you. You are the one who is saying you have to be unhappy so long as the situation exists. And so you follow that
tune, and so you steep in bitter juices and enshroud yourself.
You have a say in your deportment. You have a say in what grace you give to the world. What grace are you giving? Begin
to come from another viewpoint.
Perhaps you have been blaming others for your own unhappiness.
First, stop complaining outwardly. Bite your tongue. Stop compiling lists of plaints and recording them out loud. Then
it will be easier to stop recording your lists of plaints in your mind.
Stop complaining about Me. Stop holding Me responsible. Who is responsible for your attitude? Change it, and see what
happens. The insurmountable can be surmounted.

SaLuSa: You Are So Close To Ascension

We have been with you for a long, long time and like you are looking forward to the end of duality. You have faced tremendous
challenges but responded to the Light and Love that has been directed towards you from many different sources. The higher
powers behind the Plan for your enlightenment have been proved to have made the right decisions, as you now stand on the threshold
of Ascension. No two of you have had identical experiences, yet so many of you are now ready to take those final steps of
upliftment and ascend. As your race slipped down into the Dark Ages what little Light that existed was suppressed, and individuals
were kept quiet with the threat of death for speaking out.
Today you have much more freedom of speech, yet those who tell too much of the truth are still in fear of their lives.
Naturally we will support and protect such Beings, as long as it does not interfere with their life plan. We and also the
Angelic Kingdom can give complete protection if necessary, and some extremely important souls have had to be saved more times
than you would possibly expect. Of course in your own way, you are all important and each one of you does have Angels that
keep with you throughout your life. There are no coincidences where happenings are of major importance to you, yet you may
not even be aware of what has taken place.
When you are calm and in a peaceful state your Higher Self can be contacted, but the problem is that very often people
do not heed the advice they get. So if you stray from your life plan, it will not be for the lack of help from your Guides.
Ultimately it is you who decides what you do, but with your decisions comes responsibility for the outcome. Generally speaking
it is your ego which you have programmed to act in your interests, that has control over your actions. When you are in the
course of change and particularly when uplifting your vibrations, it can try to persuade you to continue in your old ways.
Is it not incredible that you are now so close to Ascension, and yet outwardly not a lot seems to have changed. However,
nothing is achieved without a lot of planning, and even so as events unfold we are forever making adjustments as the timing
is altered. There is so much happening behind the scenes and we must act when we see it is safe to do so. That calls for much
patience on your part, as on many occasions we have thought our opportunity to act had arrived only to be thwarted at the
last moment. We can take that in our stride as we are prepared for any scenario, and know regardless of what happens that
you will reach Ascension, and that it will take place. As we often stress, that Dear Ones is really all that counts and it
does not matter which path you take to reach it.
Stay calm and do not engage in fear laden messages, as there are sources that wish for a catastrophic end to this cycle.
In spite of many predictions of that nature, you will find that the last few months will be much calmer than you have been
led to believe. Of course Mother Earth is having a hand in the changes and eruptions will cause physical movements that will
cause damage, and sometimes injury or death. Much earlier predictions spoke of land masses sinking into the sea, but that
possibility has long passed. Simply be aware of your local frailties and if you live on the coastline ascertain how vulnerable
you might be to flooding. That way you can judge for yourself what action might be necessary for your safety.
In some ways matters are little different now to what they have been with any life that you have had, as all came with
a life plan and by and large you would have completed it accordingly. Since your transition was also part of the plan, believe
it or not you also agreed the way you should exit each life and also when. In that respect this lifetime is also planned and
unless you shorten it by taking your own life, which is very unadvisable you will either pass on before Ascension, go with
Ascension, or move to another planet to continue your 3D experiences. Whatever you planned would have been with your best
interests in mind, and if it is to be your future, you can ascend from the spiritual realms. So understand and accept that
you will experience in accordance with your needs, and the key to it is progress where your evolution is concerned.
You have an amusing saying about being put through the wringer, but that is not what life is about or is it wished upon
you. God gave you freewill and you are the one who creates the path that you follow. It is up to you whether it is easy or
difficult, but humans have a habit of taking the hard route home. However, that does mean that you are learning quite a number
of lessons, which must help you in the long run. If we may put it this way, it is no sin to have erred as the whole idea of
experiencing duality is to rise to the challenge. There is not of course "sin" as such and you are certainly not born into
it. It would be more correct to say that you come with karma and it gives you the opportunity to overcome mistakes you have
made. It is why God does not step in and interfere with the freewill that God has given you.
After you have ascended you will have increased levels of consciousness, and as a Being of Light will have moved well
beyond the temptations of the lower vibrations. In fact they will no longer interest you, and you will seek satisfaction and
achievement at a much higher vibrational level. Your senses will be heightened, and the pleasures of the higher dimensions
will more than compensate for any conceived loss. In fact your thoughts will have moved on to a higher plateau anyway, and
your experiences of duality will fade into the background. So try not to cling to your present dimension unless of course
you do not feel ready to ascend. It is your decision and you choose where and how your next lives will be experienced.
I am SaLuSa of Sirius, and the Galactic Federation of Light, and we see that many countries in the West are taking legal
actions against the corruption within the financial sector. We also note that more of them are carrying out deeper investigations
to see how far the cancer has spread. This can only do good, and hasten the time when others in authority such as within politics
are called to answer for their deeds. Stay strong with your Light, and know that you are continuously being showered with
Love from many sources.

You live in a dualistic universe. This is its very nature. It manifests as the principle of opposites in that forces
tend to have equal and opposite reactions. This applies to the physics of your universe and to the very nature of dualistic
consciousness itself.
This dualistic nature of your universe is being affected by the Time Acceleration that
you are going through. One net result of this is an increase in duality or the polarization of human consciousness.
Polarized
conflicts between nations, communities, religions and persons are on the rise. This unfortunate state of affairs is to be
expected as planetary and galactic energetics increase.
Our message deals with a strategy for navigating through
the difficulties of increased polarization. Indeed you may have already discovered that in some of your social circles there
is a type of hostility and polarized views of situations.
The strategy we suggest is called the Triune Force.
It
is an attribute of spiritual mastery and will allow you to move through polarization with greater efficiency and a greater
likelihood of manifesting what you desire as opposed to being “caught up” in the dramas of polarization and conflict.
The
principle is simple. As a human being you tend to be attracted to persons or situations, or you are repulsed by them.
This tendency to fall into attraction or repulsion is, for the most part, an unconscious act.
You may encounter
someone and feel drawn to him or her, and the depth or intensity of the attraction may cause you to delete other information
about the person. Likewise as situations arise around you, whether they be social, political or religious, you may likewise
find yourself drawn to these situations without other information that would be helpful in determining if a given situation
was “right” for you or not.
The same holds true for repulsion. You may find yourself repulsed by
someone, or a situation, and likewise, identify with the repulsion, thereby cutting yourself off from other information that
might be helpful.
The Triune Force
If you were to imagine a triangle and on the left corner of the
triangle was attraction and on the right side of the triangle was repulsion, then the point above these two extremes is the
Triune Force.
It is a mental perspective that has spiritual attributes. It allows you to float above the situation
and view it from multiple perspectives.
If, for instance, you are attracted to a person and surrender to that
attraction without allowing access to signs and information about that person then you have put yourself in a precarious position.
But
by not identifying with the attraction you “float up” to the Triune Force and are free to observe behaviors that
may signal the inappropriateness or dangerous nature of a relationship with that person.
Likewise, if you are
repulsed by a person or situation the Triune Force allows you to “float above” and dis-identify with the repulsion,
and while you are in this dis-identification you are free to see other levels involved. It could be that this person or situation
is toxic to you, or it could be that this person or situation is a mirror reflecting back to you something you do not like
in yourself.
By momentarily suspending your identification with either attraction or repulsion you are able to
see more clearly and access information about the person or situation from an expanded perspective.
Knowledge
is power, and the Triune Force gives you access to the innate powers of clarity. So our suggestion in this time of increased
human polarization and Time Acceleration is to watch yourself. When you fall into attraction, pause for a moment. Step away
from your identification with the attraction. Float up above it, as it were, and engage the Triune Force. You do this so that
you enter the relationship, whether it be with a person or a situation, with open eyes.
If you are repulsed by
a person or a situation, pause for a moment and dis-identify with your distaste for the person or situation. Float above the
situation or person, as it were, and engage the Triune Force to see more deeply—to sense with greater clarity—if
this person or situation is toxic, or if it is a mirror for something in yourself that you need to transform.
As
you enter more deeply into the polarization phase of planetary assent, the Triune Force can greatly assist you as you pass
through this difficult period of increased personal, interpersonal and collective conflict.

Galactic Federation of Light: New Financial System

No, there have not been large-scale changes to your financial system as of yet that will at least affect the man and
woman on the street. Much is still transpiring behind the scenes and moves are being made, but these moves are large and they
are slow due to their enormous weight of the effects that they will have on your world. What we see for your people is an
entirely new banking, financial and monetary system. We see a new system based on fairness, equality and true earnings for
work related duties which include services offered to your communities through your working cooperation with us, the members
of the Galactic Federation of Light. What we see is a world where funds that are readily available are transferred from their
current states of holding back to the people of your world who are its rightful owners and have always been its rightful owners,
as money is not created by Gods, or by rich men of affluence, or by governments, or by banking institutions. Money is created
by you, the people of your world who have broken your backs working so hard building roads and schools and dams and office
buildings and factories and warehouses and your industrial infrastructure of your entire planet. Money is not created in a
laboratory and its science is not difficult to understand once the proper and truthful information is shared with the people,
and we intend to do just that.
We wish at this time to explain to you how money is created. Money is created when a being chooses to lift even one
finger and create something that is to be shared with another being. That is all it takes to create some kind of finance,
some kind of collateral, some kind of financial backing, some kind of currency. That's it, that's all it takes and money is
created. The actual printing of the form of currency a world will use is a different matter, as whether a society uses bills,
or coins, or cards, or another form of currency, it does not affect the methods of how the money is created in the first place,
and the money that is created in the first place is created by you, the people, and your willingness to give effort in the
creation of something that can be shared with another individual, thus creating an economic flow of wealth, that is all.
In your world since the beginning of what you now understand as your recorded history, there have been pilferers,
thieves, siphoners, bloodsuckers of your funds. They have waited in hiding behind the scenes, and they have amassed enormous
amounts of your hard-earned money for themselves without lifting one finger to create something that is meant to be shared
with another. This is not how an economy effectively operates, this is how an economy effectively crashes and burns, as sooner
or later this siphoning, this pilfering, this purging of funds will catch up to its society, put a stranglehold on it and
kill it. That is what is happening today in your world, as your eyes must see that your banking and financial institutions
are crashing all around you, taking with them human wreckage in the form of individuals, entire countries and even continents
as well.
This is a crash that will not be preempted, for this is a crash that must happen to allow your new financial system
to take root in the fertile soils of the disintegrating system of old. We are here to assist you in many areas and your financial
system is one of the most important systems that we are here to assist you with. We will not stand by and watch your societies
crumble because of the irresponsible actions of a few individuals at the tops of these deep wells of pyramidal structure.
We have methods that we have utilized in many worlds to stave off financial ruin and destitution and all of the problems that
naturally will follow and follow quickly when one financial system fails and a new one is born in its place. We will assist
you create a system based on abundance, on equality, on fairness, on safety and security for you and your families and each
and every being that calls your planet home.
How this new system will be instituted in the early stages is through a system of barter and exchange that will continue,
but continue using a different currency than the currencies that are currently being used throughout your nations. Your new
currency will be a currency free from the clutches of these dark and greedy ones, as they have not been given the permission,
the opportunity or the luxury of printing these new bills. These new bills have been printed by those of the light, as you
say, those of honesty, of integrity, those men and women of your human race that care about others, that are willing to share
the wealth with others and who do not have a plan to siphon any part of this wealth from their brothers and sisters.
This we promise to you; we, the Galactic Federation of Light, will oversee your new financial system and we will
make sure it runs and is operated smoothly and efficiently, fairly and honestly, quickly and completely, and we will make
sure your new system remains a system of fairness, equality and abundance, or we will step in and shut down whoever or whatever
it is that is in any way negatively affecting the system or siphoning any amount of funds unfairly or unjustly from this,
your new system. This we promise to you, our brothers and sisters.
You can expect your new financial system to take root in the months ahead. We understand that we talk very much about
the months ahead and many of you want changes and you want them today, but we tell you that nothing can get underway until
the men and women of your criminal cabal have been rounded up, for they are one of the obstacles that are preventing all these
changes and your new systems to begin. We see these members of your cabal are being rounded up and we see they are being removed
from your society and they are being expunged from your systems of wealth, finance and banking, and this is a beautiful sight
to behold. We say to you that when sufficient numbers of these individuals are safely removed from your society we will, with
the assistance of our Earth allies who have worked so hard on your new system, begin its birth into your world like a newborn
child that you all must learn to nurture, to raise and to grow as if this child is your very own, for this newborn is your
very own and it is the responsibility of each and every one of you to act as its mother, to act as its father, to be its surrogate,
for indeed, each of you are.
We will, in the days ahead, speak more about your new system, but for now just know that there is a new system waiting
for the playing field to be cleared, and it is a system that will bring all joy, all prosperity, all financial independence,
for your new system is something that none of you have ever experienced throughout any of your physical incarnations. Your
new system is a blessing, it is a privilege, it is a right, it is a wonderful opportunity for each and every one of you to
be able to do whatever it is you wish for a living as long as it in some way makes another happy, makes another joyful, warms
another, cools another, feeds another, makes another smile or assists another on their journey in any way, shape or form.
This is your new system, and we feel so many of you will be so very excited and enjoyed when it is brought out of the maternity
ward for you to see for the first time with your proud eyes, for each and every one of you are a parent of your new system,
for it was your hopes, your dreams and your hard work that has co-created your new child.

and your sisters and your friends of the Galactic Federation of Light.

How Blessed We Are

Each day that livens in the skies is a blessing in disguise for out of the ethers, through the veils there is energy
unlimited that is fast becoming freer to interject into the realm of Hu-mankind in these exciting trials and tribulations
that we all call 'Ascension.' Ongoing, outgoing and ingoing, ever fluent and flowing as the realms of mere mankind fast merges
and melds into an accepted expansion and progression, as the spirit world and the physical world marry now towards a divine
Oneness. The ascension process is the ultimate in inner realisation as the ebbs and flows in the ethers of life is likened
to the winds of change that ever create that momentum of change, eternal change and progressive betterment in the journey
of creation for now the climes of acceptance and allowance are again at the forefront of life on earth.
We are all totally aware of the stresses and strains that befall us as we in co-creative strive, and inch ever forwards
with an even more assured gait and determination that is fuelled by the very soul of our beings. There is an animation here
that is astounding and unrivalled for that which we need by way of fuel and zest comes forth from our innermost power, that
of Being. Our 'time' again is even faster flowing by in rivers or fast moving eddy's which spare no man a time to pause and
readdress, for rapid is this expansion and the journey back into higher echelons of being. We have now one assured opportunity
which we collectively realised with the crystal portal reactivations some15 years ago, that opened wide the doors for each
and every mode of being and co-creation. Fast flows the 'manna from heaven,' as the christed energies continue to cascade
forth encompassing all and everyone on and within Mother Earth. The inter-dimensional, multi-faceted Metatronic magic was
so implemented to produce the perfection of exciting journeys that are now truly set like poetry in motion!
Most all the major earth changes have been seen to be done yet allow marginally for others to be realised, perhaps,
as greater strides forwards necessitate marginal shifts or changes in some areas. Lady Gaia is sorely tested as she at times
has to sanction more cleansing to go ahead, and it is only as a very last resort to implement such a change that is beyond
any other means of clearing satisfactorily. So, beloved fellow travellers, let us all breath in deeply and place our healing
hats on to focus our ever highest divine intent, continuing to project these healing energies outward and inward to the blessed
planet, to Lady Gaia who will redirect it personally to where she and her co-workers see most fit. As loving and pure is our
healing intent, yet can she invariably see places in a greater need of 'energising' than we. She feels her body's aches and
pains and she likens this as a mother to her child, feeling her pain for they are her own. Blessings to you dear ones, for
holding sure the light. How blessed we are for being at-One-ment with our dear earth Mother, how blessed we are!
Magic Moments, magical times indeed are these that we have been selected to be a part of! How blessed we truly are!
There are indeed pressures upon us that we have been able to release with our grandly growing spiritual muscles, placing them
to rest as we smother any intrusions with the violet transforming ray and freedom flame, yet ever also with the blue flame
of divine power and divine will. Great are the tools that we can utilise as we diligently cleanse and clear ourselves and
also as we focus on others, as well as Lady Gaia, to do likewise when ever it is in highest divine good. Use all the ever
ready 'twelve' rays and you will intuitively feel and know which flame, which ray, will suffice at any one time. Perhaps we
might even feel free to use all rays, likened to the 'coat of many colours.' It might well be a good idea to enwrap self in
same as the day is over and it's time to retire to one's bed.

Awakening The Internal You

our social and religious boundaries. To live with new horizons means constantly stretching our hopes and hearts as far as
possible - and then gradually and progressively taking them even beyond those limits."

Know where you are going and what you are doing this week as the cosmos becomes agent-provocateur. Magnetic shifts are
still stirring the "global heart" to change, not to mention our own personal experience of our own identity. We have been
undergoing another level of being pulled inward - toward exploring personal truths and soul-wisdom. The vibration has brought
more spiritual awakening through revelations of new plans, purposes and ambitions. You will be required - or have already
had to make to make decisions that bring adaptation and renewal, both of which create an awakened spiritual awareness and
illumination.
I have been witness and healer to uncertainty, surprises and upheavals in the lives of those close to me and those I
work with. If you have been kicked around by universal forces and are feeling a bit discombobulated rest assured it indicates
that you are walking the latest rite-of-passage and agreeing to the integrate the necessary internal rearrangements. During
this time you it's key that everything happen in an order that is conscious of both timing and details, so gather the facts,
look at the larger picture and see the alternatives, then make your decisions and act decisively.
For the conscious and aware there is an installation operation edging through your energetic fields that is synthesizing
your heart and physical-elemental body to a new rhythm of wisdom and compassion. Therefore your soul is running its clean-up
campaigns, weeding out what is no longer a match for who you are. Those relationships that aren't a good fit? Dissolved. Beliefs
that fertilize the ego and 3D. Adios. Remember your fascination for dramatic, pointless discussions? Boring! Just can't do
them any longer. The old paradigm is now too painful and you are simply pulling away. None of it fits for the now you.
What used to be known as your personal goals, plans, strategies and future visions by-en-large have fallen by the wayside.
Ideas of who you may think/thought you are/were, and where you are/were going are changing quickly. You may even wonder if
you truly have any voting rights for creating your reality and if perhaps all of this metaphysical stuff is some hooey that
sounds good but doesn't really work. The bottom line is that because of what Gaia is embodying you are being offered opportunities
to accelerate your consciousness. That path currently creates mental sparks and shock waves in the process. While tensions
may be palpable, don't become your own worst enemy by defeating your higher purpose.
It's time to pay full hyper-awareness in the current cycle while using "nonattached receptivity" to all that appears
in your path. This is a huge process; so please do not resist it or think something is wrong with you. Accept and accept some
more. Your core identity, everything that you were is being reconfigured and realigned to support your Eternal Essence (true
self) compassionately and selfishly. You will not be able to get the new things integrated until the old useless methods and
conditions fall away. Come from the heart as you walk the path of personal truth that is in front of you, that is all that
is required now.
Should a challenge greet you, center your being in your core. Assess what is required and conjure courses of action you
might be able to engage in with the interest of producing a favorable outcome. As much as the patterns out there are anxiety
producing and can be event creating, so are they rich in yet undiscovered possibilities, especially when approached from a
spiritualized mindset. Such strategic planning shall reward those thinking deeper, looking farther and reacting from a solid
center with creative solutions and unlimited inspiration. Pay attention to your dreams and intuitions this week because they
will give you direction and guidance when necessary.
Be prepared to take responsibility for bringing things into harmony; this will bring peace and balance. If the elemental
energies of diving deeper into your essence are overwhelming you a bit use the essences of Red Clover or Red Penstemon to
restore equilibrium. Red clover assists when you are dealing with "herd" mentality. It defuses the effect when one gets upset,
sending another and another into unrest or hysteria and the next thing you know, you have the entire herd stampeding. Red
clover helps you to maintain your inner center and your composure. This essence helps us individuate and release the psychic
ties to the herd. This is a great emergency formula when you have to deal with out-of-control people or family members.
Red Penstemon restores your sense of adventure as a Soul here. This remedy is the essence for challenges and challenging
ourselves. It frees you of your personal limitations by helping you to get your old self out of the way. You know, that self
with all the bumps and bruises and big attitudes of "no can do!" This is a great remedy for courage. It will support you to
transform those attitudes of "I can't," into "why can't I?"
As mentioned in last week's read, there could be issues surfacing in our nervous systems and immune systems, heart and
lung challenges and the need for more hydration. Think about positive ways to improve your diet and add nutritional benefits
when your body begins sending the flashing red lights that warn its distress. Calcium and Magnesium are a wonderful supplement
now as they send a renewed emphasis to the nervous system. Increase your intake of water, preferably with a PH of 5+, to assist
the energies in moving through the body. Remember that we are composed mostly of water. Water is conductive. It also evaporates,
especially when it is carrying energy. It wouldn't hurt either to learn more about medicinal herbs that can help strengthen
your immune system. If stress and strain have been building up, find a temporary release through exercise routines, working
out at the gym or while engaged in competitive sports.
In these end times, separating us from the shift of consciousness to occur by the end of this year survival and happiness
depend on our abilities to reach enlightenment. July has within in it the simplicity and power of more of our Divinity and
you are being exposed to all the resources necessary to attract a renewed state of illumination and Soul presence. Remember,
that change can involve as little as a five-degree shift in perspective. Pay attention to how the universe is orchestrating
events and situations to get you to your next rightful place of ascended consciousness.

Once there was a consciousness undifferentiated and having a great capacity to love. From within this originating Source
there was a light formed by thought that broke out of that place of mystery. It had a tone within it which began to direct
the potential,the possibilities, and to begin the process of evolving. I realize I am an individuation of this One now named
in form. I, the life of me, mirrors that One, Creator, Source of love.
Today I place my attention on the pure resonant tone of consciousness that reflect beauty, wisdom, and compassion. Pure
light, mind, thought, intention, and information come forth as the forms of this joyful dance of awareness of what I speak.
I explore living backwards -- not towards First Cause but from it. I rest within the creative still point of universal serenity
and give Mind evidence of the principles I wish to see brought into my life story. Rays of high frequency creation start to
spin in a configuration unlike what I have ever created before. And every aspect that emerges from this First Cause purpose
has a capacity, a power given to it to awaken greater and greater amounts of compassion and love in my world. I am an evolved,
precious sage of pure thought intent volunteering to evolve that which is the Creator's heart intent as my life. In this I
lift the whole world through my own choice of how to live.
That which is love fills my consciousness with a full union to devotion. I am grateful to be that embodiment of Source
with feelings and emotions of everything coming together. A complete union that will never be separate again. And so it is.

How To Stop Absorbing Other People’s Negative Emotions

Emotional freedom means learning how to stay centered in a stressful, highly emotionally charged world. Since emotions
such as fear, anger, and frustration are energies, you can potentially “catch” them from people without realizing
it. If you tend to be an emotional sponge, it’s vital to know how to avoid taking on an individual’s negative
emotions or the free-floating kind in crowds. Another twist is that chronic anxiety, depression, or stress can turn you into
an emotional sponge by wearing down your defenses. Suddenly, you become hyper-attuned to others, especially those with similar
pain. That’s how empathy works; we zero in on hot-button issues that are unresolved in ourselves. From an energetic
standpoint, negative emotions can originate from several sources. What you’re feeling may be your own; it may be someone
else’s; or it may be a combination. I’ll explain how to tell the difference and strategically bolster positive
emotions so you don’t shoulder negativity that doesn’t belong to you.
This wasn’t something I always knew how to do. Growing up, my girlfriends couldn't wait to hit the shopping malls
and go to parties, the bigger the better--but I didn't share their excitement. I always felt overwhelmed, exhausted around
large groups of people, though I was clueless why. "What's the matter with you?" friends would say, shooting me the weirdest
looks. All I knew was that crowded places and I just didn't mix. I'd go there feeling just fine but leave nervous, depressed,
or with some horrible new ache or pain. Unsuspectingly, I was a gigantic sponge, absorbing the emotions of people around me.
With my patients, I’ve also seen how absorbing other people’s emotions can trigger panic attacks, depression,
food, sex and drug binges, and a plethora of physical symptoms that defy traditional medical diagnosis. The Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention report that more than two million Americans suffer from chronic fatigue. It’s likely that many
of them are emotional sponges.
Here are some strategies from Emotional Freedom to practice. They will help you to stop absorbing other people’s
emotions.
Emotional Action Step: How To Stay Centered In A Stressful World
To detach from other people’s negative emotions:
First, ask yourself: Is the feeling mine or someone else’s? It could be both. If the emotion such as fear or anger
is yours, gently confront what’s causing it on your own or with professional help. If not, try to pinpoint the obvious
generator. For instance, if you’ve just watched a comedy, yet you came home from the movie theater feeling blue, you
may have incorporated the depression of the people sitting beside you; in close proximity, energy fields overlap. The same
is true with going to a mall or packed concert.
When possible, distance yourself from the suspected source. Move at least twenty feet away; see if you feel relief.
Don’t err on the side of not wanting to offend strangers. In a public place, don’t hesitate to change seats if
you feel a sense of depression imposing on you.
For a few minutes, center yourself by concentrating on your breath: This connects you to your essence. Keep exhaling
negativity, inhaling calm. This helps to ground yourself and purify fear or other difficult emotions Visualize negativity
as gray fog lifting from your body, and hope as golden light entering. This can yield quick results.
Negative emotions such as fear frequently lodge in your emotional center at the solar plexus. Place your palm there
as you keep sending loving-kindness to that area to flush stress out. For longstanding depression or anxiety, use this method
daily to strengthen this center. It’s comforting and builds a sense of safety and optimism.
Shield yourself. A handy form of protection many people use, including healers with trying patients, involves visualizing
an envelope of white light (or any color you feel imparts power) around your entire body. Think of it as a shield that blocks
out negativity or physical discomfort but allows what's positive to filter in.
Look for positive people and situations. Call a friend who sees the good in others. Spend time with a colleague who
affirms the bright side of things. Listen to hopeful people. Hear the faith they have in themselves and others. Also relish
hopeful words, songs, and art forms. Hope is contagious and it will lift your mood.
Keep practicing these strategies.
You don’t have to reinvent the wheel each time you’re on emotional overload. With strategies to cope, you can
have quicker retorts to stressful situations, feel safer, and your sensitivities can blossom.
