Uriel's Message -- Living Expressions
of God
Each of you is the living expression of God, the personification of Source on the earth.
Within each of your interactions with others you embody Source for them. In each connection you express the energy of Source
to and for others, allowing them a glimpse of their own divinity. Through you they can know an aspect of God. How are you
expressing this energy? There are as many ways for you to express it as there are energies to express. Source is more than
that which you call good and light, it is present in everything, everywhere. All life and matter on earth is an expression
of Source energy.
Within each level of your energetic vibration you express
this energy through a balance of ego and your Higher Self. The things you say and do reflect these levels to you and to others.
When you are angry, in judgment or fear, your ego is leading your expression of Source energy. The expression is limited to
the amount of compassion and love the ego is willing to share with others. When you are accepting, honoring others and acknowledging
their divinity, you are allowing the Higher Self to express this energy. The ego is present but balanced by spirit and your
Source expression carries the energy of unconditional love.
With mastery you acknowledge that you are each an emissary
of light and accept your commitment to express Source energy to the world. In all of your contacts with others you must remember
that you become their contact with the unconditional love that you yourself experience. Your commitment to the creation of
heaven on earth encompasses every aspect of your being and every step on your journey. How are you the living expression of
God in your life? How do you express Source to others? Are you are of which aspects of God you are expressing to them?
When you communicate and interact from your high heart, you
extend the highest vibration of love to others. This is the paradigm of the new earth, the outflowing of love from each of
you to that will create the fulfillment of heaven on earth for the world. Within each connection, be aware of your soul's
promise to be the love the world seeks, to mirror others' divinity to them, to be the Source connection that is the light
of the world and to honor your commitment to remembering your connection to Source and to each other.

 What Is Freedom? - Freedom and the 'Free-market Economy'by Julie Redstone

We need to see the current health care debate as the tip of
the iceberg in relation to the question of freedom and also in relation to the question of what our responsibility is toward
others. Are we seeking freedom for all, or are we seeking freedom for some?

In previous articles I have written about the various ways
in which individuals can define freedom, with a primary focus on the question: “Can I be free if you are not?”
This question, answered in the affirmative, has infused the dark side of American history in the presumption of the
right to freedom for a certain group or class of individuals, while others were treated as of lesser account. Slavery, the
treatment of native populations, and policies toward certain minority groups have all spoken to this current within our history
to emphasize the importance of freedom for some, while denying it to others.
In relation to the current issue in America concerning Health
Care Reform, protest against government control of the formerly private area of health care insurance is based on a certain
conception of freedom, supported by what we have come to call the ‘free market economy’. This ‘free
market economy’ is a basic structure of capitalism, and is a phrase we often associate positively with core American
values without really scrutinizing it carefully.
Here, I wish to look at the question of whether the ‘free
market economy’ is truly free, and if so, for whom? In principle, the ‘free market economy’ is meant
to create a level playing field for personal and economic growth, in which each has equal means and equal opportunity to move
ahead in the world in the direction of their choosing. Such a principle gives maximum authority and responsibility to
each individual to define and create their own life. This, at face value, sounds like a good thing, and has been seen
as such. Nevertheless, the concept presumes that lack of regulation or restriction by government
is what gives everyone equal opportunity on a level playing field. This is not necessarily the case. The absence
of government involvement in personal or economic choices does not mean that all have equal opportunity. Here
are some reasons why:
1. Opportunities can be limited by cycles of poverty that
are passed on from generation to generation, limiting education, health, and financial opportunity.
2. Opportunities can also be limited by current social
and cultural values that restrict when, where, and how far certain ‘types’ of people can rise to a level equal
with others in terms of financial opportunity.
3. Cycles of poverty as well as cultural norms and prejudices
can affect the internal level of motivation with which individuals pursue a given opportunity or direction, since the chances
of success are more realistically limited as an end result. This cultural reality has been true for African-Americans,
for women, for gays, for the disabled, for the mentally-ill, and for many other minority groups, both past and present.
4. Finally, opportunities are also restricted by the
tendency of some individuals who operate ‘freely’ to take advantage of their freedom by trying to accumulate excessive
wealth or power, thereby squeezing out the possibility of others rising equally within the area they control. The motive
of greed and self-interest narrows the so-called ‘free-market’ in practice, if not in principle, making it less
than a level playing field.
To say, then, that a ‘free market economy’ is
free begs the question of ‘who is it free for?’ It may be free for a certain class or group of people, but
it is clearly not ‘free’ for many others in the same way.
For this reason, we need to see the current health care debate
as the tip of the iceberg in relation to the question of freedom and also in relation to the question of what our responsibility
is toward others. Are we seeking freedom for all, or are we seeking freedom for some? America has faced this question
before and it has challenged her basic principles regarding freedom and equality. We face, today, a similar moral
accounting, one in which we must look at our willingness to care for the whole of a nation,
rather than just for some of her parts.
One might think, from what I have just said, that the alternative
to capitalism and a ‘free market economy’ is socialism. This is not necessarily the case. We do not
need to think in ‘isms’ in order to address the question of caring for others or being responsible toward them.
Government response to the needs of minorities, the poor, the disabled, etc. is only one level of response.
We need, as a people, to take responsibility ourselves for
each other. We need to think not only in terms of what the federal government can do, but what neighborhoods can do,
what communities and towns can do, what farm collectives or work collectives can do, what basic identification with the needs
of others can do.
Creating freedom for all means caring
for all, and this is not the government’s job except in certain specific respects. It is the responsibility
of the human heart to come up with new ways of relating to the needs of others so that they can be cared for, receive adequate
education, and have the freedoms that others enjoy.
The alternative to a ‘free market economy’ is
a ‘heart-centered economy,’ one in which we collectively take responsibility for the wellbeing of all as if it
were our own. This is the New America or the America of the future that we may envision if we so desire, and upon the
choices of each heart will it come into being.

A great shift in perception, precipitated by recent global
events, has created an opening for a new wave of energy to permeate the planet and by which a new group of enlightened souls
can now be born into it.
This has great and timely ramifications for the planet and
her people, for these souls are the gatekeepers of ascended consciousness. They are the universal timekeepers of new earth
and hold the frequency of exoneration for all who are aligned with the new ways of being and existing.
Essentially, this means that the energy of freedom...the kinship
with grace...is now wholly available in and around your sphere and holds the fluid field of potential for the bio-energetic
ascension of the human form.
Biological Ascension
Those who are activated and aligned with 5th dimensional frequencies
and higher are settling into position, preparing on a cellular level to transcend the limitations of earthly form. The cells
of the human body, which are mostly water, contain the genetic blueprint for biological ascension. This blueprint is activated
when enough of the cell mass is bathed in the light of higher consciousness and the energy vortices have opened sufficiently
enough to sustain it.
For those who have adequately increased their light quotient
by eliminating fear, this will be a time of transference. What we mean by this is you will be transferring your carbon-based
blueprint to the ascended crystalline blueprint necessary to hold and contain the higher dimensional frequencies that you
are now operating within.
This moment of transference is one by which the physical body
will adapt to in order to upgrade to the workings of the new human form. For those in the process of this biological restructuring,
we understand that it is rather taxing on the body to make the changeover, however, there is much more to this than meets
the eye.
From a deeper, energetic perspective, what is happening is
quite miraculous, for each of you are changing over to an entirely new way of existing and operating within the multidimensional
matrix of your holographic realities and points of perception. This new operating system will offer you the ability to do
many wondrous and seemingly miraculous things, those which will also be present in the high vibrational children being born
on the planet this day and onward.
Birthing, Raising and Teaching the New Children
The purpose of your awakening is not only to clear the way
for humanity to follow in the footsteps of the great harbingers of peace, but to be and represent the future of the earth
as physical guides to lead the new children who call for you.
The physical activation for those hosts who will be birthing,
raising, and/or teaching the advanced souls from this new ray of light will be recognizing an increasing desire for, and connection
to, children. This increasing desire marks the clarion call for all those with contracts to care for and protect these precious
and openly loving children from the harsh ways of the old dismantling world. In some cases you, the guardians, will introduce
these fully connected beings into physical existence on the earthly realm for the first time.
This is not only a great
honor given exclusively to those who have earned the level of spiritual maturity to guide these masterful souls, but a great
responsibility as well, for their gifts of the future must be well honed and protected from outside influences of negativity
and fear. Those with activated contracts to care for these children will intuitively feel a fierce sense of guardianship over
these souls, and this is for good reason.
The vibration of earth has risen sufficiently enough for these
souls, teachers, and parents-to-be, and you who will be guardians are now safely at the dimensional border waiting at the
gate of ascended consciousness to welcome more of your soul family to the earth. This is a joyous time of great celebration,
not only for the caretakers of these new children of light, but for the entire human family. These children bring with them
many enlightened gifts for the evolution of earth and humanity...rejoice in your accomplishments dear way showers!
The Wisdom Keepers
Furthermore, we would like to make it known that those who
have increased their vibration to the advanced level and crystalline bio-circuitry have reached a planetary activation level
which was the result of the first and second waves of light who incarnated to clear the grids and to anchor and carry the
5th dimensional frequencies. This planetary activation made possible by this group of souls warrants a true celebration, for
it will be because of you that these new children, and thereby the new frequencies, are available to all.
For this great feat of accomplishment, the first wave warriors
of light will retire and move up to maintain the collective consciousness as the wisdom keepers. This group has seeded and
sealed the planet with light, maintained their soul integrity through great hardships and now that critical mass has been
achieved, these masters in disguise will be seen and acknowledged for who they truly are.
At last, those with their soul lights turned on will no longer
fear extinguishment in the face of great darkness and resistance to truth. And finally we would like to make clear that the
arrival at biological ascension is something of great magnitude. For those who have followed their inner guidance to this
moment, you are the way and the light. There are no words to define your experience, no words to
fill the amount of gratitude that is held for each of you by the keepers of light. We would like to extend our heartfelt love
and thankfulness for your selfless dedication and service to the One, and we look forward to rejoicing with each of you in
the fulfilling lives you are soon to lead.
Indeed, blessings and virtue follow great honor.

How to Make a Relationship Thrive

Every relationship you have reveals an aspect of yourself.
In every relationship, you bring yourself to the table.
You crave love and peace in every relationship, and yet relationships
fall short. You may not know what to do with them. You may not know how to make a relationship thrive. Sometimes it's a struggle,
and you wonder what you have relationships for. When they cause pain, you wonder.
Sometimes relationships are a stand-off. Sometimes you stay
on one level and dare not venture further.
Sometimes you deal with relationships with your left hand,
or you are offhand about them. Your heart is put on the side. Speech is required, and yet you dare not speak for fear of upsetting
the apple cart, even when the status quo does not make you happy. When this is the case, is it that you don't want to interrupt
unhappiness, beloveds? You don't want to knock unhappiness off the shelf, even as it wobbles there?
You may defray honesty and clamp your jaw. Beloveds, what
is so terrible that you cannot speak of it?
Before you can tend to a wound, you must look at it. Look
at it in the light of day. Maybe all that is required for healing is for you to look at it. The wound may not be so big as
you fear. It may be only a little scratch. It may only need looking at. It may only need your voice to speak.
You are torn between courtesy and honesty. It is really true,
beloveds, that you can't sweep relationships under the rug. You can't step on them day after day. You have to open their windows
and let fresh air in. There is nothing so terrible that can't be opened up, spoken about, understood, and shaken loose.
Your heart has to reveal itself. Unrevealed, your heart is
out of joint. When you do not reveal your heart, you pound on its door needlessly. You create a steel door. You pound your
heart shut when your heart is yours to free. Sooner or later, your heart will burst out. Speak soon rather than late.
Nourish your relationships. Let your tongue speak your heart.
Speak your heart routinely. Open your heart to itself. Do not bury it. Love does not mean to disregard your heart or to try
to dissuade it from what it feels. What your heart feels, it feels. There is no point in draping a curtain over it. Hearts
cannot be denied. Reveal your heart freely so that others may reveal theirs freely. Let your heart step right up. Honor it.
Honor your heart, and you will honor other hearts as well.
Your heart is not meant to be hurt. Your heart is meant to
be welcomed. Welcome your heart, and you will welcome the heartedness of those seeming others.
Your heart is meant to speak. Your heart is not meant to be
a pantomime.
In relationships, hearts must speak. Your heart must speak.
It is not to be kept dumb and deaf and blind. It is not to pretend. Your heart is not meant to be covered up or cast aside
or shoved in a corner. Not your heart, beloved.
In every relationship, there is much of yourself to discover.
Relationships provide guides to take you to the far reaches of yourself. Relationships take you to the forest. Relationships
help you get through the forest and come out the other side. Hold hands with your relationships, and help each other through.
Be a friend to your heart and a friend to others' hearts. Let your hearts hold hands and help each other across the forest.
Do not stay on the outskirts. Your heart is not meant to be at a standstill.

 Transitions! Big Time!By Barbara Wilder

There have been a couple of very significant events on the
planetary level in the past couple of months that have created huge shifts in our consciousness - the earthquakes in Haiti
and Chile, as well as Turkey and lesser quakes around the world. As you are aware, we humans don't just live on the
Earth, we are integral parts of the Earth. The Earth is a vibrant alive and sentient being, and we are alive and sentient
parts of her. Everything in the universe has consciousness. Every cell, molecule, atom and sub-atom in our own
bodies has consciousness. So, we can perhaps imagine ourselves as conscious cells of the body of the Earth. In
addition we are all conscious parts of one of Earth's great organisms, the Human Family. As members of this Human Family
organism we are all interconnected. The awareness of this interconnectedness is being awakened in us now at very deep
levels in our hearts and in our nervous systems.
The first of the quakes in Haiti affected our hearts and
our emotional systems, as we experienced the immense human suffering there. This suffering is helping each of us to
to become more focused in our hearts and more deeply connected to our compassion. And as the suffering is continuing
in Haiti it helps us to open our hearts more and more and feel our connection with our Human family. And even
though the news media coverage has lessened the suffering has not, our family members still need our financial as well as
our loving support.
Sending money as love will also help the healing, and the
heart opening multi-dimensionally as the Earth shifts into the higher vibration of love and abundance for us all.
The second major quake in Chile affected us in the root chakra
at the tip of the spine and the solar plexus chakra. This quake that measured 8.8 is one of the most powerful quakes
on record. Yet the human devastation was much less than in the Haitian quake. The jolt that, according to NASA scientists,
knocked the Earth off her axis and caused the loss of actual time - we lost one millionth of a second - affected us and is
still affecting us. It was like a giant kick in the tush, actually. Our root chakras were uprooted. This
has knocked us off many of our old positions (beliefs, ideas, judgments, etc) which can be a very uncomfortable sensation,
causing many to experience being out of sorts with mild to high levels of anxiety. What is actually happening is we
are in the process of re-rooting into the Earth at the higher vibration and this is recalibrating our nervous system to the
higher level, which will help us experience the new vibration of compassion in our hearts. Soon, as our hearts match
the vibration of compassion, our nervous systems will be relieved of anxiety and begin to experience the excitement of being
alive.
My personal experience the first day after the Chilean quake
happened while I was shopping at a favorite store. Instead of enjoying looking at the lovely things, I found myself
going around in circles, and nothing I saw seemed to make sense. I couldn't focus on anything, and I had an underlying
feeling of despair. I finally just gave up, went home, curled up with a good movie. After the movie, I meditated
and began to understand that this was a direct result of the earthquake.
Next is a meditation that may be of help in finding your new
center as you re-root. What you can expect to happen as you bring light into and throughout your nervous system
and open to the alignment is a gentle softening and joyous acceptance of whatever this new shift is bringing into your life.
You may experience it as finally coming to your senses. So, allow it, welcome it, and enjoy it.
And when in doubt always choose love.
