Heavenletters™, bringing Earth closer to Heaven. What shall we talk about today? What have we been talking about? Does it matter? Does it matter the subject when We sit
together and look into the mirror of Our eyes? What does matter, beloveds? When all is said and done, what does matter? Life does matter. It matters a great deal. Life is a lot. Yet life in the world is not all that matters, not by a long
shot. Ultimately, what matters is you and I. Life as you experience it in the world comes and goes. You and I remain. Ultimately,
all there exists is you and I. Furthermore, not even you as separate from you exist. This is the meaning of dust unto dust. There is another aspect, however. It might be said that nothing exists, nothing at all, no thing at all. On the other hand,
nothingness contains all and is all. From one angle, all there is is nothingness. From another angle, it can be said that
nothingness contains all. Within the seed is the whole tree. Eternity exists, yet it doesn’t exist as lasting time, for Eternity outdistances time any day. And Infinity. What
about Infinity? It neither begins or ends. It simply is. Of course, this is the conundrum you live with. That’s just it. What is and what lasts cannot be put in place. They
are beyond the earthbound myth of place, and they are beyond the earthbound myth of time. From the angle of Earth, this is
really an unsolvable puzzle. How can nothing be called everything or anything at all? How can everything be no thing? This
is like having a mountain with no height, or a stream with no water. What kind of erratic thing is this to touch water, drink it, wash clothes with it, perspire with it, eyes tear with it,
it rain from the sky, puddles or dried up where once a puddle was. What nonsense you may think it is for Me to say these touchables
are imagination, and that which you cannot touch is Truth. Yet why not? Why not? In Our discussion, We can say that We have an elementary primer that can’t begin to say everything. It says a little.
It cannot say everything. Then We have a post-graduate text which gives more. And yet even this advanced text can’t say or show everything.
We can say that life in the world is like learning everything about the Ocean. No matter how much you can learn about the
Ocean, what foundation is all you learn when you have not yet, at least this time around, touched the water, or tasted it,
or swum in it? All the knowledge you have accumulated is like an encyclopedia. Always a bridesmaid, and never a bride. When you step into the sea, what else do you need but the feel of the water and how it tastes? There is nothing to do but
absorb it. All the knowledge in the world is nothing next to swimming in the water. Then there is nothing more to know. You
need no explanation. You need no understanding. Yet you, even as you swim in the sea, may not get the whole picture. When you step into the Light, you are in the Light. When you step into awareness of Eternity, you absorb all of it, even
as Eternity isn’t an It. Infinity is yours and undeniable and all you could ever want when you have the blessing of
awareness of Infinity. Then, what possible need is there for an explanation or definition? When you know how to swim, you know how to swim, and you swim. All the directions in the world don’t tell you. Even
being in the water is not the whole story. Even as you live in Eternity and Infinity, no matter how you try to fathom Eternity
and Infinity, they elude you. Even the two are really One, aren’t they? Just two sides of the same coin. Heavenletters™, bringing Earth closer to Heaven. What would I like? Nice of you to ask. What do your mother and father want for you? And what do you want for you? You want happiness, I know that. I want your happiness. You want love from all sides, and, most of all, from your own heart. Nothing can beat the love in your own heart. This
is supreme happiness, the blossoming of your heart. Hearts, like flowers, may take their time to blossom. Sometimes it may seem overnight, but blossoming usually comes on
tiptoes. Just like spring, suddenly, everything blossoms. Yet, was not the winter preparing the way for the flowers to bloom?
Is not even the cold of snows a blessing to the flowers? Certainly, the snow was nestling itself over the seeds and the
roots. The snow covered all as a friend. How connected everything is. And what a lovely mission the cold snow has to cover
the percipient blooms. By the same token, we can say that everything lives within you. Certainly, your heart has been known to be covered with
snow, but here’s the thing: Snow melts. Hearts thaw. Your heart is awaiting spring to take over your heart. You are
perfectly happy to cooperate. It is your desire that your heart be love, filled with love outpouring. You would love your
heart to be a Vesuvius of Love, or so you say. It is not all that easy for you to give up the past in order to welcome the
new. There is still that hanging onto yesteryear and all the paraphernalia of old thinking that hangs on. You know, how you
have old clothing that you are not sure you want to let go of. In theory, yes. In theory, you would give up old thinking and
old resentments and the thought you are owed something. You would give them up in a minute. Theoretically, you would leap
to be done with them only, only, you find you are partial to them. You may have thought that such thoughts bolster you, make you strong, make you who you are. Well, that has its truth. Certain
they have contributed to the very unhappiness that catches in your craw. You hesitate to be done because, somehow, old thoughts
could be useful to you or you would be neglectful to let wrongs go and pardon everyone and the history of the world and past-due
accounts. You are just record-keeping. You might want the records sometime in the future. A regulatory tax agency might want
the records of all transactions. Of course, the IRS is within you, dear ones. And haven’t you heard that when you go
to Heaven, you are supposed to see your whole past life before you? You might like to have some notes to refer to. Despite all your good reasons for hanging on, you have no leg to stand on. Never was it said that you have to let go of
the past in throes of delight. No, just to let go of it. Even if it takes major surgery, it has to be done. You just cannot
hang on to the accountings of the past. You can’t stay there any longer. It may feel like a bankruptcy to you. What
feels and what must be done can be two different things. The fact is you are not giving up anything good for you. This is how you give up discontent. This is how you give up resentment
and all the various thinking that hangs onto you by the ankles and holds you back. Leave all the trappings behind, and come with Me. Come with Me now. I have been waiting for you. Come, take My hand now. Heavenletters™, bringing Earth closer to Heaven. Much of what goes on in the world moves like a double helix. No matter how irregular something may seem to you, no matter
how much of a mistake you may think something is, what you see as a mistake or even a grievous error is very like a double
helix following its pattern. You may see wildness rather than pattern. You may see effrontery, yet you are seeing a magic path where a blessing is righting
itself. This magic path is offering you something from one aspect of life to another, and you are in process of making an
adjustment. Who can rightly call what may be a mere adjustment a grievous error? In truth, you are talking about tuning a
piano. Or you are talking about fixing a window that doesn’t close properly. Or darning socks with holes in them. Is
it an error to note holes in socks so that you will darn them? What may seem like an error to you, even a great error, when looked at objectively, may be nothing more than a signal to
look at your socks and mend them. It’s very possible that heretofore you simply hadn’t noticed. What you saw as
an interference may well have been alerting you to pay attention. One way or another, your attention is taken from one thing
to another. When you can look at aspects of life as you look at the springing of a double helix, what catastrophe can there be? Something is righting itself. A canoe is getting balanced, or an ocean liner is adjusting its ballast, or a lady is smoothing
her hat. Human life is made of checks and balances. In life, something has gotten out of balance, and now it is adjusting
itself. The message that you are receiving often is: “Something is out of whack.” Of course, you call out of whack
anything that doesn’t suit you. Nevertheless, life is suiting itself. Life is looking for a way to grow upward. As the
roots of dandelions may burst through a wall, so may your life be doing. As you lift up a doormat to look for the hidden key,
so is life lifting up a key to ensure that what may be imbalanced will balance. It’s like ensuring that the lame will
walk, the tide will come in, you rise above your battles, or ensure that you will not kiss a toad or turn into a frog. Even when what occurs is a commonly-recognized catastrophe, as awful or pointless as it seems to you, the catastrophe is
offering something to you and something more than a hard knock. There may be an opportunity you can’t possibly see,
yet there is something there for you whether you recognize it or not. Maybe you will never see. Regardless, through what occurs
in life, you will grow. Like it or not, you will grow. Don’t let anything that occurs diminish you. If you are boxer and you lose a round, get up for the next one. If you lose a match, get ready for the next one. Keep your eye open for opportunity you welcome, and, yet take what comes. If your mother gives you a tablespoon of paregoric,
down the hatch! Even what strikes you as the end of the world, you know it isn’t. Even if you lose your house, another
one may be waiting. Even when you lose your job, another one is in the wings. It’s not that you have to be a slugger.
It’s that you bounce back.
