We wish to remind you that your hands are one of the most
highly developed links to your brain, for there are etheric generator crystals embedded within the palms of the hands.
They were designed to be some of the strongest, electromagnetic impulses of the physical vessel. That is why those who
have activated or developed the healing power within their hands are so effective in the healing arts. In the future,
you have the potential of redeveloping the memory cells within your fingertips so that you may access conscious and subconscious
information through touch.
A good exercise would be to hold a crystal which you have Self-programmed as a generator
healing crystal in one of your hands as you focus on activating the healing abilities within the palms of your hands.
Via the Infinity Breath exercise, concentrate on sending/feeling the Adamantine Particles of Light within your palms. Your
palms may become very warm or begin to tingle. It may take a while for you to feel the sensations; however, you will
gradually gain the ability to send healing Creator Light to localized parts of your own body. Future healing will include
en-Lighten-ed, dynamic healers with the ability to send almost laser-like healing beams of Divine Light to their patients.
Reiki and other energy modalities are based on this ancient, esoteric knowledge.

Since the beginning of 2012, the energies have gone from feeling
stuck, to feeling like we are in an out-of-control spaceship. This pace is literally taking our breath away.
Yet we when we tune in deeply to our hearts, we are excited
and feel like we are finally about to arrive. There is an excitement in the air that we have been missing for some time, and
it feels good.
The Earth is shifting; in fact, it is getting an entire new
grid system. The tectonic plates are wobbling magnetically as well. So finding and staying in our centers is becoming more
difficult. Some symptoms that are popping up for people that are extra sensitive to the Earth’s energies might be mild
nausea, like morning sickness, a slight dull headache that won’t go away, and a sore spot in the heart chakra area.
These are temporary situations.
You are building a new body as well. Scientists know that
our bodies replace every single cell every seven years. What we are experiencing Now is an accelerated rate of this cellular
regeneration of our physical and light bodies. It is going to be a whole new way to Be. It is going to feel a little strange
for some time as this process completes, and we don’t expect this intensity to lighten up any time soon. A lot will
be coming up; old stuff and more recent regurgitations.
Don’t judge your process or the processes others are
going through. Judgments and spiritual arrogance have no place in these times. All are a perfect mirror of God, including
You. Remember, what you resist, you can never be free from, so allow, surrender and flow with the process. Again, what you
resist, you can never be free from. Allow your story to unfold. Remember that where you have been, and what you have experienced,
good or bad, has placed you where you are today. Just a quick look back will remind you how much you have grown. Don’t
you see how much you have already evolved! Don’t forget this.
We are finding that we are becoming increasingly unable to
cope with the illusions of this world; like injustices, dishonesties, integrity issues, dramas in family and other relationships,
and the 3D world not working as expected. All this is feeling like an endless retrograde situation to us. Again this is a
temporary situation. We are feeling these things more prominently now, because we are already In the new world where these
illusions do not exist. Our DNA is learning to balance and reorganize this contradiction of frequencies. The only thing in
our way now is our own mind.
The intense energy might want to make us just crawl into a
cave and wait it out. But we don’t do this. We stand firm on the Earth each day, breathe in and out, and we try our
best to stay in our center wherever that might be in any given moment. Everything around us is shifting and changing at a
ridiculous rate of speed. If we try to hide out, or hunker down, it will not work. We must stay involved. We must participate
in this grand unfolding of a new earth, humanities awakening and the unification of the collective consciousness. This is
what you came here for. You signed up for this.
The Earth is getting a new grid system and we are renovating
ourselves to be in alignment with this new grid system. This will come with a new orientation point, with a new heart center,
and a new body. Let’s just say that we have a lot on our plates right now.
Also, a magnetic pole shift might come sooner than first thought.
Magnetic pole shifts are not as far-fetched as one might think. Geologists know the Earth and the Sun shifts magnetically
every so often. This will not create world wide physical earth changes.
An interesting fact is that we have already ascended to a
higher frequency. The only issue is that our mind (our memory and our self-image) has not come to grips with this fact. The
iron in our body (in our blood) holds memory and history, so as the Earth’s magnetic field drops to zero, our memory
is cleared and rebooted and raised up to a new frequency. Eventually then our mind will catch up with what has already taken
place in the higher realms.
This is a divine synchronization of all life on Earth with
its attached collective consciousness. Some people will need to accelerate their spiritual and physical process by being very
rigid with their routines. Others will need to slow down their process, by meditating less, eating heavier food and well,
what looks like goofing off. We must do what feels right in each moment without worry about what others will think about you.
And we must not judge others for living their lives differently than ours. Did you hear that? This is important. Again, Judgment
and spiritual arrogance has no place in these times. There are reasons why we are living the way we are living. The way we
live our life now might be very different than from a couple of years ago.
How we live our lives next week might be polar opposite to
today. Humanity and all life is synchronizing with the whole, the One. Why? . . . because we are going through this dimensional
gate together. Everybody needs to be at the same frequency, on the same bandwidth, on the same page, etc…
There is nothing more that we need to learn. The searching
is over. We have everything inside us that we need, right now. But we already know this. Now it is time to believe it. We
will receive necessary wisdom and appropriate alchemy when, and only when, our frequency is ready for the next step in this
ascension process. This is a failsafe program to keep us safe from burning up in the ascension light. This is a step by step
process. We have learned in the past that if we ascend too soon, or are out of sync with an ascending age, we fail because
we are not ready for the energy. We learned this the hard way in Egypt and Atlantis. Everything needs to be synchronized on
the same page and on the same bandwidth. From our vantage point, all is going very well.
Lastly we are asking you to not go into sympathetic resonance
with anyone going through hard challenges. Feeling sympathy will only bring your energy down, and make their journey harder.
Remember . . . there is nothing to fix and nothing to heal. Each has chosen their path. We are harmonizing the collective
field. Trust the process. Remember that what everyone is going through, is the process of bringing us all to that same page,
so we can enter the new world that is awaiting us . . . together.
PS: The Star Elders really do love drama, and so does Archangel
Michael; but they never go in to sympathetic resonance with the drama. For them it is just like watching a really good movie.
They don’t judge anything and just accept the process. If we can approach this year as they do, it will make our lives
a lot easier.

This
has truly been a worldwide effort, where beings from many different countries have come together in an effort to bring to
your world a better way. We of the Galactic commands have done our part as well to assist those of you who wish to see changes
in your world, to make it a better place for all of you to experience the physical realm. All along your journey you have
benefited greatly from the assistance of your universal families and friends. Never were you left on your own, and never were
you forgotten or denied any assistance that you may have needed.
We have always assured that you would receive the benefits
from our assistance, although it has been necessary for us to conceal our helping hand to better allow you to reap the rewards
of going it on your own. This has always been a very delicate operation where we needed to conceal our craft from your eyes
and needed to camouflage our part in many of your affairs. We feel we have done an adequate job in this sense, and up until
very recent times we feel very few of you were even aware of our presence and still more of you were unaware that we took
part in so many events and directions that your society has taken.
What we would now like to do is take an even more active role
in your affairs, and we would like to do this openly and we would like to do this with your full knowledge and cooperation,
as the time for secrecy is quickly fading into your past. We would like to discuss with you each and everything that we would
like to accomplish here in your world with you before these tasks are undertaken. This is what we will do, as we are now better
able to communicate with many of you through our channels and even directly with some of you through means of telepathy. In
the days ahead, we see even greater numbers of you being able to communicate in this manner, and we also see a day when we
will be able to speak with large numbers of you openly and directly without any need for telepathic communication.
When all this will take place is still a subject of debate
and consideration, for we cannot tell for sure at this time when situations in your world will allow us to safely interact
more personally with you. There will be a period in your very near future where we will be able to navigate our ships openly
through your skies and personally interact with many of you as we work to complete our many projects together. This will be;
there is no doubt of this, as this is a very necessary step towards the realization of the goal of your new world. Timing
is so important at this time, and we wish to take every precaution and make sure the timing is just right for us to move forward
with the operation. Please be patient as you have been, as much is riding on the successful conclusion of our project with
you and we wish to proceed as slowly and carefully as is necessary.
Allow us to properly set the table for our introductions to
you, and allow our Earth allies to clear the playing field of those still playing for another team, as they must be removed
from your society before many of our projects together can be undertaken. This is a very important step, and we ask for your
continued patience and cooperation in sharing your knowledge of these upcoming events as they will take place. We wish for
as many of your world as possible to be familiar with this process as these arrests may be quite startling for many, and we
also wish for as many of your world as possible to benefit as greatly as they can from what these arrests will signify to
each of you and your society as a whole. You all have done such a tremendous job thus far setting the table for this event,
and we wish at this time to thank each of you once again for your efforts and say to you that your hard work will pay off
for all of you.
As we have promised you, we have been allowing more sightings
of our ships all over your world, and we are very pleased to see that so many of you are taking the time to film these events
and also share this evidence with those of your world through your online social networks. This is a very important process
in our overall mission, as we wish to prepare as many of your world as possible for our introductions to you which we eagerly
anticipate. We will continue this process and step up even greater the number and quality of the sightings of our ships in
the days ahead, and we ask you to continue to share your video footage with your brothers and sisters. We have some fun sightings
planned for you and we look so forward to this, and we also wish you to know that we enjoy these sightings just as much as
you do. We have wanted to make our presence more known to you for a very long time, and we do not wish to have to camouflage
ourselves any more than many of you like it.
We wish to go about our affairs openly with you, and we tell
you that this day will come as there can be no stopping it. This is part of your new experience, where you will have completely
open contact with us of the Galactic Federation of Light, and we look very forward to this day. It has been a challenge for
us to work for so long in the background without your knowledge, and we have longed for a reunion with you far longer than
many of you have even been aware of our existence. There are many reasons that have contributed to this need for secrecy,
and at this time we are removing these obstacles one by one with your assistance. It will be soon that the last obstacle from
our path is cleared and we can reunite with you, our brothers and sisters, and openly work together on the many projects that
will bring to each of you the new world that you all want for yourselves, your family, your friends, and each and every one
who calls your planet home.
You may even have some new friends coming your way as finally
the old friends that no longer serve your greater good fade away into your past. This has always been the plan for you, where
the old has had to move aside to make way for the new and allow you to become the new being that you are developing into today.
Allow all that no longer serves your higher purpose to fade away now and become but fond memories of your education and your
growth as a spiritual being. Allow the experiences and the lessons that were designed to advance you on your journey become
relics of your past that can be observed as if you were visiting a museum of all that was but is no longer. Do not allow these
memories of lessons sometimes hard learned to intrude upon your present-day, for they have no rightful place here with you
as their meaning and their purpose no longer exists for you. Do you understand this? Do not allow what is old to become obstacles
for what is new. This is a very important concept for you to learn and to implement into your new lives.
So many of you allow your past experiences to manifest once
again and present to you repeated challenges and obstacles that you have already cleared and have no need to experience again.
Do the best that you can to keep your path clear before you by not allowing obstacles on the path behind you to experience
a rebirth of any kind. Try to view the experiences that were necessary for you in your past as if they were encased behind
glass at a museum of your life. You may take notice and admire these treasures as you make your way through your museums corridors,
but do not allow yourself to be slowed or stopped as you stand and stare before an exhibit and allow it to take hold of you
and deter you from completing the tour. This is the way we would like you to view your past experiences, unemotional and detached,
as this is the best way for you to extract from these experiences all that they were designed to give you without allowing
them to affect you emotionally and negatively. If you can achieve this, then you will certainly be on your way to housing
a new and exciting collection of wonderful and valuable pieces that will line the halls of your new museum.
No one will be left behind here, as there will be different
places that you journey to. This is the way it must be, as there are many of you and just as many paths to travel, and there
are those of you who have learned more at this point than some of the others. This will bring you to the first steps of a
path others have not yet reached. Do not feel saddened by this, as throughout your long journey you have made many friends
and have said adieu to many of them, but just the same, for each friend that you have said goodbye to another new friend was
waiting to make your acquaintance and begin new adventures with you that more closely resonate with your similar vibrations.
This is the way it is throughout this entire universe, where
like attracts like and people, places and adventures come to those whose vibrations attract them like a powerful magnet. Many
of you at this time are feeling the pull of this magnetic attraction, and there are those of you who are not feeling this
same tow as they are still being pulled towards vibrations of the density you are now freeing yourself from and rising above.
Do not look at this day when your ship sets sail as a sad day, for it is a remarkable achievement for you and you have put
so much effort into hoisting your sails and catching this new breeze that will take you to points uncharted. Do not feel saddened
for those you love who wave goodbye from the dock, as they too will board a ship that will take them to destinations they
have mapped out for themselves. In the end, all ships will dock at the same port, and you will be there waiting, standing
on the dock as their ship arrives.

the candle flame. Gaze at the flame. Feel yourself totally immersed in that light to the point where you do not see anything
else but the flame of the candle. Know yourself to be One with the candle flame, the little flickering flame, and yet the
potential of great power, which is you. Once you catch fire, there is very little that can stop you. Allow yourself to gaze
into the flame of the candle and feel yourself to be One. For a moment or so, forget all of that which has been bothering

lovely is this imagined world I created. I created imagination. I manifested imagination. The individual you is imagined,
imagined down to every last detail. I imagined male and female, and I gave each to the other. I imagined a Garden of Eden
which was very like the reality of what was imagined. Imaginations took over, and then there was confusion, and stories were
begun, and the stories continue still. There is a bump in the road. There has to be a bump in the road that you pass or jump
over. Stories require this. There has to be suspended breath. There is such excitement. Tension is like a taffy
pull. Tension is stretched, and then tension is resolved. The breath is let out, and life continues, and more drama comes
out. My children more than tell a story. They live it. So it seems. Imagination makes anything real. Imagination
makes dragons real and all manner of things. The bogeyman is real. Gnomes are real. Anything can be real, rather, anything
can seem real so long as it is believed in. Stars are to wish on. This is a worthy tradition. And the sun is
to bask in and to light up Our way. The lode star pulls you like the tides. You have free will, yet free will is tentative.
You have many reflexes. Ultimately you choose them, even when you are sure you don't. You are sure that reflexes are foisted
on you. Perhaps it is a numbers game, and you are assigned certain reflexes or reaction when you would rather not have them. Someone
or something says, "Dance." And you dance. Someone or something says, "Cry," and you cry. Good will is your will. It comes
out of hiding and begins to parade itself across your eyes. From your heart to your eyes prances good will. The
fog is lifting this morning, for you are the sunshine discovering the sunshine of itself. The discoverer is himself what he
discovers. He is in the act of discovering that which he has always known. Even in the center of imagination, he knows the
Truth, and he plays a game at rediscovering that which was always known but averted. He averted his eyes. You avert your eyes.
It is a narrow key hole that you let light in from. These are the odds you set in order to make life interesting. Yet,
how much of this holds your interest, I ask you. You want to know how you came to be. No words will explain it to you. It
simply has to dawn on you. One day you simply draw up a shade, and the sun shines on you. All the stories are
made up. You configure them. The stories are like the sand castles you build at the beach and the waves wash away. Who can
say that the sand castles ever were really there, for they are washed away now, and sand has merged once again with all the
sands of time that lie about on beaches. How many words does time take up? Can words be measured in time, as
the world measures time? How many words per minute can you type? When you know the answer, what do you have then? Where has
the answer taken you, and why do you have it? What good is it? Imagination is a lovely lull in the midst of silence.
Silence is the prey you gather around. You gather around silence and the camp fire. Here are two fields of life on Earth -
silence on one end and fire on the other. There is a conflagration, and silence and conflagration have a race. And which do
you think wins? Silence of course, for silence just is. No match has to be lit for Silence to be. Love lives

Melt Your Walls

The heart action of April is giving way to the empowered wholeness
of May. How brave have you been? Perfectly brave is the only truth, for you are a wise Being that seeks expansion
and expression through Love’s Grace, even when that seems chaotic. Last week’s Fellowship opened us to enjoying
more of Life, more of the world, more of creation.
It is an act of Love to open your arms and hug another, but
an act of courage to fully receive another, to fully receive Life. What if you don’t get what you want?
What if you don’t receive the love you gave? What if you lose something you value? What if?
What if you were such a powerful creator that all that you
released was given back to you improved through gratitude and trust? What if what you received had the timeless wisdom
of Love imbued into the Truth of your power? What if what you received was the reflection of Love that is so complete,
so present in all experience that everything was appreciated? When you are willing to receive, Love rushes in.
Miracles are just Life.
Walls aren’t bad in and of themselves. It’s
what we do with them. Walls are very helpful when you want to be warm and dry in cold, rainy weather. But when
walls shut you off from experience and separate you from sharing Life, they become a prison. As the powerful creator
that you are, you decide what your walls will do. Observe your sharing of life and decide what you truly need.
Do walls make you safe from another that would deride you? Truly it is your heart that makes you safe from pain.
When you heart is so full of Love of Self that the truth of Love in All is evident, a painful word from another is merely
their only way to call for the Love they seek. You need not immerse yourself in detrimental situations. Just open
your heart, melt the walls of your heart and heed Love’s call. Receive Life so powerfully that all you hear and
see is Love. Not the walls of your protection from pain.
As we sit to Blast Melt Your Walls, we are releasing the final
separations that keep us from fully sharing Life with Joy, whether it is a moment of happiness or sorrow. We are freeing
ourselves from the confines of fear. We are receiving Life with such grace and gusto that Love lives freely in our abode/body.
We are the house that Love built, welcoming the world around us to a warm hearth that feeds Fellowship. We are the courageous
ones, that hear past wounds and respond with Love. We are the new solution that creates unity where separation kept
pain encased and inflamed. We are the inspiration, the sustainers of Life and the expansion of Love on Earth.

Accepting and Surrender

Let us hold in our hearts the love and trust that all is
moving in perfect divine order and that all is moving into the fullness of expressiveness that will embrace the forthcoming
shifts with an acceptable sequence of changes, to be found on all levels of expression and acceptability. An immediate relaxation
might well be in order and preparation for the forthcoming month's energetic windows as we move from / through May 20th to
June 21st with a day or two either side, where further grander opportunities will be transmitting into the planet and all
thereon. Maybe now could one take advantage of the comparative lull of intense activities and also take five, chilling out
for the next few days/weeks, if the overall energies so allow one to do. There will also be another triple light portal activation
namely the 5-5-5 on May 5th with the key words being 'surrender,' and, wait for it, 'change!' A good primer for May 20th onwards!
Maybe,
just maybe, could one take advantage of the comparative lull of intensive activities and also‘ take five,' chilling
out in the next few days/week(s) if the overall energies allow one so to do! A pleasure indeed has it been to be present on
Terra, to be an emphatic part of these most incredible energies and shifts that the universe is pouring forth via Central
Sun as gifted by the Supreme Creator. What greater inspiration can there be as once again we accept that which is occurring
with a greater feeling of anticipation and not of dread, that was a little prominent for a while. Thankfully have those emotions
dissipated and given way to far more of excitement and expectation as the dawning of the new earth begins to take a more obvious
indication upon the ethers of life and the heavens too mirror this joy and light. Incredible and challenging, too, are the
horizons that are the backdrop for this center stage scenario as the curtain has long been up allowing a far greater vista
of that which is being played out so meticulously by the host of innumerable players, whose roles are paramount.
Still
is the need to focus surely and purely on the capacities or capabilities of the light-force whom grace the beloved planet
with their presence' and durability. Great are those beings of radiant rapport whose very hearts beat in unison with the universal
heart beat. The way of love and strength, the ways of light and power animate the whole planet and likewise the mighty universe,
with a chorus or melody which moves on passionately to the heart of 'God' Itself - and the love, light, and an undoubted,
unequivocal harmony reflects back to the souls of the people in a grand Oneness of unification. The very tapestry of new life
is being interwoven and indelibly etched into the very souls of One and All, for great are they who live to fight - with love
- another day. Great are their aspirations, grand are their soul's purpose, as mighty indeed is their depth of divinity, as
they dance a dance of celebration, of a new life!
The heavens are alive with all manner of ships and the star
beings; and the ethers are alive with the multitudes of universal beings of all walks and benevolent pursuits. There are many
dimensions alive with the various brotherhoods of light and the angelic realms are abound with the messengers of love. There
are countless galactic and space commands that patrol the skies with their loving intent, protecting and paving the way for
any ascension realities. There are universes abounding that observe with deepest interest all that is occurring to us in our
beautiful, mighty planet, that hangs so gracefully in the heavens with the eyes of many upon her. Lady Gaia of Mother Earth
stands proud as she is the center point of all activity in these local heavens, and multi-trillions have taken their seats
to perceive and participate in her imminent movements of such magnitude. 'Mother Gaia' we thank, honor and love you!
Once
more let it be said, shared one with another, that all is progressing in the very highest good and all is on track for the
heavenly movements to be actioned forth with all due might. These lighted beings on and in the planet will be overseen as
they diligently move forwards in their light and their might co-creating the 'new earth' with their own visual endeavors and
paving the way with - as ever always - the multitude of off planet energies who will ever be at hand - overseeing if you will
- should there be such a need for any physical appearance to be necessary. As all goes to plan there will not be a need, yet
if there is such a need, then we know that it can be afforded in but 'the blinking of an eye!' Graced and gracious are we
aboard this grand ship Mother Earth, as we are aware of the ever increasing energies and upliftment that are surely building.
There is now the time of acceptance and the imminence of 'surrender' as we sail forwards united as a team, allowing the changes
to gently unwind. Go forth yet again and multiply for your radiant light flows outwards to one and all. Namaste..

Team Beloved: Once upon a time

Once upon a time, in a Universe not far away, great Beings of Light, Love
and Creativity came together to "experiment." You are one of these incredible beings here to play in the playground of time
and space. You came here to create, to experience and to love. Welcome to your experiment.
Your Soul is the map
of your experience you came here to enjoy. When you can begin to read this map you also begin to unlock the energies that
need to be unlocked in order for you to reach you full expression.
This piece of it for this gentleman named
Christ, the piece that was probably most important, was humility. There was something in his understanding and accepting of
his humility, and his surrendering, that allowed him the merging of his awareness with his greater self; with his true Source-nature
self.
For what is beginning to fall away is the illusion of what
you are not. And as this illusion begins to fall away, you see, as this illusion begins to just disappear, you begin to notice
other things begin to fall away. Things such as judgment begin to dissipate. Things like seeing separation and that others
are a very separate thing than you, begins to fall away. You begin to see the unity in all of it. You begin to see that your
priorities are perhaps shifting. The things that seemed important and brought security are no longer the things that are important
and bring security.
Allow yourself the breath, the joy, the self love to move
through this time. Allow yourself permission to move through this time of remembrance, because you are walking both worlds
simultaneously, the old and the new. It will be a little bit confusing, a little discombobulating at moments. But know, when
it is, you are crossing the great threshold from illusion to truth; from not knowing to knowing; from sleeping to awake.
Today's
mantra: I play in the playground of time and space knowing that I create this experience. I begin to tap into the wisdom of
the Soul to more fully understand my experience. I humble myself to my Source-Self, I allow myself to be guided by my wisdom
of my Higher-Self, today and every day. I allow the illusion of who I Am Not to begin to dissolve. I allow myself to gently
awaken to who I Am.
