There is no one path to enlightenment.
All paths lead back to Oneness. There is no one truth. Truth is relevant to the believer. Your truth may not be another's
and vice versa. Each one of must find their own personal truth inside themselves and then they must walk their own path of
truth.
Each entity has chosen their path to re-awakening before incarnation. The path they chose depended on what they
as individuals wished to accomplish as well as what their Soul Family needed and wished to accomplish.
Within the physical
body you are but a spark of the Divine Being you are. A minute glimpse of the Light you truly are. For you are ONE with ALL
THAT IS! I know you have heard that statement before, but did you ever really stop and think what that means?
Your
individual soul is enormous...multi-dimensional and living many lives in many different places. Your individual soul has an
oversoul which contains the many lives "you" have lived. These are called 'aspects' of YOU. You are now in the process as
you ascend calling unto yourself all those many aspects and once you become ONE all learned, creative, psychic powers gained
will be available for your use. Use them wisely. Remember ..."Do no Harm!" What you give out comes back full-circle.

to make Divine Love a greater focus in your lives. Yes you get busy with daily living, but you are remembering to bring your
focus back to Source/God/All That Is. As you become aware of the “God Force” or “Divine Spark” in
those you meet, you begin to “Call Forth” the Divine Spark” within them. It is still up to them whether
or not they wish to heed the call. As you go about your day, when you are around those with the true spirit of the holidays,

What a lot of activity has taken place over the
last few days, and it has certainly been a time of introspection. Humans generally act first and think about it afterwards,
and a little controversy is good at bringing the best or worst out of people. I do not intend to preach at you, as my role
as the energy of a group of Beings from the Galactic Federation is to set the truth before you. I am also part of a massive
Brotherhood of Light that is approaching the subject of your Ascension. We are to do our utmost to ensure that you have every
opportunity to ascend. In the course of our program, we try to lift you higher in your understanding of how the spiritual
side of your life is so important to the final outcome. Of course it is also necessary that you are acquainted with the process
of Ascension, and understand how you can incorporate into your life, whatever you need to succeed.
Along the way you have been presented with many
challenges, and some have required a great deal of faith on your part. The path was never going to be smooth, as for eons
of time through many lives you have fallen into the pattern of the lower vibrations. There is no judgement connected with
it, as in truth you could not avoid such an outcome. The vibrations attracted many lower entities and they proceeded to use
you for their own ends. However, everything is of a cyclic nature and you know fully well that your present one is about to
end. You are also aware that it is a chaotic time as the old ways try to cling on, and the dark Ones go to extremes to prevent
the changes but to no avail. What has been decreed will pass even if it is uncomfortable, and you will in the future marvel
at what took place and feel privileged to have been part of it. Be sure to understand that many, many souls would have gladly
taken your place, but you have all been chosen because of your potential to bring to each other the experiences you need.
The end times are a perfect end to your time in duality, and again when you look back you will see how it has lifted you into
a higher state of understanding and advanced your levels of spiritual understanding.
In the full nature of everything you have experienced,
you have tried all manner of incarnations and you have been through all the different religions and spiritual groups. To extend
your understanding you have also spent time with the dark Ones, so that you could understand the different energies that motivated
their ways of expression. That has been a feature of your many lives, and it is why we warn against being judgmental, because
there are few situations that you have not experienced yourself. What you see around you today is in part your creation, and
as a civilization approaching the changes you are required to play your part in bringing back the Light that has been lacking.
Now I come to the part that you are particularly
interested in relating to the last message and the consternation and controversy it caused. It was intended to highlight the
fact that we are continually acting against the dark Ones, and their attempts to cause a major upset as you go into the final
stages of Ascension. If they had their way it would be prevented and they would proceed with their agenda for your total enslavement.
We have as you might say, clipped their wings and apart from having to allow freewill to still operate, have the authority
to stop any action that would seriously affect your Ascension. There was always the chance that some of you would home in
on the comments directed at Obama and be upset. However you have had to deal with the views of others who have a different
understanding of the end times, and if you see the long term implications you will realize that they will have no affect on
the outcome at all. It is a fact that there are so many different beliefs held regarding the manner in which the final days
of this cycle are played out. We do not interfere with them, and according to your expectations that is what you will experience
as part of your personal journey. In other words souls must be allowed to experience what they have created for themselves,
and their personal understanding in all matters.
The result of the last message was not intentional,
but there are always liable to be a number of ways that they can be interpreted. We certainly did not intend
that you should conclude that we were suddenly supporting the adverse comments against Obama. Our support of him has been
total at all times, and he is a most special soul that together receives our full protection. There have already been a number
of attempts on his life, and why Dear Ones – because he is seen for what he really is as a great Being of Light. He
will when able to fully express and act on his plan, bring peace to the world. We know that there are campaigns to undermine
Obama and have him removed, as the dark Ones were expecting to get their choice for President into the White House. That was
not to be, and your expanding consciousness and successful attempts to bring Light and Love to the planet was in part responsible.
The Law of Attraction is perfect, and when the Light becomes the dominant force there is no place for the lower energies.
In that respect you are to be complimented for your untiring work to bring Light to the Earth.
In conclusion let me say that you must stand
strong in your beliefs, and see further than the attempts of the dark Ones to distract you. They are here, there and everywhere
making as much mayhem as they can, and using anyone that will fall for their negative thoughts and actions. Be sure that once
you are well into the Light you will not fall for their attempts to distract you. Our channel Mike was not put out by the
views of Colleen who has her own strong beliefs, and the reactions of some of you were to say the least a surprise to him.
However, it has made many of you reflect on your own response, and that can only lead to a greater understanding of yourself.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius and love you all as you
are as great souls of Light. See that in all those you meet, see the perfection that is there and not the outer skin of duality
that will soon be transmuted.

When I asked “what is it we most need to
know at this time?”, a list began of all of the original lessons we have learned, so I guess it’s time to go back
to basics. Fundamental is called that for a reason (or it could also mean fun-da-mental: have more fun to lighten up our minds!)
1. You know that squirrelly, unsettled feeling
inside like you have had too much caffeine? It is just the external clatter meeting your internal life force. Do not live
from this clamorous intersection; go deeper. Breathe yourself calmer to the place where the wavelengths are long and profound.
Start now, because this practice takes a lifetime. The sooner you get this one, the sooner you will find peace. It’s
in there; breathe for it.
2. Stop shouting to be heard. All you need do
is recognize yourself and the recognition will come; but then you won’t need it because you found it on the journey.
A bit like Dorothy and the no need to search any further than her own back yard thing.
3. When you point a finger, there are three pointing
back at you. It is not about them, it is about you – so hear what you are saying about them and stop it - then love
it inside of you and they will no longer need to show up to show you. Get it?
4. There is no such thing as lack. Just resistance
to the flow caused by our innate desire to manipulate things to prove to ourselves that we are capable captains. Shut up,
get your boat in the river and let it take you. Better yet, skinny dip. No need for oars, they just tempt you to paddle the
wrong way. How can we experience limitless, abundant flow if we are standing on the riverbanks worrying, afraid and pointing?
5. Ask and you will receive. Seek and you will
find. Knock and the door will be opened to you. (Some adages are best unaltered from their original form.)
6. If it is bugging the crap out of you, stop
it. Rest. Go another direction. You know, the path of least resistance thing.
7. Laugh as much as you can, whenever you can,
however you can – and most especially – at yourself. Buddha reminds us how important it is to lighten up. After
all, it is pretty funny...
8. If it is broken, ask yourself if it really
needs fixing or if it is just as beautiful in its new form. If it truly isn’t, see #5.
9. Kindness is one of the most beautiful words
ever. Practice on yourself first (it’s like the oxygen mask on the plane thing).
10. Talk less and listen more. Your second grade
teacher was right.
11. Your body knows. Pay attention.
12. This beautiful, amazing life is a giant,
extraordinary smorgasbord, a playground and candy store and library and forest and science lab and university all combined,
and more! How could you ever be bored? Decide to be thirsty to experience the fullness of life. Check every box. If you haven’t
looked in a telescope or microscope or snorkeled or hiked or bird watched or gone to a symphony, it is time.
13. If something unjust stirs you, contribute
to the cause to improve it. This is evolution. It is an important part of the flow of the river thing. See #4.
14. Feel the fullness of the feeling so that
it can teach you, and then let it go so that it doesn’t become you. There is more to come. You are far greater than
this.
15. If you get sick, love yourself back. If it’s
another, hold the space of love for them to love themselves back. Wobbles are wobbles no matter how small (or large). Loving
kindness matters.
16. Animals are sentient too. Let them teach
you. We got the dominion concept wrong years ago and it is time to put it right. Not just some of them; all of them. Snakes
and squirrels and skunks too.
17. Be as aware about as much as you can in order
to make the best choices, all the while remaining detached (so you don't hurt yourself).
18. Honour Mother Earth and all that she does
for you. There’s no place like home.
19. Eat, pray, buy and love locally. You are
your community.
20. Hold the light of divine perfection for our
world that we may return to our original blueprint of Eden. It is time to stop blaming it on apples, snakes and women, and
realize that those three contain the answers!
21. You know how energy can’t be erased,
it can only be changed? Use the sacred gift of the violet flame of transmutation every day to transform all of the old crap
we have created so all that remains is the best and the greatest. (If you can’t be specific, just put the whole thing
in there.)
22. Remember, that even though it sometimes looks,
feels, sounds, tastes and smells otherwise - love is all there is. Your greatest defense and offense, action and reaction,
fight and flight, cause, code and mantra is love.
P.S. The life purpose everyone seeks is found
in the above list.

Ascension Insights: Hey You, Get Off of My Cloudby Jennifer Hoffman

Hi everyone,
Yes, the title
of this article is from the Rolling Stones song but it is what I heard when I recently shared a success with someone, only
to be met with a stream of criticism and doubt that made me take a step back. Was I looking at my situation the wrong way?
Was she seeing something I had missed? Should I ignore her comments or were they true? I had been happy on my cloud until
she stepped on it and brought rain into my sunny day.
Have you ever shared a success with someone and
when you were finished talking their response just blew you away-not because it was wonderful, supportive and considerate
but because they knocked your legs out from under you?
Have you ever talked to someone about an upcoming
event in your life that you felt really good about, only to have them come up with a dozen ways that it could go wrong?
Have you ever been with someone who never has
anything nice to say about anyone, who can't find a complimentary word to say about anything, no matter how great you think
it is?
What's wrong with these people, you might think?
And why can't they just be nice and supportive and considerate?
What can you do to help them learn to see the
world from a different perspective?
When you're on top of the world it is normal
to want to share your good news with everyone, especially those who you believe will support you. After all, they are your
friends or family and that is what they are supposed to do. And instead, what they tell you begins to create doubt, confusion,
and worry. Then your world becomes smaller, your hopes fade, you begin to wonder how you could have seen so much potential
or been happy, you start to find fault with yourself and your dreams and you wonder whether you just imagined everything.
What happened?
You were on your cloud and they decided to rain
on it. Not because they chose your particular cloud but because they like to rain on clouds. More importantly, they can only
see the world from their perspective, so no matter how much potential or joy you can see in a situation, they can't see the
same things because that is not how they see the world and their place in it. They can't be happy for you because they can't
be happy for themselves.
You have a choice, to let them stay on your cloud
and turn your sunny day into a soggy mess or you can make your cloud a 'no rain' zone and set up boundaries that keep rainy
people out of your life.
Why did this happen to you?
We know that nothing just 'happens' to us, we
create every aspect of our reality including all of the people, situations and events in it. So why would you deliberately
invite these people into your life, to rain on your sunshine? There are several explanations for this that include:
Self sabotage-you need someone to give you an
opportunity to sabotage your dreams because you may not believe in them strongly enough so they step in and open that door
for you.
Testing your faith - you need someone to help
you to develop faith in yourself so you bring in someone who can put all of your negative thoughts and arguments in front
of you.
Validation - you
need someone to validate you and your dreams because you need to know that someone else thinks they're worthwhile.
We're on the fast track to disappointment when
we look to others to tell us we are on the right path. Remember the law of attraction, we attract according to the energy
we are sending out into the world. So if we ask for validation because we don't have it, we will attract people who do not
validate us because they do not have it to give to us.
What can you do?
There are two big choices:
You can take their comments to heart, believe
them and let them become your truth or you can understand that this is their truth and you can choose whether you will adopt
it as yours or not.
And there's another thing to consider. Maybe
their feedback contains some valid points but when we connect to it through our own doubts and insecurities, we allow it to
make our dreams smaller and bring in energies that limit us instead of using it with the detachment that will allow us to
expand our vision.
Any time our life intersects with a 'rainmaker'
we have to choose where we will allow our power to flow - to the doom and gloom of the person who is raining on our sunny
cloud or to ourselves and our dreams. Too often we open ourselves energetically to others and ask for their support, only
to be surprised and disappointed when they don't give us what we expect from them. We forget that they are responding to us
from their energy and perhaps even their envy, anger or frustration with their own dreams.
Unless we are careful, the rainmakers drain our
energy and we can no longer support our dreams. And this can happen in an instant. Do we need others to tell us that we are
good enough? Can we believe enough in our dreams to ask for others' opinions without also asking for their approval? Is it
possible for us to be strong enough in our convictions that we can use our energy to fuel our dreams and stay on that path,
no matter what our 'rainmakers' say?
The next time a rainmaker appears on your cloud,
remember you have some choices to make. Decide whether you will allow their truth to become yours and whether you will allow
their input to provide helpful feedback or rain on your dreams. Then you can let the sun shine on your success and use your
energy to support what you wish to create in your life.
There is value in everything and we need to look
at every situation from all angles before we judge ourselves and those who judge us. So take the time to consider all options
before you decide to give up on your dream because someone has some 'rain' they need to get rid of.
Keep the faith, we're all in this together and
time is moving quickly. Become the observer in your life as you stay focused on your path.
In these interesting and transformational times,
we can be overwhelmed by what is happening in our lives but there are always other solutions. Here are a few things to help
you get through the difficult moments in your life:
Stay calm, focused, detached and aware and remember
your thoughts are creating every moment of your life. Think the best ones.
As you ponder this and the other
things that are happening at this time remember to:
Accept all gifts of understanding with gratitude and use
them to apply forgiveness, release and healing to every situation.
Ask for guidance and confirmation and then
wait for it to come to you.
Above all, be grateful for this opportunity
to be part of humanity's amazing shift in consciousness as we all ascend into the miracle vibration.

Well, I have news for you. I do know you, and
I do know all of your weaknesses, as you call them, and I do know all of your judgments as you make them. And I love you anyway,
because I know that which you are. I know the divinity that you are which you have brought to this reality because of great

world is not the breeze that activates your life. You are the breeze that activates the world. Without you, the world wouldn’t
be. You would have no perception of it. The world would be at a loss.
You are meant to be here now in a changing world.
You are changing the world which is a reflection of you. Not by force, not by dint of effort, but by your being, you are changing
the world. By your consciousness, the world is moved. You are the one who moves the world up a notch, and you have moved it
up notch by notch.
Love the world and your presence in it. It is
your scenery. It is your background. Yet you are more than the world. The world is wonderful, and yet you are more wonderful
than the world.
If the world were an elevator, it is your hand
that pressed Up.
The sun rises every day at your say-so. You had
a desire that the sun rise so that you could see and plants could grow, and you had a desire for the sun to set so you could
rest your eyes, and the flowers and other growing things could rest as well. You are one of the sun’s growing things.
You are an inhabitant of the world, and yet you
are the owner of it. You are the landlord of the world, and so you make it beautiful, a little here and a little there. You
are the designer and decorator of the world. You are responsible for how it operates and looks.
The world is a macrocosm of your life. You life
is a microcosm of the world.
You were born into a world of your making, and
you are making it still. You are remaking it. With love you remake it. The only real power you have is love. By dint of your
love, you redefine the world. You make it new.
All this time, you have thought you were insignificant.
No, My dear ones, you are integral to the fate of the world.
Will I override you? Yes, sometimes I do, and
yet you are responsible for the world and all its behaviors.
Of course, the world is also responsible for
you. The world you live in determined you as well. The world you live in gave you a language. It gave you a climate. It cultured
you. It gave you scenery. The world as you knew it had a great influence on you. And yet you are an influence greater. You
don’t have to do as your world says. The world, however, has no choice but to follow the wherewithal of your consciousness.
The world has to attune itself to the beat of your heart, and attuned itself it has.
How do you feel? That is how the world feels.
You are reciprocal with the world. Uplifted, you uplift the world. Downhearted, you depress the world. That the world is as
you are has oft been said, and now you really know what that means.
The world is here for you, no doubt, and you
are also here for the world, and you are the leader of the band.
The world can only follow your cues. Find all
the fault with the world you choose, and the world will fulfill the faults you find. Find all the love in the world, and the
world will mimic you, and will find all the love in the world.
Be you the one who loves first. Love what you
love, and let the rest go. You don’t need to be so astute. Love the world.
