The question has been asked: “What is
the difference between unconditional love and Sacred Love?” Within all levels of consciousness there is an accepted
range of vibrational frequency patterns that you will experience, or the range of duality that has been designed for that
stage of development. We call this the "Spectrum of Light and Shadows," which has a balanced frequency range running
through the center. The vibrational frequencies increase with each higher sub-dimensional level you achieve. There is a range
of frequencies created especially for the mental body, another range for the emotional body, and a more refined range for
the etheric body that must be achieved before you may move to the next higher level. As you move into a more refined,
vibrational frequency level, a fragment of your Higher Self, which is attuned to that level, will take up residency within
your Soul Star. The Higher Self that has been your Over-Lighting influence for the last phase of experience will move into
your Sacred Heart chamber and merge with your Soul Self.

 A Time of Accelerated Purging and Illuminationby

A lot has
happened since the beginning of May. Energetically/consciously things have stepped up with intensity and how things are evolving.
We are in the midst of an accelerated “purging” and “illumination” process on the personal, collective
and planetary levels. The pieces of our collective puzzle are falling into place, leading us into the final completion of
the 144,000 crystalline grid in December. Many of us recently have been going through a period of releasing pockets of karma
and what could feel like a life review. We are wrapping up things within this lifetime or releasing/facing things carried
over from other life experiences/aspects. By releasing these lower frequency patterns, karma, fears, judgments, traumas and
belief structures, we are releasing “density.” By releasing these lower frequency heavy energies/density from
our Being it allows the space for the evolving cosmic love energies to flow in. This is the same process the Earth has been
going through also. With this purging process it allows room for more higher frequency expanded energies of love/Source Light
to exist within the Earth grids. Actively/consciously allowing and assisting this purging process to take place on a personal
level assists all. Everything is automatically aligning more with the expanded frequencies of the New Earth crystalline gird.
In addition this conscious/active participation on our personal levels are assisting the collective whole in it’s stabilization/expansion.
Just as the Earth is transitioning into an expanded expression of it’s own Self so are we in physical form. All is aligning
with the higher expanded expression of existence/4-5th density. Or in other words being given the “choice” to
align with these energies and levels within existence.
Our egos don’t
really care for change or purging. Our ego will want to fight to hang onto what it has known/believed. It will want to defend
and create distractions that will keep us from our own eternal truth and what our heart truly wants to do/be. The easiest
way to manage the ego when it is creating all of this resistance/turbulence is to simply observe and love it. The ego is only
a part of our Being and is tied to the physical body. It is however again only “part” of us on a physical level.
It is not who we really are on an eternal level. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that the ego in not eternal. Observe
with-out fear, embrace and love! Pay attention to what your feeling, sensing and experiencing. Is there anxiety, anger, fear
of loss or depression present within you? Ask yourself/your I Am Presence for the reason you are experiencing/being faced
with these experiences at this time. Once the reason is faced-acknoledged-loved-forgiven it is then released, moved beyond
and greater peace/balance will exist. We are all going through different types of purging, cleansing and aligning at this
time, physically, emotionally and spiritually. With these releases and aligning more with our own eternal light, love and
knowledge we have more peace, harmony and balance within. Therefore when we are more at peace within we are more at peace
with everything throughout in our daily environment/reality.
So even though
we may feel like we are taking two steps back and then one step forward we are all evolving and growing. Our Light quotients/heart
illumination is growing with each day. With each release and breath we are taking one more step into more illumination!
One more step into our true eternal shoes/knowledge/truth of who we really are! So shine on my friends. Let’s co-create
the world we truly wish to see. Breath-release-love! : )

We still continue to work hard with our allies
to overcome the last obstacles that stand in our way. Once removed, announcements can be made to prime you ready for a series
of actions to take out those who have controlled your lives through criminal intent. Many involved are names familiar to you,
indeed in many cases very well known including others totally unknown. Once the key figures are removed, it will be the green
light for our allies to mount a large scale arrest of those of whom we have sufficient evidence to prove their guilt. They
will be treated fairly and given proper trials where they can be represented. The judges will be selected for their honesty
and integrity and experience in applying the Law correctly and as was intended.
Some of your existing laws are
draconian, particularly those introduced by the last administration. One of our first steps will be to release anyone
falsely imprisoned or currently held without trial or a right to appeal. Justice must be seen to be done, and an understanding
and greater appreciation of the circumstances that often lead to criminal actions. Much has been caused by improper treatment
that has been based on racial differences. That will all change and not because it will be imposed upon people, but through
the understanding that you are all One. You sometimes look upon those who are illiterate or deprived as though they are inferior,
but they are in physical incarnation for just the same reasons as you - and it is for the experience. It is the soul that
remains the same in each new life time.
Attitudes are already changing where the different
races are concerned, and most importantly it is the ability to see them as your brothers and sisters. All of you are evolving
together, and are able to help each other to progress towards a greater understanding of the purpose of life and your part
in it. Be proud of your achievements, but do not let them get in the way of accepting that all souls have the same rights
as each other. Some people seem to be gifted with everything that makes life comfortable, but remember that it still only
an experience. What you do with your life and how you treat others is a key
factor in determining your understanding of life, and how you choose your next incarnation as it could quite easily be a complete
contrast. Poor man, rich man, what does it matter except that you learn about yourself and others to uplift your consciousness.
All of you are benefitting in one way or another
from a whole series of lives, and it is reflected back out into your society. When you look at your last 100 years immense
industrial progress has been made, but it does not look as though the Light has grown very much. You have had two World Wars
and numerous other ones that have created so much negative energy, that the Light has had difficulty in shining through. However,
we are pleased to tell you that in the last 30 years the Lightworkers have changed the balance, and the Light is now to be
found all around the Earth. It has taken a lot of effort to achieve it and much help has been given from the spiritual realms.
That is why Ascension is now a certainty when once it looked very doubtful.
As the end times approach all
is in place for a wonderful finale, so do not worry too much about the seeming lack of activity, as you are assured that
behind the scenes a great deal of work is going on. To say the least there will be a few surprises along the way, and it will
be an exciting period in your lives. It will take little or no time to realize that we will be true to our promises and there
will be a tremendous involvement with you. To people only learning about us in the latter stages it will seem too good to
be true, but there will quickly be ample evidence to prove the direction in which it is all going.
Can we say that people of good intent will be
equally ready for Ascension, as those who have been knowledgeable about it for many years. You
do not have to belong to any group or practice any particular beliefs, and it is the degree to which you have been able
to treat others as yourself. If you have a love for your fellow Beings and put it into practice then you are certainly a Being
of Light. Once you have awakened to your true self and your purpose in life, progress in your evolution will go forward in
leaps and bounds. Most of you will have been subject to some period of religious teachings, and in many instances resulted
in a belief in God. That is a good starting point to a greater understanding providing you allow for a different concept of
God to come forward. People with rigid mindsets are likely to be stuck with what they have got, and are clearly not ready
to expand their understanding. That will prevent them from ascending, and they will continue to move in the same vibration.
Evolution is about your soul and its progress
towards the higher dimensions from which you came. Every soul is bound to reach a point of realization when the truth becomes
apparent, and it is often preceded by a great deal of soul searching. At such stages you are accompanied by a number of Guides
who do all they can to uplift you. Often they have been with you over several lives and take a personal interest in your progress.
It is also likely that on occasions you meet them as out of the body experiences when you are asleep, but normally remembrance
of it is difficult to recall. Such meetings can give you so much help and confidence that you awake refreshed and happy, without
realizing the reason why. Sometimes they seem as dreams, and you may suspect there is more to them than you can recall.
Your travels in the Astral regions can seem
unreal, as the there are different laws at work and you seem do things that are impossible on Earth. You are beginning to
understand that your experiences are far more extensive than you imagine. When you ascend they will grow even more and a completely
new life experienced quite unlike what you are used to now. Just the technological changes alone will result in so many changes,
but it is your elevation into the higher vibrations that will act on you personally. We of the Galactic Federation are an
example of what you will be in the near future, and It will not be long before you walk with us as equal and respected
partners.

Greetings beloveds,
This is Yeshua, who many of you know as Jesus.
I wish to be with you today. I am here with my beloved Myriam—Mary Magdalene—and we both wish to be with you at
this time.
My greatest desire, as always, is to bring you
my presence of love, that you may experience this and that you may more and more be able to connect with this within yourself.
For truly, it is always available to you. It is what I most treasure, what I feel is most valuable to bring to you and to
support in you. So more than my words, I bring you my presence of love. I ask for you to receive it as fully as you can, in
this moment, and as much as you are able in all future moments. This is the greatest work before you.
You are being transformed. I, and so many beings,
have said this to you, and it is absolutely true. As this transformation continues and progresses, you will notice that it
is less and less about thoughts and ideas and words, and it is more about this state of love. So, as more of you are maturing,
moving forward, this is the primary communication, this state of love. This is what will help you the most. Even as you listen
to my words, let my words simply be a vehicle for bringing this love to you. If my words help you to understand, to open your
mind, to resolve things for you, that is good. But that is secondary. It is a secondary process. It is as though the words
are releasing your old way of functioning, your old supports, and in some ways your old obstructions. As this falls away more
and more, what you are left with is this state of love.
And so we work to help you in both ways—to
help you to understand and to release your old way of functioning and to understand the new and to strengthen the new within
you. So listen to my words. Let them help you. But even more so, receive my love.
And I say “my,” but of course it
is not mine. It is God’s love. It is all of our love. It is the love that always exists. You cannot claim it. No one
owns it. No one possesses it, not me or anyone else. But it is ours. I simply say “my” because I know it as such
and share it with you most freely in whatever ways I can.
So this is what you are being called to—to
rest in this heart space, to abide in it, and to let this more and more become your ongoing reality. And yes, there are processes
that can support you in this, especially as you are new at it. There are things that you can learn from people. There are
certainly many avenues that can support you in this. More and more, resting in the heart space will be part of your transformation
and you will know this state. It will become part of who you are. You won’t have to practice it or work at it. It will
simply be natural to you, just as the way you function now is natural to you. Thinking is natural to you. You do not have
to work at it. It happens all the time, sometimes more than you want. This process, this state, will become the same for you.
It will become your natural state.
But that is not the case for most of you at
this time, at least all the time. And so, practice is valuable. It does help. And the more that you practice, the more quickly
this will become who you are, the more quickly you will become seated more and more permanently in this space, the stronger
you will be at it, and the less that experiences of life will be able to shake you from it, deter you from it, cause you to
forget it or to abandon it in favor of your old ways of functioning for periods of time.
As you become stronger in this way, you will
see that you are able to function more easily. Things will happen that you used to have to work hard for in order for those
things to happen—now they will happen more easily, more quickly, more joyfully, more pleasurably. You will likely be
surprised, to a certain extent, by this. You will see yourself changing and you will experience your newness. There will be
surprise, delight, enjoyment in all of this. That is wonderful. One of the features of the fourth dimension, that you are
all moving towards, is it is a much more pleasurable realm once you are founded in the higher frequencies there. Your life
will become more pleasurable, more humorous, more fun, more joy-filled, more peaceful, more harmonious—all of these
things. And so, piece by piece, you will start to experience this now as you make this change within yourself.
The more of you that make this change, the more
you affect the larger picture of humanity altogether. This change is forceful. It is not forceful in the old way of forcing
your will over someone else. It is powerful, which is perhaps a better word. It is the power of love. And love is a tremendous
power, which most of you are just beginning to know, just touching the tip of your toe into the field of love and the possibilities
of what that field contains. The more of you that center yourself in this love, the more that it supports the world in being
a place of love, a higher dimensional place.
It is true that your Earth is moving to this
higher dimension, regardless of what you do or not. But the more that you make this change within yourself, then the more
easeful the process is, the more that you support it within yourself, and the more that you support it for others—many
others, whether they understand the process consciously, with their minds, or not.
It is so simple, simply to remember this heart
space. And yet, I understand that from the third dimension it is not simple. It is perhaps one of the most difficult things
because there is so much else that is habitually and by tendency drawing you out of this space. It is both. It is a great
simplicity and it is something that requires practice and development of your ability to live in this space.
It is true that there are many of us at this
time who are present with you, helping the beings of the Earth because this is such a wonderful change that you are going
through, this transformation. Different beings work in different ways. Different beings are called to support different aspects
of the process. My work has always been the work of supporting love, supporting you in living from your heart. And I want
to honor my beloved Myriam, Mary Magdalene, my heart beloved, heart partner, who is here fully with me today and who is choosing
to remain in silence, but is also radiating powerfully her transmission of love out to the world.
Together we have functioned, as always, as a
wonderful complement to each other, bringing the Masculine and Feminine qualities of love, of the heart, of God to you both.
To the world altogether, we both are doing this. Even though she is choosing to remain quiet at this time, she has spoken
to many on many occasions and will continue to do so. For this is a time when the Feminine is finally coming to the front,
after such a long period of time of being held back. It is a great blessing to all that this is happening and a great support.
She and many others are helping to make this transformation. I will leave it to her at other times to speak about this. But
I simply want to acknowledge her love, her presence, her blessing. For it is truly our love, our presence, our blessing together
that makes this so strong. She is the manifestation of the Divine Feminine, of Mother God energy. I am the manifestation of
the Divine Masculine, Father God energy. Together we are the manifestation of Mother-Father God, the Masculine and Feminine
in union, in love, together. And so we bring this blessing to you and to all. It is our great joy to do this.
And now I would like to hear your questions.
Are there questions that you have of me at this time? Please ask them and I am most happy to respond.
Question:
Could you address the intimacies of relationship in more depth? It feels to me right now that there is so much separation
between male and female. I would like clarification in creating inclusion instead of separation in intimate relationships
and sexuality, with love.
Yeshua:
Love is the key to all, so it is very wonderful that you have mentioned that.
This is a very vast topic and a beautiful topic
of relationship. At the third dimension, it is very challenging to have relationships with others, because the third dimension
is a place of duality, polarity. So your relationships tend to be polarized. For most of you this takes the form of being
polarized in terms of the Masculine-Feminine polarity. At base, this polarity exists within yourself, even prior to any relationship
that you enter into. Most of you at this time are very out of balance within yourself. You’re very disharmonized within
yourself. And you are weighted very, very strongly toward the Masculine, whether you are a woman experiencing the gender of
a woman, or a man experiencing the gender of a man. It does not matter. Your internal way of knowing yourself and knowing
the world is a very Masculine way, which is primarily, in the third dimension, about being based in the mind. Most people
are based in the mind in the third dimension, and thus they are in the Masculine orientation.
So most of you have balancing to do to open
yourself to your Feminine. This is a great deal of the work that my beloved Myriam, Mary Magdalene, has brought forth, as
have others—about the Feminine parts of yourself, about your bodies, your sexuality, your emotions, and how all of these
contribute to your opening of your heart and being founded in your heart. Until this is the case, for most of you it will
not be easy to be in relationships and to have this be a field of love, which you so long for. So, as for most things, the
work is to be done first within yourself, of finding this loving union within yourself of your inner Masculine and inner Feminine.
Again, there are processes that can help you
with this. It is valuable and wise to make use of these processes. However it happens, your opening to love must first happen
within yourself.
Oftentimes it requires healing. There are wounds
that you have experienced. These could be from when you were very young. Many times the wounding happens there before you
have any mental awareness of what it is. But it can happen at any time in your life. The response to these wounds very often
is to create a kind of protection for yourself—where the wound isn’t healed, it’s just kind of closeted
off. The protection protects you from the wound, but it also creates a hardening, like a shell, around you. So for many of
you, it is necessary to heal these wounds and to heal the protective shell that you have created in reaction to the wound,
so that you may be open, and be open especially to the feminine aspects of yourself. These are the ones that suffer the most
from that kind of wounding, because the wounding happens more than anything at the emotional level—but also at the physical
level, at the energetic level, and then most often lastly at the mental level, where you create certain ideas about yourself
and the world and attempt to live from those ideas. All these things oftentimes need to be healed before you can have the
kind of opening and wholeness that is necessary for you truly to love and know love in your relationships.
All of these things will happen most naturally
and organically when you make this transition to the fourth dimension. But right now, for many of you, you are still seated
primarily in the third dimension. So there is confusion, naturally, around this.
Of course you can never change another, and
it is against universal laws to try to do so, for we all respect the free will of other beings as a very fundamental universal
law. So it is through manifestation, through creation, through attraction that the kind of love you want will come in. It
is through knowing this love in your heart and in yourself that you will attract and magnify it in relationship, so that one
who knows this love and desires it as well will be drawn to you. Or if you are already in a relationship, the transformation
will begin in the other simply by your love and by the attractiveness of your love and the way that you magnetize love through
you, to you. Again, these are fourth dimensional capacities.
So in some sense, the greatest thing you can
do is strengthen your spiritual practice, your spiritual work. This will seat you in the heart, in this heart space of love.
From there your world is created. All of your relationships, all of your experiences, everything that you know is created
in your heart. So it is not to work on the outside, it is to work on your heart, on your spiritual growth and development,
whatever it is that you require for this growth in the heart. That is what will allow you to have these very different kinds
of relationships, starting with the relationship with yourself.
It is a most beautiful thing. The kind of relationships
and love that you can imagine, that you can envision, are entirely possible and will be your experience in the not-too-distant
future. I am very happy to affirm this and to reassure you that you will know this love and this beauty with others. The irony
of it is that when you know it with yourself, you are so fulfilled that it becomes less of an issue as to whether you are
experiencing it with others or not. (laughter) And because of that fulfillment, you will be experiencing it with others. It
is rather a cosmic joke.

It is so easy
for you to feel loving when you are loved back the way you believe you must be loved back, absolutely must be loved back.
Even as you know that people can only love as they love, you crave to be the Adored. To have once been enthroned on the pedestal
only to be thrown off the pedestal you were put on or seemed to be put on feels to you like the greatest betrayal. You were
given the brass ring, and then it was taken away from you. This leaves your heart raw. What you once counted on cannot be
counted on anymore, and so you are distraught, and so you are bereft. But what really has happened, beloveds? A picture has
been taken away from you. A pretty picture it was indeed, and it has been removed, taken away, and yet the love from another
was never yours to own. It is not owed to you. Love simply does not work that way.
You feel that
everything has changed, yet what has changed? The way someone feels about you, and, therefore, how you feel about yourself,
as though you have flubbed another relationship and life itself once again. It comes back to you and how you feel about yourself.
Be beloved of yourself. Thank God for love as it has been given to you. Love was wonderful. You had the illusion of owning
it.
Your worth
cannot be proved by the love given to you nor can your worth be disproved by love withdrawn. The fault in you is that you
looked outside you for your sense of self-worth. No one but you is responsible for your sense of self-worth. I give it to
you, and I do not withdraw My love and appreciation from you. But, even with Me, beloveds, as you know, you cannot look to
Me to give you everything you want. I stay the same. My love for you stays the same, and yet, no matter how much I bless you,
I do not give you everything you want. Life in the world is not always on your terms. You may do well to withdraw your terms.
You equate
so much with love. You may put all your eggs of self-worth in one basket.
Love means
a lot, and, yet, love from another human being, is not everything. It was everything to you, and then you were let down. Love
from another is a great shawl around your shoulders, and, yet, a shawl is just a shawl. Love from another is a great thing,
and, yet, the love in your own heart is better than love affixed on you from another. If you want to be starry-eyed, look
at the stars.
Ah, the sustenance
of love. How do you maintain love? How do you maintain the love in your own heart? Do not let the love in your own heart become
a turncoat. Your heart is meant to be warm, soft and viable. Your heart is never meant to be hardened. Massage your heart
now with your thoughts of how love flows and flows through you. Soften your heart. Make it beat. Make it pliable. Help your
heart to engage in love over heartache any day. Do not regret for even another five minutes more. Keep your love lively. Love
always.
No one betrayed
