Follow your mighty heart in every situation that you enter and as you do so will your
destiny be assured, and your outworking of all residual karma will be totally re-aligned and deleted from your memory bank.
It would serve you immensely when you apply this directive for the way is clear for one and all to acquire this place of balance
and equilibrium. It is not some- thing that is unreachable and it is also not something that is a 'million miles' away. The
laws of Karma have not been abolished but they have been refined and redesigned to allow a far greater mass of souls who are
ready and able to make the biggest possible leap, the undoubted opportunity to step forward released from the memories or
the melody of that which was 'unrealistic' or out of all possible reach. The universe is ever in a perfect state of equilibrium,
outworking and balance, and all that has been reviewed is the opportunity to regroup into a space of clarity and an accessible
reprieve.
The lords and ladies upon the Karmic Board have been prompted to obtain these special
dispensations to enable you and yours to erase all that was 'outstanding' or in the way, thereby issuing you pardon from lengthy
incarnations experience that could normally take several lifetimes to fulfill. Be free! Lengthy dissertations are something
of the past and are dying, so to say, for the intensity of this ultimate lifetime, perhaps, on this planet at this density,
becomes obvious as all debris and excess baggage is to be off loaded, once and for all. This is an opportunity that all are
experiencing and fulfilling as divine grace and special dispensations are the rule of the day. It is likened to an experiencing
of numerous or 'multi equivalent lifetimes' in just this current One! You are indeed an army of Christed beings who walk daily
on this fair planet; be still and know that you are God! There is a great deal of readied mal-aligned energies that are to
be discharged in the very nearness of your days. Much has been achieved in far lesser related time and beloved Mother Earth
is taking stock and is herself preparing to dispose of said 'debris' as the time and the place is right. You will all breathe
a great sigh of relief as this clearance is effected and the sea again duly be calmed.
Mighty are they whom with each and every step en-grace onto the planet the light and love
from the heavens as this manna from heaven, photon energies, and adamantine particles encompass all and everything with sacred
geometry and multi-healing rays. Blessed are they whom in their true essence become energy release valves, thereby allowing
beloved Mother Earth the supportive assistance to expel all those misaligned or misspent energies. Blessed indeed are they
who aspire to walk their talk, holding sway for their true beings, their divine God-selves, as they greet each day with optimistic
acceptance, tinged with the hint of divine expectation in greeting all as divine miracles as par for the course and rule of
thumb! There is ever the light that cascades forth from 'Mother-Father' God of this our local Universe, supported by a Supreme
Creator, and further by many Universal Gods within the heaven worlds, born of multi universal deity's within the omniverse.
Send your loving thoughts and aspirations out to Barack Obama whose 'energies' are still
paramount in the demanding role that he has undertaken and doubt not his pedigree, for it is 'valid and rightful' for this
tremendous role that he/she has elected to play on behalf of not solely the U.S. but indeed the global community as a whole.
There is little validation what so ever by those whom ever seek to put him down or denounce him as not being par for the job.
This master role has been surveyed and a master has been duly selected and elected to carry forth the multiple-tasking that
this most important role demands. It will only become a reality as and when the 'greater masses of 'souls incarnate' can truly
recognize the divine spark that glows ever from within this one's physical space suit. A task demanding greater sacrifice,
perhaps, than by many preceding presidents of the USA over the numerous decades of presidential leadership. This is in no
way demeaning of any others for we refer to these most acute and delicate world wide situations that are bubbling up to be
dealt with in such a multitude of arena's, which have never been so intense and plentiful as they are at this day!
Send them your love/light, they will utilize it impeccably, show them your vote and appraisal
and remember that thoughts are indeed living things; and sent out by the multitudes of most wondrous light workers, star seed,
way showers, masters or avatars and fellow travelers of all ilks, will create a resounding impetus to assist him/her for the
remaining duration of this so important office. Nothing is written in stone, all these occurrences are relevant only to these
now times, so all is in virginal new territory to sow, and then to nurture and harvest as the crops begin to grow at the divine
right time. Positivity, power and purpose embraced with divine pure loving light-beams are the tools that are ever in your
hands, in your hearts, and in your very souls, to unite and unify this great big wonderful world that the 'ascension' is being
played out upon. Magnificent are then the 'knock on' effects through the solar system and universe in these sectors of the
whole great omniversal complex of light /love/ life of All That Is. The reverberations are as endless as they are timeless,
they are eternal as they are also in the now, there is only ever the Oneness of All That Is, and Ultimate Being embraces all
and no-thing in an infinite divine blinking of an eye!
Again we would you implore to love yourselves as never ever before! Yes, we have these
words proffered many, many times, and we will continue so to do, for you can "Still" love yourselves yet more. You are well
worth it, so measure this scenario by this yard stick - "the more that you can love yourselves, truly allowing you to love
every little bit of you, then it follows that in like manner can you love others likewise and yet even more!" Love your self!
It is not selfish, it is not egotistical unless you really want it so to be! You have been hand picked to bring your mighty
heart and soul upon this beloved planet at this now time, simply and truly because you are so capable of recognizing yourself
and loving yourselves, as you were given life or divine inception, at the beginning so to do! Love you as you are so loved,
let the purest of vibrations flow through your heart and souls and feel the radiant glow that emanates out encompassing the
multi-dimensional crystalline self that you truly are.
When you are feeling a little 'off kilter' or feeling a little sorry for yourself, down
tools, take yourself away to be in nature if only it is a garden of flowers of trees around. Breathe in the angelic, devic
or elemental energies that are abounding, not only in the ground and trees, but also in the very air that you are breathing.
Remember to inhale with a passion and to exhale with a mission; inhaling or invoking the light beams and firmly exhaling any
greyness. It is a duty that you owe yourself when this is possible, taking a little time out to fulfill the simple sequence
of breathing with a purpose and a passion. You are feeling the gap that is growing between you and your fellows, work mates
or others, and you wonder often if they are aware of the nature of these shifting energies and the adjustments necessary to
keep abreast of them. You wonder how they can still be in a space where their eyes seem still to be dimmed or blissfully unaware
of the continuing ascension changes. You begin to wonder if it is you that is 'losing it' and you who might be the odd one
out?
You are indeed becoming the 'odd one out' in certain situations where your work fellows
seemingly are stuck in the 'quagmire' of good old 3D lifestyle, changing not for anyone or anything, content to plod on one
step after the other with a glazed look upon their faces perhaps. You would not be in that situation if you were not an 'angel
incarnate' and was ready and able to aspire with the raising energies, holding them to your hearts and soul, and holding the
light for others around you. This is one way of being used in practical terms and yes, it is at times a weight to carry, but
by being you there is the spreading of the light that will certainly in time assist the others who are seemingly at the moment
stuck tight! Be the angel that you are, be that lighted being that all most surely are or will be; you are also the way showers
for others to follow in your wake, and your living truly is not lived in vain!
A transforming world likened to the struggling emerging butterfly from out of its chrysalis
seeking that rebirth into far greater light and ever more freedom of flight. Still there are old sores that are being bandaged
over, so to speak, and still not releasing or airing that which is needed to place the event of the infamous 9/11 tragedy
into the light of day! The longer a truth, as cold and chilling as it is lies buried, the greater will be the disbelief and
outrage as the revelation that the 'bombing' of the twin towers and other sites was an internal job!...Namaste.

Ringing in the ears as it’s commonly known is one of the symptoms experienced by
the majority of Ascensionees; hence I thought it judicious/guided to expand on its raison d`ętre.
"Ringing in the ears is the setting/fine tuning of our personal energy field/template
(processor clock frequency) to the unity timeline called the God wave (Crystalline Grid Carrier) – harmonics and side
bands resulting from this calibration."
Preamble: Ascension symptoms are an unusual body symptom that does not have a medical
cause, which are the effect of a greater spiritual light – energy downloads in the body.
Many lightworkers who are deeply emerged in the transformation/ascension process are experiencing
these uncomfortable symptoms as a way to quickly transmute the old negative energies within their physical vessel - a burning/releasing
of old frequency patterns to allow the higher, more refined crystalline cells of consciousness to infiltrate and take dominion
within.
Our experiences of these body symptoms vary extensively depending on some of these aspects:
our karmic load, mission/contract, wholeness, environment – nutrition, air, exercise, etc.
Ascension symptoms therefore would vary (number, type, magnitude, frequency) in sympathy
with our karmic loads as well as our miscreations – integrity/wholeness. We all experience this process and symptoms
in divers ways, modes, intensity as they vary from person to person. We are all unique, on different - infinite healing paths,
ascending and shifting in a multitude of ways – scenarios.
Personal energy field/template:
Our body comprises four basic components – physical, mental, etheric (emotional)
and spiritual. The etheric component is piloted by our chakra system – energy centers/accumulators. During normal working
life the energy that comes into our bodies from various ends: Source, Gaia, CME, Cosmic down loads, Shift, Grids, etc is processed
by our chakras thereby giving rise to a resultant complex signal (wave) called our signature tone or registration. This energy
field is unique for each individual. The electric/electromagnetic field associated to this current flow produces what is called
the Aura. This complex wave is further enhanced or rather sustained by a running signal called our clock frequency (similar
to the microprocessor clock frequency of computers) indispensable in the stabilization and running of our etheric network.
In reality, this clock frequency is controlled or synchronized by a permanent carrier/pilot frequency received from Source
called the OM wave – this is our connection to Source is derived.
OM/God wave – Crystalline Grid Carrier - Unity timeline:
Quantum physics has helped us to understand that every single thing/matter in the Universe
is comprised of Energy – God as well. So the OM (omniscient moment)/God particle has its own microprocessor clock frequency
centered on 4x1024Hz (four quadrillion – four times ten to the twenty fourth power of pulse per second, Hz is the unit
measurement of frequency). This frequency is of an astronomical value by virtue of the fact that it has to accommodate the
signature tones of all entities/kingdoms in all the universes. This wave is also known as the fundamental frequency of all
life – the Christ consciousness pilot. Our final objective on these myriad journeys to reconnection would be to raise
our vibrations/frequency to eventually attain this value and become a fully integrated Christ being.
Gaia is shifting and raising her vibrations analogous to the other kingdoms on earth and
it is this frequency rise of her clock frequency that is responsible for the speeding up of time as we now experience in 3D
– the faster the microprocessor speed/frequency, the more versatile and rapid her tasks are executed; hence the notion
of time speeding.
Master Clocks/Frequency:
Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is the basis for modern civil time and follows International
Atomic Time and Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is an older standard adopted from Britain.
For the world to operate on a unified time platform, it is imperative to have all the
major clocks on the globe synchronized to one single accurate/stable clock piloted by the atomic time for precision –
master clock. And this is achieved by connecting all clocks to the master clock by a wave called the pilot carrier.
So the crystalline grid carrier serves the same purpose as the pilot carrier from the
master clock to all other clocks; it connects all entities/kingdoms to the OM wave – the unity time line. This means
that our local processors are permanently connected to the unity time line and lack of spiritual practice would considerably
deem/diminish out interaction with Source (God is speaking to us all the time – is a gigantic/infinite transmitter permanently
broadcasting to the universe and it is left for us to just synchronize our clock frequency to that of grid/timeline to reap
the benefits). As we grow and integrate more light, as we strengthen our connection, more of the divine becomes available
to us.
Ringing in the ears/high pitch tones therefore is the resultant frequencies (harmonics
and side bands) perceived during the fine tuning/calibration of our clock frequencies/signature tones to the unity time line
as we raise our vibrations to adjust to our new working points and as we down load/upgrade shift/ascension frequencies. If
it were possible for us to actively connect to our subtle body, we would be able to hear this unity time line carrier permanently
pulsing. Prayer/Meditation/Trance states are some of the methods we deploy here in 3D to connect to this grid/pilot/time line
and taping into this signal would greatly enhance our LoA/Cocreational capabilities.

still turn to Me. I never want you to go through that which you call suffering. I don't want you to go through suffering of
any dimension. When you are going through what you go through, whether big or little, your suffering hurts the same. Why suffer?
I am not called the Great Comforter for nothing. Turn to Me. Turn not aside from Me. Do not throw up your hands.
Have recourse in Me. Give Me a chance to ease your heart. Your heart is not meant for
aching. Your heart is meant for enjoining and enjoying. Join with Me. Pledge allegiance to Me. Choose Me over suffering any
day. Choose Me. Choose Me now.
There is no point to your suffering. It is an indulgence, beloveds. It is self-indulgence.
Get up from the bed of nails you have lain down on. Sit up straight. Stand up. Move away from self-torment. You have been
throwing hot coals at your feet. You have been slowing yourself down. You have been entrapping yourself in hot tar. You have
been burning your heart. You could be loving yourself instead.
Arise. Do somersaults. Leap. Leap out of the past and make way for now. A moment ago is
the past. Unfetter yourself from the past of even a moment ago. Do not bang your head against the wall. Move away from futility.
Become a resource to yourself. Be a resource to Me.
You can rely on Me. I would also like to rely on you. I would like you to work for Me.
Can you give up yourself for a little while, and serve Me with happiness? Your suffering serves no one. Your frustration serves
no one. And I ask you to serve Me. Think of Me. Serve yourself some solace.
When attention on an aspect of your life causes you discomfort, unhappiness, hopelessness,
despair and so on, note that it is your attention. There are better places to put your attention. Take your attention off
what is ailing you. Remove your attention. Climb another step. Look out from a different window. Find another view. Give up
despair.
When you don't like a street you walk down, choose another street. If one street is marked
Suffering, and another is marked Forget About Yourself for a While, which street do you choose? What avenue of life are you
going to stay on? Is it not your choice?
Come to Me. At the very least, come to Me. Open your heart to Me. You have opened your
heart wide to woe and trouble. Is it so hard to open your heart to Me? Is it so hard to lay down your troubles and sit with
Me? We will have a sip of tea for a while. Not only will you forget your troubles, they will no longer exist. When you are
no longer troubled, where are your troubles? They only exist as you say so. This and that may have happened, yet they are
not to plague you. You have been plaguing yourself. You have been the trouble-maker. It is you who has sorted events in life
and put them in a slot named Trouble. Put troubles aside. Do not claim them. Leave them off your list. Just let them go.
You have Me. Whatever else transpires in the world, you have Me. What can the matter be,
for I am with you. I hold your hand and I lead you to Heaven. Don't look back. Look at Me. I am holding you in love. Stay
with Me. Wander not from Me. I will keep you on an even keel, for you
are My beloved.

In a transpersonal release session Mary Magdalene came in as the main teacher and guide.
After the clearing session she had a lot more to say about the upcoming Earth Changes. We asked if Nibiru was for real she
said yes. She also said between Sept and November to expect major changes on every level building up to a great crescendo.
November 2011 could be the passing of the Red Kachina the great purifier and people need to come back into alignment with
Spirit and Nature. She also said there would be protection for those who listen and act but to be aware of spiritual ego and
attachment. Some areas will not be safe no matter how connected one thinks they are and if they really were connected they
would be moving from these areas. Beware of the feel good messages and those that avoid personal responsibility maintaining
the be lie f that the status quo will continue. She said the Pleiadians, Sirians, Orion Council of Light, Andromedans and
several other races 12 to be exact all have played a major part in our evolution.
What was once an Eden designed to be a platform for evolution into the highest expression
and a cosmic zoo; so to speak was seeded by these 12 Star Nations. The Earth was hijacked over the years by renegade self-serving
forces seen and unseen. These are spoken of in the Emerald Tablets of Thoth and are mentioned many times in ancient cultures
as the Archons. These negative elements have infiltrated the highest institutions on Earth yet they with their puppets are
now experiencing the karmic consequences of their actions. There has been a great war in the heavens with the controllers,
grey and reptilian races which is now over. Those in service to the Creator have been victorious. Now the process of ending

My interpretation is the blue star Kachina is comet Elenin. It is followed by its nephews;
which are other ships which have been photographed following Elenin which threw out a tremendous force field in the shape
of a tetrahedron when hit by a major pulse from a source near Jupiter and divided into two. Could this be the two brothers
and could also still be present in a higher dimension? The Patuwvotas with their flying shields are the Star Nations returning

Why have you heard nothing of these events and other major sightings around the world?
The future false flag ET attack was just another diversion scheduled by the self-serving factions the negative ETs, Archons
and puppets; which are already here and are in the process of being extracted and exposed. Their empires are crumbling for
they were built on a false foundation at the expense of humanity and the Earth. There is nothing to worry about concerning
incoming off world visitors. Pure intent, an open mind and loving heart are the tools to connect to them. It is imperative
that each individual make his or her own personal God, Spirit, Creator connection, honor the sacred circle of life, the Creator
in all Creation. With loving detachment we need to act on the inner guidance. Do not participate any action against humanity
and the Earth no matter how the intellect makes is acceptable. Prepare for a new world where we live in harmony with each
