============ My dear friends, we love you so very much.
Never in your lives are you alone dear friends.
Never do you have to solve even the smallest problem without heaven's help. And yet so many of you have learned to react to
the world without first sitting still and asking God and your angels for assistance.
When faced with challenges, your first step should
be to sit, breathe, and pray for a solution. In this fashion, we are given permission to assist. You have free will and you
can choose to figure everything out on your own, handle everything by yourself, and feel very much alone in this world. Or
you can if you like, sit and breathe and ask us for peace, calm, clarity, and assistance. And when you do, dear friends, you
can trust that we have heard your prayers and assistance will be forthcoming.
Ask for what you want, not how you want to receive
it, for God in his wisdom sees all pathways to the result you desire and often knows a better way to assist you than you might
ask for yourself. For example, rather than asking for money for a vacation, simply ask for the vacation. Rather than asking
for this or that specific person to be the 'one', ask for the love of your life. Rather than asking God to do something by
a certain date, state your needs but remain open to divine timing.
Dear ones, you are so very loved. You are never
ever alone, and you never have to handle a single challenge in your life without angels coming to assist. All you have to
do is ask, believe, and be open to receive.

SaLuSa: Your time in the cycle of duality
is almost finished

With the feeling that you never have sufficient
time each day to do everything you want, it is not surprising that Man is generally seen as being impatient. Considering that
your expectations have been lifted many times without seeing the predicted results, we commend you for exercising great fortitude
and looking ahead to the time of completion. All said and done, the whole purpose of all that is taking place is directed
towards a satisfactory conclusion to the cycle of duality. Your time in it has all but finished and yet in the remaining period,
you will see the most rapid succession of events that at times will take your breath away. In truth you have been steadily
making your way towards Ascension for many, many years. The recent ones have promised much without visible signs of progress,
yet all of the time you have been edging nearer to the inevitable changes that must take place. Now you are experiencing the
chaos that comes with the cleansing of the old systems, and at times it has unfortunate consequences. However, it is the prelude
to the introduction of new ways of handling the problems that have developed. Be assured that all will turn out to your satisfaction,
and in many instances far exceed your expectations.
We stand at the ready and are urging our allies
to push on, and they do so having received assurance of our assistance at every turn. We do far more in this way than may
be evident, and a most important function is the continual monitoring of Mother Earth. We ensure there is an ongoing balance
to avoid extreme consequences, and are particularly concerned with the areas subject to earthquake activity. We can accurately
predict where and when they may occur, and although we cannot interfere with necessary changes we can lessen their effects.
We have for many years going far back into the last century, dealt with many problems arising from pollution and nuclear fall-out.
We have limited contamination to avoid as far as possible genetic damage to the future generations. However, Man uses various
energies to power his inventions that radiate out damaging rays to your health. Most of this is known to you, but little notice
is taken by those who profit from them. Our technologies will deal with these problems, and we will introduce you to clean,
healthy and safe devices.
The sad part of your stunted progress where technologies
are concerned, is that so many of your useful discoveries have been deliberately shelved. You have been denied the inventions
that would have tremendously improved your quality of life. You have been unnecessarily placed in a position where you have
suffered through the lack of progress, and forced to live at a very low level of sustenance. However, all of that will be
changed once we can openly arrive on Earth. A number of opportunities are opening up that will hasten the event, and we wait
with interest to see who will be the first to announce disclosure. It is close to happening but if it is stalled once again,
we have the authority to intervene and bring it about ourselves. We would prefer you to front the announcement, as we have
no desire to appear to be forcing the issue. However, the Divine Plan does not allow for continued delays and there is a final
date by which action is required. The Universe is ascending and all progresses well and as planned, but we cannot allow little
Earth to dictate the timing. As important as you are to the whole, you are still a relatively small cog in a very big wheel.
We note that the pressures are rising for a complete
financial appraisal, with a view to introducing a totally new system. We encourage such moves as the old one has proven to
be inadequate, and not operating to the benefit of the people. Your banking system has been gradually eating away at your
hard earned monies, and has had little regard if any for the hardships that result from their avarice. That power is being
removed, but only a complete change will serve your real interests and establish a fair and honest system. You will be recompensed,
as abundance will see the return of prosperity and a fair and equitable sharing of your wealth. You will gradually move into
a new phase of life that will be a prelude to Ascension, and bring you nearer to the Oneness that you will enjoy. Dear Ones,
we have no requirement for money as everything is shared, and each souls requirements are provided to ensure they have the
best standard of life possible. When you have no such needs the quality of life is idyllic, and allows for ample time for
the pursuance of personal interests. The labors of life as you now experience them will no longer exist, and you will not
toil and work your knuckles to the bone to exist. It has only been the greed for power and wealth by the richest families
in your world, that has limited your progress towards such a society on Earth.
You have been allowed freewill at all times in
experiencing duality. You may therefore reflect on the fact, that you have innocently allowed yourselves to give it up to
those who are the power behind virtually all decisions that effect your lives. This is the faction you know as the Illuminati,
and they are no longer as powerful now due to the grand work of our allies. We have of course as always guided events along
that have been beneficial to them, and that support is perfectly acceptable as the Light is allowed to confront the dark Ones.
On Earth the battle is becoming more obvious, and is a reflection of a greater one that continues in the higher realms. The
dark energies permeate the Universe, and are attracted to the lower vibrations wherever they exist. It is as though you signal
your readiness to engage with them, and that is what has happened on Earth. For eons of time you have been under its influence,
and in consequence Beings of low vibration have infiltrated your Earth. Now the vibrations have risen considerably, and your
Earth is no longer a suitable place for them. As it continues to rise, so their influence is weakened and they lose their
power over you. Eventually they will have no option but to leave the Earth, and that time rapidly approaches.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and it is no wonder
that we have so much admiration for you. You have been in the thick of the battle between the Dark and Light for so long.
Now your victory over them is nearing completion, and the Heavens are rejoicing. Let your Light beam out to everyone, even
those who you recognize as dark Beings. Be generous in sharing your love with those wayward souls of darkness, they need you
to help them on their way back to the Source, a journey that every soul takes.

Dearest Lightworkers,
The days that are now upon you are the very ones
for which you came to the Earth so very long ago. You are the ones who know how to accomplish the Great Work that must be
accomplished and whether you know it consciously or not, you are actively participating in this process. Take heart, Beloved
Ones, and strive to radiate the Light and the Love that you are to all the Beings around you, and please include dear Mother
Earth in your daily thoughts, for she is experiencing everything that each of you are experiencing and is just as uncomfortable
as each of you. All is returning to Oneness and what that means is that all your soul aspects, fragments, and soul extensions,
in all timelines and dimensions, are now returning to your field of energy to be re-integrated within it. This can cause some
occurrences that make you question your sanity, for some of the actions that you are taking seem so out of character with
your former self.
This just means that you are expressing a different
aspect/fragment or soul extension that needs to resolve that which fragmented them into separation from your Great I AM Presence
in times past. This is now the time of coming together, of uniting all of these into one cohesive unit of radiance and power
and Light, for the process of Ascension requires this. Know that you are doing well, Beloved Ones, and keep on with your tasks.
I am very pleased that you are taking the time to send Mother Earth your Light and your Love and that you are beginning to
work together in greater numbers than before, for this adds greater Light to the entire Planet. We encourage you to band together
in greater numbers and work together in your creative visualization to create the new Earthstar that will soon come forth
to bless the entire Universe with her radiance and Light.
Time upon the Earth plane is speeding up and
many of you find yourselves lost as to what day or time it is and feel that you are not accomplishing very much at all throughout
your day. This also will continue and what is required is adaptation and acceptance of this phenomenon as the ‘norm’
in your daily existence. Make each moment an adventure, for truly that is what you are experiencing and what you ARE doing,
for the roles that you are choosing to play in relation to those around your immediate sphere of influence have been ordained
in order to assist and move them into a higher octave of resonance than wouldn't happen without such intervention through
your service to them. Bless all within your radius and ask each day that you be a blessing for everything and everyone as
far as your Light extends.
This great Light that each of you are is beginning
now to extend further and further afield from your place of residence and it is greatly needed in these changing times. Each
of you are being blessed beyond measure and are assisted constantly in your daily lives. Call upon the Ascended Master octave
often and have faith in the Divine Plan that is now unfolding. I leave you now with my great Love and Golden Light.

My dear friends...
I hope and trust that your life has been wonderful
this week. Let me say that the important thing is to be friends.
Be friends with everybody.
Be friends with your spouse. Be friends with
your children. Be friends with your relatives. Be friends with your neighbors and your fellow workers and your acquaintances.
And yes, even be friends with your enemies.
Just...be friends.
One of the most stinging criticisms I ever received
was when someone to whom I was once married, and who I truly and dearly loved, once said to me: "You treat your friends better
than you treat me."
I never, ever forgot that. Because I knew it
was true. It is absolutely, stunningly true that I had more tolerance for, more patience with, more leniency regarding my
friends' behaviors than I did with the person with whom I was sharing my life.
I said things to my life partner that I would
never say to a friend. I criticized my life partner for things that I would simply "let go" with a friend. I noticed things
with my life partner that I would overlook with a friend. And I let things bother me---annoy me, actually---that my life partner
did that wouldn't even phase me if a friend did the exact same thing.
What is this about? I began to wonder. Why do
we so often treat those closest to us as if they were not "close" to us at all? Is it because we know them better than we
know our friends, spending more time with them day in and day out as we do? Could it really be true that "familiarity breeds
contempt?"
No, no...say it isn't so! Shouldn't familiarity
breed compassion, understanding, patience, tolerance, acceptance, and deeper and deeper love? Shouldn't intimate relationship
be the place of greatest safety, not of the least?
When I was a small child (which was very, very
long ago) there was a song that was popular. Even then it was an Oldie But Goodie, and we had an old phonograph record of
it sung by the Mills Brothers that I used to play on the family Victrola (Ha! Does anyone even know who or what I am talking
about here---???)
The song was called, You Always Hurt the One
You Love. And the lyrics went something like this...if I can remember them now...
You always hurt the one you love
The one you shouldn't hurt at all You always take the sweetest rose And crush it `til the petals fall You always break the kindest heart
With a hasty word you can't recall So if I broke your heart last night It's because I love you most of all. The irony of that song sticks with me to this
very day. I have come to deeply regret (and to beg them and the heavens forgiveness for) the many ways that I have treated
beloved others who have been close to me, and to realize that one of the greatest gifts we can give to a loved one is friendship.
Pure and simple friendship. Just treat them like a Friend. Like we would treat someone we are afraid of losing.
So yes, be friends with your spouse. Be friends
with your children. Be friends with your relatives. Be friends with your neighbors and your fellow workers and your acquaintances.
And yes, even be friends with your enemies. And most of all...be friends with yourself!
That may be the hardest thing to do of all. And
so we'll take a close look at that next week.

Your Heart Rises to Heaven

God said:
You have a windfall coming to you. To you. To
the whole world. To everyone in it.
No one goes alone. All good is at your doorstep.
And you will note it.
Live in the present, and know that you have a
new present on the verge of reaching you. You can almost reach your hand out for it like a golden apple on a tree. In any
case, it is being delivered to you.
What may be rough now will soon be smooth. The
rough edges of life are being planed now.
Soon, very soon, wherever you turn, it will be
golden. Everything will be brighter. You will be brighter.
Sludge is being removed now. You may have thought
something was the matter. It was only stress removal. The way a snow plow clears the streets, you are being cleared. You will
see. Your mind is clearer now, and it is only going to be more clear.
You are going to feel as though you have woken
up from a deep sleep, and that is very much the truth. You have been sleeping, beloveds, and now you are going to wake up,
and you are going to feel splendid. I am not putting you on. You believe the newspaper astrology when it tells you good news.
Now believe Me.
Rough roads are behind you. What is changing,
what is really changing, is you. You are beginning to pave your own way. Your way is going to be paved with roses. I am giving
you bouquets of them right now. How sweet, how very sweet, your life is becoming.
Life has always been precious. And now you are
going to know the sweetness of life, and you are going to sing it. I do not waste My words.
Beautiful and sweet is how life is meant to be.
The finishing touches are being put on life now. The forest you have been walking through now becomes an arbor of roses. Wherever
you step, it is soft. And softly you walk, and softly you care about the Universe as you hold it in your heart. Very soon
you are going to know whereof I speak. Then I can say: "Beloved Beloveds, I told you so."
Life is a short spin around the block. Only now
there are going to be open pastures, green pastures such as you have never seen before. You may have had glimpses, yet you
hardly glimpsed.
A new world is rushing to you, and you will be
picked up in it. No more upstream for you. Now the path of least resistance is a rose-strewn path. Your happiness will lie
within you, and yet you will walk on a rose-strewn path, and you will know it. It is as said: Everything is coming up roses
for you, and everyone means everyone.
A light bulb is going to go on. It starts in
your heart, and your heart rises to Heaven. Your heart is the light of the world. Don't think it isn't. Know that it is.
You are opening a new package of your life. It
arrives for you, and you open it. There is no stopping the arrival of this new package of life, and there is no stopping your
opening it.
I do not give you false promises, beloveds. I
am talking in terms of Earth time, and what do you call long, and what do you call soon? Somewhere in the middle, beloveds,
you will see the light shining, and it is the light from your own heart that you will be sighting.
