It is with great pleasure that we discourse with you today. We have often spoken of the benefits
of nature. It is bursting with life and vibrancy. You, in this world, are often tired and sluggish. It is not only due to
the pace in which you are living your life, it is also due to your disconnect from nature and spirit. You understand that
you go to the gas station to fill up the tank in your car. The same is true for you. One way to “fill up your tank”
is to go to the gas station called nature on a consistent basis. God has imbued nature with life force. Your manmade objects

With love I step forward to share my energy and wisdom with you. It is my wish that you
know and understand that I am here to support and steer you through the changes and lessons that are anchoring into your reality
now as your energies transform into a quicker vibration of light.
Many are and in the past have been fearful of change; this fear must now be dissolved
completely because it is connected to old energies and unneeded ways of thinking. The presence of change brings with it a
renewed energy, greater learning and the chance to explore your magnificent being at a deeper level. Change is a wonderful
gift to be embraced and to be cherished. This belief pattern is being rewritten even now within each person and within the
consciousness of humanity, which allows for greater spiritual acceleration. Ascension after all is based upon the presence
of change as old energies continue to fall away while energies that you had not acknowledged within you emerge to be embraced. It is important for all to begin to rewrite this belief system
within their own consciousness as this will filter into humanity's consciousness. Many people upon the Earth share
with me that they feel stuck at this time as if nothing is occurring, this may be appropriate for this time of your journey
but there is also a need to realise that there may be fears of change which you are not addressing. It is important to realise
what you wish to occur and then to ask yourself what is stopping you achieve this. Remember that you are a powerful energy
being of light that can transform, develop and create anything you desire guided by the will of the Creator whenever you wish.
The fear of change is only a fear or doubt in your power, with a lack of recognition of your abilities. It is important that
this belief system is completely dissolved and rewritten as you may then discover that everything begins to evolve and move
within your reality as well as opening up the streams of energy within your being. You may simply ask for the belief system
of fear of change to be erased completely from your being, energy and consciousness. This will occur but you may have to be
persistent in your efforts to rewrite your belief system remembering that you are achieving this for humanity also.
It is essential at this time to begin to develop your energy and realisation of unity.
There is first a need to understand the meaning and qualities that unity can create. Unity is seen as a gathering of energy,
people or thoughts that are in agreement with each other existing in harmony. It can also describe a merging, fusion or blending.
In many ways this description is true but I am not speaking of encouraging every person to be in agreement with each other
but I do wish to encourage you to be in agreement with yourself.
Holding the energy of unity and the mindset of unity doesn't necessary refer to your connection with others but could refer
to your connection with yourself, your truth and soul. There is a need for you to be happy in your own energy and in your
own body. To be in agreement with all the thoughts that you create, project and store as well as being happy with the energies
you create, embody and experience. There is a need for contentment in your own being and energy. This is a process of acceptance
of yourself as you are now but also a journey of cleansing and healing to recognise yourself beyond the illusions of your
mind and your reality. To hold the energy of unity you must first experience the presence and existence of unity between your
energy bodies, your mind, heart and soul. This may signify that your soul needs to expand in order to encapsulate your entire
being creating a single vibration and aligning everything to the soul. The process of aligning every aspect of your being
with your soul is a transformation in itself and can allow for tremendous clearing as the presence of your soul's vibration
brings to the surface all unneeded energies while manifesting a greater presence of Creator love. The ascension process is
to bring yourself back into harmony with yourself, to create a greater sense of unity and togetherness within your energy.
When one begins to wish to create unity within their being they are actually beginning
to open their awareness to all aspects and energies of their being. They are acknowledging that they are an expansive being
of light, wisdom and love but there are some areas of their being that they have lost control over, that they have forgotten
or that they have yet to recognise. With a focus on unity and a joining of your energies you begin to become completely aware of your powerful
being and are able to align all aspects of your being to work as one energy, this increases your vibration, light quotient
and power tremendously, it is the equivalent to achieving a
soul merge. Many people focus upon anchoring new higher aspects of their being into their bodies and consciousness
in order to ascend, but first there is a need to be connected to all
aspects of your energy that are present with you in your current reality,
this naturally allows you to realise your strength and much of the wisdom, abilities and guidance that you need is already
held within your auric field.
A simple way of achieving this greater connection with yourself is to sit in your soul's
energy and to ask or direct the light of your soul to be aligned to all aspects of your being, body and aura, with all unneeded
energies coming to the surface to be released. Your soul is completely capable of this without your assistance but the whole
purpose is to gain a greater unity of joining of energy so it is important that the energy of your soul and your awareness
or sensitivity to what is occurring also merge. By achieving the practice of alignment of the soul with all aspects of your
being in meditation you are allowing yourself to become sensitive to the energy of your soul with the transitions it can achieve.
While you create a unity within and with your being you begin to embody the quality of
unity. The quality becomes very visible within your energy, influencing your reality and experiences. You may find that you
attract people who also have achieved a unity or a complete acceptance of their being. You may feel a greater connection and
unity with people around you, strangers and even animals and nature. The quality of unity that you embody will manifest new
experiences of feeling at one with everything in your reality and realising all aspect of the Creator as yourself. This quality
of unity will also filter into the general mindset and consciousness of humanity, therefore allowing humanity to live in harmony
and unison. This doesn't necessary mean that humanity will be in agreement with each other but will accept each other. The presence of unity will develop so much that it will begin to dissolve
all belief systems of separation therefore developing new spiritual ascension experiences for humanity to evolve though. The
acceptance of unity within your being, then unity with everything and everyone around you followed by the destruction of the
belief system of separation will allow for a greater manifestation of unity with the Creator, which could also be described
as a joining with the Creator. This could be seen as one half joining another half or it could be seen as a greater connection
within your being which allows for the energy of the Creator you have always held to manifest.
The landmarks of 11-11-11 and 2012 all
hold a purpose of joining the consciousness and energy of humanity as one with each other and the Creator but in order for
this to occur there is a need to first achieve a unity within your being and an awareness of all aspects of your being. It
is my wish to encourage the development of unity within your being as this will assist the development of unity within all
therefore aiding the ascension process of the Earth.

SaLuSa: The Energy For Change Is Sweeping The World

In next to no time you will be reaching that magical 11.11.11, when each soul will be
lifted up whether they are aware of it or not. It will help calm situations that are causing concern, as we do not wish to
see the Middle East conflicts accelerated. What has been happening is the result of people waking up, to how they have been
manipulated and used to support the lives of those who rule over them. That energy for change is sweeping the world and with
the intent of the people, it is going to be like a tidal wave washing away everything in its path. In the West such movements
are gradually gathering pace, and the authorities are trying to stem their impact. They cannot be ignored for long and the people will win this battle.
Not everyone likes the idea of demonstrating, but it is the type of energy that is found
with the younger generations who are fearless where it is concerned. They are the ones who understand that the old ways are
no longer acceptable, and will continue their protests until they achieve success. Many are those souls who have incarnated for this purpose, but also carry the answers to the problems
having higher levels of consciousness than most people. It is all part of the greater plan for your release from the dark
Ones and their hold on you. For some time you have been learning of what the future will bring, and it will change the face
of your societies beyond recognition. How ever much some prefer to remain in the 3rd dimension, once they become aware of
how much they will benefit from the changes, they will realize that they have so much more to gain rather than lose.
Everyone desires to live a happy, joyful and peaceful life, and that is what lies ahead
for you, as eventually those souls who are not ready for Ascension will leave the Earth. There will be an unavoidable parting
of the ways based on a souls vibration, and that will allow those of a higher vibration and consciousness level to come together.
They will be the ones who have rightly moved out of duality because its lessons have been learnt. As we have informed you
quite often, it is you who determine which level you reside in whether you are directly aware of it or not. You will understand
from this that you will be following a path that is absolutely right for you. There would be no gain if you were to find yourself
at a level that you could not cope with.
We know that some of you who are kind decent souls, are worried that for some reason you
may not be ready for Ascension. Our answer for you is that if you are living a life where you avoid being judgmental, and
can find it in your heart to be loving to all souls you have nothing to be concerned about. It is not about being religious,
taking courses or buying your way into heaven. What counts is what you are inside, and if you are living your truth as far as possible you are well on the path to Ascension. Remember that
your Guides know the real you, and if it is your aspiration to ascend they will be helping you to do so. Heaven rejoices each
time a soul turns to the Light, and there is no turning back once you reach that decision.
It is hard to understand that life on Earth is an illusion, but if you can view it that
way and see it as only a passing phase of experience it will have less impact upon you. It really is like the Holographic
Deck on Star Trek, except that very few of you realize the truth. Before you entered your present life, you knew what your
objectives would be as does everyone else who is part of it with you. Freewill is still yours, but you are unlikely to avoid
opportunities that come to you that are part of your life contract. Your aim is to experience in a way that speeds up your
evolution, therefore they are carefully chosen for maximum benefit to you. When it is a family karmic situation you can help
each other through your experiences, and that helps create a strong bond between you all. You travel through life with little
awareness of it, but your lives are carefully planned so that you gain the most out of them.
After such a long time in duality you are feeling the mental tiredness, and drag of the
lower vibrations. To us it is extremely heavy and cloying, and we understand the effects upon you. That is why we have so
much admiration for those of you who are able to lift yourselves up out of it. You have an astonishing degree of intent, and
your resilience against all of the odds is well known. You are truly the heroes of the hour and your rewards for such a powerful
stance are soon to manifest. You are wonderful souls, and we kneel at your feet in recognition of your Light and Love.
Regardless of your beliefs, there is no doubt that the changes are being felt by virtually
everyone. There is also an anticipation of what lies immediately ahead, and as time speeds by you know that it will not be
much longer before a major event occurs. Then you shall experience a whole series of events that will quickly carry you forward
into the "promised land." By now you have a good idea of what to expect, but even so it will pleasantly surprise you by its
scope. We talk of world wide changes as every soul together with Mother Earth is involved.
You will undoubtedly note that unlike the predictions of the gloom and doom merchants,
Mother Earth has been relatively quiet and there has not been the worldwide destruction of catastrophic proportions. However,
there are physical changes necessary and when they occur we will monitor them with a view to keeping their affect to a minimum. For those of you in areas that are noted for earthquake or volcanic
activity, follow your intuition as to when and if necessary you feel you should move. The first signs are often noticeable
in Nature and animals have a more sensitive re-action to changing energies. They will leave in advance of the actual event,
so their actions are worth noting.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius and can tell you that the Galactic Federation are poised to back
our allies on Earth when they push ahead with removing the Illuminati and their minions. We all need to know that they along
with their power have been removed, before we can work openly with you. The critical period approaches and we look to make
our move without further delay. Stay firmly on course for Ascension and you will have nothing to worry about - all is as well
as ever, and we are with you all of the way.

Beloved Ones,
It is with great pleasure that I take up my discourse with you once again! It is good
that our Scribe can now see her way clear of her personal challenges of the past year and resume her work with us. We are
greatly appreciative of this opportunity to come forth into your World and speak to you of many things that can now come to
light as the greater energies that are pouring forth from the Cosmos make this now possible.
Each of you have been going through your Initiations and for each one, it is experienced
differently, as each of you are unique upon this Earth and indeed, in the Omniverse. You have learned much through your sojourns
upon many Worlds and many of you have been through the Ascension process on other Worlds in other lifetimes. You have volunteered
millennia ago to come into the experience of duality on this World so that you might experience the unique interplay between
opposing forces that are at play in this World.
You have mastered many unique challenges upon other Planetary systems and bring these
qualities and attributes with you. In each lifetime that you have lived upon the Earth, you have been developing your unique
gifts that are now being called forth at this time. Each of you have remembered the living flame within your hearts, each
of you love the Creator with your whole Being, each of you want to rekindle your connection to the Divine within you and bring
forth the glory that is God.
This World that is now in the process of Ascending into higher realms of consciousness,
into higher expressions of conduct, into aligning with the Universal Laws that you inherently know are always in operation,
is poised on the brink of transformation – it remains only for Humanity’s consciousness to align with Her in order
for the unified transformation of all to take place. The Higher consciousness that embodies your Planet is a Being of the
greatest Love, compassion and empathy. She loves all her inhabitants and has endured much, almost beyond endurance, in order
to bring all Her inhabitants into a greater state of Unity with Her.
Many upon Earth have forgotten their roots, have forgotten their origins and the original
reason and purpose for their incarnations upon the Earth. The denser energies have been very effective at creating forgetfulness
within their Beings, but now all of that is in the process of changing and with change comes transformation on all levels
of Being. At this juncture of Cosmic events, the World and all upon Her stand poised, seemingly at a standstill, waiting for
they know not what, only knowing and feeling these changes as they become more noticeable in their daily living.
There have been and will continue to take place, quiet but revolutionary changes within
all the systems that have been established and most of these changes are taking place within individual Souls first and foremost
and as these changes within each Soul occur, an outer manifestation takes place in a way that is universally acceptable to
the majority of people. What was once considered impossibility now is something that is commonplace. As you look about you,
you can see and feel this everywhere.
Many Physicians in every corner of the World have been quietly directing their patients
to nutritional supplements rather than to consume man-made drugs that may help to mask symptoms but which have the potential
to create even greater health problems. Everywhere, people are taking up the reins of their sovereignty in a quiet manner
and choosing a better way without any fanfare. As these people make their choices and live according to their highest ideals,
so too does the entire consciousness of Humanity lift up in their ideals and a new and better way becomes commonplace.
This is part of the Great Work that you, our Beloved Lightworkers and Starseeds upon this
Planet have been doing so beautifully. We know, and you knew, before coming here, that it would not be easy. It is never easy
to go against the mainstream of current consciousness and its accepted ways of manifestation but you have each held fast to
your Light and this has created a ripple effect which now is unstoppable. By your courage to stand fast and mostly alone,
through most of your lifetime, you have opened doors that were firmly closed before as avenues to a greater and more beneficent
life are now gloriously opening before you and all of Humankind.
This is most happy news to we of the Higher Realms. We watch with keen interest and we
glow with pride in you, our students, as you daily remember more and more that you are made of the stuff of the stars and
are unlimited in your capacity to bring forth the one truth in all of Creation and that one truth is LOVE. There is naught
else; everything else, Dear Ones, is illusion. You have been valiantly releasing and letting go of old conditionings and the
desires of the old systems that were in operation upon your Planet for much too long and are now ready to embark on a new
journey, a journey to a World that is even now coming to pass as you go about your daily Light work.
We stand with pride and honor beside you, Beloved Ones. Know that our hearts are full
as we do so. You are our beautiful shining Lights upon this Planet and you are so very dearly loved and appreciated. Continue
to follow your hearts and your inner guidance. This is where your strength lies.

Once upon a time, you didn't know there were seeming two of Us. You knew you were One
with Me, yet you didn't fully fathom that. You knew you were One yet. And now you are harking back to that time. You are beginning
to hark back to that time when you did fully know.
Of course, there wasn't time. It did not exist. There was Oneness in Timelessness. When
the odyssey of time became, it was then that Oneness, like glass, cracked into seeming pieces. Only Oneness didn't shatter.
Oneness was still Oneness. This was a mirage. Yet how true do mirages seem. No, fiction is stronger than Truth in the illusory
world. That about sums it up.
Coming Home means coming Home to yourself. Meanwhile, you search. You are looking for
a pathless path to yourself. Like the bluebird of happiness, you are in your own backyard. Well, you don't even have to go
that far. Where you are now, am I.
Space is also an illusion, so there is no travel. There is no journey. It is all made
up. But what a lovely made-up thing it is! Just to think of looking for God - it is a trip. It is a colossal trip! You do
all that packing of virtues in order to find God, and, all the while, I am sitting on your doorstep! No matter where you travel
to, what mountain, what cave, what river, I am sitting on your doorstep. All paths lead to Me. Meanwhile, there are just illusory
paths, and it is illusory that you travel on them.
I sit on your doorstep as I accompany you everywhere. You are looking to find Me, when
I am part and parcel of you. You can't escape Me! You can't deviate one inch from Me. Despite all your shenanigans, I am glued
to you, and you to Me, and, yet, in this gluing, We are free. There are no barriers to Us. There is no distance at all. And
there is no time for Us to travel in either. Whither and whilst do not exist. Just words, words that unravel into a lifetime
on Earth, only to be succored in an illusory return to Heaven. Heaven is not illusory. Only your return to it is. Only in
make-believe were you ever anywhere else. Only in make-believe were you anywhere, for Heaven, although real, is not a place
exactly. It is an untrammeled Beingness where the waters are pure and love is golden. It is from this State of Being that
you have never deviated.
You are not in the lonely room you think you are in. You are not even typing. You are
not even doing anything! In the world, as you know it, you have to do something, so you are typing. And, if you were knitting,
you would be whiling the non-existent time with knitting. If you were cooking or eating, why, those two are something to do
while you are on Earth and have to be doing something.
We could say you are paving a road to yourself. All roads do not go to Rome. They come
to Me. I exist everywhere, by sea or by land, and where I am, Heaven is. And where I am, you are. I feel you in My heart.
I keep you here in My heart for safe-keeping. Nothing can happen to you.
Only, on Earth, you weave a long story on a continuum of love. There is no getting off
this continuum. You have always been on it. And you are here to stay no matter what you think is going on on Earth. There
isn't anyone but One of Us. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Come out on the front step with Me, and We - I, that is, shall
cast love.
