The Balance of Light and Dark... a Universal Law of Existence
Don't try and destroy darkness . . . bring it into balance with the Light. You cannot
have one without the other anymore than a light bulb can work on only positive energy. It takes both positive/negative for
electricity to work. As the Light expands Dark is pushed
outward. Ultimately the Light outweighs the Dark and Dark collapses into the Light. Darkness
cannot remain if fusion of Light with dark takes place. Both will then be in balance.

Uriel's Message -- Where Are You Being?
The Lightworkers present in the world come from many times and places, many dimensions,
planets, universes and solar systems and all are present at this time to assist in the earth's ascension. While you are aware
of the ascension of this planet, it is a cycle that repeats throughout the universe and ushers in a new age for an entire
universe. Each ascension cycle and process allows ascension to occur on many different dimensions. While you are part of this
cycle at this time and in this place, you have chosen to work with the third dimensional earth at this time and your being
is the presence, in the form of your light and energy, that has agreed to participate in this process.
It is easier for you to be in the world of spirit, in higher dimensions, or places which
have a higher frequency or vibration than that of the earth at this time. The moments prior to ascension are always the most
challenging, which is why so many of you who feel lost and confused, that you do not belong here or who wish to depart, are
struggling with these final hours. But your being, which is your energy and light, has agreed to be here and staying grounded
in the earth's energies, which is where ascension and transformation are occurring, is your contribution to the planet's ascension.
You are here by choice and as a willing participant in the universal ascension which includes that of the earth and is not
limited to the earth.
Your being, the aligned aspects of your light, divinity, power and truth, is present at
all times. But when it is expressed through your fears, your being is no longer grounded in the present moment and when you
focus on your desire to be elsewhere or your belief that you are in the wrong place at the wrong time, you diminish your power
and effectiveness. You are your I AM presence in each moment and to express that most powerfully, you must be aware of the
perfection of your purpose and agreement in each moment by remembering that you are here by choice and through your powerful
commitment to universal ascension and transformation.
You are where you need to be at this time, there is no other place for you to be and your
soul has agreed to participate in this ascension cycle because you have important, necessary and powerful contributions to
make. Although you long for a less stressful, easier, more energetically compatible environment, you each bring an energetic
frequency that the new earth requires and this is your gift to ascension. Know that you are being what you have been for eons
of time and through many ascension cycles, an energetic agent of transformation. When you stay aligned and grounded in this
purpose, you are grounded and aligned with the earth and sharing your unique being in its most powerful expression, fulfilling
your role in this cycle and helping to bring heaven to earth.

This communication on behalf of the Altai Fellowship came through with the help of Maia
Rose, who is a member of the Altai Fellowship. A spokeswoman for the Brotherhood of Light started communicating with
Maia last fall. When asked, the Almas also began communicating with her this spring. The rest of the communication will
be shared with the Grounding Group before the July 30th Preparatory Call.
I am communicating with the White Brotherhood, also known as the Illuminated Beings.
I see members of the White Brotherhood standing on white cliffs holding a white book.
They, the mountain and the book all appear to be made of white light. A spokesperson steps forward to say: “We
are glad to be here and glad to be asked to support your journey.”
"What is the nature of the energy portal to be opened in Altai this summer?"
This portal is a place where there is a build up of extra energy that vibrates at a higher
frequency which makes it more concentrated, but less dense than the general energy field. I am seeing it as egg-shaped
with the point at the top.
"Where does this energy come from?"
This Altai portal is a gift from the illuminated beings who brought it to these mountains
many millennia ago so it could be preserved. There are also portals preserved in other places around the globe.
This was done in cooperation with Gaia. The elevation and the minerals in the mountains preserve them. Gaia has
been instrumental in deciding where the portals are. She is a spiritually evolved being who has chosen to incarnate
as a planet. This is her body and she likes it when there is cooperation and harmony between the peoples and all beings
who live on her.
In the same way that humans have tried to separate mind and body medically, people see
themselves as separate from the planet. There is no separation between Gaia and the people and other beings who live
on her. You are learning through medicine that the mind and body is an integrated process; they are not separate entities.
It is also so, between you and Gaia. When things started to degrade and human society began to evolve separate from
the Earth and the animal and plant spirits, the Illuminated Beings asked Gaia what to do with the light energy. She
told them to store the energy in places with high mineral content, so it would be best preserved.
"Where did the energy come from in the first place?"
From Stars. The
portal is a cache of the energy of creation, originating from the God source.
"How do we open this Cache?"
Love. I gave
a very seemingly simple answer because the word love encompasses everything.
"How should the energy be transmitted?"
Do your best and use your intuition. Your intuition will be heightened when you
get there and you will just know what to do. It doesn’t have to be a dog and pony show; it doesn’t’
have to be song and dance. The most profound things are quiet and simple. That is why I said love, because love
will take care of it all.
In a way it doesn’t matter how the energy is transmitted. Some people may see an
image, but it is not limited to a visual form. It might come through any sense. Somebody might hear it as the
OM, somebody might feel a tickle on their side or they might feel peaceful or their heart may feel expanded. The limited
consciousness of humans tries to make everything so small. Think of a fractal, based on a mathematical infinity ---
it just goes and goes and goes. God makes infinite numbers of flowers, all different kinds. The transmission of energy
can be done in an infinite number of ways. Each person can choose one. If you are looking for one way to know
God, you will be disappointed. God expresses herself/himself in infinite ways.
Also intention. (Meaning sensing the energy in some form and then setting an intention
as to what to do with it.)
Now the wilderness beings (Almas / Bigfoot) in the mountains are saying: “If
we know you intend to do this and you really want to do this, if you choose it, we will be glad to help. If you want
it (and you do) and we want it (and we do), then it’s a done deal.” The most profound things can be simple,
like a Rumi poem.
"Is the Altai portal opening a part of a global transition?"
Machu Picchu and other mountainous regions like the Himalayas also have energy caches,
partly because the mountains are up high and partly because of the mineral content that stores the energy. (Metal is
a conductor of energy including emotions and that‘s why, from time to time, metal jewelry needs to be energetically
cleaned.) In rocky areas, the metal ores conduct energy.
To conduct the energy of light and love, the Illuminated Ones went to the mountains where
the energy could be conducted and stored. Some of the other caches around the world are being opened. The
openings will happen sequentially. The Illuminated Ones know when the time is right and will call people to come and
open them because this needs to be a joint endeavor. Earth is a “free-will” planet so humans need to actively
choose to do this.
Gaia has her own ideas about her life. She interacts with the beings on her as a
very literally a part of her. First there’s soil. The seeds grow in the soil and then the animals eat the
plants. The fish also eat the various substances of Gaia’s body. So, our human bodies came from her.
We are part of her. We are not separate from her. We are an integral part of her and she is an integral part of
us. That is how synchronicity works, it is a mutual agreement between parts of the same whole.
"What effect is the opening of the portal going to have on ourselves and our
communities?"
The effect on each person will be individual and it will be exactly what they want it
to be because they will create it with their intention. It will look the way they want it and be how they want it.
The effect on the community will be the degree to which they act on their intuition.
The more people act, the more the energy will flow through them.
"How is this related to the ascension of the Earth?"
The ascension of the Earth means that the vibrational frequency rises and along with it
people’s consciousness rise. When these portals open up around the globe, the energy brought in supports
the ascension. The more light and unconditional love there is on Earth, the easier it will be.
Not only will Gaia and the atmosphere and the whole 3rd dimension be moving towards the
4th dimension, but people’s consciousness will be expanding. The mind does not exist inside the brain, the brain
exists inside the mind. The mind field will be vibrating faster and people will be sensing their interconnectedness
more and have more kindness and unconditional love for each other. It is kindness, unconditional love, and wise mind
knowing that will create the ascension; but these qualities will also be created by the ascension. Gaia is ascending
whether we all go with her or not, that’s where she’s going, that is her intention.
"Is there anything we can do to ease the suffering of Mother Earth and the
life that she supports?"
Well, stop thinking of her as suffering. Think of it as experiencing. Different
individuals come into incarnation for different experiences. Everybody is having the experience that they more or less
volunteered for. We don’t have to see people as suffering or victims to be willing to help them. When you
assist someone it benefits you also. People are experiencing that in Japan after the tsunami.
Like two cells in the body: they don’t perceive each other as suffering or being
a victim, they just work to come back into balance. You also don’t have to be mean hearted and think “Well
that person volunteered to have this experience, so I don’t need to help.” An aspect of opening the portal
is to inspire action steps for sharing unconditional love. This will in turn increase the planetary vibration and thus
the rate of ascension. If you think of it as suffering, the energy gets stuck in that concept and consequentially has
a lower vibrational level.
If you really think of Gaia as a woman in a planet body, she volunteered, too. Her
lifetime is longer than a human lifetime, but she is a very spiritual woman having this planetary experience. So you
can imagine that to her having an earthquake is like a human having the flu or getting physically out of balance in some other
way. She suffers much more for lack of unconditional love than from any specific earth event. Remember that HAARP
is doing some of the damage. And unconditional love is a way of addressing that too.
"Is there anything else that we should let people know?"
Everybody needs to play, play, play! Laugh, sing, dance, be goofy, hug. Some
of the “right action” needs to be play! Do creative things, paint, draw, sing, if you are loving life you
are living in “right action!"
It’s all going to come right eventually. The balance will come eventually.
Be optimistic. Like Uncle Harry Jim, the Kahuna says, “The gig is rigged.“ Gaia wants this, so we
are going to get to balance somehow. Humanity’s part of the ascension is to move into intuition and to reach out
to amplify the connectedness that already exists.
The people in Japan are experiencing this beautifully because they don’t have anything
left, they are learning to use their intuition more and supporting each other.
Trust that everything is going to work out for the highest good. Use your intuition!

Over the next few weeks, the celestial sky is showering us with a show stopping production
intended to speed up the raising of our individual and collective consciousness many fold. This extraordinary display
is manifesting itself with triple eclipses beginning on June 1st with a Solar Eclipse, which is an excellent time to reaffirm
our highest visions to the Universe. Then on June 15th the sky blesses us with a full moon Lunar Eclipse which has the gift
of bringing to the surface most of the out-dated energies we've been holding on to deep within ourselves that no longer serves
our greatest good. The third Solar Eclipse will grace us with its presence on July 1st setting the solid foundation for the
new heart-centered world to make itself known in our physical realm these coming months ahead. And if all of this wasn't enough,
the combination of the current solar activity along with the upcoming triple eclipses, and the June 21st Solstice together
are setting the stage for one heck of a shift!
What does this all mean in simplified terms? It
means that each of our personal (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) & collective transformation process will receive
a major boost. It means the expansion that we experience in the next months will be equivalent to the expansion that ‘once
upon a time’ used to take years to manifest itself in our lives. There's no holding us back now!
Some of the physical symptoms we are experiencing right now as a direct result of the
heightened energies may be showing up as waking up in the morning and our body feeling exhausted as if we just exercised,
migraines, anxiety (nervous system being upgraded), shifts in digestive system, sensitivity to certain foods, craving more
sugary foods in diet, overactive thinking, more emotional and reactive, general fatigue, skin issues, vivid dreams, hot/cold
sweats, and procrastination. These symptoms are indicators that our physical and emotional bodies are integrating with a new
higher vibration. All that is asked of us is to just be super gentle on ourselves and not to try force or control any aspect
of what's going on. The purpose of sharing these symptoms is not so that we wallow in them as victims, it's to empower us
with the understanding that it's completely normal. This knowingness allows us to accept and recognize these experiences as
blessings and part of our current process which creates a space for us to shift our attention back to the areas of our lives
that already feel good.
A Higher State of Being
Shortly after the conclusion of the final eclipse, many of us will feel like a completely
new person. Similar to when the caterpillar becomes a butterfly, we will feel completely re-invigorated and more alive than
we have in years. This metamorphosis will upgrade our ability to express compassion, love, gratitude, acceptance with more
ease. It will feel more natural to operate from this higher state of being.
An Epic Turning Point
In the past, many of us felt we had to 'work' extremely hard to maintain a space of
compassion, non-judgment, and love. It just didn't feel like second nature yet. The concept of 'Oneness' probably felt like
New Age lingo to us that didn't register as even being a reality in our experience. Much of this happened due to the conditioning
passed down generation after generation with the prime focus being mainly on survival.
Gradually, things began to shift and we began to think outside of the box. We began to
go within ourselves to release, release, and release some more of those programs that kept us in a state of separation. So,
we became resilient in our pursuit of remembering who we really were. No matter how challenging it seemed, we consciously
chose to move into a space of compassion, neutrality, and love with all of our surroundings. Often we would feel tested, and
found ourselves back in those energies of separation. Many of us would get more upset with ourselves for being in a space
of separation, than with the actual experience that triggered us back there. And the cycle would continue back and forth becoming
progressively easier to move out of it each time.
And now, we are here. An epic turning point, where soon if not already, it will become
second nature for us to operate from our highest selves. It will feel easy and natural to love, accept, and have compassion
towards ourselves, others, and the world. In fact, it's already beginning to feel more difficult to operate from energies
of separation. It will become more and more of a distant memory, and if we ever find ourselves back in this space, it will
be much easier for us to move out of without judging ourselves through the process.
Releasing the Facade
A dominant part of our collective conditioning up until now has been so much about
pleasing others in order to fit in or to be liked. The core root of this conditioning stems from a deep desire to be validated.
Many of us searched outside of ourselves for validation to find self worth. We began measuring our self worth with how much
we accomplished in life or how much we amassed. Unfortunately this kind of validation is only temporary: The truth is, when
we realize we are worthy simply because we were born, we no longer look outside of ourselves for validation and approval.
We know that because the Universe itself is absolute perfection, each one of us as physical extensions of that Universe that
created us are also perfect which makes us worthy. When we release the facade that we are anything less than worthy, we reclaim
our Divine Power by no longer looking outside of ourselves for validation.
Asking For Support
Because many of us have been so used to feeling isolated and alone in our life journey
up to this point, we may have consciously or unconsciously closed ourselves off from the support around us. The Universe is
always supporting us, no matter what. The Universe sends ‘Its’ support in many ways, whether it would be through
people, circumstances, messages, or personal insights. If we continue to close ourselves off from this support, we could be
missing out on powerful opportunities to expand, grow, and evolve in ways that can make our heart sing.
If we would like a bit more support from the Universe, the only thing we need to do is
just ask. Immediately the Universe will start to present an overflow of opportunities in our lives whether it would be through
upcoming events that we resonate with, books, insights, friends, personal guides, family members, teachers, holistic practitioners,
our community, etc... It's safe to come out from hiding and allow ourselves to feel the support of the Universe, as it's always
here for us and never against us.

Much of the time you like life to be what you think it should be rather than what is.
By the same token, you look to yourself to be what you should be and yet you see yourself as not. You want to be many things
to many people, most of all, to yourself, to your picture of yourself.
You want to be what you think I want you to be. Beloveds, do not think that I want you
to give up your peace to be an enabler to the world.
We have spoken about patterns in life. You may have a pattern of inviting turmoil and
distress into your life, as if the ocean without a storm is too placid, too uneventful, too calm. Do you crave storms at sea?
Do you like the roughness? Do you like life stirred so that you can think of disturbance from the outside rather than from
the inside?
Sometimes you may say to yourself: “As a good person, I invite this one or that
one into my life. I should help. This is what I should do.” And so you pat yourself on the back. You can be a good person
without becoming the most wonderful giving person in the world especially when you cannot live up to it. You may give more
than you can give. You may give what is not yours to give, and you may not give it very well.
Yes, you want to think about others, and yet you don’t want to think of others to
the detriment of yourself. There are many ways to help and maintain peace in your life. You deserve to have peace. Remind
yourself that you are a good giving person who maintains peace. Remember, beloveds, you are not the savior of anyone.
The Great Ones gave of themselves to others. The Great Ones brought others into their
hearts but not into their hearths. They did not give up their peace for others. What good would they have done anyone then?
The Great Ones kept their peace, and so they gave peace to the world. Can you imagine the Great Ones putting themselves into
situations where they would resent others for disturbing their peace?
If you live in havoc, what are you giving to the world? And what are you giving to those
whose havoc you may accept into your life?
I have never advised you to give a pound of flesh. I have never advised you to undercut
yourself for the idea of an image of yourself you insist you must reflect. Truly, dear ones, you are not being unselfish when
you let your life become disruptive.
Do not say, “Oh, well. I will live through this.” Do not say, “I am
giving up my peace and quiet for the sake of others.” You are giving up your peace and quiet for an imagined picture
of yourself. If you cannot react peaceably to havoc that you have invited into your life, then you have invited strife. You
have added to the strife. You are thinking minutely. You are trying to be something you are not, and you do not even save
yourself, let alone others. Do not think you are noble. You are creating a false picture of yourself.
On one hand you give, and in another, you take. You may take away from others their ability
to fend for themselves. Certainly, you help no one when you fly off the handle.
Some people can put out fires. Some people can stay out of the fray. You may not be one
of these. As you get angry and yell or whatever you do when you are angry, you are adding fuel to the fire. By virtue of feeling
angry, you are aiding and abetting dependency upon you. You may have convinced yourself otherwise, yet what you are doing
may be indulging yourself and not serving others at all.

Letting go of all that is inconsequential
is likened to the spring clean that has always a place and a purpose in everyone's life. Especially so in these unique times
of swings and roundabouts, for there is a need to eject all that is surely becoming a burden as opposed to a need or necessity.
Ever changing energy and ever shifting times afford no one much leeway as he or she does not have space now for excess luggage.
It is surprising just how quickly something that we have perhaps recently taken on board as 'right and opportune,' has quickly
become unneeded and obsolete. Everything is moving at such a pace now that redundancy is seemingly only moments or so after
appropriateness or validity. Everything, on all and every level, is superimposing and then 'space and time shifting' in but
the blink of the proverbial eye, and more burned out energies need binning, as resumes the journey on this roller-coaster
of life in the now!
Life is becoming likened to that of a ballet dancer or prima ballerina as the so 'fleet of
foot and quick of step' takes one on the journey of ever trusting and ever accepting that which the sacred heart space indicates.
It is not unusual anymore to drive on the left in one direction but on the right on a return leg of the same journey. Adaptability
and versatility are the necessary attributes to be expertly applied, as shifting energies and winds of incessant changes ensue.
Exciting and challenging as these changes are, we still yearn and linger on the rapid passing of something that one had become
quite comfortable with and in fact unknowingly got bogged down in those ever accommodating comfort zones! Life is a consistency
of change and change is the surer journey of life as the universal tapestries are aptly redesigned and subtlety recreated.
Leveling the ground is something that we all unwittingly try to maintain
but it may be that the greater learning and greater realization will be weaned as we go though that obstruction, go through
that fear, go through the unknowing as we allow our faith and sureness of heart to override the ever taunting mental and emotional
mind, with its endless chattering and doubts, the if's and buts! We are own biggest enemy yet also our own greatest
teacher after all! Let us rejoice that we are whom we are and that we are beginning to remember that which we chose to do
when we came to this beautiful planet at this now momentous time. We got that right, so let us yet again 'gird our loins'
and place every nerve and muscle on 'go' for there is so much to do and there is so much applaud and support from the 'lightness
in the universes.' All urging us on into the home strait and making good time towards the finishing line of these nigh completed
phases of the Ascension processes that are ever ongoing.
Back again are we to the point of how and who we are,
to be up against these seeming unsurmountable odds, in the shape of ageless controlling factors in most all parts of humankind.
Back again to the facts of life, which we did learn when we were but wee children and listened intently at the feet of our
Mother/Father's God, when they did remind us of whom we are and NOT of whom we were! Do you remember or do you still forget?
Do you not see within your heart of hearts that which rings true and makes your very soul to buzz with zest and clarity. Do
you not remember whom you are in your truer, greater, purer reality of being? Primed and ready to step foot and grace Mother
Earth with your urge to come and assist her to realize again her imminent ascension processing. Do you not remember how you
heard the magical clarion calls across the heavens as Michael and his 'merry men' invited you to stand up and be counted?
Your souls opened wide and you came with one accord, with love and light of heart!
Ascension is Assured! Lady
Gaia will most surely make that step up into her star status in the heavens, while only minimally making more adjustments
to her so often abused earth body, for she will be obliged so to do. You are her royal consorts and you too are gratefully
invited to ascend with her, those who have this path so to take. There are so many opportunities and variables that may be
decided on as the time is right, and know that each and every one will surely choose the path which affords the greatest
advantage and opportunity. And as ever always will the law of attraction be perfectly administered with love and light-filled
magical exactitude, for all indeed is in perfect divine order. Allow your inner vision to remember that, already on one level,
has the planet and you dear ones already ascended and are in a pristine and ascended reality...
Take each day
one at a time, accepting it with a masterful eye, allowing that which resounds from your heart of heart it's freedom and wake
up call. Each day is a gift, if the sun does not shine physically, then allow it to shine from within, for you have indeed
within you all that you will ever need. You are hand picked and blessed by All That Is, your destiny is assured. Do not beat
yourself with a big stick, and accept that you also are human, and maybe still subject to old human traits. That light within
you never goes out, no matter how you feel or despondent you might be at times. You are held in such loving tenderness by
the multitudes of light beings around you. Call them. You never walk alone, only momentarily maybe, when you are transcending
though maybe a 'testing' time, or through an initiation process, yet even then are you not unnoticed!

are, blessed and cherished; you will read of these times in future climes, and the grand accomplishments that you have surely
been a part of, and how justly, gracefully, and indeed how bravely you achieved what you did. The world is going through all
that it has a need so to do, and the successful outcome is but a stones throw away, and your alignment and total acceptance
of all that ensues is yet again another stepping stone to your own self mastery. In you has much trust and power been invested,
in you has the ascension of the planet been placed foremost in your hearts, in you has God invested grace and favour for in
you is seen the light and love of those whom you have been so long awaiting for, for in you is the way and the light, for
in you God Is. I Am.
