Dear Ones. You ask us if we really hear you. We do not hear you in the way you are asking. It is not so much the words that we hear, but what the real intention is. It is the difference between hearing something on the radio and seeing it in person. It is still the same message, but there is so much more communicated. There is a fullness and richness that you do not experience in the physical. We sense the vibration; we see the colors emitted with the thoughts. We know past, present, and future. So, do we hear you? Yes we do. But do you hear us? We sometimes lean over and whisper in your ear. You “hear” our message as if it is your own voice, or sometimes the voice of someone you know. That is the mind’s interpretation. Some of you hear us and know it is from us, but most do not. We often answer you through others, so you get the answer in the physical world. We even use the TV to answer you as you are often in front of it. Notice the coincidences. That is another way we often answer you. Things are heating up and there is a movement amongst people all across the world that is pushing them towards a new age. There are changes coming as a result and it is setting the scene for major changes, in line with the promises made to you. So although it is not apparent exactly where it is all leading, you will eventually see that the people are getting attention and their demands being met. It proves that people power is real, and that when sufficient people direct their energies in unison and for the same purpose, it brings results. Also as the levels of consciousness increase, more people are awakening to the truth of their reality. The chains of slavery are beginning to fall away, and suddenly there is an air of expectation that Man will once more become free. It is creating a focus for release from the dark Ones, and soon you will see events that clearly show that their time is coming to an end.

Most of the changes involve quite complicated plans, and include the cooperation of our allies. We will succeed because we have already made great progress, particularly where financial changes are concerned. However, it must take place with absolute precision to avoid causing hardship, and we do not expect much difficulty in getting world-wide support. Once the changes are achieved there will be a prompt return to normality, but with a system that works in everyone’s interest. Hitherto, the money markets were monopolized by the few and used to keep the people in debt, and that will all change.

We are paying great attention to the Middle East which is a model for what might happen to other countries. It has been a hotbed of confrontation for hundreds of years, and sought after for its wealth. Many countries have histories of being occupied by foreign troops, and once we can come into the open we shall assist in returning them to their native population. People must be freed of oppression and allowed to express themselves without interference, even if their ways appear alien to how others live. Respecting such sovereignty has been sadly lacking but as soon as it is accepted that You Are All One, things will be seen from a higher perspective. In previous lives your placement in different cultures and countries has been made for your advancement through selected experiences. It is therefore important that you are given absolute freedom to follow your desires. That is of course providing you do not hurt or interfere with another person in the process.

Life may seem very chaotic, but it provides what you attract to yourselves which is necessary for your advancement. The challenges often come thick and fast and if you successfully overcome them, life eventually evens out and settles down. This is more likely to happen when you enter the last stages of your life. However, you do not all undertake the same degree of testing, but whatever you do it will be within your capability to be successful. Sometimes you will get lucky but all experiences are intentional and karma can be viewed as either negative or positive. There is a misconception sometimes that it is a form of punishment, and that is far from the truth. You elect to have certain experiences that enable you to overcome your weaknesses. It is quite amazing to consider that so many people are involved in each of your lives, yet they intertwine and cross paths as planned. You all learn from each other, and none more so than the dark Ones.

Those of you who feel settled in your lives are most likely far along the path to Ascension. To all intent and purposes your life plan has been completed, and you will spend the last period tidying up and concentrating on your goal. You have the ability to help others along, and in the midst of turmoil can be a steadying influence. Certainly in some areas where they catch the main thrust of Mother Earth’s changes, we are allowed to lessen any affects. This will apply more so when we have made contact with you, and we can work together. There will be much earth surface work to do, and this is where you can be of great help. The seas and skies are more our domain, and in fact we already do quite a lot of cleaning up.

We note that already there is much more compassion being shown to your animal world, and there are some wonderful groups doing excellent work. Animals will often move out of danger areas well before they are threatened, so Man is well advised to observe unusual movement patterns. You may be surprised to learn that animals are moved around between planets, and also kept on board our Mothercraft where we have created ideal conditions for them. Such craft are so large that they are in fact the cities of the skies, and you would hardly realize that you were on one. They are so complete and with technologies that supply all of our needs, so that we can travel for several years and be self-supporting.

If you are ambitious to be a Space Traveler, you will be able to do so once you have reached a certain spiritual level such as the state of Ascension. In a short time your consciousness is going to grow quite rapidly, and it will be due to the uplifting energies reaching your Planet. Make friends with your ego and you will find life becoming easier, and you will become more in harmony with all other life. Ego tends to boss you around, and keep you to the old paradigm that will have no place in the future. You can change your approach to life if you wish, by doing your best as you would imagine an Ascended Being to be. Set your sights high and do not worry if at first you seem unsuccessful. With a strong intent to do well you will be helped, and by that same intent attract it to you.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius and tell you that we monitor all of your news, and we are well aware from one minute to the next as to what is going on. Better still we also know what is in the minds of the dark Ones, and they cannot fool us as hard as they try. As we have now told you on several occasions their time is up, and they will have less and less affect on us. Even now their activities are being curtailed and we do that with full authority. We have the greatest authority one could work with, and that is your assurance of success. The Divine Plan is the key to it, and has mapped out your whole journey.

In Part 1 we discussed the void, the dark, the shadow and evil. In Part 2 we would like to discuss the dimensions and how they relate to the ascension process, transmuting the lower chakras, other galactic societies and enlightenment. The dimensions are planes of existence that vibrate at progressively higher frequencies. There is much New Age material on this subject so we don't need to go into it any further. We are intending to fill in the gaps here and this is not Malika's specialty. One shifts from one dimension to another via a spiral ladder or elevator if one is being assisted. As your Earth, animals and humanity raise their vibrations enough to permanently collectively reside on a higher plane of consciousness, the Lords of Creation that oversee the vibratory shifts in consciousness for each society will initiate the lifting up of the levels of consciousness into the next higher plane of existence. Generally speaking, one can individually ascend into as high a vibration as they want. Conversely, if a society drops in vibration for whatever reasons, the Lords of Creation or gatekeepers of the dimensions will shift the society into a lower plane of existence that is suitable for the consciousness that it is currently residing in.

The chakra system is the internal mechanism that not only regulates the functioning of the body, but also provides the internal 'elevator' for shifting one's consciousness into the different dimensional frequencies and their characteristics. This can be done separate from the collective plane of consciousness the society is currently residing on. A person can shift their consciousness all day long up and down their internal spiral of chakras, both physical and etheric, regardless of where anyone else is at. This accounts for your saints on Earth and the myriad states of consciousness spread throughout humanity at this time. When a permanent state of consciousness has been reached in critical mass in a society or on a planet and the collective will is to ascend into the higher dimensions, then the Lord's of Creation will accommodate that shift.

The Lords of Creation set up the structure of the cosmos in subgroups, such as your universes and galaxies, in order to ascertain a manner of overseeing their evolution and functioning, and to give groups of souls a certain degree of sovereignty in their enlightenment process. Frequency boundaries exist between the different bodies of universes and galaxies not only based on consciousness but also the quantum physics of their constitution. The entire cosmos itself exists in a collective level of consciousness that again is based on the critical mass consciousness of all the universes and galaxies, built upon the chakra system that is the foundation of all existence.

So, in order for Earth's inhabitants to continue to ascend into the higher dimensions collectively and therefore enjoy the peace and prosperity inherent in the higher planes, it is essential that humanity as a collective finish the job of transmuting their lower chakras. This can be done in either one of two ways. The collective can wait until critical mass has been reached to shift into the 5th and higher dimensions, or it can speed up the process with outside intervention, such as with the divine dispensation of the landings of the Galactic Federation of Light.

It is not widely understood, as Malika has discovered this for herself, that all beings throughout the cosmos including indeed Mother/Father Source itself, internally possess the entire chakra system, regardless of what dimension they may reside on. All of existence, in fact, is built on the chakra system. In the same way that beings who reside in the lower planes of existence still possess all of their etheric chakras, so too do those who reside on the higher planes of existence such as members of the Galactic Federation of Light, possess all of the lower chakras in their energy fields. No one is exempt from transmuting their lower chakras for the critical mass consciousness in the cosmos to reach a point of cosmically shifting into the next dimension. What needs to be clarified is that not all civilizations throughout the cosmos have an internal chakra system that completely mirrors the cosmic divine blueprint. Chakra systems in physicality that are less developed than the divine blueprint limit each individual's capacity to raise the cosmic consciousness. The reason why Earth is given so much attention at this time is because its chakra system, unique to humanity, was designed, through natural evolution of consciousness, in closest resemblance to the divine blueprint of the cosmic chakra system in the cosmos. Your DNA, the building codes of your chakra system, resembles closely enough the divine blueprint of Mother/Father Source's evolutionary spiral to enable humanity to be the forebearers of the New Cosmic Cycle.

We would like to have discourse on the quality of mercy. What does this quality of mercy encompass? Mercy is the ability to love another and forgive them even though they have hurt you in some way that you find hard to forgive. When the One who has wronged you shows contrition and does everything they can to make restitution for the hurt they caused you, extending kindness to them despite the hurt embodies the quality of mercy. Along with this, the quality of compassion - that softness, that tenderness of the heart also comes into effect, for mercy and compassion go hand in hand.

Mercy allows the energy of Love to flow freely and gracefully again and establishes a pathway to healing, of the people and the situation. Mercy is an attribute of a higher Love, a Divine Love, that comes straight from Source, our Creator. Mercy affords dignity and respect for all souls involved in an unhappy or unpleasant situation and can turn the situation around for the better when it is present within the intent and attitude of the one who was injured. Mercy comes from a place of response rather than reaction and for this, self discipline and restraint are needed and wisdom from a higher perspective is employed.

This quality of Love overlooks the transgressions of another and sees only that which is good within that person, with the understanding that we all make mistakes as we grow, learn and evolve into higher understanding. Within the heart is great energy to effect powerful change and growth and the quality of mercy allows this great power to flow with greater ease and grace and makes it easier to be more accepting of each other. Often, the practice of putting oneself in the shoes of the other helps to generate this feeling of mercy and compassion and teaches us that we all come from the same Source and are deserving of another chance, another renewal of faith and Love.

Love is the most powerful force in all the Universes and when this power is employed with these qualities of mercy and compassion, many wonderful transformations can take place within people and situations that are in need of it. In order to feel and evoke these two qualities, a person must connect within their heart space and feel empathy towards another. Often, the recipient of mercy and compassion is transformed and shifted into a higher Love, feeling gratitude for being given another chance to make things right and for restoring Divine order in their daily life.

Those who employ the quality of mercy towards themselves and others can be said to be more highly evolved in their spiritual progress than those who react from a place of anger and the need for revenge. It takes a mastery of emotions to employ mercy in hurtful situations and requires coming from a place of stillness within. The practice of inner stillness or meditation is a very helpful tool and practice for keeping one’s equilibrium in such challenging situations. Remember, we are all in this together, Dear Ones, so be merciful in your interactions with one another in these changing times.

All of you are masters. All of you hear within yourself the Voice of the Master, the master who is you. The Voice of the Master speaks from love. The Voice of the Master speaks from the place of all possibility. The Voice of the Master speaks from beyond time. The Voice of the Master speaks with compassion. The Voice of the Master speaks with authority. The Voice of the Master knows confidence; knows the faith that is needed in any situation.

The Prince desired that the world see Cinderella as he indeed saw her. We can say that the Prince saw through the ashes. He saw that they were merely ashes. They signified ashes and had no greater meaning. The Prince saw through the surface level of life. The Prince, raised as he was, did not know his True Being yet, and yet he saw Cinderella’s True Being.

Cinderella did not yet know the full truth of herself, and yet she knew she was more than an ash girl. She was called Cinderella. She answered to it, and yet she was higher than the wicked stepmother and her two vain daughters who called her that. She seemed like a scullery maid, and yet she was a princess.

Could not a wicked stepmother have been other than she appeared to be as well? This one was indeed wicked. The story does not tell us what made her so. Was she once an innocent girl? What made her so haughty? What insecurity made her so haughty? I make no excuses for her selfishness, for she did not have to be like that. Nevertheless, there was hidden within her, a pearl of grace that she had buried. Of course, she did not see herself as wicked. She saw herself as defending her position. She wanted her daughters to marry the Prince. Her motive wasn’t so bad except that she went at things in a narrow way. Anyway, was her main motivation that one of her daughters become the bride of a Prince, or was she trying to fulfill her own desire to be a royal mother and mother-in-law?

And the wicked daughters, was it really their desire to be a Princess? Certainly, they hadn’t really thought what it means to be a princess. They had not thought beyond the wedding. They had not thought of what it truly means to be a princess. And they had not thought as far as how the one who would be princess might separate herself from her sister and how the one who would become a mere maid-in-waiting would react? That’s another story. And, all the while, were they good daughters who wished to please their mother? They even did bodily harm to themselves in order to fulfill their mother’s dream. The mother wanted everything that the world can give.

We understand that the Fairy Godmother waved her wand, and yet where did the Fairy Godmother really come from? Did she really just appear from somewhere as a rewarder, or was she always there within Cinderella and the Prince and not there within the wicked Stepmother and her daughters or so submerged within them that the Fairy Godmother couldn’t come to the surface? Who is the Fairy Godmother really, where does she come from, and what makes her appear when she does? The child in you knows all the answers.
