awakening. As you move into the vibrational patterns of the higher fourth and lower fifth dimensions, your cells, etheric
body and auric field will begin an accelerated purification process. This process will facilitate and ultimately result

SaLuSa: Ascension will change your life
to one that is most rewarding

More of you are beginning to believe that the changes
are becoming significant, and the details are there for those who are prepared to search for them. After several disappointments
a stage has now been reached where events have moved on, to a point where the dark Ones cannot stop or reverse what is happening.
Their days are numbered and they face the embarrassment of losing their position and wealth. Often both have been gained through
bribery and corruption, and for them the unspeakable is happening. Not only are they being forced to give up their position
but to lose their ill gotten gains. Justice will be meted out according to their crimes, and a valuable lesson will have been
learnt. They are treated no less or differently to any other soul, and will make good the damage they done.
Not a single thing is missed when you review each
lifetime, and not a single thing can be hidden. Everything will be seen and understood exactly for the reasons it occurred,
and if necessary for clarity you will re-live aspects once again. That extends to everyone you have involved in your life,
and naturally when the time arrives they will also experience a similar recall. If you have guilty secrets now you are best
advised to forgive yourself, as no one else can do that for you. That way you will avoid self punishment which is unnecessary,
as each experience is considered as bringing a lesson for you. Get on with your life and make sure you do not repeat the same
mistakes again, as you can be sure you will be tested again. Karma can be cleared within the same life that it took place,
although most is normally carried forward and comes about in a future lifetime.
We have previously mentioned that there is a Law of Grace that can be used
to release you from Karma, and it will come into being more so as you approach the end time. In fact out of all your lives
your present one will see more instant Karma, as you will not carry it forward with you to Ascension. So Dear Ones, pay heed
to your experiences and if they are for your evolution learn what they have to tell you. Some Lightworkers have already gone
beyond the point where their lives have any more lessons for them. They already have two feet on the Ascension time line,
and have raised their consciousness levels and cut their links to the lower vibrations. You will instinctively know what they
are, and can ask for help if you have any difficulty in clearing them. You often argue with yourself against giving up something
you enjoy, even if it is harmful to your physical being and spiritually unacceptable. Addictions can be hard to control, but
when you have a firm intent to overcome them you will succeed.
It is not only a bad diet that is damaging to your
body but also abuse resulting from bad habits, and the negative energies created by bad language and music that is discordant.
The disturbances they cause can open you up to illness both physical and mental if you persist. Your body has remarkable healing
powers that take over once you choose a different pathway in life. Ascension is getting so close and it is wise to assess
exactly what you want, and how you are going to achieve it. It is your choice, so decide what you wish to do and work towards
it.
Sound has an important place in your
lives, and you are surrounded by such a cacophony of different ones and some are beyond your sense of hearing. Therefore
your choice of music has a great bearing on how you feel. Pure sounds as you might imagine are very beneficial, and carry
healing qualities which is why they are used for therapeutic reasons. Your main chakras are a series of energy centers from
your Root Chakra up to your Crown Chakra, and according to their condition you will enjoy a health or illness. Sound can bring
them into balance or distort them along with the glands behind them, which is detrimental to your health and well-being. Sound can destroy or even kill, it is that powerful and sometimes used as
a weapon in war.
In the higher dimensions discordant sounds do not
exist, and you are surrounded by energies that are balanced and beautiful. They uplift your finer body and the soul, and it
can be described as a sensual experience. Ask anyone who has been into the astral realms known as the Summerland what it is
like, and they will inevitably tell you that you are surrounded by an energy that is peaceful and of love. Yet that is what
you call the 4th. density, and when you ascend you are going even higher to the 5th. density. Can you therefore get a feel
of what that must be like, and is it no wonder that souls are reluctant to leave such levels. You cope with the lower vibrations
of Earth because you have got used to them, but by contrast to the higher ones they are heavy and difficult to control. However,
you have become the masters at working in them, and everyone of you are to be highly commended.
Not all of us in the Galactic Federation have passed
through the human experience. We are therefore extremely interested in you and how you handle yourselves. The fact that you
are given help, does not take away your fantastic achievement in overcoming the pull of the lower energies. You are powerful
Beings proving just how clever you are at dealing with the dark Ones. One day in the future even they will marvel at your
amazing powers to overcome whatever they have thrown at you. Your collective experiences will be kept in the Hall
of Records for all to see and learn from them.
Ascension will not only be a welcome break from the
challenges of duality, but a change of life to one that is most rewarding and joyful. It will be something you will take to
quite naturally, as it is what you were used to before you left the higher realms. The illusion that you lived on Earth will
have passed by, but not without having expanded your levels of consciousness. All experiences will have contributed to your
overall understanding of the lower vibrations. That does not mean that you need to be fully conscious of them, but only the
lessons learnt.

The Week Ahead: Starting to Rock 5D

This week brings opportunities to feel the new matrix,
the new field, of stellar assistance that is here to accompany Earth as we rock in 5th dimension. As an explorer ship gallivanting
the universe in the form of a planetary body Earth has entered her next frontier of reality and is being received with excitement,
delight, and curiosity. Many ambassadors of other worlds await our awakening so that an interaction of Greater Remembrance
may take place. Often I speak of Oneness and enough humans have now embodied the truth of the concept that we can expand our
collective consciousness to include universal aspects that up-until-now we did not have the ability to recognize.
As we each awaken and shimmer in 5D Light we will
recall more intensely "being All within One." Beginning this month a new sense of trust and acceptance is going to wash over
the enlightened collective of Earth. No longer will we be spellbound by the ignorance of our third dimension illusion. For
those ready there will be a rejoining with the greater population of universal beings who live and know cosmic levels of Love and
Light therefore we can enter a field of Refined spirituality. For many of us a renaissance of Soul Fire is happening.
This latest positioning of Earth, along with the
energetic tune-ups she is receiving, is sending wave upon wave of liberation that will allow the Open Ones to express an unprecedented
level of their Highest and Best potential. Not only will the physical body be rapidly assuming its original template form
and design, the mind will be finishing up the cleansing of perceptions and beliefs that have sabotaged our authentic agenda
of Wholeness.
So what might all of that suggest as we look at our
week ahead? For the most part it will feel creatively high yet physically low. By that I mean our mental, imaginative, creative
centers will be reeling with ideas on how to reach long-sought goals. Harness the power of positive thinking on maximum levels
of astuteness, imagination and sensitivity. Know multiple solutions to problems you have been pondering about will simply
come forward. Because we released the "we can't" aspect of awakening in February (the 14th and 15th) we are giving ourselves
permission to be supported by the incoming March crystalline stellar intelligent energies.
The physical lows will develop individually based
upon the needs of each unique, organic, biological field. Some bodies are still letting go of older, denser energies in order
to make space for the quantum crystalline configurations that are beginning to spin and activate within the fluid centers
of the physical. The "light body" process has begun so the body may signal being "tired and worn down." (**remember Feb. 5,
6, and 7 we experienced a further illumination of the physical body. Your etheric grids are now more controlled by the
Light body.) Please continue to be wise and get plenty of rest for it is certainly necessary. Be intuitive and follow the
guidance you get when asking what you can do to comfort the physical this week.
Like me, you may feel "foggy" in the head during
the week and also very tired to the point of exhaustion as this greater plan molds a crystalline form out of carbon-based
matter. We are eliminating and removing the components in our bodies that do not fit with the blueprint of the Awakening Times.
A renovation and renewal is taking place physically from the inside-out. Be mindful that the body needs you to assist it in
these processes. Honor your body and it needs.
So then, expect some nice highs while still having
to be patient with your vessel as it is recalibrated to better run Ascension ideas, thoughts, and inspirations. Much will
be occurring in the month of March, become conscious of the "integration allowances" you need to schedule to remain connected
to the vitality of your life force as you set up your daily calendars.
It is the wise person this week that chooses to cooperate
with the essential nature of change and to know oneself --

As a living being with a divine nature, I was created
from the infinite and eternal life of God. As I reflect on the magnificence of creation, I feel a sense of wonder. I realize
I am a divine spiritual being, endowed with all the attributes of Spirit. This Truth is wondrous. I am alive with God's Presence.
I am saturated with Divinity. I am love. I am light. I am joy.
I know I am in this life to express and share my
truest nature, so I dedicate each day to giving my divine greatness to Life. As such,I prepare myself accordingly each morning.
I align with the vision of God potential I witness in the world. I absorb beauty, I cultivate patterns of peace and harmony
for I understand to "be" these things I must not leave them out of my daily comings and goings. I rejoice in the wonder of
my being and let it fill my consciousness. I am training my mind to always correspond my internal knowings and nature with

I am the minstrel of Spirit, here on purpose. Stretching

Walking in Heaven

You are on the cusp of the opening
of Heaven. Heaven is bursting open like a flower. This is inevitable. Heaven beckons you. Heaven says it lives on Earth,
that it is not set apart, any more than you and I are set apart. Heaven is an image of Oneness, well-nourished, well-supported,
well-lived, eternally forged in the blazing Truth of Love. Truth resides in Heaven, and you are the essence of Truth. In an
imagined interim, you have forgotten you are. Your eyes have not yet accustomed themselves to the Light, as if Earth did not
bloom in the full rays of the Sun.
You are living in an oasis, and
yet you have seen a background of a desert or the frozen Arctic. You got too far away from yourself. Paradise is yours. All
your dreams are based on Truth. All My dreams are coming true. You are one of My dreams. My dreams manifest, and so will yours.
If We are One and the Same, that means we are One
constituted thought. We are made of Oneness. The son is not far from the Father. You are as close to Me as close can be. We
are the Closeness of Love. If you are where I am, and I assure you that you are with Me, then what is Earth but a mirage?
Heaven is real. Earth is not. Earth is a shaky perception. Your vision has been blurred. Your eyes have separated certain
elements and made a design that obscures, for a moment, the Heavenliness of Earth.
You have burst forth onto the stage of life on Earth
yelling "Uncle." You have conceded. You may have given your birthright away. Your birthright is love and happiness. They go
together, just as you and I go together. There are no solos. There is Oneness, and Oneness is Supreme.
Put on My glasses, and see what I see. It is more
than comfort you are seeking. You are seeking Reality. You are in the midst of love, and you see it not. Earth waits peacefully
for you to recognize it for what it is. Earth has been given bad press. Earth has needed to be preceded with good press. I
think you will uplift the world. I think you will validate Earth. You will bang the drums and the cymbals. You will, in word
and deed, proclaim Heaven on Earth. You will step out of time and find Earth solidly in Heaven where love reigns. You have
imagined otherwise.
Vestiges of old perception are disappearing, never
to be seen again. Unless you love the old ways, why keep them? You are now bursting forth from an old cocoon filled with imagined
dangers. You have believed in danger. That is old thinking. You may think I don't realize what I am saying because you have
a bag of proof that danger exists. You have believed in danger more than you have believed in anything else. Therefore, you
have put away the Truth of walking in Heaven and accepted a world fraught with danger. You have headlined the impermanent
and called it Life. You have let potholes obscure the road.
Nothing has to appear to you as it has in the past.
Of course, you can see differently. Certainly, you can prove other than what you have proved to be true in the past. You can
forswear past thought and enter a New World made of your new thoughts. You can reframe yourself. You can reframe the world.
You can get out of the past. You can enter Truth. You can enter My thought.

Higher Perspective on Fallen Financial Leadersby Jelaila Starr

When thinking about a topic for this week, the same
thought kept popping into my mind (my guides tell suggestion for this message). It was about the increasing number of
people in the financial world who are resigning or being arrested. That "suggestion" came as I was reading yet another
article detailing the arrest of a top level bank executive. I noticed how angry and judgmental I felt when reading how
this person had lined his pockets with stolen tax dollars. I found myself feeling happy and pleased that they were now
going to pay for what they have done.
My guides then sent another message, "How we respond
when all that is hidden is revealed determines the future we create." Wow! I realized I needed an attitude adjustment
and fast!
A system, of any kind, is a physical manifestation
and thus, reflection of those that create it. At the heart of a system are the thoughts and beliefs. We create
out of our beliefs. The guides were reminding me that the energetic seeds of the new systems; not just the new financial
system will form from the collective responses we have towards the old systems. In other words, if we respond to the demise
of the old systems and their leaders with angry, judgmental thoughts and behavior, those same thoughts will be part of the
new systems. New system but same old problems. Does that make sense?
The solution is this. Respond in the normal
way with anger and judgment. Go ahead and feel those feelings, but don't stay there. Once you have gotten it out of
your system, move on and transmute those feelings into compassion. We can do this by remembering that all the fallen
financial leaders are souls who agreed to play the roles they have played at this time. They are part of this grand
game of soul evolution and our collective ascension. Remember, someone has to play the dark role in order to help us
see how and where we have given our power away...and why. Someone has to continue to play that role until we wise up
and reclaim our power. And that same someone will suffer as the role comes to an end. Do we kick them as they
fall or do we say, "Thank you. I can now see how and why I ga ve my power away and I appreciate the role that you have
played to help me see that. I release you with gratitude."

and then on to compassion, we sow the seeds of empowerment and fairness in the new systems we are creating. If you'd

The Energies of March 2012

February brought a lot of stirring of issues
(drama, anyone?) and March won’t necessarily feel settled, but it should feel more stable, positive and definitely different,
because change is anchoring both personally and collectively. As a Lightworker you are exemplifying a new way of Being,
and that entails a new vibratory Beingness. The changes require a mental readjustment into the Truth of unity consciousness
that overrides the authority and habits of out-of-balance ego. Your internal strength is the foundation that the new
world is built upon as the singular human that you are becomes a valuable creative force of Love united with All Life.
In March, as you focus your mental state toward
Love, you will find creative support flowing plentifully. So often we associate creativity with creating some-thing.
Creativity is creating Life, and Life is everything from the spark of a smile to the release of a tear; both reflect Light
beautifully. As you experience the sacred in each moment of creation, that foundation of Love fosters more growth in
the resonance of Love. It’s a like cell in your body that is created in an environment of full nutrition (emotional/mental
is what informs your chemical environment in the physical). That cell is vibrant and supremely capable of working with
the system of your body to continue great health.
Major themes
for March - mental focus (yes, again) for manifestation and self-nurturance. The second chakra aligned with heart balance
is emerging in March. We are continuing to balance the Divine masculine and feminine within so that our two creative
forces are in equilibrium and creation is formed in the grace of equality. The March equinox portends this. Ascension
requires this balance. The balance is different for each person, thus the importance of discernment and autonomy.
The Astrology
Mars is retrograde in Virgo (1/24 - 4/14)
and Saturn is retrograde in Libra (2/7 - 6/25). These are two intense planets of change. Mars retrograde in Virgo
energy is a good time to review changes needed in our health and environment, though you may feel challenged with implementing
action. The retrograde movement may highlight areas requiring more attention to how we are supporting ourselves mentally
and physically. Saturn retrograde in Libra is showing us the injustices in the world around us and teaching us to balance
the ‘injustices’ within. Victimhood, judgment and denial are being squeezed out, pushing us to more empowerment
with our energetic balance. Integrating the judgments that separate is imperative. The high road has been feeling
like a cliff lately and that leap of faith into Love is calling.
Mercury goes retrograde in Aries and Pisces
(3/12 – 4/4) offering us a review of Self and All. This is a perfect time to fine tune your communication with
yourself, which is where communication with the Whole begins. As you become completely honest with yourself (our sweet,
sweet ego keeps us ‘protected’ from hard truths about ourselves) your communication with others changes.
You observe imbalance with less judgment and reaction because you have forgiven and released your own fears and self-judgments.
When there is nothing left to trigger within, the outer becomes a peaceful experience, no matter what is ocurring. The
drama of others does not become your own. The Pisces influence on a retrograde Mercury will help us connect deeply and
get still enough (not necessarily an Aries strength!) to hear the whisper of Truth and inner/interconnection.
The
full moon in Virgo on 3/8 reflects our ability to engage with detailed and conceptual reality. It’s important
to notice the forest and the trees! As we become multidimensional beings, our mental focus is amped up to a high level
of movement that numbness and denial do not support. Being neutral and astute to the Whole Truth is heart/mind integration
in action. This Pisces sun and Virgo moon alignment is a great opportunity for that balance.
On
3/22 the new moon in Aries (at 2 degrees 22') heralds spring in the northern hemisphere and autumn in the southern hemisphere.
As day and night meet in equilibrium for a moment, they continue their ascent/descent; ever balanced over the cycles of time.
Aries initiates change so this new moon is our leaf bursting forth to begin new life (north) or providing sustenance to continue
life (south). We return to the theme of March, balance for full creative flow.
In Summary
We had some bumps in February that should
be smoother in March, but don’t expect 2012 to calm to a stillpoint. You can though! March (and Saturn in
Libra) supports more mental balance rather than polarity, which means a leading heart - not a bleeding heart or a closed heart.
The pace seems to speed as you align with Love because the natural momentum of form is free to bond strongly in a neutral
environment. You are that neutral environment. Balancing your Divine masculine/feminine polarity is important.
In June, Venus transits the sun just after an eclipse cycle. This will be an important turning point and you are preparing
now. Stand strong in your power (LOVE!) and Know that All is Well.
