The stage has been set inasmuch that you are being lifted up into the levels of the higher vibrations. We will not allow progress to be prevented by the presence of the dark Ones, who still believe that they can inherit the Earth through huge advances in their technology. There are even greater powers at work that will ensure the Light always reigns supreme. The plan was laid down a very long time ago, and it is now time to advance it so that Man can step fully upon the path that leads to fulfilment. So you can disregard any signs to the contrary, and know that the new Earth is emerging. With it will come all manner of Galactic changes that shall carry you forward into the Golden Age you have been promised. You have long awaited this time and you have been chosen to be the forerunners of the New Age. Deep down you know it to be true and as the vibrations continue to lift, so your levels of consciousness will also expand. A particle of God exists in all living matter, and as such you will always inexplicably be part of God. Nothing that exists can avoid being ultimately returned to the Godhead, because you Are All One.

Proceed with your own development knowing that your journey is nearly at an end. If you did but know it you have had an exciting journey, with all the ups and downs that come with life in the 3rd. dimension. You started out as a higher Being seeking more experience, and have touched the depths of a material existence. You are now well advanced on your journey back into the Light as you leave the lower vibrations behind. The higher dimensions beckon and you approach them as a far greater Being of Light than when you first started out. You have evolved at a rapid rate that ensures you are ready to commence the next stage in your evolution fully prepared. When your journey commenced eons of time ago, you knew it would be long and arduous yet were ready for whatever experience you needed. In the near future you will regain full consciousness and fully understand the necessity for your various experiences. Once more you will be whole to never again need such demanding experiences.

From here on you can look forward to an ever expanding level of consciousness, as you enjoy a sudden change that will thrust you forward into a higher level of being. So be patient and know that all proceeds well and according to plan. Even those souls who appear to lag behind are simply completing their experiences at whatever level is necessary for them to evolve. You would not be here at this time unless you were capable of handling the demands that it imposes. You are all brave and wonderful souls who have sacrificed much to be here, and you will reap the benefits very soon. The hard work is all but over so do not despair at what goes on around you. It is time to focus on your own needs, and ensure you are ready for the final days of the old energies and all that it embraces. The new energies are emerging and if yours are similar you will attract them and continue to rise up.

We have as you might say, “our finger upon the pulse of the Earth” and we assist Mother Earth as she too makes her preparations to ascend. The changes necessary are in hand, and we have assisted her in making them with the minimum of problems to the life forms upon Earth. The more you can work in harmony with the Earth, the easier the transition will be for all life forms. The more extreme damage has been prevented which could have had the most serious consequences, even to the extent of destroying the Earth. However, that period has long passed but was nevertheless in the time period of many who are still alive today. Following edicts that come from the Spiritual Hierarchy over eons of time, we have directed and assisted you so that you have followed a less damaging path. Although there is still disharmony upon Earth that seems to dominate your news, the fact remains that the vibrations are lifting and you have passed the danger period. Bear in mind that you are all here to witness the end times of the last Age. Peace such as you understand it will suddenly descend upon Earth sooner than you might expect.

Over your many lives you have acquired much knowledge and your experience will help you to serve others. In reality life is about helping your fellow Man to evolve, and the Wayshowers will always lead the way. They mainly work beyond your sight and are involved in issues that are of Galactic proportions. One day you too will take on similar responsibilities but that is of course well into your future. Life on Earth resembles very little of how it will be in the higher vibrations, indeed very little at all. However, it is the lessons learnt that will hold you in good stead and able to be mentors to those who follow on. There are of course other quite different life forms to yours, yet the underlying goal is evolution that returns you to the Light. It is from whence you came and you will always feel a connection with it, and an urge to return to it. There is so much that you have been cut off from to ensure your experiences upon Earth are in accordance with your needs.

Without merging into the lower vibrations you would not have had such wonderful experiences, and that includes all of them as those you term negative are also vital to your understanding. So do judge those still embroiled in them as all experience is of immense value, and all souls go through many periods of trial and error. The whole experience makes you ready to carry others forward and you will do it as a denizen of the Light. Do not worry about what lies ahead, as there will always be others to take your hand and guide you.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, a star that is teeming with life that is sending its Light far and wide to lift those souls it is of benefit. Quite soon you will be able to join us and then your life will be one great adventure as you travel the Universe. You will be guided by the Higher Beings who know the needs of those you serve, and life will be exciting and rewarding. God said:

In the world, sometimes when love is proclaimed, it may lose its sparkle. You have longed for the moment of betrothal, and, then, when the moment comes, when your love is proclaimed, a wedding date set, details to take care of, a little of the tinsel of romance may become ordinary. No longer do you feel like you are dancing on the stars. No, you are relegated to ordinariness. You are just an engaged couple now and rather fair game to the crowd. When you wed, rice and flower petals may be thrown at you. You are relegated to Earth and perhaps a performance rather than spontaneity. You would rather dance on the stars than to comply to what is expected of you. It was one thing to smile for joy with the love that welled up in you, and another to smile on occasions that call for it. Instead of spontaneity, you may feel ordered by a movie director, for now you come on stage on cue.

You may love your affianced deeply and truly, yet you feel a certain veneer and stiffness of performance as the world watches on the sidelines. You may want to dance a dance you prefer, but feel obliged to dance a dance that is called appropriate. You may feel appropriated. Life in the world gives you certain steps to follow, and you follow. Here, you are smiling away, even when your feet hurt. Society certainly has its influence on you.

When you recognize your love for Me, may you be as you are and not feel restrained. Your devotion to Me is not mandated to be official, yet it is not for very long that you can stay private and quiet. Happiness is hard to contain. Loving Me is happiness, beloveds, even though you yourself are not quite clear on Who and What I AM, and, yet, you know you live with Me and cannot be apart. We cannot be apart.

Soon enough, I press My foot lightly on the hem of your gown. You stop and feel the strength of My love. You cannot elude My love any longer. My love is simply too much for you. You are swept into My Arms of Love, and there is nowhere else you can be. There is nowhere else you can be equal to My love. Once taken by My love, you rise to My love. There is no departure.

Oh, perhaps there is a scant thought of wanting to return to your carefree ordinary life where you flitted around here and there and acted out that you were happy. Until you came into My arms, you didn’t know the yield of happiness you could hold, and yet you may long to have that old smattering back just once more. It was familiar. Like a dress that was once your favorite of all, you would like to try it on again. If you could try it on, you would find out that it no longer fits, and it can no longer be made to fit. It will never fit you again.

It is not that the color of the dress has faded. No, it is you who has brightened. Once your eyes have alighted on the Face of God, where else can your eyes look from now on? What else can pull your attention? What else can sweep you off your feet? What other face might you ever want to read? What other eyes could you immerse yourself in?

On some matters, you have no choice. Once you have seen Me, once you have seen My adoration of you, once you have seen My eyes looking into yours, it is My eyes you seek forevermore.

Sananda: We Are Your Port in the Storm

The sun rises once again on our beloved Terra, and life goes on. Even after the storm, life goes on. Even when your heart is broken, your nerves are frayed, your life seems to be in a shambles and nothing comes easily, life begins again with each new day. This is one of God's greatest blessings to humankind. The rain washes away old stains, the wind caresses your face with Love, the sun nourishes your body with its benevolent rays, and we send our unending Love, acceptance and compassion to lift your spirits. We see the ebb and flow of your lives as part of the great synchronization of beating hearts, ocean tides, cycles of the moon, and the powerful heartbeat of Terra herself.

Do not be overwhelmed by the experience of one bad day, or a year of troubles, or even a lifetime of painful events. It is a part of the ebb and flow of your own soul purpose, the interaction with other souls on their Earthly paths, and the Ascension of Terra herself. These things will become clearer to you each day, as you open your hearts and minds to the great flow of intense energy emanating from the Great Central Sun, the Source of all life.

These increasingly powerful energies are bringing the electromagnetic jolt which will recharge your batteries, so to speak, and clear away the old, insufficient inner pathways which have kept you "in the dark." Your new DNA codings will expand your awareness, your ability to see beyond what your five senses offer you, and will require a complete shift from the belief and feeling patterns that were ingrained in your former 3-Dimensional system.

The expansion you are experiencing now cannot be accomplished without "pulling the plug" on the old settings. This creates a moment or a day when you may feel completely unhinged, at sea, without an anchor. Even for those who are used to an open and accepting attitude toward life's mysteries, this can be unsettling. The feelings combine emotional and physical elements, making it even more unfamiliar to those who are used to a gentle equilibrium based in good health and a cheerful outlook. By this, I mean the combination of unfamiliar physical sensations and emotions you may have thought you left behind long ago. Your body is clearing itself of the residue of pain memories of old emotional and physical injuries, and with it you will clear away the emotions themselves.

This process I am describing is hard work. Do not expect to accomplish this profound shift in your embodied Self without ruffling your feathers. You may find yourself at odds with those you love most, or angry at the world, or doubting your connection with God. You may find yourself in tears one moment, laughing the next, or you may feel an old but familiar anger suddenly flash to the surface without warning. Once that is released, you will feel the sadness behind it. Allow all the feelings to wash over and through you, and let the sadness flow out and away, carried away in the tears, to be absorbed by Mother Earth in her infinite Love for you. Plant your feet firmly on the Earth, open your crown chakra to the Heavens, and let us pour the energy of pure Love down through you, as you surround yourself with your golden Pillar of Light.

Let the loving energy we send you, which we adapt to you in your present state, mingle with the powerful energies of Prime Creator, lift you gently into alignment with your glorious destiny as the Creator Race, the ones who were created in the image of our beloved Creator. It is your time to evolve and to ascend. Know that this cannot be done without massive changes, to yourselves, your feelings, your physical bodies, your social structures and your means of governance (which were all adapted to earlier needs). You are now in the midst of this great change. This is one of the reasons why we have asked to send you messages every day, so that you will feel our presence among you and know you are not alone. We are aware of the challenge this shift has created for you, and even though the end result will be magnificent compared to what you have experienced in the past, for now you have only the knowledge of where you are at the moment.

We know it helps to be aware and knowledgeable about what is happening to you, and so we are offering you as much information as possible in synchrony with the events around you, to show you we are with you, step by step, heart to heart, moving forward together. This Great Plan was of our own making, you and I. We challenged ourselves, by agreeing to come here behind the Veil of Forgetfulness, to measure ourselves against the dark ones and to transcend the vortex of dark energies within the Matrix which was of our own design. And now, here we are, unraveling the threads of the great tapestry which was the illusion. That illusion was made of the belief that darkness has power and substance; that evil is dangerous and to be feared, and that humankind is at the mercy of the dark ones.

Do you see now, Dear Ones, how clever and imaginative we have been in our creativity? The Great Plan was our challenge, our opportunity to experience separation, and our chance to elevate ourselves. It has been the impetus that propelled us forward, to return to the loving arms of our Masters, our Guides, and our Creator, and now we are here, on the doorstep to Higher Dimensions, ready to rise to greater heights of Love and Light together. Do not allow yourself to fall back into the dark thought programs which convinced you this is something that is being done to you without your permission, or that you are being buffeted about by some Fate you cannot control or comprehend.

There is meaning in every breath, every moment, every encounter. You have been here to learn and to teach, to experience all possible things, and to raise yourselves up. Do not allow anything to stand in your way. Reach deeply into your well of courage, compassion and empathy to calm your fears and strengthen your resolve, for you are truly the leaders of the expanding Multiverse. You are being taught now how to connect with your Higher Self, to feel your connection to God as you feel your own breathing, and to look beyond the moment into the eyes of Creator and see your own Divinity as we do.

You are loved beyond measure. Let us ease your way with our tender caresses. Breathe with us, let us hold you gently in our embrace and know that all is well. All is just as it should be. We are One.

Teacher Ophelius: “The message for today is about transcendence. What do I mean by this? In this example it is the totality of experiential wisdom measured by the quality and depth of the journey from imperfection to perfection. As you move through the ascension process from the animal nature on up through the higher levels of spirit attainment, there is a value in the height, width, and depth of your experiences -- a contrast from the unconscious life of survival on an evolutionary world, to the awakening into God knowing, to attaining the goal of eternal life and standing in finality before the God of all creation.

“Wherever you are in the journey, your experience represents a value to the Supreme Being. For all the children of time are the sensors -- the feelers of what can be experienced in the universes of time and space and they return to the Supreme those unique experiences that become a part of the Supreme.

“You therefore become the wisdom builders of the Supreme, and this my dear friends, is why you are so important and so loved. This is why the journey inward to perfection is so diverse, so brilliant, so sublime, and so astonishing -- to give you the most exhilarating and prolific experiences possible as you discover higher and higher truth, behold the greatest of beauty in the creation, and feel the infinite layers of love, joy, and goodness as you travel inward and become more God-like.

“The contrast and breadth of your experience is most important, for it serves the Supreme to know all that is knowable, for you are the parts that make up the whole. Is there value in living on a world isolated in rebellion -- dark, ignorant, confused, and struggling to know the Creator? Some would say this was a mistake, a miscalculation, a flaw in the divine plan, but I tell you it is not. You, my friends, the Agondontors -- those who believe without seeing -- will be the most sought after administrators in the universe.

“Those who have transcended the adversities of life on a world such as Urantia and have triumphed over the ignorance, the darkness, the selfishness, the materialism, the hate, the tyranny and self destruction, are the jewels of the universe, and your experiences are extremely valuable to the Creator. Never should you doubt your worth in this world, for God has great plans for you, my friends, in the ages to come.

The Beloved One: “Hesitate no longer, and start typing the words that appear on the screen of your mind in praise and thanks-giving to the Creator of all, who gave his fiat for evolutionary creation in times immemorial. Even, I add, the word ‘immemorial’ is beyond comprehension of the human mind. And so it is that each generation born on this tiny planet thinks to know better than the eternal Creator, without whose life-giving energy they would not even be alive to be able to think. This evolving human species thinks so very little about the purpose of life and how precious this life is. Certain factions still hold that strange idea in their minds that with money they can purchase world dominion and see all others as disposable slaves, forgetting that all life is priceless.

“Gracious goodness, when will everyone on this precious planet wake up? This world once hosted the Ruler of a mighty Universe for the purpose of showing its humans for all time how to live the Creator’s will, not only for this planet but for the edification of all the planets in the universe of His and Spirit’s creation. This universe is still evolving with a prospective plan for one million inhabited planets. Your planet is so highly honored because of Michael’s choice of fulfilling his mission here, but already then an inclination to indescribable evil was shown to this most wonderful benign Ruler by His being nailed to a cross – the plan of doing away with Him. However, according to His promise, He resurrected Himself to show all humans that life carries on into eternity.

“Humans have been given many gifts, among them the gift of free will to choose how they shall fill the days in their precious lives by making honest and right use of their free will. All humans are responsible for the way they live their precious life on earth with the potential choice to live forever, which is the greatest possible gift to aim for. The question now arises: ‘How will you begin to express all the gifts still dormant and waiting in you to be actualized on the next levels. And how will you manifest in this life the values and meanings to be used on the next level of your eternal existence?’

“Think about how each day presents a new opportunity to fill in the blanks. It would be ever so useful to spare some valuable thought about how to please the Creator of all and ask for his input and if there is anything you can please the Creator with. After all without His prerogatives you would not even be alive. Are you helping or hindering your own life’s progress? The eternal plan for this planet is to move towards Light and Life, so it will become a veritable little paradise on its own as a glorious destination for other children of God to visit. Think of how you can do your part to help make this come about during your short sojourn on Urantia, so you can look back in eternity on your earth-life and be extremely pleased that you used your precious life, and added in some small way to planet’s well-being.”

Listen to the Mystic Sound
Sit in padma asana or siddha asana. Practise yoni mudra by closing the ears with the thumbs. Hear the internal sound through the right ear. The sound which you will hear will make you deaf to all external sounds. Having overcome all obstacles you will enter the turiya state within fifteen days. In the beginning you may hear many loud sounds. Then try to hear more and more subtle sounds.
The mind having first concentrated itself on any one sound, fixes firmly to that and is absorbed in it. The mind becomes insensible to external impressions and becomes one with the sound. Being indifferent to all objects and having controlled the passions, you should, by continual practice, concentrate your mind upon the sound which destroys the mind.
Having abandoned all thoughts and being freed from all actions, you should always concentrate your whole attention on the sound and then the chitta (mind) becomes absorbed in it. Just as the bee, drinking the honey alone, does not care for the odour, so the chitta, which is always absorbed in sound does not long for sensual objects - it is bound by the sweet nada (sound) and has abandoned its flitting nature.
The serpent chitta, through listening to the nada, is entirely absorbed in it and, becoming unconscious of everything, concentrates itself on the sound. The sound serves the purpose of a sharp goad to control the maddened elephant chitta, which roves in the pleasure garden of the sensual objects.
The sound proceeding from the pranava (Om) is Brahman. It is of the nature of effulgence. It is the seat of Vishnu. The mind exists so long as there is sound but, with its cessation, there is that state termed turiya. Being freed from all states and all thoughts, you will remain like one dead. The body is like a log. It does not feel heat or cold, joy or sorrow.
When spiritual sight is fixed - without any object to be seen, when prana (life-force) becomes still - without any effort, when the chitta becomes firm - without any support, you become Brahman. When manas (mind) is destroyed, when virtues and sins are burned away, you shine as the effulgent, immaculate, eternal, stainless Brahman.
