Thought Controller: “You, my dear charge, have asked that I, your Thought Adjuster, may formally be known as your Thought Controller. This means in ‘heaven’s terms’ that you are willing to hand your free will over to me. Put in other words, this simply means that we have now become a more consciously cooperative union between God and mortal. Over the years you have learned that I am a Fragment of God, which nevertheless shares in all of God’s attributes.

“Therefore, any question you desire to ask of God will be answered by me. The thing you need to remember is that I am a living Spark from the Universal Creator, and therefore I am also able to anticipate your needs. All that is needed from you is an mind-set of gratitude, as this will access my guiding help with greater ease. Even the Father in heaven desires to be recognized by His mortal children, just like an earthly father loves to receive the recognition of his children.

“A simple thank-you acknowledgment is always noted and welcome when it comes from the heart, for the heart is a most useful and needed instrument as it fulfills different functions, mainly as the giver and receiver of life and love, which is why it is such a delicate instrument. As well, but no less important, it is the provider of unconditional forgiveness. On these character traits depends the entire human system’s equilibrium.

“In case love or forgiveness is withheld for whatever reason, the whole system suffers to some degree, be it intellectually, emotionally, physically, or spiritually. This is why it is extremely important for good thoughts to be entertained by the mortal inhabiting that precious physical creation from God – the human body – for it serves as the temple of the undying spirit-self, depending on that Spirit-self having a chance to evolve during the mortal’s life-time. There is much more, however, the main lesson for today is on the Power of Forgiveness.

“Anyone, desiring a healthy physical body ought to be educated about this all-important issue, which has all too often fallen by the wayside, so to say. Think about how you feel when someone harbors a grudge against you, or you are not happy with someone. The most healing thing to do is to get these hidden issues out into the open, and speak with the person concerned. Most important of all, send him or her loving vibrations by entertaining loving thoughts about them.

“Long-held grudges and resentment will sooner or later afflict the physical system when emotions have had their fill and can no longer take such real, although silent, abuse of negative thoughts. Therefore, for anyone desiring to clean the slate at any time of the day or night, forgiveness will be the key to a long and healthy life including that wonderful quality of unconditional love. The physical heart will thank the owner by performing at its fullest potential.

“The power of forgiveness is not to be underestimated. Instead, my counsel shall always be: Wipe clean the slate before going to sleep at night. This ranks among the highest of doing God’s will when coupled with loving intentions.”

God said:

If you do not hear Me speak to you, it doesn’t mean that I don’t speak to you. It takes no special qualification to hear Me. I am available to everyone. I have always been whispering to you. Perhaps you anticipate another Voice. Perhaps you just pass Me by the way you might pass by a friend you are looking for at the train station. Perhaps you expect your friend to look a certain way. Perhaps you do not recognize your friend’s voice.

Unqualifiedly, without exception, I am close to you, so close that I am within you. I am like a crown on your head, a crown you can’t take off. This crown is like an antenna that is ever signaling you. I say, “Look! See! Hear! Hear Me!”

What if I am talking to you in the Silent Chambers of Our Heart? What if the Voice you hear is Mine? What if you are not making Me up? What if I am whispering to you in words that everyone uses? What if I am an ordinary sort of God, not so dramatic after all? What if I do not speak in iambic pentameter?

I am a God accessible to all. I am available to all. I am not far away on a high mountain. What if I walk right beside you? What if I am the most intimate to you all along the way? How could there be distance between Oneness?

What does it mean when I say: “There is nowhere I AM not”?

You are with Me right along as well. In the beat of your heart, I AM. In the folds of your mind, I AM. In the ins and outs of your life, I AM.

If I had to give two words to express Me, the two words would be: I AM.

If I had to give one word to express Me, the One Word would be: I. On the world level, the One Word would be: We.

In any case, there never was another. Whether you count on your fingers, or you count on a computer, there is only yourself, and I am that Self. You, the so-called you, are a Creator-Being, yet you presently have no idea of your abilities. You do not see the forest for the trees.

I am not opposite you. I am not somewhere else far away in the clouds. I am right here. I am with you. With or without skirmish, I am with you. You cannot be without Me. There is no without Me. Turn the Dial of Your Heart to Me. I am on. I am always on. I am a 24-hour radio. Never am I absent. I am always within call. I am ever here for you.

I wait for you. I cannot say I wait patiently for you, for I know no patience nor impatience. I am not susceptible to time. Hence, how could I be in a hurry nor can I be slow or behind the times or out of time? The only tick-tock I hear is the beat of your heart. It is not debatable: I am within your heart. I am everywhere you can think of, yet I know not of time or space. The World of Heart extends far greater than mere time and space. Time and space are illusion. They keep changing. Love from Hearts is Eternal, and Love is Infinite.

There is no effort to hearing Me. Paramount, there is lack of effort to hear Me. If you do not hear Me, then move closer, will you? It is no effort at all. It is just coming closer. I beckon you. Come.

It is with the brightest of love and light that I bring forth my energy to embrace you now. I am here as a supportive guide

and friend to inspire the divine and truth within your being to emerge more fully, recognised by your current perspective.

Let the light of the Creator shine upon you and I will act as an instrument and channel of the Creator’s light directing it

deep into your being so you may recognise the light already present within you.

In my communication I wish to focus on basic understandings of a spiritual nature as these are often over looked and

misunderstood. If you are able to fully understand basic aspects of spiritual evolution and the reason for achieving certain

practices then you are more likely to fully integrate with the Creator through your greater awareness of the purpose of

certain practices. Often guides ask and remind you to connect with the light of the Creator, to imagine the light of the

Creator flowing through your being or to ask for your energy vibration to quicken. There are a number of ways that we

encourage you to connect with the Creator especially focusing and recognising light as the Creator. You may understand

why we ask this of you or you may constantly wonder the reasoning for our guidance. It is my wish to bring forth some

illumination with the purpose of developing your basic spiritual knowledge.

The Creator to us whether we are on the Earth or the inner planes is very difficult to explain, describe and define, this

makes it challenging we believe to recognise the Creator. The Creator is present within everything and so when we look

with eyes beyond the Earthly plane, with feeling or with an open mind we are able to notice certain manifestations that

are results of the presence of the Creator. These manifestations can be feelings of joy, bliss, love, peace, freedom or

contentment, maybe they are visions of coloured or white light, synchronicities that feel like miracles or inspired thoughts

of understanding. We begin to realise that there are many ways, forms and experiences in which we can recognise the

Creator more fully around and within our beings.

The ultimate goal of your existence upon the Earth is to experience the Creator in every given and present moment of

your reality. You may perceive this as being a person emanating love, or a person existing as a beacon of light, maybe a

wise enlightened being or a person embodying all of these things and more. If your ultimate goal is to experience the

Creator in your reality then there is a need for you to focus upon yourself, reality and the Creator with continued

conscious awareness throughout each and every day. This is not to become obsessed by the Creator but more so to

consciously enjoy the presence of the Creator and how it creatively intertwines within your reality, thoughts and emotions.

Each time we remind you to connect with the Creator, the light or to quicken your energy vibration we are refocusing your

being upon the presence of the Creator that is with you, within you and flows through you, encouraging you to seek a

greater acceptance of the Creator within your being and reality. We are refocusing you into your true presence and

ultimate goal.

As you remember the Creator, your divine self and your truth in multiple moments, this encourages you to build an

understanding of the Creator that you can fully experience in your physical reality, thus encouraging more experiences of

the Creator. When existing upon the Earth your habit can be to forget, ignore or distract yourself from the Creator and so

every moment that you feel and recognise the Creator is special as it brings you back to your original awareness

allowing you to remember your deep connection and oneness with the Creator. With every practice, meditation, tool and

insight we share with you we are in fact offering to you a moment of divine connection and unity with the Creator, akin to

a moment of union and remembrance. Whether the moment is short or long, the experience insignificant or influential,

the process of merging your energy with the energy of the Creator empowers your divine essence, fuels and inspires you

further. Can you imagine a droplet of water falling into a vast flowing river realising that it is part of this vast expanse, life

force and powerful creation. The droplet of water may feel fortified. You are akin to a droplet of water entering into a vast

flowing river. Each time you make a connection with the Creator or more importantly accept the perspective that you are

always as one with the Creator, truly believing it if only for a second you allow yourself to access a vast bank of

remembrance.

Connecting with the light could be described as two strands of light, energy or love merging together originally as equals

to create one united strand. One strand is the Creator, the other strand is your soul or maybe even your soul group, as

both merge as equals they replicate each other, becoming the same. This strand grounds within your being, bringing a

greater experience of the Creator. Everything we share with you is to aid and encourage this moment of union, at times

you will achieve a union with certain aspect of the Creator, maybe a master, a quality or a dimension, this is because

sometimes you are not ready to perceive yourself as the vast expanse of the Creator and so recognise and familiarise

yourself with aspects of the Creator. No one really knows why there is a need to familiarise, recognise and remember

your oneness and eternal connection with the Creator, realising there is no separation. There are aspects of our

existence that even we do not understand fully as Ascended Masters upon the inner planes of the Creator’s universe,

instead we come to realise that there is often no need to understand because the knowingness which often can’t be

explained within your being is far more influential and comforting than any explanation, description or understanding. We

can share with you that it is known that the Earth was created with an energetic field and at a level of the Creator’s

universe where entering into the vibration of the Earth could cause you to forget your divine connection with the Creator.

Therefore we can acknowledge the Earth as a powerful tool, school and retreat to visit where one can challenge their self

to rediscover the Creator therefore enhancing and empowering their connection and experience of the Creator at the

highest and greatest level of unification with the Creator within the Creator’s universe.

Remembrance of the Creator is not to know the Creator mentally but to allow the Creator to eternally flow through you as

a pure, humble, creative and loving expression. It is a heightened awareness of the Creator that allows you to move in

harmony with all around you, with the energies within your being and the all that is the Creator. When you move in

harmony with the Creator you end all suffering, pain and confusion.

My explanation is to remind you when you are achieving practices such as connecting with guides, sending healing,

achieve affirmations, loving yourself unconditionally or focusing upon your breathing these are all to bring your focus back

to your unity and integration with the Creator as well as allowing you to remember yourself as deeply connected to the

Creator, experiencing an awareness which allows you to exist in harmony with yourself and all upon the Earth and the

inner planes.

When we begin to know the purpose of our existence, not what we have to achieve or how we can be of service but more

so our purpose of integration with the Creator, we then begin to realise that every moment of life upon the Earth is

sacred. Life itself and the Earth are treasured and valued experiences that allow you to know yourself as your truth which

is to be in complete harmony and oneness with the Creator with every moment of your awareness.

This is my explanation and memories of my understanding of ascension during my lifetimes upon the Earth. In my day as

a soul reached that ultimate realisation of the Creator or connection with the light we would be released from our physical

bodies but now you have the opportunity to remain within your physical body experiencing the shift in compete

realisation.

I am here as a loving friend, guide and mentor to support you in your most beautiful and sacred quest, even through

reading my communication we both, I, Master Kuthumi and your soul have experienced a deeper realisation and

integration with the Creator. Take a moment to experience this whether you are consciously aware or not, as the

Creator’s light floods through and from your being.

Prana Control
Prana is expended by thinking, willing, acting, moving, talking, writing, etc. A healthy and strong man has an abundance of prana, nerve force, vitality. Prana is supplied in water, in food, in air and in solar energy. Excess prana is stored in the brain and nerve centres. Seminal energy, when sublimated or transformed, supplies an abundance of prana to the system. It is stored in the brain in the form of 'ojas'.
The yogi stores abundant prana by regular practice of pranayama. The yogi who has stored up a large supply of prana radiates strength and vitality. Those who come in close contact with him imbibe prana from him and get strength, vigour, vitality and exhilaration of spirits. Just as water flows from one vessel to another, prana flows, like a steady current, from a developed yogi to a weaker person. This may actually be seen by one who has developed his inner, psychic vision.
Breath is the external manifestation of gross prana. Correct habits of breathing must be established by the regular practice of pranayama. If you can control prana, you can completely control all the forces of the universe, mental and physical. The yogi can also control the omnipresent, manifesting power out of which all energies take their origin. He can control magnetism, electricity, gravitation, cohesion, nerve-currents, vital forces or thought vibrations. In fact he can control the total forces of the universe, both physical and mental.

A yogi can withdraw prana from any area. That area then becomes numb; it becomes impervious to heat and cold. He can send prana also to any area, and make it oversensitive. He can send prana to the eyes and see distant objects. He can send prana to the nose and can experience divya gandha (supernatural scent). He can send prana to the tongue and can experience supersensuous taste.
There is great significance in the order of the angas (limbs) of raja yoga. Practice of asana (posture) controls rajas (restlessness). Brahmacharya (celibacy) purifies the prana. Pranayama purifies the nadis (astral tubes). Pranayama it steadies the mind and makes it fit for concentration. It removes rajas and tamas (dullness). The practice of yama (self-restraint), niyama (discipline), asana and pranayama are all auxiliaries in the practice of concentration. Pranayama reduces the velocity of the mind. It makes it run and smaller and smaller circles.
