We are continually working to minimise the effects of attempts by the dark Ones to greatly eliminate your population. It has been part of their long term plan, and their ways of doing so are by the introduction of disease and other methods by which they can slowly reduce your numbers. However, for a long period of time we have used our ability and superior knowledge to combat them. So you will understand Dear Ones, that we are preventing a catastrophe thereby allowing you to continue your good work in spreading the Light. So do not be fearful of the dark Ones as their powers are now very limited, as for karmic reasons we must allow them to exercise a certain amount of freewill. Be assured that whatever adverse actions are happening in your world, it is only the final period in which karma is being played out. What appears outwardly tends to create a more fearful situation than actually exists, whereas they will be short lived and continually monitored by us. Always bear in mind that in the not too distant future, you will rise up and enjoy total peace and be free from the attention of the dark Ones.

You are well on the way to establishing a new era of peace, and we thank all of those who have dedicated their lives to bringing it about. We do our part to assist you and guide you where help is needed. We also guard you against interference, although there are times when we have to allow you to be tested. You are the pioneers of a New Age and we admire your dedication to your tasks. Soon you will have direct contact with us and when circumstances permit we will come openly into your midst. It is not that we do not already have contact with you, as we can influence your actions and when you are out of the body during your sleep time. We often meet with you but to avoid distracting you from your life plan, on most occasions you leave us with no waking memory of it. It is why you often wake refreshed and at ease without realising the reason for it. You can contact us simply by sending us your thoughts, but do not necessarily expect an immediate response. We cannot always grant your wishes, and even then our response may be different to what you expect.

At all levels on Earth work proceeds that is leading to your release from the dark Ones, who are already weakened by the break-up of their contacts and diminishing resources. They are however still able to interfere with your work but not to the extent that they have done in the past. However, please do not waste your energy by focussing too much on their activities as we have all matters under control. We do however hasten to add that we cannot always go as far as we would wish. Be assured that from our point of view all still proceeds well, and nothing will be allowed to alter the planned outcome. Within a few years we see the possibility of major changes, which will carry mankind forward to start a new period in your lives.

Have you ever wondered why sometimes a group of people can be present when an ET Spacecraft uncloaks, and yet not everyone can see it. The most likely reason is that the observers are at different levels of vibration. If theirs is not high enough the eye sensors cannot pick up the objects, and for similar reasons not all people can see ghostly apparitions. The additional drawback of having a low vibration, is that it represents a barrier to receiving all kinds of impressions that you might otherwise receive. As time progresses and the vibrations continue to rise more and more people will awaken to their potential until Ascension takes place, when all shall share a higher degree of sensitivity. These are only a few of the changes that are taking place that in the long term will see Man become a Galactic Being of immense power and abilities.

So Dear Ones you have a marvellous future ahead of you, that will be most enjoyable and exciting as you follow your own choice of evolution. Already some of you are feeling the changes are taking place, and there is no doubt in your minds that major changes are afoot. We reiterate that these are times when there is going to be a parting of the ways, and only those who have sufficiently raised their vibrations will rise up. Be assured that every soul has been given the same opportunities to evolve at whatever pace they choose. Some prefer a slow deliberate approach, whilst others are prepared to take on a challenge that will speed them forward. However, there are always Guides on hand to give you advice based on what they know about you.

As you can imagine many souls are active where you are concerned, and although it may seem that you are often alone you are in fact always accompanied on your travels. If you remember to acknowledge your unseen helpers and share your thoughts with them, they are more likely to be able to assist you. All is for your experience and bear in mind that you will have had lives on both sides of the line. It is therefore essential that you allow others their choice of experience, as all is chosen with your spiritual evolution in mind. Furthermore, do not stand in judgment of others, as you will not know their reasons for the choices they have made. Just bear in mind that every soul is concerned with making spiritual progress, and it requires experience of both the positive and negative aspects of life. You are all involved in similar experiences that are part of your life plans, and as nothing happens by chance take your opportunities to evolve very seriously.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and assure you that you are actively involved in your life plan, so that where options exist you can often choose which one you take. When incarnating you can for example choose which family to join, although these are selected for you as giving the opportunities you need to evolve. Some of you will find this hard to believe, but bear in mind that before you incarnate you are aware of the lessons you need to learn. Hello there. I’m still here in England … hoping to be home soon! So, I was wondering if you could talk to us about Universal Laws? You have mentioned them a few times and thought it might be a good topic to cover. Is that ok?

Firstly we greet you in/as /through Love. We are ecstatic that so much in your world is taking place for the better.

Really? Where? In what way?

In the ways of your people. There has been a certain increase in awakenings of late … due to much soul searching by many. They are looking for reasoning behind all that ‘appears’ to be negative … and in doing so … they are finding within themselves the Truth of their souls. This is indeed very heartening.

Indeed. Most uplifting news. I have to say … the LIGHT is shining all around when one tends to focus on it.

Then with that said … we shall speak to you of that which you have asked. Although, we would say that there are probably not as many as you may have imagined.

The principles of Universal Law speak very much for themselves.

The upmost Law being that there is only ever LOVE. When this is known, it matters not to what degree one chooses to express this … for that is within one’s choice. Yet, it is necessary for one’s soul to accumulate merit within this Law in order for one’s soul to ‘move up the scale’. That sounds a rather basic way of putting it … yet, it is so.

The Law is to live in Love. We have discussed that there are many different levels of Love … and in TRUTH … one cannot live in anything else … only different vibrations of it … through choice. Either before or during an Earthly existence … one chooses aptly, to suit their desires for growth expansion. Each life time has a main purpose to progress and perhaps rectify that which was ‘acted out’ in a previous life time.

So … those who are causing much pain and harm to the planet and those upon it … who seem to be ‘acting out’ their lives on a very low vibration … is there ‘reprimand’ for them? You said not long ago … “The Universal Laws CANNOT be broken … and if they are … then there are deep repercussions".

First of all ... we would say that one does not … as one may think … set ‘any sentence’ or ‘dish out punishment’. Indeed, this is not our way. Yet, the soul that has carried out such low level actions on the Earth plane …. maybe many times … when finding themselves no longer of the flesh … has no choice but to ‘view’ ALL that they have offered to another … be it of Light or lesser Light.

That which they have given in the Highest Love they shall FEEL over and above the FEELING that was received by the one in Gratitude … and indeed it is most pleasing to the soul. More than one can express.

Yet, in the same way … that which one has offered to another that was of a much lower vibration and done with the intent of harm … one shall also FEEL the pain inflicted … Be it of mind body or soul. This … when considered, it shall return a thousand fold … is more than enough ‘understanding’ of that which they have done. There can be no deeper pain than the understanding ‘amplified’ of that which they have caused another. This takes place on both large and small scales of actions.

That’s quite intense really. So, are we talking even a thought of judgement, not necessarily even verbalised?

Of course. It is thoughts that often transpire into action.

Yet, if they don’t get that far … if one thinks them … becomes aware of the thought and disperses it … is it then removed from having to receive it for the self at some later date?

Naturally. For when a soul is aware of its thought process and is assessing Lighter progressions of mind … to recognise and ‘let go off’ … and forgiving the self for that thought … allows the natural removal of it.

Little by little, bit by bit … you are all moving into your Higher selves. At which rate one does so … is entirely up to the individual and no judgement is made of that pace … ALL IN GOOD TIME.

So, when you say there are deep repercussions … this is what you mean?

Yes. It does not serve one or another … to inflict punishment onto a soul.

Yet, what of someone who has murdered another? Down here, we lock them away for what they have done.

We are not here to make judgment of ‘your laws’. That is not our business. We are just saying to you that we would not do that.

Again, this brings up the bigger picture.

How do you know that a particular ‘murderer’ was not asked by the soul they ‘removed’ … to do so … before they came? Therefore, in a sense … as hard as some of you may find this … asking them to do so as a favour. Enabling the one who was ‘removed’ to experience for him/herself that … which in another life time … they afflicted upon another.

That is one big ask!

Yet, a Highly Enlightened soul would accept … for it is through Love they would do it. As we are sure many of you understand … this then goes into much ‘deeper water’ … as the soul who accepted the task … must then ‘lose’ much of ‘who they are’ … in order to ‘act this out’. Yet, such a BEING would do so without hesitation … if it meant that much learning and Enlightenment would be accomplished from the asker of such a question.

What would be another Law?

To respect ALL LIFE.

Am I assuming the same principles apply regarding ‘getting back’ what one ‘gives out’?

Very much so. Keeping in mind that YOU ARE ALL ONE … how could it be that you would not FEEL that which has either hurt or overjoyed another. For as it is said … that which you do unto another … you do unto yourself.

Do these Universal Laws act Universally? Seems a stupid question … yet, do different planets that are perhaps more Enlightened than us … have the same ‘simple’ Laws … or are others in place for them?

Look up the word ‘Universal’ please.

Ok … ‘of, pertaining to, or characteristic of all or the whole: applicable everywhere or in all cases; general; used or understood by all.’ Guess that answers my question then!

Let us move on to the Law of ‘Free Will.’

One shall not interfere in the Free Will of another soul. Freedom of choice upon your planet has taken it to the extremes many times around. It is the ‘Collective Consciousness’ of each individual combined … that produces that which is before you.

One can say that they would not dream of manifesting that which is taking place upon your planet in these days … that which abhors and saddens … yet …
IT IS THROUGH FREE WILL of the people that this has occurred.

Can you go into this a bit more?

A vibrational thought when pondered upon long enough … will then … if desired … turn into a vibrational action FROM that thought. When you consider … throughout your history … that which ‘man’ has thought … and acted upon … there indeed would be the non-judgemental … yet, obvious statement … that ‘man’ … at times… has sunk very low on the vibrational scale.

It is only NOW that so many Enlightened BEINGS are descending upon your planet in order to make the great change necessary.

You say that you see much war taking place at this time …

There is!!!

Yet, souls of Earth are ‘re-acting’ differently. These ‘views’ that one sees on your electrical screens … are informed images to the brain … that re-act accordingly with the heart … which are then interpreted as ‘not wanted’.

The soul KNOWS that this has to end. More and more people of Earth are allowing themselves to understand that:

THIS IS NOT THE WAY …

IT IS NOT THE TRUTH …

AND IT IS NOT THE LIGHT!!

More and more of you have come to the understanding of a better way … AS INDIVIDUALS … which in turn, therefore … melts into the 'Collective Consciousness.'

This has been ‘altering’ for many centuries now … yet, one can assume that these changes do not occur over night.

As you KNOW … there is more Light being sent to your planet NOW than ever before. That is not to say that Light has ever NOT been sent. Yet, as we have explained … it is of a different ‘STRENGTH’ … of a 'LIGHTER ENERGY' … a 'MORE INTENSE LOVE' … that is heralding to you.

You of Earth … those of you who have chosen to be aware … are ‘merging’ with this Higher Energy within every breath. The more you are understanding this … the more you CAN FEEL IT WITHIN YOUR BEING.

Within YOU … you NOW KNOW … that you cannot and will not be stopped ... BY ANYTHING.

You KNOW NOW that your intentions to fulfil your purpose of lifting up this planet …

CANNOT AND WILL NOT FAIL.

Would you not agree? Would you not say you NOW KNOW THIS INSIDE?

Yes, I do. Sometimes, that FEELING is so strong. AND … unlike before, when I was less aware than I am NOW … It REALLY isn’t about how much time it takes … for there is no time. It is about the KNOWING that within each moment of our LIVING and BREATHING down here … we are accomplishing bringing THE LIGHT IN … and always MOVING on up to meet it. Sometimes that KNOWING is SO powerful and SO uplifting. WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE HERE TO DO … TO BE AN EXAMPLE OF WHO WE TRULY ARE … IN ALL SITUATIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES.

And the more of you that ‘GET THAT’ … the more of you that ‘UNDERSTAND THAT’ … enables the ‘CHANGE OVER’ to take place in 'DIVINE TIMING'.

In a sense ... it matters not WHEN It takes place … the fact that it IS CHANGING and HAPPENING NOW … the fact that IT IS TAKING PLACE NOW … is all that is important.

AND IT IS.

YOU MUST KNOW THAT!

TO HAVE THAT KNOWING … not just to try and HOPE that it is happening.

For the difference in the KNOWING carries a far stronger Energy than the hoping of … as we have discussed before.

We reiterate …

You are very good at that …and I KNOW the necessary reasoning of doing so.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

You have asked many times of how you do such a thing? HOW do you find out WHO YOU ARE?

Yet, would you not say you are doing it? You are finding out that LOVE … when you FEEL LOVE in the Highest capacity you are capable of … in any one given time … is WHO YOU ARE.

SIMPLE AS THAT!

THE MORE YOU ACCEPT THAT IN YOUR TRUTH … the Higher your vibrational level rises … and the circle continues … on Higher and Higher vibrations … you are FEELING that LOVE.

Therefore … it cannot do any other than FEEL BETTER AND BETTER! Not only WITHIN YOU … Yet ... ALL AROUND YOU.

Do you begin to see why we find it so difficult to explain sometimes in your words?

When you FEEL that Higher level of LOVE … THAT IS YOU … your heart is bursting with happiness. Even when you are FEELING a little out of sorts … you are NOW able to remember Gratitude and lift yourselves back ‘in sorts!’

Give yourself 'Achievement certificates' on a daily basis! Look always on the accomplishments of the soul self and how you have studied the art of BEING BRIGHTER LIGHTS.

In the worldly vibration that you are ‘caught in’ … how phenomenal are you ... to do what you are doing?

You are SO BRIGHT … you are lifting an entire planet and its inhabitants into a BRIGHTER WORLD.

Into a HIGHER VIBRATION … You are doing this ALL BY YOURSELVES!

Well, as the Beatles once correctly sang … “I get by with a little help from my friends!’.

To share our knowledge with you … emits great Joy out into the ethers. That which is ours to share … shall ALWAYS be offered freely and in LOVE.

When ALL of your world KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS THIS … you will no longer be residing in the vibration that is present NOW. For when you IMAGINE a world like that … and bring that into its manifestation … the vibrational match of that KNOWING put into action ….has to slip into its rightful place.

St. Germain: Your True Colors

Saint Germain:

Dear Kathryn, I did tell you that my next message would be after the RV, when we would be dancing in the streets, but I beg your indulgence to let me come through at this time to continue the discussion about the topics I love to talk about, and to bring my loving support to our whole beloved group of Lightworkers who are following these messages so closely.

You all know that I have had a great interest in this process of Ascension, and have dedicated many lifetimes to helping with the Prosperity Packages which will be the first dominoes to fall in this cascade of Light which is already illuminating the path to our Promised Land.

And so, I beg my dear Twin Flame to let me "out of the closet" as the joke went, so I can be free to bring you more exciting news, even if it is moments before the actual announcement of your blessings. Yes, I said moments. The necessary steps to allow this current opening of the floodgates are now being completed.

We have had various plans to activate the Revaluation over the past year-and-a-half which we had hoped would accomplish the release of funds, but we have had to hold back for various reasons, usually having to do with complex conditions on the ground which would have had the effect of pouring water into a sieve, if you see what I mean. There remained too many loopholes, or new ones were created just in time to sabotage the safety of your money. We in Higher Dimensions, and the families who had been entrusted to protect the trusts, did not deem it possible to keep the money out of the hands of the cabal until now.

We have worked diligently during this time to close all the "leaks" in the banking systems, to create a program of oversight that is as infallible as we could devise, and to use our knowledge of the criminal behavior which resulted from the first private trades to accrue evidence and to direct our security programs to make them more effective. Needless to say, this required the cooperation of those in power on the ground, which was not an easy feat.

Let me explain. Many of the delays created opportunities to catch the perpetrators who would have gladly stolen all the wealth they saw coming. You are familiar with their talent for creating derivatives and other extremely complex financial instruments for concealing the transfer of wealth from unwitting investors into their own pockets. After the original Archon entities were removed, there was a sudden rebound effect - like the mice who play when the cat's away, and there began a full-fledged competition for power among the second tier cabal operatives.

Many of those lower level but well-trained managers and assistants saw the opportunity to outdo the Reptilian overlords who had been removed, and in many cases replaced by clones who are less powerful than their originals. These clones are replicas of human bodies without inhabiting souls, and so are psychopathic by nature, but subject to completely melting away under the right conditions of high vibrational Light (sort of like the witch in the Wizard of Oz).

Those left on the ground who are still immersed in the Matrix, and who are still brain-washed by the tantalizing illusions of power, fame and wealth are now struggling mightily against the rising energies which have them pretty well occupied just trying to stay awake and do their work as the thugs and manipulators they were trained to be. Their energies are waning, and their dedication to their old evil ways is losing its charm. True to their original human nature, they are beginning to awaken to the pleasures of being in Love, and it has them swooning.

You see, it became evident as we progressed along the path to freedom that we would have to find brand new ways to convert the dark ones to genuine Lightworkers. It became clear that offers of amnesty were not working; it would have meant throwing themselves on the mercy of the Lightworkers, who would have been truly merciful, but any penalty or even any restriction on their freedom to rape and pillage the Earth and all its inhabitants was unacceptable to them.

Even when some of their companions were arrested and their greed-based programs were thwarted at every turn, the persisted. As bankers were put under pressure by investigators, they began assassinating their own associates who showed any reluctance to adhere to the dark plans, and even some they suspected might be tempted to "jump ship." When they could no longer dare to carry out their vicious threats to Lightworkers, they turned on those who had cooperated with them at one time or another, and those who had information which could expose their massive money-grabbing schemes.

It has been a dramatic time, characterized by great courage on the part of those who were working for the Light in the face of the waning but every more desperate cabal. You will one day learn the whole "back-story" of great sacrifice, determination and the execution of many a crafty plot, surpassing even the dark ones in intelligence, trickery and subterfuge. In fact, little of what you have heard as "news" is what it seems. For every thrust there was a parry, with the Light ones gaining ground little by little, and the dark ones beginning to realize that there is nothing more formidable than an incorruptible warrior of the Light.

With the rising of energies since 2012, Lightworkers have become more psychic, and therefore able to communicate with us and with each other. There has developed a growing sense of group consciousness which nourishes the self-awakening and sense of commitment, as you have seen in the Prema Swarupa Council and amongst yourselves. No Lightworker will ever again feel isolated or alienated from the group of Humankind. You are truly coming into your own.

Sanat Kumara revealed to you the truth about the origins of Humanity - the fact that you were indeed created to defeat the dark. (See previous message.) I will add to that story now that you have had time to digest the realizations of your glorious beginnings. You have been told about the energies of the Central Sun which are helping to ignite the crystalline elements in your DNA, and that it will increase your powers of intelligence and creativity. I will now give you another piece of the story.

At the time of the creation of humankind, the joint project of many races offering their best qualities, it was understood that the race which resulted must be capable of great love and passion, with a strong will and determination, sturdy bodies, a resourceful and creative intelligence, and a sense of loyalty and courage which would border on aggressiveness. It was a tricky concoction, designing a being who would be fiercely loving of one another and still connected with God. It required a number of revisions before the right balance of energies could be anticipated with some confidence, since the free will factor is always a wild card.

Now, be assured that this much-heralded creation, Humankind, was designed with the full intention and direction of the Great Creator. S/he used the self-knowledge and expertise of the races who contributed to his plan, to hone the combinations and patterns of the DNA which would determine the outcome of the being's physical, mental and emotional bodies. So, you can see why so many beings around the cosmos are interested in what you are doing, because all know that this is the final stage of the plan to eliminate the dark in lower dimensions, and Humanity was known throughout the Multiverse as the gladiators who would do battle with the Archons until the final hour.

You do have the disadvantage of being still behind the Veil, so the things we tell you may sound unbelievable to you, but I assure you they are absolute Truth. We were all there at the dawn of Humanity, and we have watched over the development and growth of our beloved human beings since the beginning. We are in Love with you, you see, and we have a lot of "skin in the game," as you might say. All of the Company of Heaven were involved from the beginning, and we were the ones who designed the Game in which we - with humanity's agreement - challenged the dark ones to the duel which was to last for thousands of years.

You might ask why such a seemingly tortuous endeavor would be devised by higher dimensional beings who profess to be pure Love. This is exactly why it was done, Dearest Ones. The beings who took it upon themselves to separate from Creator were God's children as much as we are, and our compassion and love for all Creation led us to want to try to "bring them back alive" to be rehabilitated and reintegrated into the cosmic brotherhood of beings.

You see, we do hold all life to be sacred, and our project was to rescue all the Archons, which meant all the souls who had agreed to inhabit the bodies of the ones who had genetically altered themselves in order to remain separate from God. It was their intention to remain in the lower dimensions, never to ascend, never to return to their Maker or to us.

From Creator's point of view, it was not an acceptable option to give over the lower dimensions to darkness, and so we worked together as a group consciousness, in complete agreement and harmony, to devise a plan which would be fair and just, while also teaching in every possible way, so that the "Fallen Ones" could be given a chance to use their own free will to change their minds and return to the Light.

Of course, the work of Humankind involved great hardship and sacrifice, especially for those who held fast to the path of remaining separate from the dark ones and their pervasive brain-washing propaganda. Often, those who stood in opposition were assassinated outright, or thrown in prison, or tortured. These tactics have been used throughout history, across the globe, since the fall of Atlantis, which was instigated by the dark ones who had already infiltrated Earth with the intention of taking her over completely as their own headquarters.

We had foreseen these challenges for eons, and were in constant consultation with the Galactic Federation, which was first formed millions of years ago in response to the threat of devastation from below as the dark ones developed powerful technologies which they had stolen from more advanced civilizations who were exploring the 4th dimension in their own defense. This was when the Plan was put into action, and the civilization you now inhabit was quietly begun.

At first, the Archons did not bother much with the human population because of their small presence on the planet, but as the settlements grew and they showed resourcefulness, creativity, and a deep connection to God, the Archons began to see their neighbors as a threat to their private kingdom.

The rest, dear friends, is history, as you would say. Lucifer agreed to lead the project to infiltrate and co-opt the dark agenda in order to give humankind a fighting chance to succeed at their mission, and the struggle between Light and Dark began in earnest. This, Beloved Ones, is the 13,000-year legacy you signed onto when you agreed to incarnate here. You came - every one of you - with the promise to do your best to defeat the darkness, whether by creating a life of loving support for others, or by being an activist in the political, social or religious arena.

All have contributed either to the advancement of the Light, or during those lifetimes when you may have lost your way, by supporting the dark. There are no other choices here on Earth. Given humankind's Reason for Being - to defeat the dark - there is be no other reason to incarnate on Earth except to join in the clearly defined purpose of which we are all a part.

Any other activities, such as the pursuit of wealth, or the search for fame for its own sake, or the indulgence of self-centeredness in any of its myriad forms is taking part in the agenda we now call the Matrix - the program initiated by the dark side.

So you see, Dear Ones, we are all in this together. Your Awakening has made it possible for us to at last reveal to you why we are all here - every one of us. You are here either as a Warrior of the Light or as a soldier of darkness. There is no convenient neutral wait-and-see alignment in this Great Plan. This belief was part of the illusion, created by the dark ones, so it is therefore a dark agenda.

It is now time for you to declare yourself, and to join with us consciously, joyfully and wholeheartedly as we finish this job of awakening every soul to the glorious triumph which is your human Destiny. We will then move into higher dimensional realities, with your newly activated compliment of powerful genetic abilities completely ignited, to establish the glorious New World of peace, joy and abundance which was truly your raison d'être.

Your next step will be to take charge of your financial blessings, in order to join us in facilitating the final Ascension and shift into higher dimensions. We look forward with great expectation to watching you build a brand new world from the ashes of this long and hard-fought victory.

God said:

Live with a sense of anticipation. You want to live with the idea that something wonderful is about to happen to you or come to you or come from you. Anticipation is an awareness of something more to come, something delectable, something that will give you happiness and, therefore, happiness to those around you.

You can call this expectancy, if you like, only you hold it lightly, not tightly. You welcome it, yet you do not command it to come. It is a light invitation you put out to the Universe. You await its arrival, yet you don’t hang on to it. You do not have it on a leash that you tug. You simply are ready to welcome it, like a guest you are happy to see.

You anticipate a guest. A guest is coming. You get a room ready. You think of what you will cook. You don’t as yet know the date of your guest’s arrival. You won’t know who the guest will be, and, yet, you are ready. Why not have a guest’s arrival in mind?

Why not savor the arrival of a guest surprise in your life? And why not invite this guest and have the guest come and exceed your expectations? Why not a welcome arrival every day? Why not a couple of welcome arrivals every day? Why not a group of welcome arrivals every day? How happy your heart will be.

The guests that come are surprises! Even as you anticipate the surprises, you may have no idea what form the surprises will take.

Enter the springtime of surprises. Truly, why be surprised when glad tidings reach your door? Have I not said that glad tidings will come to you?

Imagine a world where everyone anticipates good news. Imagine the delight of it. Good news on your mind!

What happens to your circulation, your energy, your liveliness? You don’t need that nap any longer during the day, and you sleep well during the night and have a smile on your face.

Regardless of your past presentiments, every moment can be a surprise. Perhaps you work at the same office, yet what happy surprise awaits you at the office now?

Consider as well what happy surprises you can bring with you. Bless yourself and bless those around you. What a world it will be! What an office it will be!

What if only encouragement came from your mouth and your mind and no objections, no fault found nor blabbed about? What if everyone gave and received joy? What would it feel like? You can try it on. You can lose the weight of difficulty in a moment. You would not have to endure anything. You would enjoy everything.

Life on Earth is such a game, why not make it an engaging game? Why not make life good enough to last you a lifetime? Life is in this moment before you. Relish this moment. Hold it up to the sun like a crystal and let it sparkle.

Each person who appears before you is a sun-shining crystal. Each person has a life force shining brightly. The people who appear before you may not know this, yet you can give them a hint. You can give them the miracle of a smile. You can restore some sparkle to someone else’s life, and so restore your own.

What are you here for on Earth? Not to be glum, sour, bitter, sorrowful, begrudging. This is the meaning of living in this moment. This moment is before you. It is right here. It is the only thing right here to deal with. This moment is a golden opportunity. In every moment, opportunity visits you. Your guest is opportunity.
