We have often proclaimed that there is a parting of the ways between those who are ready to
ascend and those that are not, and this is never more true than it is today. You are all moving into a level that reflects
your true vibration, and not a single soul can remain within the higher vibrations unless it is their true level. It is
both fair and logical that you will feel “at home” with like souls who share your own ambitions and spiritual
understanding. You will however be able to serve those who languish in the lower vibrations, if it should be your desire.
For many there is an innate feeling of responsibility for those souls who desire to lift themselves up. Be assured that
you will be given that opportunity to do so.
You are living in a defining time that draws souls of a like kind together.
It is quite natural at the end of an Age, and prepares people for the next stage in their evolution. At last you will soon
be able to enjoy your experience with souls of a like kind and progress will be rapid. You can therefore concentrate on
your own future and maintain your personal vibrations. At this stage the mould is set, and most souls have reached a point
of advancement that fully represents their present stage of progress. We applaud and love those souls who still work and
give fully of themselves to awaken others to the truth. It will have been their life contract and fulfilment of their desire
to help them to awaken to their true selves.
In your travels please remember that the blackest of souls still has the
spark of Light within. It will therefore respond to those souls around it that can carry their Light as a banner of their
allegiance to God. It may take time but no soul is beyond help, and it is a great challenge that will test those of the
Light. It takes a very advanced soul to accept it and one that has complete and utter faith in the Light. Those who feel
the urge to help souls of a lesser Light will always find the correct level, and are not expected to go to an even lower
one.
Dear Souls of Light and Love, all of you feel an urge to give of yourselves to others, and according to your
experience will find such opportunities come up along your life path. However, try to allow them to come to you in a natural
way and know that they will not necessarily be demanding of you. Do what is within your capabilities and treat others as
you would be treated. You will know when you are on the right track , and success does not overinflate the ego, although
some souls cannot help but feel overjoyed. That is fine and we too feel such gratitude when you rise to the occasion and
achieve your goal. On a higher level we are All One and very powerful Beings, working with the pure vibrations of Love and
Light.
We here know that some souls are eager to serve the Light, and feel that they are not being used as they would
wish. Let us tell you that your desires are known to us, and be assured that as the ideal opportunity comes up you will be
thrust into action. Even simply being a good example of a soul of Light, you will help others to understand how to express
themselves whilst on Earth. Therefore be assured that all Beings of Light contribute to the upliftment of others, and indeed
apart from your personal evolution it is what you came to Earth to do. Souls are one big family of Light and Love that is
your gift from God.
You have come a long way since you first elected to experience upon Earth. When you first came
you were already highly evolved Beings, and were prepared to drop your vibrations to learn what it was like in the lower
ones. Initially you were at a level where you were Beings of Light, but over a long period of time the vibrations dropped
and you lost touch with your Higher Self. It meant that you slipped down to the lower levels and in your history it is recorded
as the Dark Ages. However, the Light was always present and in the course of time the darkness was subdued and lifted. Consequently
the Light returned and today you are on the threshold of a New Age.
The desired changes are manifesting in many different
ways, and are not necessarily apparent unless you can take a panoramic view such as we do. However, the weather changes
are happening on a wide scale and are already evident. As we have previously stated, there is going to be more temperate
weather throughout the world which changes you are already noting. To some it appears as turmoil and that is because the
changes are worldwide, and as you are noting are also affecting the animal and nature kingdom. Such changes have occurred
in your past and are quite natural, particularly where your land masses are concerned. Looking back at your history you would
find that your world looked quite different to what it is today.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and uplifted by the response
of the Souls of Light to the demands upon them, at a time when their cooperation is so vital to the success of the End Times.
You have rode the storm to take your place at the helm to lead the people of Earth to victory. One day in the near future
you will be totally aware of the magnitude of your success. Carrying the Light with you to Earth is one thing, but you had
to realise its existence within yourself and put it to good use. We send our Love and Light as always, and eagerly anticipate

Subject: “Brothers and Sisters on the Path
to Perfection.”

The
Beloved One: “Today’s lesson is on the effort and struggle
mortals go through on this first plane of eternal life, that is, if they choose to live on and attain the measure of faith
allowing them to do so. In the first place, one needs to develop hope and trust that there is more to life than meets the
eye. There needs to be a consciousness that there is ‘something greater’ than the self. It is a sense of belief
at first which eventually will evolve into faith, for these are all matters of the heart.
“One
can believe with the mind, but faith is an affair of the heart. Between faith and belief there exists an inner effort of a
struggle. Belief is a dogmatic and fundamentalist approach to life, an adherence to certain creeds, laws and doctrines. Faith
is born in the heart of the individual believer. No one can give faith to another person, because it is completely personal.
It cannot be given away, be loaned, bought or lost. Faith, once awakened needs to grow, it needs to be nurtured with daily
thoughts and prayers. It is like flexing a faith-muscle in order for it to grow stronger.
“All this entails effort
and struggle, because faith demands honesty with oneself and sincerity in dealing with others. There is never any outside
coercion involved. They are the dictates of an awakened and conscientious mind in the mortal, who by faith is answering the
clarion call of the Divine Spark within, to become perfect even as the Father in Heaven is perfect. Outer perfection is secondary
to inner perfection. The inner always reflects the outer.
“Once
you have started out, and answered the faintest spark of hope of a new life following this present mortal life, that little
spark can grow and become brighter until it bursts forth into the flame of faith, through the trials of effort and struggle.
All the while the Inner Pilot, given to each thinking mortal capable of choice and decision making, struggles mightily to
have It’s still small Voice heard, which can only be done if the human takes the time to sit in the Silence to commune
with this Fragment from God.
“The struggle between the ‘lower’
or ‘baser’ mind starts in earnest when the ‘higher’ mind gets into gear and desires to take over,
as it will influence everything the mortal thinks and does, in order to reach higher and higher levels. Slowly, bit by tiny
bit, a spiritual counterpart is created in the human soul. The speed by which this comes about depends on the dedication given
through effort and struggle to maintain and strengthen that connection with the God-Fragment within, as well as the active
participation and cooperation you provide.

slowly, ‘the inner world mortals’ are made into the image of God, reflecting into the outer world through their
yielding the fruits of the spirit in loving service, forgiveness and acceptance of all others as brothers and sisters on the

do not need to look for trouble. You don’t want to be an alarmist. You do not want to alarm yourself or anyone else.
You do not want your heart to beat to the tune of fear. If you do want to set your heart to fear, how easy that is. There
is a long line of troubles that you can speculate on. I won’t go into them. There are many other feelings you can put
into your heart besides fear thoughts. Why not make a list of all the good things that could happen? You could find a diamond
on the street. You could meet an old friend and your heart be happy. Someone could take you out to lunch. You could take someone
out to lunch.
Phrase all the good things that could possibly happen in a positive way. I mean it’s better
not to say something like:
“I didn’t break my leg today!”
Say something in an
entirely different vein. What are all the possibilities that could happen today? And, whatever you do, don’t limit your
thoughts to what you call realistic thoughts. What you consider unrealistic is going to happen. It is going to happen to someone.
It has already happened that someone found a winning lottery ticket on the sidewalk. Never mind the odds. Life is not to be
lived by the odds. Please don’t even think that the odds are less now because this already happened to someone.
On
the other hand, you might also find yourself saying that something has never happened before so how could it happen to you?
If
it’s hard to look at yourself as someone who is lucky beyond odds, think of something you yourself could do for someone.
And, again, avoid realism, for your estimation of realism holds you back. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have
a dime to your name. We are talking about expansion.
The bare question before Us now is: What ideas do you have
for what you could do for someone to give happiness?
Perhaps you would give them flowers, mow their yard, give
them tickets to a movie, leave a cake. Let your heart decide. That’s the trouble with being what is called realistic.
You repress your heart. You lock it down. You tell your heart to be reasonable. Hearts are not bookkeepers who have to figure
out all the percentages. Hearts leap. They don’t take baby steps. Let your heart be a heart. Don’t look to remodel
your heart. Your heart is God-given.
Even if you are restricted to the factual, there is still a lot you can
do. You can help someone carry a package. You can give right of way to another car. If you take the bus, you can offer your
seat to someone. You can smile. You can hold a door for someone. You can do these seemingly-little things for the sake of
others, yet, of course, you are the big winner.
You can say something nice to someone. You can let someone else
talk while you listen for a change. You can bring others to venture forth and come out of themselves as you listen.
You
can pet a dog.
You can look into everyone’s eyes. How unnoticed, how invisible some people seem to be.
You can make them visible.
You can stretch yourself and do something you have never done before. You can agree
with someone. What a gift that is. You can say Yes all day instead of automatically saying No. What a beautiful thing it is
to hear Yes. Say Yes! Be Yes. No is not more realistic than Yes. Yes opens hearts and does not close them.

are a little things you do that can elevate another’s life, and, in so doing, your own. |

Saucha is internal and external purity. External purity generates pure thoughts.
Practice of saucha brings disgust for one's own body and the body of others also. You will soon give up mamata (mineness of
body). Take a bath in the early morning and wear simple, clean cloth. You will get the meditative mood quickly. Saucha helps
to maintain brahmacharya. The practice of celibacy, kindness, love, mercy, patience, japa (repetition of God's name) and meditation
will purify the heart and eradicate jealousy, cruelty, hatred, anger and lust. This is internal saucha. This is
the first anga or limb of niyama (discipline). Niyama and yama (self-restraint) are interdependent. Niyama strengthens and
safeguards yama. Removal of lust, anger, hatred, jealousy etc., constitutes internal purity. Internal purity is more important
than external purity. Internal purity makes the mind one pointed; it bestows serenity, cheerfulness, joy, strength, harmony,
poise and happiness; it instils love, patience and magnanimity. Therefore develop internal purity through diligent and vigilant
effort. Contentment (santosha) cuts at the root of all desires. It gives success in the practice of yama. It gives peace,
one pointedness of mind, serenity and eternal satisfaction. Divine light will descend in a contented mind alone. A contented
man is satisfied with his lot, he is happy in whatever condition he is placed, he does not crave for things he has not got.
Contentment is a mystic stream of joy that cools the three fires of samsara and joins the ocean of immortal bliss. - - - - - Contentment this
is a most vital subject. You all know the maxim: "A contented mind is a continual feast". The mind is always restless on account
of greed. Greed is a kind of internal fire that consumes a man slowly. Contentment is a powerful antidote for the poison of
greed. There are four sentinels who guard the domain of moksha (liberation). They are: shanti, santosha, satsanga and vichara
(peace, contentment, company of the holy and enquiry). If you can approach any of these sentinels, you can get hold of the
other three. If you get hold of santosha (contentment) you can easily see the other three following you.  |

Hello,
everyone, and greetings from the Galactic Federation ships, where we are discussing the Disclosure we have planned for the
near future. I want to prepare you for the fun, and let you know that whatever you have in mind when you think "Disclosure,"
it may not be what we are planning. Of course, our plans evolve as conditions on the ground evolve, so we have already
gone from the doomsday scenario we had planned in the 50's - to swoop down and pick you all up on millions of ships when the
nuclear holocaust that was planned looked imminent.
To reassure you, Beloved Ones, we had the drill well practiced.
We could have "air-lifted" all of you in a matter of minutes if it had been necessary. Fortunately, that horrific possibility
has been stopped, now that the nuclear weapons on your planet are inoperative, and the diplomatic option is becoming more
and more effective. Yes, we breathed a sigh of relief when we were permitted to intervene just a bit, because our Great
Creator will not permit such folly to ever occur again.
Now, we are looking forward to greeting you less dramatically,
as we have been doing for some time now. A sighting over London recently helped to solidify the recognition for the
British people that we are here, and we bring greetings. It does not matter which ship of the massive fleet under the
Ashtar Command happens to be allowed to present themselves for photographing. People on the ground do not yet have the
expertise to identify or understand our crafts or where they might be from. It doesn't matter, you see, because all
are here for the same purpose - to observe your evolution to higher vibrations and to be of assistance if possible.
Generally,
we are not allowed to push or tweak your affairs on the ground, no matter how omnipotent you may think we are; we are not
permitted to use our powers to change the course of a civilization; you must be allowed to rise up on your own. We have
been permitted to help you in the form of these messages because it is now the end of the cycle of growth which will allow
for your mass Ascension, and because Creator saw that without greater contact with us you would not be able to reach a high
enough vibration to accomplish it.
It is your opportunity now, Dear Ones. The nourishing energy from the
Central Sun of Creator is now flooding your planet, giving you the extra boost to carry you to your goal. You and I
have been on this path for thousands of years, suffering many setbacks and reversals as we faced the manipulations and cruelty
of the Dark Ones. We must not now allow the one interference that would stand in the way of our Ascension. It
is despair, depression, disillusionment, discouragement and worst of all, a loss of faith.
Here behind the Veil, you
have the complex disadvantage and challenge of maintaining your balance and seeing yourselves as the Gods and Godesses you
really are. You think there is no proof that there even is a God, and e specially that you are a completely integrated
part of the GodSoul. You ask: "Who am I? I want to know who I am in the hierarchy of Heaven," and you search
and implore psychic mediums who finally tell you, "Yes, you are an incarnation of Mother Mary," or "Yes, you are an
aspect of Jesus." It is true, you know. Whatever you have been told is true. You are an aspect of me, as
I am an aspect of you.
I want to tell you a great Universal Truth, because I think you are ready to understand the
Truth. That is that you are all aspects of the Creator, direct links to the energy of the Great Central Sun, just as
I am, just as Mother/Father God and all the other Masters you have learned to speak with and love are linked with you.
That link is felt through your heart - the same place where you feel the deep connection with your children or your parents.
When we say to you, Dear Ones, We are One, we mean it. We are not just telling you a nice bedtime story.
We are informing you of the simple truth which beings in all the Multiverse know in their hearts. You are among the
last to truly accept this truth, are you not? The trees, the animals, the planets and the stars all live in peace with
the knowledge that they are an expression of the heart of Great Creator. Your race of humans has been created to experience
the Love and deep happiness of knowing you can never be alone, never isolated, never separated from the One who is Love.
Yes,
even your Planet, Mother Terra, is created with the purpose of helping to raise humankind to the level of acceptance, through
and through - the acceptance that tells you deep within your unconscious mind that you are good, you are enough, you are Loved
without end and without question - and the acceptance which brings peace. You have lived on a warring planet because
you are at war with God. You argue and debate, question and demand explanations, when the Truth is right there in your
heart.
Yes, humankind is the Creator race in every sense of the word, because of your intelligence, imagination
and will, but you, the soul that you are, are not human. You have come here to experience things intensely, to perhaps
help the race to elevate itself to accept its true place in Heaven, as every other species and every other human-like race
before you has done. You, Dear Soul Brothers and Sisters, are fulfilling God's plan just as the ant on the sidewalk
is, just as the whale and the dolphin and the eagle are expressing themselves as God.
All come Home at the end of their
incarnations. All live within the warm embrace of Love, an integrated and happily included member of the great Heavenly
host of beings, all of whom experience themselves as equals, partners in the great Experience which is Life. Here in
the Heavenly realms we do not experience ourselves as part of a hierarchy; we just are. We do know of our experiments
in individuation, in feeling ourselves to be separate and experiencing free will, and we also know that those travels into
separation were, in the final greater understanding, an illusion.
We always come home to the loving arms of
our Creator, and the other energy forms we recognize as our Brothers and Sisters, our Twin Flames, our soul partners and soul
mates. Now it is the next step in your development to see the continuum of Life which runs through all your experiences,
whether you are here in a human body or traveling the Universe in your light bodies, or incarnating on a distant planet to
experience a life of comfort and harmony.
Beloved Ones, we are like the fish of the sea - any fish, any sea
- in that we swim in the great ocean of God's Love. We breathe the air of God's creation, we eat the food God created
for us, and we live out the lifetime of the body we have chosen to inhabit for this life experience. We cannot be abandoned
by God, no matter how dark our thoughts might be; we cannot be punished by God for sins or for anything else, because God
sees us as a part of him/herself, and loves all Creation as One. God would find it unthinkable to punish any creature,
any being, because it is not a part of the Great Plan to control or destroy the precious beings who were created in Love.
We are given free reign to live well or badly, whichever we choose, and to learn from the experience.
When you become used to incarnating here on Earth, it is easy to begin to feel that this experience of suffering and conflict
is just the way of the Universe, or what Life is, but it is not true. Life is LIFE. The life force that courses
through your veins is not concerned with whether you feel it or not, whether you acknowledge its presence or not, it just
is, and it will remain to sustain you as long as you continue in this body. It is a gift, a blessing that is given freely
and without conditions. It is only you, Dear Ones, who place conditions and judgments and restrictions on your own joy.
God
did not create you to suffer, or to worry, or to feel alone and separate. Let's be clear here. You, the soul that
you are, are an integral part of the whole that is Creator. There is no parting from that, or being left out, or separating
yourself. It cannot be done. Only when you come here - the soul that you are - to inhabit a human form, do you
begin to think in terms of how you are alone in the Universe, and wonder if there might be intelligent life somewhere in the
Cosmos like you. From the point of view of the higher dimensions it would be amusing that you would even think to ask
such obvious questions, and that you might actually believe you are the only conscious beings, if it were not so completely
and sadly delusional.
You see, your suffering comes not from the physical conditions of your life, for it takes very
little for a human being to live happily, as many indigenous cultures have shown us throughout the ages. Look at a baby,
and see just how much that child really desires. A reasonable supply of nourishing milk, a deep and loving gaze from
a parent, a little comfort in the form of a clean diaper and a cozy hug, and the child will supply the rest from their connection
with God, their guardian angels, and the light and energy patterns surrounding them.
I will continue to shower my Love
upon you, Beloved Ones, until you are able to absorb that love and until you can hear my voice whispering love poems in your
ear and feel my kisses on your face and my arms surrounding you, for I am bringing you the Love I feel from our Creator.
I am simply expressing what I feel and what I know in the deepest part of my heart - that we are loved and cherished, and
it will always and forever be so. I give this Love to you freely and without condition, because it is given to me freely,
every moment, every day, for eternity.
I am here for you always, and I will remain with you in Love, as long as we
shall breathe the eternal Light and Love of our Creator.
