said: God said, God said, God said, every Heavenletter begins
with My saying that I am an ultimate Authority. I will not deny it, yet the word authority falls short, for you are also an authority. Close your eyes and let go of the static
you surround yourself with, for a minute and Divine Me within you. In any case, you are your own authority. This is obvious.
Correct or not, you are your own authority, yet correctness, whatever that means, is not the whole story. You are writing
your own story. You don’t have your story all figured out yet. You can go left. You can go right. From one perspective
or another, both left and right may work. Rather than right or wrong, We can say you jogged this way or you jogged that. Left
could be more direct than right, yet how can you know until you follow the path you choose even when you choose blindly?
But
this I will tell you. Ultimately you have written your own story. Therefore, you are correct. No one said you had to write
a perfect story. Each story is perfectly its story, told as only you could tell it. Free Will gives you many choices. In one
sense, all possibilities are right. It is more than a shake of the dice because you choose it. You are the writer of your
story. And, of course, you impact others’ stories as well. You impact the world. One version of your story may be more
favored than another.
Ultimately, you are looking for a good story which may or may not be in the favor or flavor
of the world. You are your own Storywriter. You are the teller of the tale. You are the one who lives your story; therefore,
you are the chooser; you are responsible for your story. You are responsible for what you make of it and how you tell it.
Others may swing in and out of your story, yet you are the star of it. You are the one who seeks your fortune. In effect,
oft-times you are blindfolded. It’s true. Half the time, possibly more, you don’t know why or how you choose what
you choose. And if what you choose happens to blow up in your face, you are still the one who chose it. Sometimes you may
feel that you are an automaton, yet you are the one who chooses.
In world terms, sometimes you choose right,
and sometimes you don’t, yet, each way, you have made a choice. No matter how much savoir-faire you have, your choice
is innocent. You hold your breath, and you make a choice. You can only wait to see how it turns out.
Ultimately means in the final analysis. Ultimately, when the day is done, as We are One, there
are no accidents, no coincidences. Ultimately you never did anything but seemingly watch a news reel which has your name on
it. Yes, as you played in it, you were also the director of the news reel. You were also the artist who drew the pictures,
the writer who wrote a scenario, and you were the actor. No one could have played the part so perfectly.
In this
way, you, the actor, writer, artist, choreographer, caterer, errand boy, director… play all the parts to perfection,
and I say you did a good job even when you think you didn’t. Actually, you excelled. You did a stellar job.
Another
time, you may write a different story, a whole new story, and you will play a different part. All the parts will come out
in the wash, and you will be soul, pure soul, pure Being who traveled around here and there and now stays Home. |

Archangel Metatron: Sorting Yourselves for Ascension

Archangel Metatron:
I want the whole
world to know that this week is a crucial time in your development toward Ascension. The energies continue to flow powerfully
across the planet, awakening the crystalline potential of your DNA. For those who are ready and open to the movement
to higher vibrations, it is a time of great growth and change. For those who are still doubters and sleepers, not so
much, as you like to say. Either way, all will be experiencing incremental modifications.
We have created this
plan together, of course, with input from all involved. The arrangement is perfectly designed to allow each soul to
ascend as quickly as you feel you can. Some of you were aware before you came here that you would be hampered in some
way, either through a lifetime of training in negative thinking, or because you have previously not yet reached high levels
of development. Whatever your preference, there is a "track" for you, and your HIgher Self will be directing you accordingly.
It
is very different here in higher dimensions than on the ground in one way. There is absolutely no competition for high
positions of responsibility or "power." In fact, it is impossible for a soul to travel to dimensions of a higher vibration
than they are adapted to; it is a matter of acclimating to the atmosphere of each dimension, one by one, as you practice
and learn throughout many, many lifetimes, just as you advance through one grade to another here. Steve Beckow has written
about this dynamic very clearly in his short e-book called "Negative Alien Races." Do not be alarmed by the title.
It is reassuring you that you need not worry about them. They are not being allowed into the Earth's vicinity any more.
You are a planet in ascension, and are under the protection of the Galactic Federation. No worries.
You have
been told before that each level of vibration requires effort and physical adaptation. This is true whether you are
in a human body or in you soul lightbody in higher dimensions. For instance, if you are a young soul who has begun your
lessons and have achieved the transition from, say, the 5th dimension to the 6th, it is an occasion for celebration and congratulations.
The 5th dimension is the starting point for all souls. One can descend to lower vibrations if one wishes, although it
is an effort for us who are used to the lighter atmosphere above the 9th. This is what we have done to manage the transition
to life on Earth in this current time.
Even the most ambitious soul cannot rise to a level higher than they have achieved
by the work of learning to raise themselves to the lighter vibration. So, you see, as in Heaven, so on Earth.
Those of you who are used to traveling through higher dimensions will not find it unfamiliar or difficult to be lifted by
the incoming energies at this time. Those who are resistant, or those who are less experienced will choose a slower
path. This is fine. It is not a race; all will be accommodated in the end. However, we do encourage you
to take the fastest and highest track you are able to achieve. This will speed the process of Ascension for all.
Now,
Dearest Ones, cooperate with your Higher Self to work out your goal. It is important for everyone to focus on lifting
themselves now, regardless of how high your end point will be. This Ascension is for everyone who is here. Those
who have chosen a path of darkness will be given the opportunity to awaken, and their path will be one which goes only as
far as is appropriate for them. You see, it protects everyone this way. If you have achieved a high level of development,
you will not be bothered by sight-seers and gawkers by the proverbial busload if you are working in high dimensions.
By the same token, those who are comfortable and well adapted to the 6th dimension will be given the work appropriate for
their rise to the 7th, no more.
You are all students of the School of Soul Development. This is our primary interest
and goal in every lifetime. You will notice that people are now sorting themselves out by levels, to form groups to
work with those who are at their own level. We have programs for everyone. Some who were reading these messages
in the Who Needs Light? family have "opted out" at this time, because they sensed the content was becoming more and more challenging
and difficult for them. This is fine; it makes it possible for us to continue to raise the bar for the rest of you.
You have noticed that these messages are more psychologically oriented and more intricately constructed than others.
This is by design and by previous agreement with the channel, who has been trained for this.
This sorting process means
that for those of you who are Ascended Masters from higher realms in your previous experience, you will be feeling more and
more isolated in your day to day experience. You may find your friends and family "falling by the wayside" from your
point of view. They may choose to deride or mock your interest in spiritual development, distancing themselves from
your discussion of the things that are dear to your heart, a deep part of your present identity. Do not condemn them,
or try to slow yourself down on their behalf. Search instead for those who take for granted what you are feeling now
- the urgency to be of service and to hone your Self to be the finest tool for God's work that you can possibly be.
We
have provided you with many websites, many channels. Kathryn's colleague, Gabriella is overseeing a page on Facebook
(now is the time to overcome your prejudice against Facebook) to provide a meeting place for those who are on the fast track
to Ascension. It is called Healing for Ascension Tour Group. The medium of Facebook is well adapted to creating
an interactive resource for likeminded people to meet, in fact it is the best use of this "modern" tool. We do not restrict
its use to "social media networking." It can be used in a far more sophisticated way, to connect our Lightworkers on
the ground with one another.
You see, I am acknowledging your progress and encouraging you to continue to raise yourselves,
and we are giving you all the tools necessary to do so. An Ascended Master does not remain isolated, nor does s/he complain
that others oppose them. Of course others oppose you; it is the normal response when someone is confronted with something
they do not understand or feel as you do, and they are still firmly entrenched in the lower dimensions of Earth's duality.
Free yourselves now from all regret, all pain from the experiences of having been "rejected" by your fellows.
Know that none of it is personal; it is simply the way human beings are responding to the challenges at hand. Take your
own path, with joyful anticipation that you will encounter others who will embrace you and recognize the common ground you
will tread together from this point on. It is a truly heart-warming experience to work with others who are experiencing
identical challenges to your own.
Imagine yourself in an enormous ballroom. It is a great celebration, and everyone
is invited. Use your radar to hone in on the dancing partners whose energy feels compatible with your own, since in
this hall everyone hears the music they prefer. There are no restrictions, no rules to follow, nothing to prove.
Some in the great hall will be waltzing with great sweeping gusto, others performing "electric boogie" moves, some practicing
a carefully choreographed group two-step, and others doing the odd gyration you have called "twerking." Do not judge
what the others are doing; move instead to the group whose rhythm lifts your heart and inspires you to join in the dance.
This
is your time to shine, Beloved Ones. Widen your circle; reach out to make contact with others you have not preciously
known. It is a time for sorting, aligning and offering comfort and inspiration to others. Be of service by bringing
your message, but if others refuse to accept you, move on. Be an explorer of possibilities, a detector of deep feelings.
Some of you do not yet know each other, for you have not advertised yourselves as Great Masters. Great masters do not
do that, of course. They simply do their jobs as God has asked them to do and leave the commentary to others.
They teach by example and by being transparent about what they feel and how they see the world. This is the most effective
teaching style - one which Socrates made famous, and which remains still as the way to Truth. Do not confuse it with
lecturing or intellectual gymnastics. The Socratic Method is a state of being.
We ask you now to make yourselves
more visible. Present your view to the world simply, directly and with feeling. This is not the time for intellectual
argument or fact-finding to support your opinion. Speak of your personal experience, your deepest feelings, and your
Love. Make the story of your soul journey interesting to others by telling it in person. Everyone loves a good
story. Make your story of Ascension real and accessible to others by showing them the joy it gives you to be alive,
the thrill you feel when you awaken to each new day. The Faith you feel in your heart will be apparent to all.
You need not give it a name, God, or even a reference. Tell the world of the rising energies on the planet, and your
experience of exhilaration and lightness as you absorb the gift of heightened vibrations from the Cosmos.
Join with
us, the Company of Heaven, to express Love, Compassion and unlimited Understanding to those you encounter along your path.
Each chance meeting, every syllable you speak, and every step you take matters in the fulfillment of the Great Dream of Ascension.

are our team, our beloved Brothers and Sisters, and we love you without end.

Dear Ones, Many fear outcomes
despite moving beyond the need to do so. You expect the same result true for this lifetime - before your transition - and
many, if not all, previous lifetimes. It is as if someone has gifted you millions of dollars and you wonder when it will be
taken away. Or you gamble with your winnings believing it does not matter, as all will be gone soon. Then, there are those who will relish and enjoy the gifted millions - without embarrassment or apologies. And so it is that you are at a belief crossroads. Do you truly believe in
this transition? Or have you merely been voicing your belief in joy, but maintaining fears deep within you? Perhaps you feel such is unfair for you have suffered for eons for the core belief embedded deep within
you and just learned a few days ago what that core belief was - so you need more processing time. In the 3D world you are most familiar with, you indeed would require and be allowed more time, But this
is now, this is new earth. It is time to get 'over yourself' You have a beacon of light within you that you promised the Universes
to shine. That last statement appears to be yet another care taking
role and so it is. Only this time, you are care taking yourself. Quite different from past eons when you were at the end of
the care taking line. Everyone - parents, children, spouses, friends, community, country - came first. Do you understand that
few wars would have been possible if self interests were culturally acceptable? Perhaps
you are thinking we are advising you to be selfish. We are. For once in this life and many others, determine who you are and
what you need. In the Old Age, lines were drawn. Take care of women,
children, country, anyone deemed less powerful than you - and finally you. Who
determined what groups were less powerful or more needy? Is it not true
that only in the past 100 years or so in modern history, women were allowed to experience similar risks, jobs and activities
as men? In past centuries were not seven-year-old children - both male and female - considered adults? Have not several female
dominated cultures been discovered by archaeologists? Are there not countries who refuse participate in wars? And yet, you continue believe that current culturally accepted and dominant
behavior patterns are cast in stone. When did those aforementioned cultural patterns change
and why? What did those patterns represent that do not require representation in your current life? If changes occurred throughout
earth history and were accepted and followed, why can you not believe that you can easily now live in joy? You do not need to live in joy if you would rather not - but why not? The Universes - and you - are gifting
you with love and abundance. It is time to accept and believe. Believing means knowing without a doubt that the pain of yesterday
is no more. You can fight and argue to live your pain/Old Age beliefs,
but joy is here. Maintaining your pain belief is no different from continuing to believe horses are the most important means
of transportation even though automobiles, airplanes and trains are readily available. Shift you thinking process from that of pain to pleasure. Not because you have to - but why would you
not want to? Perhaps you feel you must accept pleasure. Such is the
case for different reasons than you now perhaps imagine. In past eons,
you were forced to accept the beliefs best for society - at any cost to your person hood. You are now accepting joy because of your person hood. Perhaps it will help you to think of this as a reading or
math lesson you might not be particularly like, but something you must complete before progressing to more advanced studies. For indeed, if you do not accept joy/pleasure/self-love; and the same is true
for the next person and the next and the next - your life will remain in a fear mode. Earth and all other earth entities are
shifting - whether or not you appreciate that. And it is time for human entities to fully accept their role in this amazing
transition. Even though you do not have to accept your new life of
joy, you will be truly out-of-step with your world if you do not. And you will live in fear and pain far beyond the time you
need to. You have completed your fear lessons. You have cleansed
- and exited your cocoon. Now allow yourself to accept and yes, enjoy the fruits of your labor. Accept the Universal gifts being showered upon you. Accept joy, despite old indicators that you need
to fear something. Allow yourself to move beyond first grade. You no longer
need to read those painfully boring Dick and Jane books. You
can read whatever genre is of interest to you - as long as it is not frightening or painful. Those chapters of your life are
long gone. Accept and allow yourself to grow in the joy of your being.
That is your Universal beacon of love and light - closely observed by those pondering whether to follow you. Allow yourself to be in this new earth. Accept that you are as powerful as you sometimes now imagine. Your new roles are in joyful drama and
comedies. Your in-depth frightening and depressing dramas have successfully been completed. So be it. Amen

Mentor: “When
the human mind is at rest, it becomes a receptacle for needed inspiration – perhaps subliminally – and for this
to be used for a new idea, or insoluble problem, for which seemingly no answer can be found. Most inventions and discoveries
are made in deep mind when the everyday mind is finally at rest, so celestial beings have a chance to drop a nugget of wisdom
or insight into that ‘still’ mind. “Think about how important and not-so-important insights are made, especially
those related to personal problems.
“However – and this
is my point – the reason why problems are becoming larger and seemingly insoluble is because people have become more
accustomed to thinking about the ‘outer’ world, paying little or no attention to their ‘inner’ world.
This is mainly due to the almost overwhelming amount of new ‘toys’ and the phenomenal array of gadgets that need
to be mastered to supposedly make life easier. Yet, looking at it from a realistic point of view, this has created a new phenomenon
in a very subtle form of greed of ‘needing to have’.
“This
‘need to have’ is a burden that will become heavier to carry over time, as even less attention will be given to
the real purpose of living, which is simply to prepare you for the next level of existence. The danger is growing on this
planet that there will be evermore less-developed souls passing over into the ‘hereafter’ practically spiritually
bankrupt, as no personal time will be given to the Creator of all, who is the originator of life’s energies.
“Ideally,
an individual connection ought to be made when children are still under the authority and supervision of their parents. Parenthood
is a most ‘responsible’ job on any planet and surely questions will be asked from your celestial supervisors as
to what kind of effort was made to enlighten the little ones as to how the life-energy of the Creator flows through them.
Explanations can be kept very simple so the child can form its own opinion about an Almighty Creator, who loves each child
and adult as if each were the only one in creation.
“A human-made
religion ought never to be forced onto the child, as a mind free from outmoded laws flourishes best. The only rule to be taught
ought to be the golden rule of doing unto others, the way one would like to be treated, accepted and respected with love and
care. This one rule would enormously simplify life on this planet. Think about the consequences involved: It would make the
shift, which this world so badly needs at this point in its history.
“Come
on, inhabitants of Urantia, wake up and make a sincere effort to connect up with that wonderful Gift within you all. That
Spark from God is ever so patiently waiting for you to take that first step to join in and make that all-important connection.

Discipline of the Mind
You must
have a pure mind if you want to realise the self. Unless the mind is free and it casts away all desires, cravings, worries,
delusion, pride, lust, attachment, likes and dislikes, it cannot enter into the domain of supreme peace and unalloyed felicity,
the immortal abode. A glutton or a sensualist, a dullard or a lazy man, cannot practise meditation. He who has controlled
the tongue and other organs, who has an acute acumen, who eats, drinks and sleeps in moderation, who has destroyed selfishness,
lust, greed and anger, can practise meditation and attain success in samadhi (super-consciousness). You cannot
enjoy peace of mind, you cannot practise meditation if there is vikshepa in your mind. Vikshepa is tossing of mind. Vikshepa
is rajas (passion); vikshepa and desires co-exist in the mind. If you really want to destroy vikshepa, you must destroy all
mundane cravings through dispassion and self-surrender to the Lord. If you apply fire to green wood, it will
not burn; if you apply fire to a piece of dried wood, it will at once catch fire and burn. Even so, those who have not purified
their minds will not be able to start the fire of meditation. They will be sleeping or dreaming building castles in the air - when they sit for meditation. But those who have removed the impurities
of the mind by japa (repetition of God's name), service, charity, pranayama (yoga breathing), etc., will enter into deep meditation
as soon as they sit for meditation. The pure ripe mind will at once burn with the fire of meditation. - - - - - Clarify your idea again and again. Think clearly. Have deep concentration and
right thinking. Introspect in solitude. Purify your thoughts. Still the thoughts. Silence the bubbling mind. Allow one thought
wave only to rise from the mind and settle down calmly. Then allow another thought to enter. Drive off all extraneous thoughts
that have nothing to do with the subject matter on hand. An efficient control over thoughts, through long practice, is a great
help in meditation. Watch every thought very carefully. Shut out all useless
thoughts from the mind. Your life must tally with your meditation. You keep up your meditation during work also. Do not give
new strength to evil thoughts by constantly thinking. Restrain them. Substitute sublime thoughts.
