Today we speak to you of ascension. You are beginning now to see the results of higher dimensional energies pouring into world consciousness causing the dissolution of many old paradigms and bringing in a receptivity to truth and there is much yet to come. Up till now, ascension has been the distant goal of hundreds of individual lifetimes of experience and learning finally to be understood only after death with the help of one's Guides. However at this time--NOW, planetary energy is shifting and raising in frequency through the presence of so many enlightened beings on earth at this time. There are many from other planets here in human body simply to add their light to this process. The higher dimensional Light of so many enlightened ones is serving to dissolve the false and bring about the personal ascension of many while still in physical body. Those of you reading and resonating with the Arcturian messages can rest assured that you chose to be here at this powerful time to be a part of this.

Ascension is the reason so many struggle with difficult experiences. In order to shift into higher dimensional energy, there must first be a clearing of the lower resonating energies still held in cellular memory--these energies cannot be carried with you into the higher. These energies usually remain dormant as long as an individual is comfortable and all seems to be going well--thus some powerful "wake up call" may be needed to jolt him out of complacency. "Negative" experiences are not signs of failure for a spiritual student, but instead are indications of a spiritual readiness to move deeper. However not all energies needing to be released are negative, sometimes it is an intense connection to someone that has become so interdependent over time as to hold the student back. Because this is such an important time on earth, most of you chose birth families that would serve to activate deeply buried issues, bringing them to a conscious level where they could be finally resolved and released.

Through an honest examination of all experiences, the good as well as the bad, you will come to understand that much of what you have accepted as the way things "must be done, must appear, must work" in order for them to be correct, are instead simply concepts, many of which were accepted in other lifetimes and carried into this one. Everyone has had different lifetime experiences and so everyone's clearing experiences will be different.

Impersonal universal human consciousness contains all third dimensional thoughts and beliefs. The beliefs and ideas of this impersonal human consciousness are never yours until you personally accept them as true, at which time they become your state of consciousness and can begin to manifest outwardly. You may say; "But I don't believe this" or "I am spiritually aware, so how did this thing manifest in my life?" This is because energies of duality and separation are still resonating in cellular memory and any general acceptance of the third dimensional belief system will appear outwardly. There is no un-manifest consciousness. Many of you may re-experience these impersonal energies as they clear, especially those from the emotional body, just don't pull them back in, once again personalizing them.

If it seems to you as if you are going no where spiritually, know that this suggestion arises from human concepts of how spiritual experiences must look. Films, books, and even some spiritual teachers present pictures and ideas of ascension and spiritual evolution according to their personal experiences and state of consciousness. Every individual is different and there is no one experience for all--to believe you must have a particular experience is human.

Some are attracted to the teachings of the East because they learned and lived these teachings in other lifetimes and resonate with them. Others may find themselves drawn to teachings from the nature path...those of Native Americans and other aboriginal groups. Many are finding themselves drawn to convents and monasteries for no apparent reason. This is because you have lived these experiences in other lifetimes and everything you resonate with either positively or negatively is now coming to your awareness.

Always remember that at a certain point, you no longer need the modalities--paths, rituals, and teachings. Tools can guide and assist in the earlier phases of awakening but are no longer necessary after realizing that you already are that which you seek and that your oneness with Source constitutes your oneness with all that Source is. The tools can help open an individual to deeper awareness but there comes a time at which any dependence upon them must cease in order that teaching come from within. Holding tightly to some path, tradition, or teaching after it has been outgrown only serves to keep one in old and finished energy. This does not mean you cannot occasionally work with an evolved reader or teacher, or schedule an energy session, or take some class you may be guided to take. It means you no longer believe you NEED these things.

It is important that you not judge yourselves for any human beliefs or thoughts that may flow to you even if you temporarily accept them. Impersonal ideas are often inadvertently accepted because you still resonate with their energy. For example if a person has had many previous lifetimes of disease, he will be more susceptible to the concepts of health and disease floating about in universal consciousness.

Resist any temptation to guilt, regret, or self loathing for thoughts or actions you may embrace, instead use these realizations as reminders to go deeper. If you realize that you have ignorantly accepted some belief or another that you now recognize as false, know that the sky is not going to fall down nor will you be "smote from above" as punishment. These experiences are simply opportunities for growth, and investing them with a power they do not have is duality and separation. Always remember that nothing, no word, thought, experience, or appearance can ever separate you from who and what you really are. Learning becomes more gentle with time because the need to learn through struggle and pain is finished. Most of you are at that point now.

Trust your intuitive sense about things. If some thing in your life (food, books, entertainment, world view etc.) is no longer resonating with you, know that you have shifted beyond the energy of it and try not to revive it as it was in the past no matter how pleasant or perfect it may of been at that time. Try very hard not to add energy to negative outer appearances, but instead reinterpret them. For example, you may become aware of some humanly negative or violent activity, but the spiritual reality is that all activity between living things is the activity of interconnectedness (Love-- many within the One). In this case that spiritual interconnectedness is being reflected through the third dimensional consciousness of separation--it is still the interaction within the One, but colored by false belief.

Trust that once you choose to evolve, you are indeed evolving regardless of any outer appearances. It is not necessary to jump up and down, light a candle, chant certain chants, go to church every week, or stand facing a certain direction saying certain words to get the process moving. You have all evolved beyond these beginner activities or you wouldn't be reading these messages. Nothing is needed but the intention to evolve. It does not mean you cannot visit a church and enjoy the beauty of a service nor does it mean you cannot sign a petition or speak your truth. It means you no longer give these things a power they don't have, but instead, rest in the realization that there is only one power and that power is within.

There are those who believe they have already know all the answers and so there is nothing more for them to learn or understand. Sadly, this ego stance serves to act as a box enclosing them with their own creations and preventing any real spiritual growth until such time as they are ready to open themselves to more.

Evolution is a gradual journey into higher dimensional energy. Ascension is the achievement of that state of consciousness that will allow you to shift into the higher frequencies. The higher and faster the frequencies, the nearer to pure Light they become. The third dimensional world is unable to see these higher frequencies with human eyes and so denies them, but this is changing as more and more come into alignment with them. As beings of light, you allowed your energy to slow and become dense in order to experience the third dimension for the purpose of remembering truth while seemingly separated from it. At this time most of you are ready for completion and are on earth to once and for all clear any remaining energies from these life times.

Trust that you are well on your way regardless of the lack of so called spiritual experiences. Open your hearts to the truth behind what you may behold in the outer knowing that all, even the seemingly un-awakened are releasing old energy. There are some not yet ready for ascension, honor them and concern yourselves with your own inner work. It is not wisdom to try and convert another not yet ready for your level of awareness. Keep truth silent and secret in your heart and those ready for what you have will find you for energy seeks its own level.

Relax, rest, and take time often to go within, even if you have to get up in the middle of the night to find quiet. Stay present in each moment no matter how mundane or frightening--this is the spiritual journey which rarely comes as the blast of heavenly light depicted in movies except to those who have already attained their personal ascension in a previous lifetime.

Trust, trust, trust that which is within. It is time to claim your own Divine Power.

God said:

To each his own on one level makes sense. Individuality exists. Individuality abounds. It is perceived in the world of perception. You couldn’t dream up all the amazing differences between people. No two are alike. Twins share similarities, and they also are emblazoned in uniqueness. From this individuality arise all the stories in life, the comedies and so-called tragedies. I say so-called tragedies so you will take a balanced eye in your view of life on Earth. I don’t want you to think of life on Earth as a battering ram. Life is not out to get you. There are no multifarious designs on you in your life on Earth. Life is not a vulture. Ah, but, yes, life is a story-teller.

Amidst all the perceived individuality lies the Unity, the Brotherhood of Everyone, the Oneness. It could perhaps be called the blank slate, or We could call it the Great Sun, the Great Light, the One Great Light that shines on All and shines from All, from that One Wonderful Place that is not a Place and where there is no ownership and no such thing as each to his own. We could call this inaccurately, if We choose, the Melting Pot, and yet it is more like a Rising Pot. It is the Highest Dimension. It is the Basic Dimension, yet it can hardly be called a dimension. It is a foundation. It is the Well-Spring. It is the Truth Unveiled. It is the One Reality. It is like a still photo of Paradise beyond or before habitation, no matter by what name it may be called.

It is the Hall of Silence. It is the Foundation of the World, and yet it is Above the World. It can hardly be described. It is the seed. We could say it is the seed within the seed within the seed. It is the Wholeness and the Nothingness. It is the Oneness which cannot be extricated and set apart. You cannot look at it. You cannot be at a distance from it. You are not even a you who can discuss it, for Who is outside this Oneness? No one. Who is there to tell about it, and Who is there to ask about it? There is no one, only Oneness of Everythingness before Everythingness is born.

You do understand that I have no form. You have always gathered that. Nor am I exactly a void. I am not a cipher, yet I am Oneness, and so are you, and yet there is no you, only Oneness.

None of this can easily be swallowed in the extant world. How could it be in the extant world where the five senses rule and diagrams can be drawn? Even as you are created in My Image, I am beyond Image. Even so, you know what I mean or close to it. You are not your mere body. This is not to take your form down a peg or two, because in the physical world, the human form is also beautiful, far more beautiful than you can perceive yet beautiful just the same. Human perception is also more beautiful than perceived. It is a wondrous thing, yet it is not fully perceived within the eyes of the world.

You can only guess at the Heights You Attain. You can desire. You can wish. You can love, yet, of course, there is no putting your finger on love or anything because the Heights have no dimensions. The Heights are where measurements do not exist but ARE. The Heights are where Love Is, and that’s the whole story.

It is a great pleasure for me to speak with you while we enjoy the gentle breezes and the rich aroma of good coffee floating on the air. Of course, we do not drink coffee, but we do appreciate the warm and welcoming smells of coffee and homemade bread as it wafts from your kitchen. It reminds us of our former lifetimes here on Earth, and the simple pleasures which are abundant, all around you. I am here to encourage you to find the moments, and eventually the state of peace which will allow you to ascend to higher dimensions in your body, as we have planned.

Yes, Dear Ones, it is the state of peace, inside and out, which is required for you to raise your vibrations. There can be no worry or fear, no doubt or resentment to cloud your sights, no feelings of self-doubt or unworthiness, inferiority or superiority. No single group will be singled out for success, other than those who have learned to live at peace with themselves and with those around them. Any impulse toward aggressiveness or revenge will mask your beacon of Light and hold you back. We wish to help you now to learn what elevating your vibrations really means.

First, enlightenment does not mean you are blind to the troubles or ugliness around you. It means you see it clearly and find no reason to be personally upset by it. For many of you, this seems an impossibility, to see darkness and suffering and not suffer yourselves, or be "taken down" by it. But Beloved Ones, who can you help others to raise themselves out of a hole in the ground if you jump in with them? How will you teach patience, wisdom and harmony if you are impatient and frustrated? No matter how logical or "reality based" your thinking might be, please reconsider.

This journey you embarked on, to wear the suit of a human body, is what you might call a double-edged sword. On the one hand, you are told you are made in the image of God, which you are, but we must now make it clear that there are facets to this phenomenon which you may not see completely.

You, the soul that you are, are made in the image of God, and you go on eternally, experiencing various lifetimes, adventures, and exploits, together with your soul mates and fellow travelers of the Cosmos. One of those adventures, a favorite among Masters who wish to evolve along their own soul path and who wish to help others do the same, is to incarnate on Earth in a human form. The human form is especially treasured because it is an amalgam of the DNA of many races, and is the cooperative attempt to create a form - a relatively solid receptacle through which we can all experience life in lower dimensions.

This special form which is humankind is truly the closest form which is capable of expressing our etheric soul qualities. Now, this is not to say that anger and fear, for instance, is a reflection of how we feel in higher dimensions. Not at all. As we work our way up the spiritual ladder above the 5th dimension, where we all came from before this life, to our destiny which is unity with Creator, we experience only the various shades of love. However, as we move dimensionally higher, the color and depth of Light and Love becomes more and more intense.

And so, we come to practice here in the lower dimensions in this 3-dimensional version of a human body for the most difficult challenges of all - the experience of duality. Here we feel the struggle between Light and Dark, good and evil, you might call it, which is only possible in the lower dimensions where there is also the illusion of separation from God. Our challenge here is to find our way back to Unity, to see that evil is only a construct we designed to create the house of mirrors filled with ghouls and monsters which are here to push us to the limit. We have been given the free will choice to give up, turn to the darkness, or return in Faith and Love to the God who has never abandoned us, but has stood by allowing us the opportunity to feel our own strength.

Each soul came here with this difficult project in mind. It is the bottom line. Will you choose to see the darkness for what it is - the holographic illusion we came here to play out? Or will you curse the darkness, blame God, or Fate, or someone else for the losing game you feel trapped within? It is a tricky balancing act, to see the illusion for what it is, and still do your best to stay in the game while you help others to awaken all around you. This is the challenge a Master takes on, courageously daring to plunge into the deep and murky waters without a life raft, firm in the faith that all is well, even when the sensations and physical evidence seem the opposite.

You are here first and foremost to learn, to teach and to grow. By meeting the challenges you encounter with humor, goodwill and faith in your fellow humans and the Guides and angels who are with you, you rise above the illusion, shake off the fear and anxiety, and restore yourself to the seat of honor which is your due. God is there, your loving supporter, your cheering section and your greatest fan.

So you see, this is the gradual awakening you are taking part in now. First, you began to read and listen to the messages from us which helped you to feel connected while you were still behind the thick Veil. Then gradually you began to learn that you manifest what you think about - the Universal Law of Attraction, and then you began to feel the hint of understanding that this entire project, which we have called the Lucifer project, for he was the one who volunteered to lead in the creation of the world of duality and illusion you are now experiencing.

Along with the departure of the Reptilian race, the Lucifer Project ended, and Lucifer was welcomed home to the arms of God. It was decided in the Council of Heaven that the project we had designed was too risky, too weighted in favor of the dark, because of the invading species who came to take over the planet and eventually to destroy her. It was necessary for us to step in, in a limited way, to prevent the Armageddon which was a part of the dark timeline. You see, the duality was an illusion, but Mother Earth herself, and you in your human bodies are real. We did not wish to see all of you and your precious Mother destroyed.

Here we have opened another topic for you to ponder. Many seers and spiritual leaders have told you "it is all an illusion." This is not true. Only the internal rules of the game are the illusory creation. By "game" I do not mean to imply it is a whimsical process. Not at all. The moves you make, the decisions you choose, and the lessons you learn as a result of playing the Game of Life on Planet Earth in the 3rd and 4th dimension are true. Your growth and your struggle to come back to the Light are real. This is a challenge you will remember for the rest of your soul eternity.

Please understand, Beloved Ones, it has been an honorable effort - this voyage into the unknown. Like all intrepid explorers, you have traveled far from "home" and have just now begun to see the Light along your pathway back. We hold the lantern for you, whisper in your ear, celebrate every obstacle surmounted and every hesitation overcome. Each time you are challenged and you manage to keep your balance, hold on to your integrity and maintain your loving attitude it is a mark of your character and your growing strength. We understand there may be missteps, confusion and strong feelings that sometimes "get you down." When you pick yourself up, brush yourself off and go on, that is a triumph.

You see, it is a game you cannot lose, because as long as you play out your part as one of the team who are here to learn, you are making a precious contribution to the completion of the project. Even those who have come here as the Dark Hats - the ones whose job it is to create the dilemmas and sometimes tortuous challenges you have faced - even they are part of the learning/teaching team. It is time now for them to awaken to understand that they were not given real power, and the right to control others.

They too are actors in what I referred to as the internal illusion - the game within the game. Some of them have become drunk with the feelings of power, and have been addicted to their positions of control over others, especially when it meant they could possibly succeed at owning all the resources and wealth on the planet. Some have become addicted to their delusions of power and grandeur, as they see it, but you see, this is only a more extreme version of the position you all find yourselves in now.

They too will awaken to realize they have played a part in a greater learning experience for the benefit of all humankind, or as you might see it, for all the souls who came to wear the human uniform in this historic time. When they do awaken, they will need your help to bring them through the shame and guilt they will feel initially, when they first discover how destructive and malevolent their actions have been. They truly do not feel that when they are in the middle of it; they feel entitled to behave the way they do. They even feel that what they are doing, by controlling others, is really for their own good.

Polish up your forgiveness tools, Dear Ones. You will be needing them in the coming days and months, for this awakening will be difficult for those who were the "perpetrators" as it is for the "victims." Read, if you will, the original psychological studies by Phillip Zimbardo and Stanley Milgram where they found that some who were put in charge over "prisoners" or "test subjects" by those in authority did horrific things to their fellow humans when they were given license to do so. These researchers intuitively recreated the illusion you are operating within now, and showed the extremes of which everyone is capable when given complete free will and encouragement to turn toward the dark.

And so, here you are, at the close of this Lucifer Project - the drama which ran for thousands of years in all the theaters, all the households and offices and halls of government. Now, it is done. You are being invited to clear the decks, restore the peace, and begin anew to create the Heaven on Earth you now have the empathy, compassion and wisdom to build together.

Raise your flag of peace; write your hymn to the glory of God, and take the hand of the one at your side. Walk together, Beloved Children of God, into the real, live sunset which marks the end of an era and the beginning of a brand new life on Planet Earth.
It will be up to you to bring about the peace and reconciliation process which will be necessary now. Prepare yourselves with Love, and remember always that you are encircled by our loving embrace.

We love you without end, for there is no end. There is only now, and the rising energies of the great Central Sun, sent to awaken and strengthen you in your new version of the human body. You are being prepared now to adapt and elevate yourselves using the higher energies. Open your hearts and your minds to welcome and align with the higher vibrations, for they are the richer, lighter atmosphere of your new Paradise on Earth, and it is up to you how high and how far you wish to go.

Thought Adjuster: “You have been created for a reason, a purpose, to be the expression of an original idea in the mind of the Father. You have been created to be like God, to be his beloved children. If He can change reality at will, why wouldn’t His children have this ability? Your mistake is that sometimes you lower the idea of purpose to your self-limiting mortal level. Purpose is not what you do in life; it is not the situation in which you find yourself. Are you willing to believe that your Father would create a person to suffer and always struggle in vain against poverty throughout life, in order to learn something? It would be like those parents who decide to be the tormentors of their own children with the pretext of creating in them a strong character. Would you make the childhood of your own children harder and more difficult than your own, just to force them to learn something? Do you think your Father would?

“The purpose of your life in this world has nothing to do with being rich or poor, famous or unknown, your house, the car you drive, the places you travel, or the work you do. If you can’t achieve your goals in this area, it is not relevant. If you do, it is not relevant either. Life is lived in the empty spaces, those where you don’t do, but simply be, in the relationships with your neighbors, in the quality of love that is expressed through your being. Everything else is unimportant. If you become a millionaire your spiritual life will not be affected – unless you allow it. If you renounce material goods and move to the jungle, your spiritual life will not be affected, again, unless you allow it.

“The highest achievement of a human being is to live life in harmony – the best possible life – while serving the two masters, the material and the spiritual. Work to live in the world and search within the answers that your soul needs. You are free to do anything you want to do with your life, because that is why your Father gave this life to you.

“Come to your Father when you need advice, even with financial, material, or what you may call ‘the mundane.’ Do you think that the Creator of all would claim incompetence in matters material? You will always be able to count on the Father’s guidance and support to achieve success in all your enterprises. Truly, if more among you would come to your Father before making decisions about your laws, your government, your diplomacy, things would be much better in this realm.

If you feel that you have not achieved your goals, it is wrong to say that such was ‘not the will of God’, for if your goals are worthwhile and you are not going against love, you will always have the Father’s approval and support. How many among you have achieved goals that lead only to destruction, confusion, and unrest, in just being motivated by your own material ambitions and short-sightedness? If they can achieve their goals, those with higher goals and hopes will certainly have the same opportunities. Most of the time, it is you who is the one to blame for not achieving those things you desire. The Father is not the one who imposes limits.

“Consider the athlete who begins to train for a certain sport. At the start the athlete is out of shape and has never before won a competition. That person has no reasons to believe he cannot achieve something worthwhile. There are millions of athletes who begin at this level, and have this way of thinking. Some who loose some competitions eventually quit. The ones who win some contests start to feel more confident. Once the athlete has won at higher levels his or her confidence grows. Those around that person will also start to trust more in the athlete’s talents. Perhaps a higher level trainer will come to help the athlete. Maybe a promoter will come to finance the athlete. Our athlete now has greater confidence and will start training with more intensity, competing and winning more events, and start to believe that maybe he or she will have the opportunity to win at the highest level. This is how the athlete finally reaches the highest levels in a particular sport.

“What is the difference between the world-class athlete and those who started at the same level but never achieved success? It was the degree of confidence each one possessed. Many lost their first competition and quit, because they concluded that they were not as good as the others. If they had won that first competition their story could have been different. They based all their success, and the achievement of their goals, on a completely random event, winning or losing a competition at a level where no one is fully prepared. It is confidence what determines success in any endeavor in life. And what is confidence if not faith, the hope of achieving something important? Strengthen your faith in the guidance and caring of your Father and cultivate that confidence that will allow you to grow beyond your limitations and achieve the goal of living and becoming the best you can be. It is the pursuit of perfection and sharing a likeness with God.”

GURU AND DISCIPLE: A correspondent wrote to the
Master, "I wanted to take secret instructions from
you and make you my Guru, but you say in your
writings: 'You yourself are your Guru'. You also
say that a Guru is essential for a man who has a
desire to achieve salvation. Will you kindly
explain which of the two is correct?

"I believe that a true Guru is next to God and as
such cannot but give myself entirely to his mercy
and guidance. I believe more in his mercy than in
my own ability; and it is true indeed that a Guru
can give more in a moment than what we can earn in
years and lives. Actually my soul is craving for a
Guru.

"You write: 'If you are a true disciple, you will
find your Guru'. But I do not know how and when. I
believe it is only the blessing hands of a Guru
which can replace the finer and lurking cosmic
desires with the divine vision of the Self.

"Please let me know what I must do in order to be a
true disciple and how I can find my Guru. You know
it is very difficult for me, having but little
experience, to discriminate between a true Guru and
a hypocrite. I am told that a Yogi can point out to
an individual who his Guru is. May I pray and
beseech you to guide me in this matter! Kind
Swamiji, help me and enlighten me further."

"For a beginner on the spiritual path a Guru is
quite necessary," the Master began in his reply.
"When the mind becomes pure, the purified mind
itself becomes the Guru. A Guru can clear doubts,
show the spiritual path and inspire his disciple,
but the rest of the work will have to be done by
the aspirant himself. Self-reliance is necessary.

"Guru's Grace is very necessary. That does not mean
that the disciple should sit idle. He must do rigid
spiritual practices. All the work must be done by
the student. These days people want a drop of water
from the water-pot of a Sannyasin and desire to
enter into Samadhi immediately. They are not
prepared to undertake any spiritual practice for
purification and Self-realisation. They want a
magic pill to push them into the state of Samadhi.
If you have any such delusion, give it up
immediately.

"If you carry out all the instructions given in
this letter then you will get a true Guru. If you
implicitly obey the instructions of your Guru and
engage in spiritual practices with interest and
attention and please him through your Sadhana, you
will obtain his Grace. What is wanted is rigid
practice. Then alone will the Grace of the Guru,
which is the same as the Grace of God, descend, and
not by merely saying, 'I have accepted you as my
Guru. Give me initiation and Mantra.'

"How to qualify yourself to be a disciple? Purify
the mind. Develop Sattwic qualities such as
nobility, courage, magnanimity, mercy, love,
generosity and truthfulness, and eradicate all evil
qualities such as lust, greed, anger, pride, likes
and dislikes and avarice, which stand in the way of
ethical perfection and Self-realisation. No amount
of spiritual practice can be of any solid value to
the aspirant if he ignores this side of his
spiritual life.

"Love all, prostrate to everybody. Be kind to all.
Utter sweet, loving and endearing words. Fail not
to observe the vow of celibacy at any cost. One

does not preserve the vital fluid. Eradicate lust
first. Develop devotion. This is indeed the first
step before you approach a Guru.
