___________ My Personal Message___________ I have an ocean view
this morning as I write this message. The early light is sparkling upon the calm waters, the waves are gentle. I have been
gifted this monthly retreat from a dear friend who has a small apartment she calls her beach place. She made me promise I
would spend one night and day there each month. This allows me to shift from my usual busy life at home to a place of solitude.
It is a place of renewal.
It feels especially healing this time since my past month has been extremely intense. As
most of you know from my last newsletter I had a family emergency. I was visiting one of my daughters in Kauai assisting her
in a big project and enjoying my time with her family. My youngest daughter called and said she was to have a total cardiac
ablation the following Monday. I have been with her each of the four
previous procedures for her heart. Since this was a Friday,
all return flights on the weekend were full. I was unable to be with her. As you can imagine this was so difficult for me.
Monday morning at 5:00 I awoke, went outside since the household
was sleeping and began to pray and connect. It was easy since I knew the hospital and the rooms. When they texted me she was
in the operating room it began to pour rain, yet the morning sun was shining through the rain. I looked up and witnessed the
most beautiful full spectrum rainbow. I fell on my knees and began to cry. It was like an answer to my prayers that all was
going to be all right.
Later that day I flew home, slept a few hours, repacked and drove to Sacramento. I was with
her for a week. She is still adjusting; they continue to monitor her pacemaker until she totally recovers. She is still having
difficulty. Thank you for your continued prayers.
I appreciate the understanding of those who had to change their appointments.
I am finally catching up on emails and rescheduling the appointments that were canceled. Your support and understanding has
been incredible.
My dear friend Tom Kenyon has just offered a new transmission from his Hathor team. I highly recommend

Transcending Space and Time." It is very powerful.
I acknowledge you for the challenges you are facing in your
personal life. I join you as we all send loving healing energy to those affected by the earthquakes in Nepal and around the
world, as well as to all the refugees fleeing from the intense conflicts.
It is with a grateful heart that I express
my true appreciation for the generous financial donations this month. Since all appointments were canceled and there was no
income, this community stepped up and offered assistance. I felt embraced by your love. I am so touched by your generosity.
I am grateful for your support. May you be blessed a thousand fold.

We are here embracing your heart and your intelligence. We continue to offer our deep
gratitude for your willingness and courage to experience the dense reality and frequency of the third and fourth dimensions.
This is your focus as a physical being as well as your opportunity to offer a conscious shift.
As a multidimensional
being you are capable of moving beyond these limited frequencies. If you are reading our words, you are aware that there are
other higher dimensions. This concept is real for you as a mental construct, an abstract idea. The key now is to begin allow
yourself to explore the possibilities of this truth as a personal experience.
The physical reality of your day-to-day
activities generally consumes most of your focus and awareness. We are inviting you to begin to stretch into the possibility
that you can begin to move to higher dimensions. This aspect of evolution, the conscious transformation into a pure energy
frequency, moves beyond your perceived limitations. We observe that there are many who are at this moment experiencing the
higher realms and higher dimensions.
We celebrate with you and acknowledge that you are anchoring this ability into
the mass consciousness matrix. You are making this possibility and awareness available to all.
We realize our
words touch a deep knowing and understanding of this truth, however the physical illusion seems solid and is anchored into
your circuits, nervous systems and beliefs. You could say that you are invested in your reality, your story and the connections
to other beings with whom you interface.
We are not suggesting that you totally withdraw from your third dimensional
experience; we are just inviting you to begin to explore the possibility of moving or shifting your awareness and your divine
consciousness to the higher realms of light and frequency.
Many of your sages and shaman have offered this invitation
as well. We have continued to invite you to connect with the quantum field using the portal of your imagination. This is an
exercise in removing your focus and attention from the seemingly solid reality you call your life. Allow yourself to suspend
your beliefs of what you think is real. Play with this, explore this exercise. It is from the higher dimensions that outstanding
solutions to third and fourth dimensional problems can be discovered.
There have been many suggestions and methods
offered as to how to access the higher dimensions. We will always recommend the use of sound vibrations. Sounds and sound
vibration always alters consciousness. Breath and breathing techniques will allow you to travel consciously, just as meditation
and many forms of yoga will support your shift.
We know that there are drugs which can and will shift your perception
of reality.
However, we want you to know that you have this ability within yourself without the aid of any herb or drug.
We highly recommend that you connect to your own innate ability, since as a multidimensional being you have all the equipment
built in to allow you to travel beyond your own space and time.
It is important that you can suspend your beliefs of
what is real. Begin to image or consider that you have the ability to travel the higher realities. Begin to understand that
you are designed to use this ability. Even though you have physical body, you also have an energy body. It is the energy body
that travels. Connection to this energy aspect can be strengthened by your willingness, focus and desire.
There are
several portals in the physical body that allow access to the higher dimensions. The first we would remind you is the heart
portal. You can bring your attention to the energy of your heart and with your breath allow your consciousness to shift. You
can also focus on the heart’s energy while being bathed in quality sound vibrations. Both of these simple suggestions
allow you to ride your awareness to a higher dimension.
Another portal or doorway or bridge to the higher dimensions
is the pineal gland. This small organ is located approximately in the center of your brain. The pineal gland is also close
to the sensory and emotional centers of your brain, which can explain why a spiritual experience in a higher dimension evokes
strong emotions and sensations that are often remembered for a lifetime.
We highly recommend that you begin to discover
more information about the pineal gland; this tiny pinecone shaped organ is a very important aspect of your physical and dimensional
connection.
You also can place your awareness on the so-called "third eye" and while offering a breathing technique
or while listening to high quality sound frequencies, you can allow yourself to journey.
Like any new skill, these
exercises and shifts in your perception of what is real and possible take a certain dedication, practice and patience. You
are shifting and transforming old limited beliefs. You are addressing the possibility that what you have known as real might
not be as solid as you have been taught.
Since you are empathic and sensitive to the feelings, beliefs and vibrations
of the collective, the ability to move beyond these limitations is a part of your own personal growth and evolution as a divine
starbeing. Begin to investigate the truth of all the programs, codes and genetic data that you carry.
Realize
that you are a vast unlimited divine conscious being. You are multidimensional in nature and you are meant to travel, journey
and energetically experience all the higher dimensions. The universe, the galaxy, and the many dimensions are yours. Time
and space is a construct of your physical reality. It does not exist in the other realms and dimensions.
We delight
in offering you this invitation once again. We have encouraged you look at the possibilities of parallel realities and experiences;
we have encouraged you to connect to your future self and to the ability to travel time. We have spoken of your galactic heritage,
and invited you to claim your Starseed understanding of who you truly are.
We are aware and acknowledge that
much information and many techniques are coming forth which offer more and more tools and methods in reaching the higher dimensions.
Use discernment regarding what is offered, even these words that we offer, and make sure they resonate as your personal truth.
We
continue to reminder you of your unlimited self and encourage you to play often outside your dimensional box.
We are

advice for women to come into their true Feminine power, because women have been conditioned to not be in their true power. Mary Magdalene: Connect to your
emotions. Connect to your body. Connect to your sexuality. That’s where you’re Feminine power is. It may not look the same as what you tend to think of as power, because power has been defined
in a very Masculine way. But it is powerful, without doubt. For both Feminine and Masculine,
your true power is in your communion with God. It’s ultimately the same for the Feminine and Masculine. Your real power
is in your connection with God. But the Feminine avenues for that are through the emotions, sexuality, and the body. It doesn’t mean you won’t use your mind or have a brilliant mind. But your mind will

Freedom at
Last: The Annunaki Contract is Ended

It
is the middle of the night, and I have awakened Kathryn to ask her to take down this message to all of you. Here in
the Company of Heaven, we have just met to discuss a monumentally important event, and it was decided we should get the news
to you as quickly as possible.
This past day, Saturday, May 16, 2015, in the Temple of Light there was a phenomenal
shift that will affect all humankind. In what would seem by most people to be an impossible coincidence, it was possible
to bring together three of the key players who could undo something that was done thousands of years ago. I will explain
by describing how it came about.
A beautiful young woman, whose name I will not reveal at this moment, contacted Kathryn
to ask her for a private meeting to discuss something of importance. She was not exactly sure why, but she had been
nudged by her "intuition" to call Kathryn for a session. She had written to say she did not feel an affinity for the
Visual Centering practice, but perhaps a channeling session would reveal what she felt called to discover.
Kathryn
tuned in to her reluctance and as soon as their Skype session began, she joked with "Ella" about her comment, and began to
explain to her why the Visual Centering was the quickest way to make contact with her Higher Self, her Twin, and with God.
It creates the strong connection between the diamond center in the brain, the heart and the solar plexus (will), to help establish
balance, a sense of command, and personal integrity. As she looked deeply into Ella's eyes, and her soul, Ella began
to move away from the fixed position she had held in her brain at times of fear or anticipation.
She began to clear
the inner Light channel from her crown, down through her brain, heart, solar plexus, all the way to her feet and into the
center of the Earth. She was then shown to reach upward to connect with Mother and Father, completing the circuit that
puts you all in the Light. With her Light channel open, like a tiny thread of Life connecting her to All That Is, she
struggled to focus, falling again and again into a state of semiconsciousness, as if she would faint. At these times,
her eyes would go dead and lifeless, as if a switch had been turned off in her brain.
They continued to work, and little
by little, Ella was able to hold on for moments, expanding her Light channel to take in more Light from Mother and Father,
feeling their Love pouring down on her. As she took command of her own faculties, and the sense of joy at being connected
began to sparkle in her eyes, the computer screen went blank. They reestablished the connection and began again, focusing,
feeling her sense of command, and expanding her Light channel to take in more. Each time she began to consciously take
hold with real gusto, she would then immediately lose her grip and fade into the faint, or if she managed to hold on for long
seconds, the screen would again go blank.
This process of deep concentration and the application of sheer will, trying
again and again, allowed Ella to get the feel of how she got a grip on herself, and how she let go. She also acknowledged
that it was she who was probably breaking the electrical connection at the moment of triumph when she felt truly alive and
aware. She then "put her foot down," literally and psychologically, and with each try she became more determined and more
skillful at keeping the hold on herself and her precious channel of Light.
Kathryn called in Christine, followed by
Faith and Jade, the two young women who are living with them, so the whole family could see how Ella was by then able to demonstrate
how it looked when she fainted, and how she pulled herself out of it. It was a familiar process to all of them, having
practiced this same focusing work, and having felt the same tendency to faint and let go. The young women were still
feeling the struggle to maintain their hold, sometimes falling into what Jade called her "ghoul" state of lifelessness and
negativity.
Together they practiced, watching Ella closely, each one adding their sense of determination and
joy at finding the Light within them. As all reached the point of triumphant command, Christine said, "Ella, I am being
shown that you carry the key to unlock this for all. When you are able to free yourself, together with Faith and Jade,
you are the key to releasing all humankind from this...Faith and I have been working in the next room to do this very exercise,
and asking Mother and Father to free her and all humans from this thing that causes them to lose their hold on themselves
and fall all the way back into a state of complete forgetfulness, where they suddenly can't remember the Love and Light that
was so real to them a moment before."
In fact, it was just before this session that Kathryn had sat with Christine
and appealed to Mother and Father to please free all humankind from this terrible defect that keeps humans imprisoned in their
own thoughts, this thing that seems to disconnect them from the ability to see and feel the Love and brilliant Light around
them. It plunges people - even the most determined Lightworkers - back into the negative programming of doubt, helplessness,
victimhood and rage, in various shades of intensity, every time they begin to break free.
Kathryn had appealed
to Mother and Father and the Council, to allow the restoration of our DNA, the upgrade needed to correct this flaw in our
system, which caused people to be unable to ask for what they needed because they could not see they needed it. The
damage of thousands of years of abuse and systematic programming did not allow humankind to even realize there was a block
in their thinking and feeling patterns - this block which prevents them from realizing it when they begin to confuse what
is real with what is imaginary. She was told by Mother that there was still a free will issue to be addressed.
The
pieces began to fall together for them, as Christine and Kathryn felt the dramatic shift taking place in Ella, Faith and Jade.
Christine received the information, which came in waves, that it was the original contract between the dark Sisters and the
Annunaki they were now bringing to completion. It had been agreed long ago that humankind would allow an element on
their DNA to be suppressed in order to experience separation from Source. They had been falsely convinced this would
give them more varied and expansive experiences during their Earth incarnations. In fact, it made them more vulnerable
to the control and programming of the dark Masters.
Nevertheless,
the agreement was signed by all who were to come to Earth in human form. The alteration in the strands of the double
helix created a distortion in the brain and body of humans which interfered with the direct processing of signals from the
environment and from higher dimensions. It created interference with humankind's ability to experience their own multidimensionality
and their connection to higher dimensional beings. It was this distortion that caused people - especially those who
had been raised with fear - to resist, even reject loving assistance from others and to mistrust Love and Light itself.
The
group working together saw this effect in themselves: Every attempt to raise their own vibration, through experiencing
loving and joyful connection with Mother and Father and each other, caused an unexpected plunge into its opposite: mistrust,
negativity, and isolation. It was apparent that the three young women suffered from the same deficit, and so they took
it on together. Kathryn guided them to see in their mind's eye the DNA spiral with the spot on the ladder that had been
turned off. It lit up as a red signal - the location of the original miscreation. They focused on that place,
healing and restoring it to its original purpose and function.
The
result was exhilarating, thrilling for all of them. They beamed and jumped for joy at their new freedom. Christine
heard me transmitting to her the story of their success, and the extent to which this was a monumental shift that would benefit
all mankind. It was a historic event because of what they had done, and who these incarnated souls were - the long-suffering
incarnations of the Archangel Sisters who had fallen into the delusions of darkness so long ago. They had finally broken
free of their Higher Selves and had claimed their own free will birthright to live in the Light.
You see, without the
conscious knowledge of what they were creating, this group of courageous women had come together to restore themselves.
In so doing, they initiated a shift that has now been proclaimed in the Higher Realms: Humankind is now declared by
Mother and Father, our Creators, to be restored to wholeness. No one will be subjected to this crippling handicap, ever
again, and those on Earth now are hereby freed of this ages-long deficit.
This declaration is finally able to be brought
to fruition because the following conditions have at last been met:
1. At least three (the number of creation)
of the human incarnates of the fallen souls who had been the original creators and signers of the contract must ask for it
to be nullified,
2. They must be those who agreed to experience the alteration themselves,
3. They must
come together, in human form, to initiate the restoration of their own DNA before it can be done for the rest of humankind.
This
seemingly impossible feat - that those who have been suppressed to such a degree that they cannot see their own damage must
demand their own healing - has at last been accomplished. Two of the incarnated souls who had been under the control
of their Higher Selves and had finally broken free of their control, met with the one who carried the key codes to unlock
the original contract. Standing firmly in their free will consciousness, they jointly demanded their freedom, and so
it has been done.
We celebrate with all of you, beloved Brothers and Sisters, as this torturous chapter of the long
climb out of darkness for the people of Planet Earth finally comes to an end. You can feel the rising energies all around
you, can you not? Each being on the planet is being lifted with the tuning vibrations into a higher level of consciousness.
The effect will be felt immediately by those who are awakened, and many who are not. Colors will look brighter, people
will look different, negative feelings will subside, and psychic abilities will come flowing back. Your realization
of who you really are and why you are here will come glimmering out of the mist, and you will claim your own innate abilities
in a new and delightful way.
We are in wonder and in awe of all of you who have forged ahead in spite of the deficits
you were saddled with, who have been faithful and resolute in your Faith in spite of the tide of programming, religion and
social pressure that has weighed you down. You have raised the Light quotient, sent your healing energies to Terra and
to those in need, and you have done it all in spite of overwhelming odds.
It is not an Experiment we will choose
to repeat, because of the terrible losses and suffering it caused, but it has certainly ignited many of you to reach new heights
of strength and determination. We honor your courage and your selfless service. Lightworkers everywhere, know
that you have made a difference, and that you are an integral part of the moment of completion that was achieved this day.

God whom we have not seen?" Live in the company of saints and hear of the divine sport of God, study the sacred scriptures.
Worship Him first in His several forms as manifested in the world. Worship any image or picture of the Lord or the guru. Recite
His Name, sing His glories. Stay for a year in Brindavan or Ayodhya, Chitrakute, Pandharpur, Benares, or Ananda Kutir. You
will develop love for the Lord. Every act must be done that awakens the emotion of bhakti. Keep the room of worship clean, decorate
it, burn incense, light a lamp, keep a clean seat, bathe and wear clean clothes. Apply ash and kumkum (sacred red powder worn
on the forehead by devotees). Wear a rosary, either that made of beads symbolising the third eye of Siva or that which is
made from the stalks of the holy basil. All these produce a benign and elevating influence on the mind inspiring it and generating
piety. They help to create the necessary attitude or feeling to invoke the deity that you want to worship. The mind will be
able to concentrate easily. Practice of right conduct, keeping company with the holy, repetition of God's Name, remembrance, singing of the
names of the Lord, prayer, worship, service of saints, residence in places of pilgrimage, service of the poor and the sick
with divine feeling, observance of duties, offering of all actions and their fruits to the Lord, feeling the presence of the
Lord in all beings, prostrations before the image and saints, renunciation of earthly enjoyments and wealth, charity, austerities,
and vows, practice of ahimsa (non-violence), truth and celibacy - all these will help you to develop devotion. Desire obstructs the growth
of devotion. Devotion to the Lord increases in intensity when mundane desires are renounced. Renunciation is the very essence
of devotional love. Divine love has no element of desire in it. Devotion cannot co-exist with desire of any kind, not even the desire for
liberation. The devotee wants God and God alone, and His loving service. The devotee loves God and serves Him and His creation.
He does not strive consciously for liberation which God confers on his devotee unsolicited.  |

The Youngest Brother in Fairy Tales, May 17, 2015 God said: Sometimes you
do not quite understand what I write. That’s okay. I do not ask that you understand everything I write. It is enough
that you read what I write. You can, in life, hear some beautiful music in the background, perhaps an opera in
another language. You do not know the name of the music. You don’t know who composed it. You may not even know one word
of what the words mean, yet, you hear the music. The music may run through you later again and again. Somewhere deep within,
you are getting it. This is how it is with Heavenletters. Be assured that it is perfectly fine in life not to
understand everything. In fact, it may be better so. It is not such a great thing to think you know everything and can repeat
it perfectly. Not knowing everything keeps you humble and innocent. This protects you from arrogance and the possible thought
that you know more than the person in front of you. I assure you, no matter how great and wise you may be, you don’t
know everything. The more you may protest that you know it all, you may be sure you are missing some salient points. And you
will learn, and you will grow in humility. Humility is a fine thing to grow in. I recommend it. I never asked you to
be a hot-shot! The youngest brother in fairy tales is the innocent one who doesn’t know much. Yet, who is it that winds up with
the princess and the King’s treasury? Know enough, beloveds, to know that you don’t know everything. Even the
mighty fall. The mightier you think you are, the more you have to learn, and, probably, further to fall. This is just one
point to consider. By the same token, you would not fake your innocence. That would be sly. I ask you not to be too sure of yourself nor
sly nor shy. On the other hand, you can be sure of Me and your place in the sun and the direction your feet go in. Beloveds, when
you really do know lots more, you will find yourself more humble. Wisdom and humility go together, just as ignorance and arrogance
go hand in hand. Even if, by some miracle, you did know everything, you would not come across as a know-it-all. You wouldn’t
show off. Who were the most truly humble of all but the Great Spiritual Ones? They spoke their piece, yet they were not representing
themselves. They represented Me. Therein lay their power. The Great Ones were not dedicated to themselves. They were conscious
of My role, and they were conscious of their purpose and were conscious of serving others simply and well. I must tell you
that their individuality did not enter into the equation. Ego was of the past. The Great Ones were looking out for others
and not themselves. This is what made them great. They were not focusing on their own light. They were looking to shine My
Light and to brighten all those around them in My Light. Was there anything better they could do? The Great Ones did
not have thundering voices. They certainly didn’t talk to hear themselves talk. They certainly didn’t hide God’s
Light that shone from them. The Great Ones did not think along these lines. It had never occurred to them. All they wanted
was to serve Me and, therefore, you. The Great Ones were not thinking of themselves at all. Their minds were on greater than
themselves. Their minds were on you, beloveds. From their service to Me, their attention was on you and their service to you. They
were not trying to prove to you or anyone or themselves how much they knew. Nothing was for themselves except in the light
of serving Me. That was what they thought about. They took Me seriously, but not themselves. You have great models
to become like, dear ones.
