Dear
Ones, Your life is never going to be as it is today or was yesterday. Some of you are sensing this
deep shift. Others are wondering what recent messages of dramatic change are about. Channels have stated, "What was is no longer" for years. Even though the shift happening now is truly the demarcation
between what was and what is. Prior to the energies now raining on earth, you lived a 3D life with 5D, 6D or beyond intent
and sensations. Such is no longer. After this particular shift, you will be of earth,
but not of 3D. This is difficult for many to understand for you will likely continue with your job, perhaps a need to care
for others older or younger than you and other similar relationships based on 3D you. Yet, those 3D relationships are rapidly
fading for you have little interest in continuing 3D roles. Such may appear
to be a dire prediction as you believe your 3D relationships fill much of your being. In truth, they do not. If you review your inner world more closely, you will discover the relationship(s) that was
is no longer. Perhaps you need to grieve or become angry at yourself, your world or the relationship. For no matter how diligently
you try to maintain relationships based on who you were, not who you are or becoming, those relationships will fade for they
are not based on new you reality. Many feel you have let go of so much and so many.
Such is true. At the same time, you have created a new life with new relationships. As your skill set usage advances, you
will find a need to relate to others differently. Some of those now in your personal world will remain, but others will decide
to be with those more comfortable to them. You are radiating more and more
light - a light too bright for some. Those are the friends, family and co-workers who may wish to emotionally exit your presence
- at least for the time being. Those of you terrified that you will be alone
in the "cold" world that was earth when you first arrived, know you are shifting your relationships to more closely align
with new you. And so it is you will add those people and entities who find your light enticing and delete those frightened
by your light. No more and no less. Let us address the vortex you are creating in
conjunction with the birth of new you. It is fine and good to explore earth in your wake state with its pain and pleasures.
Most of you have done so for eons. But now it is time to expand your inner exploration beyond your sleep time. You have discovered your new you role consciously or subconsciously. The urges you feel, the
joy you experience, the connections you make are related to that new role - as is your personal vortex. Perhaps a less frightening
thought is that your personal vortex is merely your rapid transportation to the theater in which you are performing your new
role. You invited many segments of your totality into your being so you could comfortably be in
a number of places at the same time. Think of your segments as clones with specific purposes you created so you could flit
from earth to other dimensions, time periods or places while maintaining your 4D life on earth. For indeed, earth, as you
now experience it, is no longer of 3D. But then, many do continue to experience
earth in a 3D format. Perhaps you will better understand that concept if you remember your 3D version of angels. Were those
angels not able to be with you and your world and in their world - a world hidden from you - when they wanted? So it is now
for those of you rolling down your hill. You are of earth, yet able to see or sense most, if not all, 3D mysteries with your
new being. Because 3D mysteries are no longer hidden from you, you are discovering new interests and
directions based on a broader perspective. Those who no longer wish to be in your sphere of companionship do not to see or
otherwise sense those mysteries. They are firmly locked in what was. You, however, can see and sense far beyond what was -
wondering why others cannot. You are flying above the fray noting this and
that. They continue to believe the fray is all there is. You know differently and expect the same of others. Such is not the
case now and may never be in your current earth lifetime. Allow yourself
to know you are solving personal and global 3D and often 4D mysteries just by being you. But as you do, you are discovering
that those unwilling to explore New Earth and beyond are no longer that interesting to you. A bit like someone in college finding little interest in listening to a sixth grade student teaching
them about astronomy or great literature. The younger person's explanation might be fun or cute, but not intellectual growth
for the college student. And so it is for you as you expand in knowledge
and ability. Those not doing the same, are much less interesting to you in this time of extreme growth. But then, those whom
you thought not interesting a few months or years ago might become your new earth core - or not depending on the direction
and rate of their growth. You will not be alone. You are merely creating
new relationships more closely related to new you than your 3D being. You
might assign one of your segments to maintain contact with those not interested in expanding at this time, but the deep attachment
you once felt for them will no longer be there for your segments are clones of you. You are the director, the HEART of your being. So be it. Amen.

A Million Points of Focus for the Heart of Love Beloved ones you are Love and nothing else. You are the fulness of this life. You are the joy of God. Anything
else that you believe is your identity is not true. It is only stories that are woven with the mind. But your heart always
knows the truth.
As you remember that you are Love, everything else makes sense. There is nothing that you must do
but be this call to wholeness. Embracing all life and joyously loving it completely.
I have been asked many times
in many ways if there is a need to return every experience of being or believing in less than Love back into this Love, reconnecting
it to the wholeness. Here is how I answer you: the moment you remember who you are, all such thoughts are loved free in an
instant and you are forever home in Me delighting in the gift of life. Open to the experience of God. Remembering that you
are this wholeness. Knowing that nothing else is possible than being this Love.
In the moment that you remember Love,
time ends and you are freedom. Not a person seeking freedom but freedom itself. And from this point of all-inclusive awareness,
you can choose your focus, beloved ones, according to the needs of Love. So if the need of Love is a savior, you can be that.
If the need of Love is a street sweeper, you can be that too. None of the identities matter at all for you are the existence
of the pulsing heart of God I Am.
Whatever the mind sees as your outer form, your inner truth is unchanging. And
because all life in this world is a reflection, then what you see is the heart of Love shining back at you. In everything,
as everything in the most wondrous delight. Until that which is weaving itself into a grander vision of this endless Love
recognizes itself in you and all of your expressions.
So you can be the point of focus that is called forth by the
needs of Love. And you can be this heart of wholeness in the midst of everything. And you are always this limitless awareness
of being the heart of God, and truly nothing else, ever.
You are dancing up to the edge of freedom again and again.
You are ready, beloved ones, to make the leap. You are ready for the big shift where the background and foreground change
and you recognize that you have only ever been Love all along. And in Love there is great peace and there is indescribable
excitement as the birth of life, as the outreach of My Love comes forth to give itself again - totally and completely.
You are so beautiful. And you already remember the truth. Sink into your heart beloved ones and feel this. Experience this
beautiful world as the unfolding of humanity’s heart’s beliefs. Every precious person can see and know themselves
by looking into the mirror of their life and their experiences. Yet even in this there is nothing to do. There is only the
need to remember the truth. That that which shines from the center of all images, that which unites itself in your heart
over and over is the only thing that you truly know and the only thing you’ll ever need.
You are standing on
the threshold of the end of time. Because time cannot exist when you don’t believe in a future. When you know that
you are here now. That you are Me. That you are this Love and that anything that your mind imagines can never be as beautiful
as what I give - can never equal the gifts of your heart.
So dearest ones, even your paradigm of life is now changing.
From seeing the need to help the world to living the truth of the wholeness of Love. And when you unfold into this, when
you feel it as your truth, when you celebrate the gift of life as the continuous delivery of the wonders of Love, then that
which you see as the world is different. And what you experience as yourself is unlimited. And between this moment of your
current perception and this moment of experiencing yourself as the heart of Love there is only one conscious breath. One
deep and holy surrender. One powerful “yes” to life. And the opening into what is Real - that this Love may
be fully present in the world as you.
The needs of Love are for this recognition. They are My heart waking itself
to the truth. And yes, you can serve this awakening in your identity as human. But you can serve it even more fully by remembering
that you are seeing yourself, seeing this wholeness of Love whenever you look at another.
Beloved ones, it is not
something you can do through the ego-mind. You cannot study enough, try hard enough, choose moment after moment to change.
You can’t do enough from the level of the ego-mind to change the dream, to experience a human being awakening. You
can only give yourself over completely. Let Love take you and totally live you. Surrender again and again until the surrender
takes root and you drop the separation and become the awareness of Me celebrating Myself as everything.
And because
you can choose the focus of Love, Love can call you into a million focal points, lighting fires in a million hearts. Reaching
out your hands in a million ways that Love might be remembered. You can be the Buddha, the Christ, the pure light dancing
itself into human form but all the while you are the central awareness of Love and nothing else. Love joyously connecting
to what is Real - its wholeness and its joy,
It is so difficult to explain from the perspective of language and thought.
How you can be thousands of fractal points in the instantaneous burst of Love’s creation. How you can be the awareness
of the center, My heart, that sees within itself all life becoming more and Love giving itself into a greater experience of
the gift of life.
So all the while that you are the conscious heart of God I Am, the center of the universe, the all-inclusive
one, you are also fully aware of this expression of Love that is you right now. And this Love that is your outreach and your
meeting place with others. Thus your heart can simply observe the great good of Love unfolding and the matrix of the divine
that is present in all things, even when the mind sees something limited.
In this interim, while you are dropping
the dream of the ego, it can be interesting beloved ones. Because your heart sees that you exist in the most abundant universe
that is pouring abundance into you. Delivering the manna of heaven, filling up this heart that you know as yours. Full to
totally overflowing while at the very same time you still see the human, the identity you’ve worked with, “known
and loved” struggling to believe that it has enough of what it needs while it exists in the midst of paradise and the
abundant wealth of God.
These two cannot be reconciled. One must become the other. The separated self surrenders
at last. Melts into that wonderful wholeness and lets itself appear as a new focus: The ability to respond to the call of
Love. To appear as a human being when necessary. While all the while being the conscious heart of God.
When the
limited identity disappears, you can feel at last the heart of wholeness. You can feel the truth of the Love you are and
allow Real Love to guide and live you. The ego might see this as giving over its will but the heart simply sees the return
to wholeness - the remembrance of all that you are and its joyous celebration.

Peace, Love and Vastness, March
2, 2015 God said: Open your heart to Me, and how happy We shall be. Have
an open door policy with Me. No balustrades between Us. The only barriers there could possibly be conceived between Us are
imaginary ones, and I cannot even imagine. You are good at imagining, however, for whatever purpose or no purpose at all.
Certainly limits between Us serve no wanted purpose or service. Who would ever want to keep Us apart even for a moment or
an inch? And for what Earthly reason would you? There have been so many stories about Me, and so, presumably for safety’s
sakes, you put an escape clause between Us. How about leaping over any barrier you imagine between Us? Take it down.
There is no valor in avoiding Me. Furthermore, any curtain you put up has holes in it and doesn’t work in the first
place. In the second place, nothing can work to separate Us. Let go of your hesitant fears and get yourself over here and
recognize the Supreme Oneness that We are with or without your permission. You need your permission just to let on to yourself
that you are on speaking terms with Me. And if you don’t want to speak, Silence works well as well. Imbibe My
love as I speak to you of love. Your heart will start vibrating all right. When all is said and done, no heart can resist
Me, so what foolishness is all this? It must be the foolishness of separation and a little semblance of control that you like
to hold onto just in case. Just in case of ego, I suppose. In Truth, ego has nothing to do with you, beloveds. Nothing
at all. That is the Joker with ego. You don’t have ego. Ego’s got you! Ego, a stranger, an interloper who thinks
he can be a gate keeps you away from your Very Source. Beloveds, remove intervening ego, and We are One. We are not opposite
each other at the least. We are inside each others’ heart, and this is exactly where We belong and like to be. In
Our Heart of Hearts, Oneness is a fact of life. Oneness is not of any persuasion. It just is what is, and We love Oneness.
There is no between Us. There is just One, and here is where all desires are fulfilled. From the first instant of Our Constant
Oneness, there is not much, if anything, left to desire, for, of course, in Our Oneness there is nothing lost unless you mean
that ragged ego is lost. Ego disappears like a drop of rain, and all that is left is Oneness. We are One, and We are inevitably
One whatever ego may make of it. What cares have you when you recognize Oneness? You don’t have worry. No worry
enters in. No concerns, big or little. No upsets. No two-timing disturbances. No melees. No one who isn’t One. No one
who doesn’t live in the Oneness of Love. No one outside Love. No one peering through the window of the candy store and
not knowing how to get in and only looks through a glass and only imagines what fulfillment must feel like. Fulfillment
is Peace. Fulfillment means not searching for Peace, Love, Vastness but an acceptance of Peace, Love, Vastness, a welcome
to and the realization that there is no place to go, for you are already here in My heart, and no one, nothing can pull Oneness
apart from Oneness. You have never left My heart. Still, I say for language’s sake, get yourself back here. Pronto!
Come, recline in a hammock with Me, and forever One shall you know yourself to be, One with Me and the Whole Universe and
here We (I) are. There is no Outside Our Oneness. Outside-ness doesn’t. It is a mirage. It is a fake. It is
the Emperor’s New Clothes. |

Dr. Mendoza: “The Australian 11:11 Emergency Platoon dates back to January of 1972, but I joined as an occasional co-worker some many months later
when this receiver first treated a patient of mine. Soon we were advising him on treatments for his patients. Later we steered patients his way for us as a team treat some difficult cases.
By late 1974 we became confident enough to take this receiver with us to do healings far away.
“Ever since rather a great wave of Latin Americans arrived in Australia to stay — think of
the years of Augusto Pinochet — I spent much time in Australia. Not all those who arrived here fitted into the population
all that well and so I traveled the hospital corridors and sick rooms to talk to patients in whatever Spanish accent of their
district. To be sure, no, my station is not in Australia, but I visit here frequently. My regular continent is South America,
and parts of Brazil, too, are included in my rounds.
“The reason
why you know me as Dr. Mendoza as well as MNO-8 is because for many years this receiver saw all of us as being in a part-time
business together — more of a hobby, if you will, because it was never meant to pay for itself. However, we supposedly
were part of his volunteer business of a kind, in his clinic and all co-workers had to have names to be real. Until, perhaps
by chance, he found the Urantia Book, he thought us to be former humans.
“Perhaps
it was hardly by chance that he found the UB, but for our part his documentation had to be unique. We became his ‘Spirit
Guardians.’ Today many people all over the world request healing sessions from Dr. Mendoza. I say, we do what we can,
for we are many, equally skilled surgeons, but we remain anonymous. It is not yet time for all of you to know all of us,
but yes, ask for Dr. Mendoza and someone will come if it is meant to be. Many alien Midwayers assisting us now are great
and wise healers, learning from us and also teaching us anew.
“We
in our realm wish to project a future time when we can more closely work together; a time when some of your more barbaric
healing methods will be scrapped all over our planet; a time when you will take much of the poisons out of your diets. The
alien Midwayers are doing what might well be called a renewed apprenticeship perhaps typical of rebellious worlds, yes, where
they depressingly help more to die than to live.
For now this is Dr. Mendoza, assuring you
of my love for you all, but waiting around to listen for the one who will speak next. I can certainly do with the motivation

Sivananda - 12 Self-realisation
is not a process. It is not a becoming. It is pure being. It is not a new thing to be attained. The aspirant knows that he is the all-pervading,
Immortal Soul. To know that is to become that. Self-realisation is direct, intuitive perception of the Atman. All distinctions vanish. The sage
is freed from fear, sorrow and pain. - - - Do not get false contentment. Do not imagine that you have reached
the highest nirvikalpa state, and stop your sadhana (practice). Slay spiritual pride. Shun the company of worldly persons who always talk
on sexual matters, money and worldly topics. Observe the laws of health and hygiene. Be moderate in eating and drinking. Do not overwork.
This will produce fatigue. - - - Fight bravely in this battle of life. Be bold. Be cheerful. Be patient. Be
wise. Arm
yourself with the shield of discrimination and the sword of dispassion. March forward courageously, O brave spiritual soldier.
Yield not to temptations. - - - Yoga is an exact science. It aims at the harmonious development of the body,
the mind and the soul. Thou
art divine. Live up to it. Feel and realise thy divine nature. - - - Yoga of synthesis is a unique yoga. It is
suitable for the vast majority of persons. Man thinks, feels and wills. He must develop his heart, intellect and hand. Then alone can he
attain perfection or integral development. Everyone should have one yoga as a basic yoga. He must combine karma yoga, hatha yoga, raja yoga,
bhakti yoga and jnana yoga. This is the Yoga of Synthesis.  |

A Fascinating and Transformational March
The astrology of March is quite active, featuring Jupiter, Chiron, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, plus a New Moon Solar Eclipse at 29 degrees of Pisces, on the morning of the same day that the Sun enters Aries for the Spring Equinox. Jupiter is still powerfully configured across the Zodiac from the rest of the planets, including Mercury, closely opposed to Jupiter just as the month begins. Mercury finally leaves its retrograde shadow on the 4th, in time for the Virgo Full Moon the very next day, with the Sun in Pisces in conjunction to Chiron, and aspecting as well the forming Uranus-Pluto square. The March 5th Full Moon also presents us with an Aries line-up including Mars conjunct the South Node, Venus conjunct Uranus, and Eris, the new planet beyond Pluto. This is therefore a very intense month, with loads of significant configurations leading up to the final
perfection of the square between Uranus and Pluto followed by the onrushing energy of the eclipse, and the Spring Equinox, both taking place on March 20th.
The Uranus-Pluto series of seven exact hits of their dynamic alignment truly goes out with a bang. All through this month we
find them quite close to their exact square, within half of a degree of Zodiacal longitude, from the beginning to nearly the
end of March, strongly triggered by Jupiter on March 1st, by the Full Moon of March 5th, and then by Mars in conjunction with Uranus at the timing of the Last Quarter Moon of the 13th. All this leads up to their final moment of exactitude on March 16th, after which Uranus moves slowly past, remaining within 2 degrees through most of April.
Chiron, the Wounded Healer, is also featured in this month's configurations, being conjoined by the Sun and opposed by the Moon at the Full Moon timing during the first week of March. This symbolizes yet another facet of our deep internal process, in
the form of dark and hidden places within the psyche, likely stemming from early trauma that has been buried away, and that
we benefit by bringing to greater consciousness.
Leading up to the moment of perfection of Uranus and Pluto in square, Saturn stations in square with Neptune on March 14th, sounding another significant theme for the month. The practical limitations of Saturn are antithetical to the numinous, otherworldly and paradoxically illogical energies of Neptune, so that these two outer planets in collision have something to teach us regarding the complementary relationship
between inner and outer realms that characterizes the human condition.
In the first half of the month, we have what
is essentially a Piscean cycle that yet begins with an Aquarius New Moon, factors that mimic the Neptune and Saturn symbolism that we can also see reflected in the square between them that is active over approximately this
same period of time. Similarly, in the Solar Eclipse of the early morning of the 20th, we have a late Pisces New Moon leading off what is essentially an Aries cycle. These two back-to-back thirty-day cycles, extending into mid-April, while they begin with the energy
of the sign that is just ending, possess a little taste of the next sign's energy as they unfold, therefore to some extent
bridging the gap between. With this exciting Spring Equinox configuration, we therefore have the chance to bring inner awareness
closer to the light of consciousness, allowing the lessons of Spirit to percolate through to the surface layers of our psyche
for a more integrated and holistic sense of mystical participation.
