We return in Joy! Those earthly allies in charge of seeing that the international transfer of currency is done correctly and
without bias are ready to shortly begin a process, which is to lead to the global distribution of your blessings. They are
finally testing the new system. This system is tied to the global currency reset. In addition, this process is eventually
to produce the conditions whereby the NESARA legislation can at last be enacted in the U.S. and globally. New governance is
the most important goal for us. We have watched the old pro-cabal regime's cover-up and global misinformation campaign about
us. The new governance is to transform this odd policy into full disclosure. This policy can permit us to be more open about
our daylight activities. We wish to show you that we are benevolent. We can then complete projects that require us to perform
maneuvers to remove the latent dangers from Fukushima radiation in your oceans, air and water. In addition, we wish to land
temporarily and check out a number of Gaia’s special grid nodes. We need to perform tests that put our scientists in
a number of places around your globe. Gaia needs to be aided in her efforts to preserve her many
ecological life zones. At some point, the surface of your planet is to require a very massive make over. We have used our
efforts to do what is, in essence, your job to preserve this global environment. Ever since your western European business
models became the norm, your world’s surface has suffered. Where once there was immense forestland, you now see vast
destruction of traditional habitat. We are not advocating a continuance on your world of certain primitive realities. What
we wish is for you to use a number of advanced technologies to preserve and expand habitats. We intend to introduce devices
that further increase the technology you already possess. What you now lack is the full commitment to do so. New governance
can change this important element and allow you as a people to succeed with rapid ecological damage control. These series
of actions can quickly renew the vital relationships between your global societies and Mother Earth. More importantly, this
can teach you how truly valuable such unselfish acts are! What is happening to you is a seemingly
slow, but in reality, is a swift march to full consciousness. Heaven is determined that you evolve back into galactic humans.
Hence, Heaven decreed to our spiritual councils that we send our fleets to monitor you daily. Over each succeeding decade,
we have gotten more deeply involved with the process to shift this society of humans from the darkness of the past 13 millennia
to the awesomeness of the Light. This process has proceeded among you more slowly than we wanted. Yet, our purpose remains
to be the true representatives of Heaven’s mission on this world. At first, those involved with this heavenly transformation
were somewhat leery of our constant presence. It has taken over a decade to resolve these worries fully. Our diplomatic corps
as well encountered a stone walling from your governments. However, all has changed for the better in the past few years.
With our help, those representing the Light have won a number of very vital court decisions. In addition, our technologies
have prevented the dark from stealing a great deal of the Light’s precious assets. These
events forged a true alliance between our now earthly allies and brought panic to the cabal. Both sides now permit us to have
true exchanges with them. These meetings helped us to develop a real set of strategies with our earthly allies. Similarly,
the cabal’s representatives are beginning to see us in a newer light. We are Heaven’s galactic option. Many of
the events to be staged to crush their opposition are currently seen as impossible and were recently abandoned. What is left
is a charade that goes on daily between governments, the press and the Internet’s slew of rumors. This is to continue
until the present system is either victorious or else defeated by the Light. We are here to ensure Heaven’s grand victory.
Your time in the dark is indeed coming to a most glorious end! Many events that signal an end to this awful reality are beginning
to manifest. It is our task to finish these preliminaries, then land, and with great joy meet you. At that time, our mentors
can take you toward the wonders of full consciousness! Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters!
We arrive with great blessings! Our earthly associates are busily testing and preparing to approve a system for carrying out
the delivery of your prosperity funds. There are as well a number of groups that are preparing to manifest the U.S. NESARA
legislation. The U.S. Supreme Court initially sequestered this legislation at the turn of this millennium. The time arrives
to take this extraordinary document public. Various individuals are finishing plans that are to bring these documents out
of the surreptitious protection they have long enjoyed. When this happens shortly, it is to mark the return of your true republic,
and the need to dearly protect it. As Masters, we deeply bless this and know that this great change is to be a peaceful one.
This transformation of rule is to be the start of a greater alteration, which is to signal the end of cabal rule. You are
to be introduced to clean and transparent governance! Constantly remember that all of this is
a divine blessing. We thank those of courage and of magnificent abilities who made all of this possible. We thank as well
each of you who have long held this vision and permitted your great energies to be added to all that we do. This work has
taken a number of millennia to accomplish. Now it is you and your prodigy who are to gladly taste this most delicious fruit.
Be ever grateful to Heaven and ready to praise all who have come from afar to aid you in this cause. We are watching each
of you grow in consciousness. And gracefully use your new abilities to help these most arduous proceedings to succeed. You
are now to watch as many that you did not know, rise and in unison help Gaia and this “global village” you reside
in, to alter and produce a new reality. It is this reality, which is to welcome your greater family.
The wondrous spiritual energies are there to alter this reality and ready you for your crystal Light chambers. This special
living Light is to give you back what the Atlanteans took from you. You are to expand this large band of Masters and complete
the work began long ago in ancient Lemuria. You are to see the rebirth of this solar star nation and to use your powers to
greatly increase the meditations and prayers that we perform daily to help the Earth and her sister worlds. Our Sun contains
a mighty Spirit, which welcomes you in joy to this new realm. The darkness served a purpose. You are to use its acquired wisdom,

“Religion, defined in terms of evolution, came into existence together with the primates’ attainment of personality
will. Will came to human beings concomitantly with the function of the last two Adjutant Mind Spirits, wisdom and worship.
And being the last, they opened way for the appearance of religion in human life. Religion is the capacity to believe in
the transcendental, even if the object of this belief is not accurate. Exercising this new faculty, which may be called faith,
makes man a religious being. Today we are going to study the manifestation of religion in human life. Here are its major
aspects:
“Institutional Religion: Here, religion becomes an organization,
reaching social and political arenas. It not only regulates religion, but also social life and politics, becoming even a
state religion, as was the Imperial Roman religion and its successor, the Roman Catholic Church of today — the Vatican
State. Religion, then, is a means to control and it has little to do with real faith and devotion. It occupies itself with
creeds, written confessions, dogmas, encyclicals, and more. Institutional religion is a scaffolding necessity in human development,
but the day will come when ‘you won’t worship God neither in Jerusalem nor Gerasim, but in Spirit and Truth.’
“Ceremonial Religion: Ritual in religion serves to compensate
for lack of spirituality, to uniform and control people — usually by a priestly hierarchy. Evolutionary religion inherited
its rituals from the ghost cults. The living feared the dead, molding their lifestyle by copying their lives and ritualizing
them. Ceremonial religion tends to become meaningless when the ritual is performed for its own sake, without spiritual power.
Ceremonial religion sometimes becomes a misguided religious duty the religionist believes to be owing to Deity as an offering,
usually in trying not incur its wrath. Little or no spirituality can be manifested through stylized religious rituals.
“Personal Religion. Worship is the highest form of personal religion, but petitions,
gratitude, intercessory prayers also can express real spirituality, if they are not mere repetitions. Personal religion is
by nature an enlightening religion; it promotes spiritual growth and spiritual sensitivity. However, personal religion can
also become meaningless when the individual ‘overloads’ it with mysticism, fantasizing or fanatizing the faith,
sometimes to the degree of delusion, paranoia. Religion then becomes a personal drug. Personal and authentic religion is
what really counts in acquiring a spiritual status before God. Personal devotion is the only religion that the Spirit Within
fosters in the human mind.
“So, my pupil, religion is so relevant to human beings that
it requires the exercise of all human faculties — especially worship. Certainly it is the most important dimension
in human beings because on it depends their eternal survival. Exercising religion with devotion, actual faith, but balancing
it with all other fields of life prevents a life sterile of spirituality or a spirituality exacerbated by fanaticism. Religion
is not a divinely manipulated function; rather, it is sponsored by the Spirit Within with revelations for man’s spiritual

18, 2015 God said: You are like an archetype with many faces. Most people
would say you are good guy. Someone might call you bad guy. Someone might call you simple guy or complex guy; brave guy, frightened
guy; secure guy, insecure guy; loving guy, unloving guy and so on. Some might just call you guy. How you are perceived depends
upon someone’s experience, or, rather, their perception of their experiences they keep from the past.
Many of My children are bias-based toward their previous experiences with others, and their inclination or disinclination
toward you really has nothing to do with you at all. You, also, do the same. How you see others pretty much is how you are
looking at an aspect of yourself. You may see what you always see. You see what you think you see. You see what you once saw,
and what you once saw made an indelible impression on you.
You may wish ill toward someone because of his or
her lack of perception. Lack of perception is not yet a crime. It is not yet a federal crime when someone sees you a-miss,
yet it would appear that you may often carry the idea that a mistake is no less than criminal. A mistake, yes. A crime, no.
And sometimes another may perceive you a-right and you don’t like to concede to the possibility that you did indeed
act in a certain way that does not present you in the best light. This is hard for you to bear, yet, on occasion, you have
slipped. You may well be a good person who slipped up. Have you not on occasion slipped up?
Isn’t it
all silly when you remind yourself that everything here on Earth is here only for a little while?
It will be
a great step forward when you can come to a place where you no longer take so many things as an affront. Not taking on so
much as an affront also means that you will not see the need to be defensive.
You are on the defensive when
you think you have to explain or justify yourself. You give all kinds of reasons why you said what you said or did what you
did. Perhaps an employer asks you to do something in a certain way. The employer means no offense. The employer has a preference.
There is a tendency for you to go on and on the reasons why you acted in the way you did! The employer or teacher or your
mother or whoever wasn’t attacking you. You presumed they were and you became defensive or even offensive, because of
your assumptions. They were stating a preference. They never meant to imply that you were worthless or even mistaken to do
what you do no matter the way you had chosen. They weren’t pointing to errors you made. They simply were asking you
to do something another way.
When you are defensive, you tend to give reasons in your defense. When you are
not defensive, then you simply answer, “Yes, I’ll do it this way.” If you keep your balance you may even
add: “Glad to.”
I would wish that the two words, offensive and defensive, were removed from the face
of the Earth. The concept of opposites sets up a trap. Where there is no offense perceived, there will be no defense.
There are other things to spend your energy on.
No matter how annoying someone may appear to you,
it is yourself that you react to. Whatever someone may be like, it is yourself you are duelling with.
You have
nothing to prove. Be unbiased.
No one has to be the way you would prefer them to be.
What are you going to spend your time on? Basically, at present, you spend your time and emotion fussing. Surely, there is
something else you could spend your time on, for instance, peace or a sunny day, or a kindness, or time off from finding fault. |

Thought Adjuster: “During relatively limited periods
the human body will tolerate adverse conditions without suffering any disease or being significantly weakened. The ability
of your body to recover is truly remarkable. It would take many years of negligence — of progressive poisoning and
abuse — to permanently damage your body.
“This has to be
carefully considered, because the resilience of the body can deceive you in two distinct ways. The first way is for you to
believe that nothing can hurt you; that you are somehow invincible. Young people in particular are quite open to this idea.
They may abuse their bodies with damaging habits and toxic substances, because by the next day they will feel as healthy
as they did the day before. The ability of the human body to recover diminishes with age, however, and the results of accumulated
damage are experienced over time.
“The second aspect that
affects many of you is the irrational fear of getting sick, of losing your health and vitality. Your body comes with a preliminary
blueprint for its expression during your life. Sometimes genetic mistakes could be included in your genome in different ways,
maybe caused by the habits of your progenitors, or because of unhealthy foods. It could be because of the environment in
which you live, or because of certain events in your remote past. Such ‘bad programming’ can manifest itself
in your body in the guise of different diseases without there being any control on your part.
“However,
do not be overly concerned about your health because your body has been made to function in an optimal way with a minimum
of care and adequate nutrition. A life of healthy habits contributes more to your health and vitality than does an exercise
program, surgical intervention, or any kind of drug. Be aware of the three levels in which human beings live: soul, mind
and body. It is in this order that you should focus your efforts to grow and to develop productive and edifying habits.
A soul that searches for the Father will produce a mind filled with peace and positive thoughts, which in turn promotes the
expression of a healthy body.”

(concentration) is fixing the mind on an idea or a point or object either internal or external Notes and Commentary When hatha yogis concentrate
their minds on the six supports (the sad-chakras), they concentrate their minds on the respective presiding deities also,
viz., Ganesha, Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra Ishvara and Sadashiva. Control the breath through pranayama. Subdue the senses through
pratyahara. And then fix the mind either on a form or the formless Brahman. According to hatha yogic school, a yogi who can
suspend his breath by kumbhak for 20 minutes can have very good dharana. He will have a very tranquil mind. Pranayama steadies
the mind, removes vikshepa (distraction) and increases the power of concentration. Those who practise kechari mudra by cutting
the frenum lingue and lengthening the tongue and fixing it in the hole in the palate by taking upwards will have good dharana.
Those
who practise concentration evolve quickly. They can do any work with scientific accuracy and great efficiency. What others
do in six hours can be done by one who has concentration within half an hour. What others can read in six hours, can be read
by one who does concentration within half an hour. Concentration purifies and calms the surging emotions, strengthens the
current of thought and clarifies the ideas. Concentration helps a man in his material progress also. He will turn out a very
good amount of work in his office or business house. What was cloudy and hazy before becomes clear and definite. What was
difficult before becomes easy now and what was complex, bewildering and confusing before comes easily within the mental grasp.
You can achieve anything through concentration. Nothing is impossible for a man who practises regular concentration. It is
very difficult to practise concentration when one is hungry and when one is suffering from an acute disease. He who practises
concentration will possess very good health and very clear mental vision. If you read with concentration the Bhagavad Gita, the Ramayana
or the eleventh skanda of Bhagavatam several times, you will get new ideas each time. Through concentration you will get penetrative
insight. Subtle, esoteric meanings will flash out in the field of mental consciousness. You will understand inner depths of
philosophical significance. When you concentrate on any object do not wrestle with the mind. Avoid tension anywhere in the
body or mind. Think gently of the object in a continuous manner. Do not allow the mind to wander away.  |

___________ My Personal Message___________ Life is always about shifts and changes and
we are all experiencing changes especially during these intense times. It is best to embrace the changes with grace.
I
feel blessed to have the support of so many incredible individuals in my life. This month I want to acknowledge my dear friend
Cyndi Silva and the powerful, playful partnership we have shared for the last six years. As many of you know Cyndi is my co-host
each month for my internet programs, Wisdom Wednesday and Guidance and Gratitude. She has also been a part of all the webinars I
have presented.
So it is sad for me to announce that Cyndi is taking a sabbatical, allowing herself
time to reset away from the computer and the responsibilities. I certainly wish her all the best. What she has created with
the metaphysical wisdom website and the WIN programs will continue. She just will not be at the helm for a while.
With
this change I am thrilled and pleased that my dear friend Tom Johnson will step in and become my new co-host. I have known
Tom for over 40 years, his incredible support has elevated this work to another level. I appreciate his clarity, sense of
humor and his patience. He assists me with all editing, is my technology mentor and keeps my computers friendly and working
well. It is amazing since he lives on the east coast and I am on the west coast. The magic of remote communication and technology.
Tom will join me on these programs in April.
We are in the process of making the archives of the

We are all feeling the intense energies offered by the celestial ones. This energy
has been building for some time and will continue long after the March 20th total eclipse of the equinox sun. March 20th is one of the most
powerful days of the year. It will open a giant portal into an awesome new phase of the transition into the Age of Aquarius.
This
celestial gift will send waves of energy through our physical body allowing for a recalibration of our circuitry, activating

We are here to support you remembering the
future. These are exciting times as well as challenging times for your planet. There is an enormous increase of cosmic energy
activities preparing humanity for a powerful turning point. You are shifting from set programs, patterns and templates to
a more holistic intuitive partnership and interaction with the quantum field, often referred to as the unified field. The
intense galactic energies bathing your planet are activating changes in your very DNA. Humanity is in an intense process of
evolution.
You are always interfacing, interacting, merging with this quantum field.
You are responding to these increased celestial vibrations, as it should be. The goal is an awakened, enlightened humanity.
There
will always be those who resist any type of change, even when it is offered in the very energy field where they live and move
and have their experience. Then there are those who invite, embrace and celebrate the expanded change in consciousness being
offered.
You are anchoring this new awareness, seeding and strengthening this future reality.
Each
conscious action, each shift in perception, each time you release a limited pattern or behavior, you are doing your transformational
work.
You are beginning to realize that you are this quantum energy. You are becoming aware that this quantum
field is responding to what you offer. This neutral vibration field is awaiting your input and your vibrational interaction.
It
is consciousness that created your physical form; it was, and is being, created from this field of all possibilities. Part
of your awakening and your personal empowerment is to recognize and own this truth. The energy and vibrations of your
thoughts, emotions, beliefs and intentions are responsible for informing this quantum field of who you are. Your physical
form is a creation and projection of your consciousness.
Allow yourself to imagine for a moment, that by
recognizing this personal power, you can begin to shift what is occurring within your body. Realize that you are made up of
thousands and thousands of energy atoms moving at lightning speeds responding to your given patterns and beliefs.
Your
nervous system has recorded and stored all you have experienced and all that you have observed. Your pattern of creating your
physical form moment to moment is taken care of at a deep subconscious level. Since this pattern or blueprint is in
place and you never challenge the outcome, physical limitations continue to be a part of what you experience.
Remember
you are a flow of intelligent energy. However, you have been programmed to accept incredible limitations. The matrix of limitation
that holds this planet and humanity in a tight grip of powerlessness is being revealed. More and more individuals are awakening
to the truth that they create their reality and contribute to the collective reality.
Things are shifting
and we celebrate that truth with you, honoring and acknowledging this truth because it is you who are making these shifts
real. This wave of consciousness bathing every aspect of your world is being anchored by beings like yourself.
Let
us focus now on your physical form and the incredible unlimited possibilities that are yours to claim. Imagine that your DNA
receives and transmits energy directly from the unified/quantum field of all possibilities.
Your mind is
a part of the unified field; matter and energy are a part of that field as well. So there is a dance and exchange of vibrations
that is occurring at all times.
Imagine that your DNA is receptive and listening to your words and thoughts
and translating your emotional vibrations into messages sent and received by each cell of the body. Ask yourself what messages
are you sending to the master codes of your body. Realize that your cells and DNA, which hold all memories, patterns and codes,
are replaced continuously over time.
You have the opportunity to reprogram and start fresh.
You have the ability to open a portal of awareness that allows you to interface and connect with the consciousness of your
own body. Every cell has consciousness and responds to the nature of the vibrations that bathe it. Shift those vibrations
and your cells will respond in a different manner.
Remember it is the energetic blueprint which has been
handed down from generation to generation that has created the physical form in its limited capacity. This energetic
blueprint will hold these patterns and boundaries in place.
However, this is just a 3D reality and
since you are a multidimensional conscious being, you can now begin to shift these limitations and step into the place of
recreating your physical form as it begins to adjust and adapt to more and more cosmic light vibrations. You can upgrade to
your unlimited potential. There is a physical transmutation taking place as your physical form is shifting.
As
you begin to know this truth for yourself, you invite these shifts to accelerate. Every cell in your physical body is made
to absorb tremendous amounts of cosmic light vibration. Welcome this realization.
Imagine each cell receiving
more and more light which allows that cell to operate in divine integrity at its more efficient best. Your sunshine activates
your DNA. The DNA switches are turned off or on and even re-synchronized within the cells of the body by these celestial frequencies
and celestial gifts. Embrace this awareness as it activates a higher level of consciousness throughout your DNA and
your entire body.
Begin to soften your beliefs around what you think is possible; pretend if necessary
until you can hold a new reality in place. Your body is just a printout of your consciousness. As you anchor more consciousness
there is more light activation. This awareness is what ascension is all about. This must become your truth at the deepest
level of your awareness.
The more you can know yourself as a field of intelligent energy and light, and
then begin to connect in a deeper way with all aspects of your physical body, the more you will engage in the healing of your
form.
You are being supported by the realms of love and light, by the celestial ones, and by the
masters of form.
You are capable and unlimited. You are invited to claim your personal power to transform
any misqualified energies however they manifest in your body. We have focused on your physical body today, however, the principle
of the quantum field reflecting your input applies to everything.
We are available, along with all those
in the celestial realms that you choose to invite, to support your expanded awareness as you begin to release all that is
limiting. Remember you are making a difference every time you clear and transform some limited behavior or belief. Remember
you are making a difference every time you invite more light consciousness into your reality and activities.
You
are doing a great job. Allow yourself to be acknowledged for all the personal challenges that you have shifted and uplifted.
