A whole series of changes lay ahead of you now that the dark Ones plans have been thwarted. They can no longer dictate the course of Humanities future, and can only concede their position to the Light. It has meant that progress can now more or less proceed unheeded or impeded, and activities can be more open and made known to you. There is much to do and our plans are to produce results as soon as possible. Hitherto we have had to be guarded where they were concerned, but now we can let you know without any great fear. You will also see more of our craft openly moving through your skies, where previously we have mainly kept our cloaks of invisibility on to avoid any confrontation with your craft. We now await recognition from your political leaders but know that many are scared to be revealed for what they really are. However, in time all will be revealed and no individual will find any hiding place. The higher vibrations are no place for any lesser Beings as there comes a point when only the truth can exist. The dark Ones have had their day and in spite of all you may know about them, as with any other soul we offer them the opportunity to turn to the Light without any recriminations. They will however have a long way to go to fully recover their position in it.

As you will have undoubtedly realised, our prime desire is to see every soul fully returning to the Light, and every opportunity will be given to them. You will notice that we do not talk about punishment for wayward souls, but compassion by giving them every chance to return to the Light. No one is beyond redemption except that they refuse to accept the opportunities we give them. All of you at some stage have walked on both sides of the Light and few of you are worse off for the experiences. Indeed, you are strengthened by them and more able to help those who have followed on in your footsteps. Now you know why we have always asked you to be non-judgemental on all such occasions. You have a saying that “but by the Grace of God go I” and thereby lies a great truth, so please do not judge those who are at different stages in their evolution.

You are all great souls who have been to “Hell” and back again, and by this we refer to your lives in the lowest vibrations where the Light has all but been diminished. Yet you have survived to become greater beings although as yet you do not comprehend the full meaning of it. To become so separated from the Light has presented you a mammoth task to find your way back again. Yet you faced that possibility with great confidence as we promised you that we would always be there for you. We are not of course the only ones as souls from all over the Universe have wished to be part of the challenge and gain from the experience. Understand that you have re-incarnated many, many times to play your part in the great adventure that is now concluding. You have played for whatever side would best serve your interests and evolution. All life is continually evolving until all souls return to the Godhead from whence they came. Do not let this worry you as you have a long, long way to go before any such completion approaches. The ultimate is to again become One with God.

Each one of you is playing a major part in bringing the Light to Earth, far more than you would immediately realise. We hear you question whether you could do more as you feel you have much to offer, but realise that your abilities are known to us and we are pleased with what you are doing now. Simply keep the Light shining out brightly and we could not ask a lot more from you. When you consider the number of Lightworkers doing their bit to bring the New Age in, have no doubt that your future is assured. If you are called to carry out extra tasks, that is because you are considered as some of those souls with the necessary experience and knowledge to do so. Also bear in mind that once matters really get underway, there will be more than enough to go round and keep you all engaged. We know your attributes and what you do best, so there will be no square pegs in round holes. Rejoice, the real work will soon begin and all that you have been waiting for will gradually come into being.

Set your sight upon all that is good and wholesome, and if you are assailed by the dark Ones see them in the Light and simply go on your way. There is no need to engage in arguments, so simply make your point and move on. Prove to yourself that you have the confidence to handle whatever is presented to you, and do not give way to provocation. Some will say that is easier done than said, but you have to be prepared for whatever situations confronts you. Succumbing to the energies of fear results in the lowering of your vibrations, and the dark Ones will feed upon them. Call upon any source of Light that appeals to you in such circumstances, and know that you will be helped. You have more souls walking your path with you than you can possibly imagine.

The Galactic Federation is being given more of a free hand to deal with matters that come up. Hitherto, we have been strictly under the command of the Hierarchy that has been responsible for the great plan for your return to the Light. As we have mentioned on more than one occasion, we are mostly operating with our cloaks of invisibility in place. We have not placed ourselves at risk of causing an incident, as it could involve innocent victims. We do not seek confrontation with the dark Ones, and would rather take avoiding action to keep the peace. We could otherwise perfectly well handle any problems, as we have advanced protection that you have no idea of at present. It is only used as a last resort as we are not looking to destroy the dark Ones, but protect you from them.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and what joy it gives me to speak freely with you. Many of you have so to say “come of age” and awakened to what is required of you as a Being of Light. Together we are nearly at the end of a long road, and thank you for perseverance and commitment to the Light.

I will tell you how to focus when it is hard for you to focus. I will give you a big secret to the Art of Focusing on what you don’t really want to focus on and yet it has to be done. Or, you may even have a project you really do want to do, to start knitting a sweater, for example. You have a good time picking out a pattern, the yarn you want, the color you want and so on, and, yet, somehow you can’t get yourself to start knitting the sweater.

Perhaps you find yourself putting off filling out an income tax form, or you have to write an essay for school, or you have to clean out a closet. You just haven’t been able to make yourself stay with it. You find something to distract you. You amble away from it. For whatever reason, the project looms large before you. If your project would have been to pick up your winnings from the lottery, you would have had the energy to toddle yourself over to pick it up or whatever a person has to do to receive the winnings.

You might really want to get your hands on straightening out that closet, and yet you find you just can’t seem to get to the point where you start. It’s possible you are thinking it’s a big task. You might surprise yourself and find it doesn’t even take an hour. Many tasks, when you get down to it, may not take as long as you may have thought.

And, if the task is as big as you think, maybe you can whittle it down into two segments. What a breeze it becomes! You may even find yourself completing the whole project without much ado. It was not the project that zapped your energy. It was all the delaying that wore you out.

Here is a rule of thumb I have observed. The longer it takes you to settle down to a project, large or small, simple or complex, whether the task is your choice or not, the project becomes heavier and heavier, and it takes you even longer! The quicker you settle down to the project, the shorter it takes. If you had settled down to it at the beginning, it would already be done by now.

I have not yet come to the secret, however.

If the task concerns your income tax, perhaps you are afraid you will have to turn over a good sum to the IRS. If it concerns school work, perhaps you are afraid your essay won’t be any good. Fear of failure may haunt. Sometimes fear of success scares you. Even the closet you want to straighten out, maybe the thought of other closets that will have to be taken care of after this one, is what may weigh you down.

There is indeed something that holds you back, or the project would have been done by now.

Perhaps you think too much. Even a small project grows bigger when you keep picturing it and imagining the steps involved. You may empty your kitchen wastebasket every day without a thought about it. If you previewed every act emptying the small kitchen trash bags takes, it would become a big project as well:

1. Take the cover off your kitchen wastebasket.

2. Pull out the plastic bag that holds the trash.

3. Tie a knot on top of the bag.

4. Go down the flight of stairs.

5. Open the door.

6. Go through the door.

7. Walk a short distance to the large trash bin.

8. Unscrew the cover of the large bin.

9. Drop your kitchen trash bag into the bin.

10. Screw the bin cover back on.

11. Walk back to the door.

12. Open the door.

13. Walk into the house.

14. Close the door.

15. Climb the stairs.

16. Wipe out the bottom of your kitchen wastebasket.

17. Find a new bag.

18. Put the new bag into the kitchen wastebasket.

19. Put the cover back on.

Now the secret. Sit down right now and get to it, whatever it is. If you want to know how to focus, you just focus, and you focus right now. This is the secret. This minute you start, you are half-way home. No more putting it off. Soon enough, you will be done. The secret is to get started, as if you didn’t already know that!

I Wonder Why I Told You That.

Back in the early 1970’s when I was still running my company, the Midwayers decided that I had done enough hands-on healing with animals, and the occasional human patient. It was time for me to do some distance healing, and they set about educating me. Many healings would follow this one.

Young Mark Brady was a close friend of my family and workers. He was also a sales representative for a company we did much business with. Mark would call on my firm, make a bee-line for the coffee machine, and return to my workroom with steaming cups for both of us, before taking his orders. Between visits, I telephoned him at his office to order what we needed from his firm.

On one occasion after placing my telephone orders, Mark said, ‘My grandmother, who is sixty-eight, and who lives in Croydon, has a huge cancer in her stomach. Her name is Agnes, and she’s very sick, George.’ There was a lengthy silence, and then he said, ‘Gosh! I wonder why I told you all that!’ My equally strange response to him was, ‘Don’t worry about it. It happens all the time.’

Wrong! It didn’t happen all the time! It had never yet happened!

Somehow that answer was good enough for Mark. I took that happening to be an instruction, and during that evening’s meditation I found myself in Croydon, some 30 miles away, and in the company of Dr. Mendoza. We were standing next to Mrs. Brady’s bed. There was a growth in her belly the size of a small football. I looked at the doctor, but he wasn’t going to do anything, it seemed.

So I reached into her belly, and I pulled out that growth. I threw it clear out of her room. In the next moment, time had changed. Time had ‘rolled forward’ by three whole days, and Agnes Brady was sitting up in bed, munching away at her dinner.

A week later, a call from Mark confirmed that ‘a miracle had happened,’ and Mrs. Brady’s cancer had disappeared completely. Mark said, ‘I kind of feel obliged to tell you this. I don’t know why.’

I told him, ‘It’s good, Mark. That’s fine. It happens all the time.’ Well, from that time on at least it did keep happening.

Important note:

There is nothing strange or special about the healing of Agnes Brady so long ago. Just about anyone alive and believing is capable of performing this ‘minor miracle.’ Whatever you will change in the ‘Astral World’ will sooner or later be reflected into this world.

Perception comes only when the mind is connected with the centre and external instrument
Notes and Commentary
When you are deeply engaged in solving a mathematical problem, you do not hear any sound though your friends shout loudly by your side. Tram-cars and motor-cars run about in the street. If you are deeply engaged in something, you do not hear them. Why? Because your mind was not linked with the organ of hearing. The indriyas cannot do anything by themselves. They need the help of their master, the mind, at every moment. It is the mind that sees, hears, tastes, smells and feels. Senses simply transmit the sense-vibrations from outside to the mind.
The table that you see is a mental kalpana (imagination). This table, though you see it externally, really exists in your mind. A mental picture or image plus external something is the table. That which exists outside is unknown and unknowable. Mind reacts to external vibrations and you see the external universe. If there is no mind there is no universe. Where is the world for you during deep sleep? Hence this world is termed as manomatra jagat or manahkalpita jagat. This mind is the universe. There is no world apart from the mind.
How can a tiny lens produce a big image of a mountain? A small image is produced by the lens, the retina and the optic centre. It is the mind that develops and enlarges it. All the pictures do already exist in the mind. What you perceive as a big mountain outside is only the mental image plus some external unknowable something.
If you say: 'there is nothing outside', why do you run after food and water when you are hungry and thirsty? If everything is within, you should get satisfaction from hunger and thirst from within only. But it is not the case. There is something outside, call it avivarta (appearance) of Brahman, vilasa (expansion) of maya, chamatkara (trick) of avidya (ignorance), parinama (modification) of Vishnu, electrical waves of scientists, combination of anus (atoms) of Kanada or tatva (elemental) vilasa. It does not matter much.
