You are living in dramatic times when changes are going to take place very quickly. They are going to introduce you to the New Age that will eventually change virtually all aspects of your life. They may take time to manifest but they are already taking shape, as the old set up is being dismantled. It was specifically meant to keep you in the dark and prevent you from realising your true potential. The dark Ones intentionally concealed the truth of your true heritage, but that time is now coming to a close and those souls that are enlightened are leading the way forward. It means that those who cannot release themselves from their old belief system, will gradually become more isolated. There is no shame or retribution where they are concerned, but is does mean that their next experience will be a continuation of what they have already chosen. Be assured that many helpers are with such souls, encouraging them to have the desire to lift themselves up. Since time is an illusion it does not matter how long it takes for them to awaken.

Do not restrict your vision of the future as this is a time when everything is possible. Open your heart to the Light and allow your love to embrace all souls, as in reality you are all One. The greatest lesson you can learn that is most important to your future is forgiveness, and it should not be limited in anyway at all. All souls have at different times experienced both the Light and the dark energies in the course of gaining the experience needed to evolve. So as you see other souls today remember that they are working to release karma, for which their roles may be played out in both the Light and dark. Judgement therefore is made without a full understanding of the issues involved and it is best to simply send such souls your love.

The future will see the emergence of souls who have already evolved and will help others to rise up. You may therefore have complete faith in it and for what it holds, as the future is assured and destined to take you into the New Age. Your new cycle will quickly move you into the higher vibrations and peace and contentment will soon come to all of you. It will be a time when you will no longer be held back by the dark Ones who will have been removed from the Earth. Indeed, no soul will be able to move into the higher dimensions unless they are of the higher vibrations. All these advancements are planned for you, but be patient and allow time for them to manifest. We simply tell you the good news so as to lift your spirits, as we know that many of you are tired and most keen to move on. Your release from the lower vibrations is beyond doubt, so do not despair but keep going forward in a positive manner.

We are fully engaged keeping the dark Ones in check as they try to make their last attempts to disrupt our plan. We are always one step ahead of them and know when they are planning to create havoc. Now that they realise their time is nearly up, their thoughts have turned to escaping the consequences of their acts, however, there is no realistic chance of that happening. They will find that their escape routes are being blocked, and they will suffer the consequence of their actions. We are not referring to man’s idea of retribution but encouragement and help to return to the Light. Rarely do souls turn their back on an opportunity to change their ways, but if not they are the makers of their own destiny and their life ending.

Be assured that once the situation on Earth is settled and we can freely move amongst you, we will be openly making contact. Our plans are made and ready to be put into action so as you would say, once “the coast is clear” we will be able to commence our work with you immediately. Our priority is to commence the actions required to bring about global changes, so that all currencies are gradually brought up to parity. For too long some have been greatly undervalued and they are at the top of our list. The gold standard will also be re-established and put a stop to the endless changes in the value of currencies. Such action will revive the market place and a stop will be put to profiteering.

We are already helping Mother Earth to stabilise and cleanse the planet, and eventually it will become as pristine and beautiful as it was originally. There is so much that is planned to restore the Earth and we are actively involved because of our superior technology. There will be changes occurring at the same time all over the Earth, and you will be surprised at the speed they are carried out. Whatever problems you have now, they will fade into the background once we can fully commence our plan. Naturally some aspects of the work will involve you all at different times, as we do want you to participate with us. So Dear Ones, do not feel downcast at the apparent slowness of the changes, as much is happening that you are unaware of at present.

At different times we have stepped in and put a stop to actions intended to cause harm and damage, and as we have mentioned previously, have prevented what would have been the total destruction of your Earth. So do not doubt that we can exercise powers that are beyond the ability of the dark Ones, and stop them creating a major incident. Too many times you have been at their mercy and we have been unable to intervene because of karma, but even so we have lessened the effect of their actions. We are not as you would understand it a Galactic Army but more like your Police Force who try to prevent crimes from taking place.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius and as ever delighted to have this contact with you. There are other contacts throughout your world, so that the news we bring can be made known to a larger number of you. Time still moves forward with ever increasing speed and you should gradually become aware of it. Subject: “Relationship with the Real-Self”

Teacher Ophelius: “Today we would like to talk about the relationship with the ‘real-self.’ Is there such a thing as a relationship with the real-self? There is, yet many on your world have never become acquainted with the real-self. Once you discover this ‘reality within’ then can you make great progress in all areas of your life and relationships with others. The real-self is the emerging potential and growing spiritual nature that ultimately feeds and grows the soul. Discovering who you are at this deeper level is vital to your continuing progress and ascension into eternity — it is the bridge between divine guidance and mortal choosing that drives the experiences that shape your life and give meaning, value, and purpose to your ‘being.’

“You might think about the real-self as that part of you that is ‘within’ or ‘being’ that awakens between the moments of that part of you that is ‘doing.’ There are three layers that you may visualize to help you understand this:

“The first layer is the divine layer — the deepest, which guides and spiritualizes the mind — the domain of the Indwelling Spirit of the Creator, the Thought Adjuster. This is the high moral layer where the inner knowing of higher values and eternal truths are realized. It is the seed sower of insights and creative imagination. This layer communicates at the highest level using the language of love. It is essential that the second layer understands this high-level language for growth and soul-building.

“The second layer is the ‘real self’ — that part of you that is the bridge between divinity and the emerging potentials of personality and identity that you are becoming — the ‘teachable you;’ the growing you; the you that distills the experiences of life into wisdom, which is formatted and stored by the Indwelling Spirit for safe keeping as the emerging immortal soul. This is the seat of the will where conscious decisions are made and sent out to the third layer to drive the experiences of life. The more growth there is in this layer, the greater is the understanding and evaluation of the influence of the divine layer (the first layer).

“The third layer is the ‘interface’ — that part of you that carries out the work and the will of the real-self (the second layer). This is the unruly child that rebels against the real-self and is subject to the physical nature of the body and the surrounding environment — emotional and biochemical reactions to outside stimuli — the pleasure and the pain of living in a body on the material plane. This layer sends all the ‘raw data’ to the second layer where it can be broken down and the values of the experiences can be interpreted and where wisdom may be gleaned. This third layer can sometimes become preoccupied by outside stimuli — the ‘doing’ and consequently, the inner life becomes subdued by the outer life and therefore is there little growth or soul-building because the real-self is not given the chance to break down the experiences into meaning and values. This is often referred to as a ‘rut’ where life becomes mundane and predictable because the third layer begins to drive the will decisions of the second layer based on a continuous stream of baser data (comfort, safety, physical pleasure, or addiction to pain and drama).

“Self-mastery, therefore, is the real-self (second layer) learning to control the third layer and to use it in a way that benefits and feeds the emerging soul. Mediation and deep thinking are beneficial to keeping control and steering the ship toward new horizons and the adventures of high value experiences (survival value experiences). ‘Awareness’ is being present in the moment and in the layer of the real-self. Unconscious living, therefore, is the third layer controlling the ship and driving the consequences of ‘thoughtless’ actions.

“Spend more time, my friends, in the company of the real-self and observe how your life changes for the better. It is the real-self that learns how to love and therefore will grow as a result of interpreting the higher mind — the first layer where the Indwelling Spirit speaks.

God said:

Inasmuch as life does not stay the same, it will be good for you to lean toward what makes you happy. Although thoughts of how badly life has treated you may give you some sense of vindication, such thoughts do not lift you to happiness. By and large, the more belly-aching you do, the more belly-aching you will continue to do. You play a losing game. However, the more you focus on what makes you happy, the more happiness will be yours.

In fact, right now, if you will think of something that gives you joy to think about, you will have more happiness right now. No matter what difficulties you may be in the midst of, if you like mountain climbing, make some plans to mountain-climb for this weekend. If you are bedridden and cannot, then read a book about someone else’s adventures of mountain-climbing and have some of the happiness you desire.

It seems obvious that thinking of what gives you even a little happiness works better in this moment than recounting all the reasons why you are not happy right now. How can anyone not know this or act on this? Go toward what you want rather than rattling off what you can’t stand another moment of. The fact is that you can stand it. The fact is that you can rise above it.

You can’t keep waiting for a genie to appear or a Fairy Godmother to whisk your present situation away. You may be convincing yourself that I ought to do something about your unhappiness now. Whatever your life may be, whatever your woes are, there is something for you to do that you have to do and no one can do for you. Feeling troubled is for you to remove from your life. If you stay the same, another unwanted unhappiness will take the old unhappiness’s spotlight.

You may feel that you can only be happy when X is removed from your life, yet if you are miserable now, something else will come forward. You may think: “If I divorce, how happy I will be.” Thousands of men and women could tell you that this isn’t their experience.

I would love to see you happy. You know by now that happiness is not a commodity. Happiness is not financial wealth. It is not youth. You had youth and were in turmoil. It is not even health for you have had good health and been unhappy.

Beloveds, peace lies within you. Peace is not the climate you live in. Peace is the harbinger of happiness. It allows happiness to enter. Happiness is neither an absence nor is happiness a presence outside you. It is your bent. You are the stirrer of your own happiness or unhappiness. It is not just talk when I say that you can have happiness under all circumstances. Put your attention on happiness and take your attention off unhappiness. You set the limits upon yourself. I ask you to ease up on unhappiness. Unhappiness is not a life sentence. Happiness may be something that you have been waiting for as if you can only be a willing object of happiness and not an attractor. No, My dear, you are the subject who garners happiness within you right now.

If moaning about how unhappy you feel brought you happiness, I would tell you to moan about your unhappiness. However, extolling about how unhappy you are, doesn’t work, so I tell you in no uncertain terms to stop dwelling on what does not give you happiness.

You are not a victim of unhappiness, for you tend to call unhappiness to you and take it in and give it a home. You may complain about unhappiness while you make it comfortable.

Come, now, become a happiness-monger. Come out of darkness into the Light. Look up, make no complaints, and invite happiness to you. Get your mind off your difficulties. Even in your same situation, you can be rich with happiness. Don’t say you can’t. Say you will.

Spiritual experiences differ in sadhakas (seekers) according to the nature of their sadhana (practice) and the yoga they are practising. Some hear anahat (mystic) sounds in the ear. Some see brilliant lights. Some have vision of rishis (sages), mountains, rivers, etc.
Some experience cosmic consciousness. This is a rare experience. It cannot be expressed in words.

Maya is the illusory power of the Lord. Maya hides the real and makes the unreal appear as real. Maya is shuddha (pure) satva.
Do not enquire now into the origin of maya. Strive for its destruction. Maya is indescribable. It can be crossed - through the grace of God acquired by self-surrender. When jnana is attained, then you will know all about maya.

Avidya is ignorance. It is the cause for bondage. Vidya is the cause for liberation.
Destroy the root of avidya through knowledge of Atman.
Avidya is the causal body of the individual soul. It is impure satva. It is mixed with rajas (activity) and tamas (inertia).
Avidya is the cause for births and deaths. Mind and body are the effects of avidya.

Samadhi is union with God. It is a state of eternal bliss and eternal wisdom. It cannot be described in words. In savikalpa samadhi there is the triad, knower, knowledge, and knowable.
In samadhi mind, intellect and senses cease functioning. All dualities vanish in toto.
Meditate ceaselessly and enjoy the supreme bliss of nirvikalpa samadhi.

Please note the difference between sleep and samadhi. Sleep is an inert state. But samadhi is a state of pure awareness or pure consciousness.
When a man returns from sleep, he is heavy and dull. He has no experience of wisdom of Atman. But when the yogi comes down from samadhi, he is full of wisdom of Atman.

Jnana yoga is the yoga of wisdom. It is vedanta. It is the culmination of all the other yogas. It teaches that the individual soul is in essence identical with the Supreme Soul. When avidya (ignorance) is destroyed the individual soul merges in the Supreme Soul.
The aspirant should equip himself with the four means of salvation, study the scriptures (Upanishad) under a guru and meditate. He will attain Self-realisation.

The mind alone is the universe. The body with its organs, etc., is no other than mind.
The slayer of Atman (self) is the mind only. The actions of the mind alone are, indeed actions, but not so those of the body.
The mind contemplating upon the body becomes the body itself and then, enmeshed in it, is afflicted by it.
Slay the mind and attain eternal bliss.

He who has a guru knows Brahman. A guru alone can remove doubts, pitfalls and snares. Guru is God Himself.
All that a guru can do is to tell his disciple the method of knowing the truth or the path that leads to the disclosure of the intuitional faculty.
He will clear your doubts, remove pitfalls and snares and inspire you. He cannot give you samadhi (super-conscious state). You will have to place each step yourself on the rung of the ladder of yoga. Do not expect a miracle from your guru, to put you into samadhi.

Every man wants everlasting happiness. This is his innate feeling. This indicates that his soul is an embodiment of bliss.
Everybody wants full knowledge of everything. This gives the clue that Atman is a mass of knowledge.
Every man wants freedom. It gives the clue that his Atman is ever free.
Search within and attain the ever blissful and ever free Atman.
