Dear Ones,

You climbed your mountain and you are free - you just have not yet accepted that you are. You are a bit like elephants trained from infancy to stay in one area with a rope that they could easily break free of as an adult.

You are free.

Even though you accept freedom with your logical mind, you have difficultiesbelieving you are free - so you are not.

Perhaps you have received messages from your inner-being or other segments about your totality's focus - at least for the short-term. Yet, you cannot conceive of fulfilling that role for a variety of reasons all of which mean you are hoping for, but never quite grasping the brass ring that is you.

You are applying new you messages to Old Age fears.

Maybe one of your new roles is a review of a past earth life (your phrase) role. Instead of glorying in the thought of shifting pieces of one or more of your segments and therefore your totality, you remember the fears associated with that role plus new fears that have little or nothing to do with your new reality.

Do you not remember learning, perhaps decades ago, that you are capable of shifting your current reality by revisiting and shifting the outcomes of what you label yesterday's life? So it is and always has been. Now that you are more knowledgeable, you hesitate for such a theory seems too good to be true - and so it is.

If you are one of those entities who has elected to travel to a life from the past (your view) to change the outcome, know you have the skills to do so - in love and joy, instead of pain and fear. It is a bit like an 8th grade student helping his little 1st grade sister with her math. It is easy for him to complete his sister's math - not at all as it was when he was in 1st grade wishing for the knowledge to understand those same math problems.

So it is for you now. You have more skills, more knowledge and a different approach - one of joy instead of fear. Yet, you tiptoe through this past life - as you label it - wringing your hands in frustration and fear believing you are not capable of changing anything.

Of course you are. Your beliefs merely hold you to the fires of Old Age fear. You have not yet allowed the joys of new you to flow throughout your being.

How can you change your beliefs from fear to joy?

The easiest method is just knowing throughout your being that you have shifted your beliefs. But for most, such is not enough.

You believe your new earth lives - when they happen - will be of joy. But joy is in the future. So your returning to a previous life - in your beliefs - indicates that such a life has to be resolved with Old Age fears.

Of course, you might negate our thoughts. You might defend the new you work you have completed diligently and with a great deal of pain. You know you have cleansed much pain and fear, so why do you live in this never-never land of not complete fear, but certainly not complete joy?

It is so because you expect changes in the future, but not now. Surely, you have to be better, more wise or somehow different from what you are now.

You talk about joy. You hope for joy. But your being believes that such is only possible in your future. That you could not have changed your being in just a few years from fear to joy. And even if you did, such would not apply to you this instant - and most certainly not to your past.

You are chaining yourself to fear even though you have the key to unlock that chain. Open that lock. Walk around a bit to test your freedom. Then start jumping for joy knowing full well that your beliefs have finally caught up with your new reality.

You are FREE. Free to travel to any life your inner-being directs you to - and to shift the outcome of that life. You are free to remain in the here and now, shifting your life in any joyful way you wish. You are free to travel to other dimensions, frequencies or times spreading your joy and fun.

You are free. You just have to believe that such is so. So be it. Amen

Anger
When you become angry, leave the place immediately. Take a long walk; stay away for a half hour. Repeat the sacred mantra OM SHANTI one hundred and eight times. You will find that your anger subsides. Another way is to count from one to thirty - your anger will subside. When anger tries to show itself, observe silence. Never utter a harsh word. Try to nip it off before it emerges from the subconscious mind.
You will have to be alert. It tries to come out so suddenly. But, before anger manifests in the mind, there is agitation in the mind. If you strive to subdue anger, then hatred subsides - but even then there may be slight impatience lingering there. Eschew this slight disturbance also. For a man who is leading a divine life, this is a serious drawback. Irritability is a weakness of the mind. Remove it by practising tolerance, mercy and love. Calmness is a direct means to the realisation of Brahman.
Keep the mind always in balance, in tune. Close the eyes. Dive deep into the divine source. Feel God's presence. Repeat His name and remember Him at all times. You will gain immense spiritual strength. Meditate early in the morning, before you mix with people. Then rise above the thousand and one things which might irritate you in your daily life. Then only you will live in harmony and concord. Then only you will turn out wonderful work.

Man wastes much energy by becoming angry, very often over little things. The whole nervous system is shattered and agitated. If this anger is controlled, by brahmacharya (purity), forbearance, love and vichara (enquiry), a man can move the whole world. Anger manifests so suddenly that it is difficult to check it. The impulses it generates are so powerful that he is swayed by them. Control anger. Control the mind.

God said:

Which one of My children is not My beautiful flower? Every one of you is My beautiful flower. This is how I see you. Of course, I love My hardy dandelions as much as I love My hothouse roses. The angle I see from is inclusive. My arms embrace all. In every single one of My children, I see something you may not be quite so adept at seeing, do you agree? Light sees light! There could be some dark spots within you. Beneath your delicate veneer, there could be.

Do you say that I am blinded with love? No, My dears, it is you who are blinded with judgment. Through your so-called objective mind, you pull some people in, and you push some people out. Of course, you have your reasons. You always have reasons. You can always justify what you think and do. You justify all the time. You are good at it.

And some people you may pull into your inner circle may come to disappoint you anon. You have second thoughts, and you boot the disappointers out from your close-knit inner circle. For some you previously excluded, you may later find reasons to include. Maybe they became famous or inherited a fortune, or you did! Something in you may have changed. As you change, so does your view of what is outside you change as well.

Take the splinter out of your own eye. Whatever a seeming another has done or not done, it is not for you to project unworthiness onto him or her. You have had your own ignoble thoughts. Someone else may have acted on your thoughts, beloveds.

No one is excluded from My inner circle. How could I exclude Myself? And why would I ever want to? I am unblemished. I can see as far as the eye can see. I also see as far as the heart can see.

From the standards you uphold, you have not yet seen a perfect person. When you see defects or lack of ease, you contribute to them. You may not acknowledge where you were before you rose to where you are now, or believe you are now.

Pretty much, My children are made up of little deeds and not big ones. None of you knows with certainty who acts on My behalf and who does not. You do not know what any deed presents to the world, nor do you know what any deed may take away or whether the taking away is a plus or a minus to the whole wide world. You simply don’t know enough.

You do not have to make bedfellows with those who have murdered others, yet you can admit you have known murder in your heart. Now send a blessing to one who acted on his or her thought and whom you point to now with derision from your position as Ms. or Mr. High and Mighty who is above it all. Does it really cost you to send a blessing another’s way?

Since when did I tell you to count misdeeds another has performed? Since when did I tell you to slight another and then count yourself as exceedingly wonderful?

You may well sympathize with yourself for all you have been through and risen above. I am not saying to make excuses for anyone, most especially yourself. You are not free to demean another. You are not free to scoff at another. If someone has fallen into a pit of undervaluing life, you do not have to take it upon yourself to discard even that one soul. Never do I ask you to become holier than thou. In effect, to one who has slain another, you may be cutting the slayer dead in a more legal manner. Then you are labeling yourself what you may dismiss another for being.

Urantia: “I am the air you breathe. I am the water you drink. I am the food you eat. And I am the ground you walk on. I am Urantia, your mother earth.

“For untold ages I have been in a dream, taking in all that happened in this dream, but still, progressing, awakening, with a developing, reasoning mind, observing, evolving with you, and now giving vent to my deliberations.

“In all of Nebadon there are merely a few places as beautiful, as varied from place to place, and as diversified, as is our planet. For most worlds that are made ready for human habitation there is generally not such diversity until well after the races have grown up, matured, and managed to create new plant life, new fruits, new trees and a greater diversity of animals.

“Here on my planet there is a potential risk that much will be lost. Indeed much has already been lost. There is the potential of a war to make impossible all future wars and to make it necessary for your slaves, your serfs, and criminals to mine the needed elements for life in the many places that will no longer be suitable for habitation.

“I am making my call to you to round up as many as you can, to give them my message that you must make wars no more. I am making my call to you that you must do your utmost to keep the peace, and that you must do the very best you can to help each other in difficult times.

Note: Late last night as I meditated, I heard her voice. Only this morning (September 12) as the recording was transcribed did we realise that her message came through on 9/11. Goosebumps. :o)
