Archangel Michael encouraged me to review
the STAGES OF ASCENSION with you for several reasons: first, for those who are more advanced, to refresh your memory and provide
more clarity to the process. Second, as guidelines for those who are on the Path but who are still endeavoring to release,
rectify and transmute the many imbalances within the physical, mental,
emotional and astral bodies. Third, for those who
are fairly new to Archangel Michael’s wisdom
teachings and the process of ascension, we wish to provide a greater
understanding and some encouragement. Dearest hearts, no matter where you are on the Path of Ascension, endeavor to
envision a future filled with hope and promise. Never before have we had such a grand opportunity to reclaim our Divine
estate as a cocreative Self-master in the material planes of existence. We have opened and prepared a path for you to
follow. All you have to do is answer the call, and then follow the nudgings of your Soul Self. You will not be led astray.
We, as your sisters and brothers on the path before you, are always in our Pyramids of Light, cheering you onward and upward.
Eternal Love and angel blessings, Ronna STAGE ONE: We gradually tune into and begin to listen to the small voice of our conscience
(our embodied Soul Self), and we begin the process of healing and harmonizing our Emotional Nature. We slowly allow our Soul
Self to become the guide and director of our life’s experiences instead of the ego desire body. We begin the process
of upgrading and refining our Emotional Body consciousness, which can be painful and challenging, but also rewarding and enlightening.
STAGE TWO: As we begin to delve more deeply into our subconscious minds, we initiate the process of aligning our emotional
will with that of our Higher Self-OverSoul and Divine Will. Our main mantra/affirmation becomes “Thy Will be done
for the greatest good of all.” As we learn that we are electromagnetic, energetic Beings, we come to the understanding
that we are constantly radiating energetic thought forms out into the world around us. Then we must experience these positive
or negative thought forms as events/situations composed of the same frequencies. Our personal world is constantly rearranging
itself to fit our current picture of reality. Through trial and error, we begin to understand the Laws of Cause and Effect
or Karma. We also gain an understanding of and begin to actively use the Universal Laws of Manifestation as we slowly
refine our abilities as cocreators on the earthly plane of existence. With new awareness, confidence and trust in the
workings of the universe, we gradually relinquish control at an emotional level to our Higher Self, for we now understand
that it is our Divine Birthright to enjoy the love, beauty and bounty of our Father/Mother God. We also understand that our
Higher Self sees things from a higher vantage point and will always direct us toward the best outcome.
STAGE THREE: As
we move a little higher on the ladder of ascension, we also learn to view the events in our lives from a higher vantage point.
We have gone through the painful process of breaking or healing all past agreements with those with whom we have experienced
karmic interaction so that we may sever any remaining energetic cords between us. We lovingly forgive and ask forgiveness
so that each of us may, once again, become sovereign Beings. By healing and transmuting the probable futures

we have created in our many past lifetimes’ experience, we move into the
future without the heavy
burden of past Karma. Over time and after a lot of Soul-searching and processing, we gradually
strive for and gain Emotional Detachment. We love more deeply and compassionately as we begin to look for and see the
best in everyone around us. We gradually embrace the concept of “we and group consciousness” versus the ego-driven
concept of separation, “me versus everyone else.” We have learned to see our tests and
challenges as opportunities
for growth instead of punishment and bad luck. As a result, our Emotional Body consciousness begins to resonate to much higher,
more harmonious, vibrational frequencies. We are now ready to focus our attention on refining, uplifting and harmonizing our
Mental Body. STAGE FOUR: At this stage, our OverSoul-Higher Self begins to take a more active role in our transformation process,
as our Soul Self slowly integrates the higher frequencies (attributes, qualities and virtues) of our OverSoul Self.
We begin the process of reviewing our beliefs, habits and the quality of our mental awareness. We re-evaluate the major
judgments and attitudes that have been handed down by our elders as well as by the cultural, religious and governmental leaders
as we gradually move out of and beyond the mass consciousness belief patterns of the lower astral planes. STAGE FIVE: As we
refine the frequency patterns of our Mental Body, we slowly gain access to our
Sacred Mind and the treasure chest of higher
mental consciousness that is stored therein. Our Sacred Mind and Sacred Heart become unified with our OverSoul-Higher Self
as the guiding influence in our spiritual quest. We become more tolerant of other people’s beliefs as we learn
that there are many
paths to follow; however, we are now aware that all paths will ultimately lead to the same destination.
We learn to be discerning as to what we will accept as our truth, and we only accept those truths that resonate positively
within our Sacred Core Being. We begin to expand our horizons of thought, and many will develop a desire to learn more about
our spiritual origins, why we are on Earth, what is our mission/purpose for this lifetime and what happens to us after we
transcend? STAGE SIX: As we lift the frequencies of our Mental/Emotional bodies, our chakra system begins to spin much faster
and in a harmonious fashion. This results in an ignition or activation of the etheric Tube of Light that runs along the spinal
column, up through the Medulla Oblongata (the ascension chakra) into the Sacred Mind and out the Crown Chakra. The coiled
energy called Kundalini, which contains the Sacred White Fire Seed Atoms of Creator Light called Adamantine Particles, begins
to flow up the spinal column. The portals to the Sacred Heart have opened so that we now are receiving Adamantine Particles
of Light via the back portal of our Sacred Heart, as well as a downward flow via our Crown Chakra, and a upward flow of Kundalini
Fire along our Sacred Rod of Power/Light. This process will be speeded up and magnified if we use the gift of conscious breathing,
such as the Infinity Breath or other deep breathing techniques. STAGE SEVEN: We have learned to HEAL THE PAST
and SCRIPT OUR FUTURE so that we can focus on the ETERNAL “NOW” MOMENT. We have merged our physical intellect
with the spiritual wisdom of our OverSoul / Higher Self–which means we not only understand and accept the many higher
spiritual truths we have learned, but we have also integrated them. We are gradually attuning to the more advanced and expanded
guidelines for the future. As we do so, we will send forth the higher frequency Seed thoughts for the New Age into our Flower
of Life / Wheel of Creation, so that we may radiate them forth out into the world.

As we draw forth more and more vibrational frequency patterns from lower
planes of the fifth-dimension, our Soul Song becomes attuned to and resonates with much higher vibrational frequencies also.
This sets off a CELESTIAL CLARION CALL for the compatible facets of our Higher Self to begin the process of slowly moving
into alignment within our personal column of Light. The downloading of the Sparks of our Higher Self with our resident Soul
Self begins to accelerate at this point, and our progress on the ascension path will greatly accelerate also. We are
now ready to move into the Flow of the River of Life, and we know we will be guided and directed as we begin to FOLLOW SPIRIT
WITHOUT
HESITATION.STAGE EIGHT: We are gradually becoming comfortable with our new State of Being, and our new way of viewing the
world. We value our solitude, as we delve deeper and deeper into our Sacred Beingness and Oneness with All That Is. Each day,
we focus on staying centered within our Sacred Heart, and we consciously monitor our thoughts, in order to function naturally
as a Living Meditation and maintain an Attitude of Gratitude. The earthly illusion now has minimal effect on us; however,
our loving compassion has grown to embrace all Beings and all Creation.
TRANSFORMATION OF THE PHYSICAL VESSEL: Our physical
bodies are also affected dramatically during each stage of our AWAKENING, and the symptoms of ascension can be exhilarating
as well as uncomfortable or even painful at times. If you have not already read it, my booklet, THE EVOLUTION OF HUMANITY

What if you were carefree? If you can foster the idea that you are laden with cares, can you not also
cultivate the idea that you are without cares and worries? Which would you prefer? What if you could throw off the illusion
of carrying a heavy load? What if you could? What if you carry a heavy load when you could carry a light load or no load at
all?
Who says you have to drag along heavy burdens, and, in effect, owe a debt that has to be paid? What if you
threw off the so-called burdens? What if you would turn over the oxcart you have been carrying and declare weight null and
void? Who is it exactly who says that a sense of burden is your due? The last time I looked, you were human being, not an
ox. Carry around My thoughts instead of heaviness. My thoughts are light. My thoughts are, indeed, made of light, bright light
shining. Your thoughts can be, as well, the lightness of light, and the lightness of air.
You are not made of
heavy iron. You are made of elements, none of which weigh much. Where did the idea of heaviness come from? Why has this idea
lasted? Heaven is your due, not heaviness. Certainly, there is gravity on Earth. Gravity can take care of itself. You don’t
have to carry it.
The air you breathe is not heavy. You cannot even see the air except how the wind blows and
moves the leaves and cools your face. Everything in nature is meant to be light-hearted, and that includes you. Nowhere is
it said that you are to be heavy-hearted. Heavy-heartedness must be something you have made up. Heavy-heartedness must be
something made up that you consider natural. Your lot in life is to be greater than burden.
I do not kid you
that life is always easy. At the same time, do not kid yourself that life is always hard or has to be.
Birds
are free, why aren’t you? Lions are born-free. Chipmunks! Puppies and kittens. Would not then My Greatest Creation also
be free? It has been said that you have inalienable rights. Make it so. Allow this to be so. Bless yourself and shake off
the concept of heaviness. You are not an ox. You are not a mule. You are made of light. You are not made of light to be boxed,
covered up, hidden. You are made of shining light from sea to sea and are to shine. So shall it be.
Wear no heavy
cloak. Your light is not to be hidden. You do not carry light over your shoulder in a burlap bag weighted with heavy stones.
Where, oh, where, did you get that idea? You were not intended to be made of woe. Light and light-heartedness are to be the
mainstay of your life. They are never to be absent. No, beloveds, you are not to pick up boulders and be proud of the weight
you carry. Drop off the weights you have picked up along the way.
Responsibilities are something you take care
of as you go along. They are not to accumulate. You were never intended to be a beast of burden. Heavy weights are not intended
to be a feather in your cap. Not at all. Where on Earth did this idea come from?
Life is not a contest of who
can carry the heaviest weights. How silly would that be! Be light of heart and light of foot. You are meant to be a bird on
the wing. You are meant to soar with nothing to hold you back from your natural progression. You are a star from Heaven landed
on Earth. Stars shine. There is no brittleness with stars. Only light and more light shining for all.

Teacher: “Today we would draw your attention to the affairs of the world and the dark
pockets of resistance that impede the emergence of Light and Life, for the world you live in today is not at peace and many
suffer needlessly at the hands of men with evil intent. How do we recognize evil in the world? God the Father allows each
man, woman, and child, the freedom to live a life on the worlds of time and to build a soul and to experience a full life
of truth, beauty and goodness — to know love and to feel joy — to discover for themselves the true meaning of
life and to find the God within who shall lead them to eternal life. Simply stated, ‘This is God’s Will.’
“Any man, group, or government that would intentionally work against
this Will of God to impede or prevent a soul from growing and living a full life of freedom and the chance to experience truth,
beauty, goodness, joy, and love, is by this definition: EVIL. To have peace in the world, evil must be vanquished and new
generations must learn the difference between God’s Will and the evil machinations of men of power who would pervert
and teach new generations to kill in God’s name to fulfill their own lust for power and erroneous ideologies.
“This
is an abomination to the Father, for all men who have the Spark of God within have access to the power of love and can choose
love over hate, evil, and destruction. And so it becomes a willful decision to embrace evil. The ripple effect of evil acts
has consequences that echo throughout eternity and many souls who have participated in this evil ripple later will find that
the restitution to remedy these crimes against the innocent are too vast. Many will choose not to continue. This is tragic
on all sides and so you, as an individual, a community, a nation, a world of souls, must decide which “WILL” you
will live by — God’s Will or the will of evil men.
“Spirit
shall not directly intervene in the affairs of men, for the free will prerogative must be upheld; yet, we can influence the
decisions of men by bringing the opportunity to choose love over any other alternative, again and again, to the heart until
a choice is made by free will. It is the ‘meek’ — those who are grounded in love and who stand for divine
values, that we are counting on to make right decisions as to what shall be done to vanquish evil in the world. Think about
the ripple. If you stand by and let the stone grow in size, how tragic and how many more souls will have their destinies diverted
from the divine path?

not keep company with them. Subdue them. Restrain them. Curb them just as you would curb your enemies on the battlefield.
This is not the work of a day. It wants patient and protracted sadhana (practice) for a very long time. Control of the senses
is really control of the mind. All the ten senses must be controlled. Starve them to death. Do not give them what they want.
Then they will obey your orders implicitly. All worldly-minded persons are slaves of their senses, though they are educated,
though they possess immense wealth, though they hold judicial and executive powers. If you are a slave of meat-eating, for
instance, you will begin to exercise control of your tongue the moment you give up the meat-eating habit entirely for six
months. You will consciously feel that you have gained a little supremacy over this troublesome sense of taste which began
to revolt against you sometime ago. Worldly pleasures intensify the desire for enjoying greater pleasures. Hence the minds of worldlings are very restless.
There is no satisfaction, and mental peace is absent. The mind can never be satisfied, whatever amount of pleasure you may
store up for it. The more it enjoys the pleasures, the more it wants them. So people are exceedingly troubled and vexed by
their own minds. They are tired of their minds. Hence, in order to remove these botherations and troubles, the rishis (sages)
thought it best to deprive the mind of all sensual pleasures. When the mind has been concentrated or made extinct, it cannot
force one to seek for further pleasure, and all botherations and troubles are removed for ever and the person attains real
peace. - - - The mind can do
nothing without the help of the senses. And the senses cannot do anything without the help of the mind. Desire moves the mind
and the senses and makes it outgoing. Abandon desires and control the mind. Thinking means externalisation or objectification.
Thinking is samsara. Thinking causes identification with the body, with 'I-ness', 'mine-ness', time and space. Stop this thinking through vairagya (dispassion)
and abhyasa (practice). Merge yourself in pure consciousness where there is no thinking. This is the absolution; this is jivanmukta
(liberation).  |

to evolve into the truth and love of the Creator to form a reality born from love, energies are coming forth to reawaken, shake up and reform your relationship with
the Creator. As you are evolving spiritually
with focus and dedication you will be asked by the Creator to revaluate, understand and form a new relationship with the Creator encouraging a communication, interaction
and new perception of love. While the Creator is asking each soul to accept from within them new ways of connecting, integrating and merging with the Creator,
it is asked also that you reform the way
in which you communicate with all aspects of the Creator. With your inner energies evolving and making magnificent alterations and evolvements of a personal nature within
your being encouraging experiences of bliss and love the Creator continues to ask you to create a new loving relationship with yourself, understanding, perceiving
and communicating with yourself in a heavenly
way. This must now be taken to a new stage of mastery and evolution as the Creator encourages not only a new Earth and reality of love to be created, new embodiments of love
within humanity but also a new understanding of a loving and spiritual relationships of any form. Many of you are being given the energies and vibrations from the Creator to build a new template
of loving relationships upon the
Earth for all of humanity to access. Couples who are ready to ascend together are now being given these energy vibrations to explore how they may advance the spiritual experience
of relationships upon the Earth to align with the spiritual evolution taking place. Other forms of relationships are being evolved and enhanced at this
time such as parent and child, soul friendships and
mates as well as relationships between seemingly strangers but many couples are taking on the role of reforming earthy relationships as united love experiences in order to demonstrate
to others and access deeper connections with the Creator. If you are in a relationship and your soul has contacted to form a new template of loving relationships
upon the Earth then you may find yourself
and the soul you are in a relationship with moving through cycles of the rising of fear, pain, suffering, anger or separation as you work with the Earth’s energies
and consciousness of humanity to dissolve all negativity from the past experienced within relationships. This deep releasing process may have an impact
upon your relationship but it is important to detach
as much as possible from the emotions rising realising them to be wounds from your past and from humanity’s past that now need to find healing. Many of these wounds are finding
healing through you. There is a need for you to realise that many of your fears may not even be connected to you but are simply seeking an instrument
of release in order to heal the Earth, its consciousness
and vibration to anchor and manifest love. Archangel
Gabriel and counterpart Archangel Hope as well as Archangel Zadkiel and counterpart Archangel Amethyst are available for you to call upon individually and as a couple

loving way of communicating, interacting and merging as pristine souls and expressions of the Creator upon the Earth. We do know that it is something your soul has been waiting
for because it is the ultimate experience of Creator expression, Creator mirroring and Creator acceptance, which is an experience many yearn for, it is
to be as one with the Creator fully while in physical
form. To continue to recognise yourself as the Creator
and a source of powerful light, love and consciousness is essential at this time as well as supporting the growth of your own self love to strengthen your energies
and inner power/presence. It is also essential to
encourage your heart chakra to be open and loving even in times of pain, suffering or chaos. It is often that the heart
chakra closes to aid protection but this simply forms
separation and disconnection from the Creator and therefore the purpose of the experience or the divine solution is unable to manifest, encouraging suffering
to continue. You are at your most powerful and deeply
connected to the Creator when your heart chakra is open and loving, even if this encouragement needs to first come from the mind as reminders that you are loved, safe and secure
at all times, embraced in the love of the Creator. With focus upon these practices you will hold greater courage to open yourself up fully to that which is manifesting
as your experience thus with awareness
and understanding you will be able to anchor and achieve healing with great ease and perfection. With the forming of the new relationship template for the new era and
Earth of Love it is actually the emotional body which will experience the greatest transformation. Much focus has been placed upon love, the heart chakra and
the acceptance of the Creator within
your being and others, with these transformations it is now time for the transformation of the emotional body as it is brought into alignment with the heart chakra and new
vibrations. Much of the pain or memories of all forms of relationships are held within the emotional body this is why there is a need to support the clearing
and strengthening of your own emotional body as
well as the emotional body of Mother Earth and humanity as a general united energy. ‘I call upon Archangel Zadkiel, Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Raphael
and Lady Nada to cleanse, purify and heal my emotional body, dissolving and releasing all forms of pain, suffering, anger and emotional wounds formed from relationships
of any kind in my past and in
the past of the Earth and humanity. I ask you and my soul to enthuse my emotional body with the truth, divine essence and love of my soul to strengthen, stabilise and
support my emotional body encouraging it to hold the new energies and vibrations of an experience of evolved, light, love and Creator consciousness
filled relationships upon the Earth with understanding
of how to interact, communicate and integrate from the essence of the Creator within. Let this healing begin now, thank you.’ This invocation may also assist you if you find that you are more sensitive
to the energies, comments and actions of others than you use to be due to your awakening into the light. Often protection that acts as a buffer when we are not
spiritually awakened is dissolved when
we awaken spiritually to bring freedom to our inner truth, this coupled with the intense downloading of love can cause feelings of being vulnerable, sensitive and exposed.
This will dissolve as you learn to trust more fully in the presence and power of love. Your sensitivity symbolises your openness on a spiritual level
but also symbolises the need to bring forth your spiritual
and soul power. When you awaken to the love of the Creator the dawning that everyone is connected as one with the Creator creates a powerful integration and illumination
within your being but it can mean that your personal reactions to situations and experiences enhances as it feels you have a personal connection with everything. Through
your enhanced trust in love you will dissolve
personal reactions as love will act as your new protection and security. Remember you are all acting in service to aid ascension in your own unique and
beautiful ways, honour yourself and hold gratitude
to yourself for all that you are. With
