God said:
From your perspective, it is hard or even impossible to accept that you and I are One. Anyone can see so many variants between Us. You see that I know Everything. And when you are frank with yourself, you admit that you know Nothing. So, then, how can We be One and the Same and be so far apart? Helpless, hapless you and All-Knowing All-Powerful God?

To your mind, if you could take photos of Me and develop or download them, you can’t imagine a semblance. And beyond the surface levels, you also see a great leap between My capabilities and yours. It is too much to fathom. What other way can you take this far-flung idea but with a grain of salt?

That’s the whole thing, dear ones, if you could but know Who you are. If you could but fit that idea into your mind, well, how happy you would be. At this point, even if you didn’t know Everything, you would be grateful to know Anything that can stand up in this world and make sense to you.

So, then, am I saying that your powerfulness is hidden from you? Yes, I do say that. I’m well aware that you see yourself as a smidgeon next to Me.

You can readily perceive that you are a branch of Me or perhaps a twig of Me. You live a life for Me on Earth. You live through Me, and I also live through you. You weave tales of life and hold Me responsible for how your life turns out. Let’s be honest. Sometimes you see Me as the bad guy and sometimes as the good guy. What you make of life and what you make of Me is of your making. It is your story.

You see Me as the Maker of You, most everyone does. You can even accept in theory, perhaps, that you and I are One, or eventually We are One, someday We will be One, and that you will rise to such heights that you can truly say that you and I are One Indivisible. Right now it’s plain to say that mostly you see Us as well-split divisible! It is not even that you necessarily contradict Me. You just can’t swallow it all.

Nor do you desire to go around saying: “Look at me! Great God, I’m God.” Well, dears, once in while you do put ego aside and accept the role of Nobody, and that’s not so far away from Truth.

Of course, you understand that you are Soul, Being, Transcendent. You accept that you are God Being albeit somewhere down the line, yet you cannot in all honesty call yourself even a semblance of God. God is not vulnerable. As soon as you are a human being in a body, you are vulnerable and, alas, incomplete in every way you know. You simply don’t know how to stand up next to Me even as I ask you to.

I am a Creator of Miracles, and you, too, do create miracles in your life. You are so good at creating miracles that you may even desire one thing and create the opposite. You are also a miracle that I, God, created in My Image. That which God creates houses God regardless of what the image looks like, seems like, feels like, even as you know that God is not form. Your form is not you. It is irrelevant of you. I am all relevance.

My Image is Light. You are made of God’s Light. This is the essence of you.

If this is too incomprehensible to you, then let it be. You don’t have to believe something when you are it anyway. And you don’t have to say you fathom a Truth when you do not yet fathom it. There is a difference between fathoming and Being.

Let’s forgo fathoming then, and just love as One.

Subject: “Dispensations, Teachers and Wider Responsibilities.”

Samuel: “Today, Aaron and I will be talking to you both about dispensations. What is a dispensation? A dispensation is a moment in time, or a period of time, during which a rule may be dispensed with, or during which a privilege may be awarded. Your “Urantia Book” tells you clearly that once you make your way to the Mansion Worlds, you are not permitted to return to Earth. That is a definite universe rule or law for all mortals on the planet. However, should this rule be rescinded, this would constitute a dispensation – an exception.

“Unlikely as this is to actually come about – even for one single common mortal to return to Earth – it would amount to an important dispensation. (the receiver mumbles something) And, no, I can’t see it either, but this is our hypothetical event, merely portraying the principle of exception. We are looking at it today from the point of view of what such a personal allowance could do for an individual. We are here interested in the process of sending and receiving messages between Teacher and receiver. At first, most of the hard work is left to the Helper, frequently a Midwayer Intermediary.

“As the human contact personality becomes more and more proficient at accepting the heart-sent information, Midwayer and Teacher can become a little more relaxed in the task of projecting their word-for-word messages. Soon they can move towards “infusing” lengthy, detailed concepts into their student’s mind, for the human to build the appropriate sentences. Eventually, it is hoped, they will find their beloved student ready, willing and courageous enough, to take all celestial dictation from his or her Thought Adjuster.

“There is nothing new about these methods. Under the leadership of Machiventa Melchizedek, of Abraham’s days, aided by loyal Primary Midwayers, and the likes of ABC-22, and his brothers and sisters, they performed such tasks with the earliest of the Delphian Oracles. Some of Jesus’ apostles and early Christian priests managed to produce their sermons in this way. Even the Andite, Ionah, as was made clear to you, enjoyed excellent communication with his learned Teachers, from his departure in Japan to his arrival in South America.

Aaron: “This is Aaron. Some receivers may never connect with their Thought Adjusters and some will connect after just a few “false starts.” All are different. There is the widest of variety in method and suitability, but there isn’t a thinking person lacking in potential of some spiritual connectivity during the present and latest dispensation. To the Teachers, and along the way, their Helpers – Midwayers and Angels – are given the tasks of enticing students to widen their responsibilities and share the good news messages all around.

“Samuel and I leave you now. We carry your pictures in our minds and our love for you all in our hearts. It is good to visit with you.”

Atman
The Atman (Self) is most ancient, hard to perceive and abides secretly in the innermost cave of the heart or intellect. This Atman or supreme soul fills all with his radiance. This Atman is incorporeal, pure, invulnerable. He is untouched by evil. The Atman is the supreme seer and thinker, immanent and transcendental. This Atman is the immortal spirit, the common, unifying entity present in all. You live, because the supreme Atman is. You understand, because the Atman is intelligence. You enjoy, because the Atman is bliss.
Atman is the reality itself - it is of the nature of pure consciousness. It is undifferentiated, pure awareness and pure experience. Atman is secondless; it alone is; all else which appears to be is not. Atman is the one which appears divided; the changeless as full of change; the timeless as temporal; the infinite as extended and fragmented in space.
Atman is one. It is the root, the reality itself. Atman is pure consciousness, calm and infinite like the waveless ocean. That Atman which is impersonal, changeless, like unto space, by nature purity itself - verily, verily, that am I. The one who is the eternal, the Atman, exists. He is all in all. This Atman is so mysterious that it cannot easily be grasped. This Atman can easily be grasped when the science of the Self (brahmavidya) is taught by a guru who has attained Self-realisation.
This Atman is subtler than the subtlest and so is not attained by arguments. Like butter hidden in milk, this mysterious Atman is hidden in every being. Realise this Atman by the churning of meditation. The Atman is unborn, ageless, immortal, deathless and fearless. He who knows this Atman becomes Brahman, the fearless.
Atman is Brahman - absolute, infinite, the Supreme Being. It is existence absolute, knowledge absolute, bliss absolute. It is self-delight and self-knowledge. It is bodiless, formless and without gunas, all pervading, all full, imperishable. It has neither beginning nor end. It exists in past, present and future. It is self-existent, the source for body, mind, senses, prana, the vedas and the universe itself. No one can deny it; it is the inner Self of all beings.
