Balik! We come with very good news! The legal aspects of our Earth allies’ programs to defeat the dark cabal are gaining
successful inroads. Both the common law courts and the statute courts agree that the present de facto US government is deeply
in debt and cannot proclaim a bankruptcy to save its remaining assets. Instead, the US “corporation” and its prime
ally, the Federal Reserve Bank, need to deny any assets to their largest creditors and go into a special receivership. This
action is shortly to put an end to both entities, which have long masqueraded as legitimate federal institutions. The end
to this set of shenanigans is finally to allow our allies to take over the general control of both institutions. As a result
of these developments, we expect a number of prosperity programs to fund, and the RV and global currency reset to occur. At
the right time, NESARA can be declared, along with a total moratorium on government in the US. We have agreed with our allies
as to who is to lead the interim US government and the policies they need to enforce. It is essential
to all concerned that the various travesties, which now engulf Africa, be brought to a safe conclusion. It is equally necessary
that those in charge of these calamities be arrested. Once these scalawags are properly isolated, then a new political and
economic system can be successfully executed. We have had long talks with our various allies on not only the problems happening
in Africa, but also those occurring throughout the newly developing nations. The humanitarian projects are designed to alleviate
the present difficulties and allow the best-qualified leaders to pursue projects that can begin to solve and creatively permit
success in all fields. Water, sanitation, employment issues, and a whole host of interrelated problems, need to be alleviated.
Technologies exist to aid these nations in building a complex and modern infrastructure. Prosperity is more than money. Rather,
it represents the ability to finish what colonialism barely began. Your global societies need
to be restructured. Each nation requires enough infrastructure for its population to enjoy a sustainable existence. Not only
is humanity suffering, the flora and fauna of Gaia is quickly collapsing and its diversity failing. This cannot be tolerated.
Long ago, we went beyond this and saw how vital it is to construct environments that encourage both diversity and the sustenance
to continue on effortlessly. Your task is to be a solar system’s guardians. We live as unobtrusively as possible in
a sustainable and technological utopia. Here, we monitor and assist the ecology to remain viable and sustainable. We perform
spiritual ceremony and rituals, make the necessary alterations and ensure that no species perishes. We consult with the elementals
assigned to each species. We are dedicated to see our home worlds remain lush, beautiful and sustainable for all Beings involved
in every eco-system, which a home world provides. Our mission here is thus divided into three
parts; the first is nearly complete. That is to provide a realm that has expelled its darkness and is ready to prepare for
full consciousness. The second part is to watch over new governance and growing prosperity. At the right moment, we are to
land and introduce you to your many mentors. Then, you are to look deep within yourselves and prepare for what the Crystal
Light Chamber is to give you, full consciousness. The last stage is the actual transporting of you to your assigned spot in
a great number of Crystal Cities. Once there, you are to go with your mentor, and when appropriate, to enter your chamber
and initiate a transformational three-day journey. When you emerge, you are to undergo a seven to ten day training, to jumpstart
your return to full consciousness. Then you are, in essence, a fully conscious Being. You need to collectively apply your
talents and forge both a new galactic society and a new star nation. Namaste! We are your Ascended
Masters! We arrive today with some very blessed news! The dark cabal, which has long been in charge, is finally on the
way out. Those associates, who represent the many sacred societies and the ancient families, have reached a point where the
dark can no longer sustain its opposition to the Light. These blessed individuals are presently using a number of key legal
decisions and proper financial pressures to force the dark to open those financial conduits that they had long blocked. These
blessed developments mean that a number of our humanitarian trust monies can now be distributed globally. We intend to instruct
our various associates to move forward with those fundings needed to start a number of key prosperity projects. These projects
are only the start of what is to follow. We fully intend to use these funds to jumpstart a new financial system for this planet. This new financial system is now forming. Our associates have assisted a number of nations in creating the financial
means to forge new economies, and a system that discourages the fraud and other immoralities all too common across this most
sacred orb. This new system aligns with the prosperity which blessed Count Saint Germain is now ready to spread worldwide.

dark. You are now to enter a time of rising consciousness and growing awareness of the need to care for this living planet

by what Heaven and her grand servants accomplish. You are building the fundamentals needed for new chakras, and for new, higher
energies to flow through you. Take a moment each day and simply thank the universe for your blessings. Heaven loves to be

Sananda: As Time and Space Melt

There are many changes
on the Earth plane that I want to tell you about. The shifts are happening on the political, economic and social fronts,
and much of it is behind the glare of the media, so it is difficult for all of you, especially those in the U.S., to find
the truth amidst all the propaganda and outright lies.
Many of you are aware of the recent policy of international
news sources to use actors, old footage and generally inapplicable photo and video sources to present the kind of story they
wish to put forth - or rather their handlers wish to put forth. This practice began years ago when the broadcast news
outlets realized that keeping journalists with their camera people in the field was expensive, and that they could concoct
in the studio whatever they needed to illustrate the words of a lone print journalist.
Well,
any time money enters the equation, you can be sure the for-profit corporations will find ways to cut corners for their own
benefit. What began as an occasional photo drawn from the film library became a full-fledged operation in the back room
where news is created, rather than reported. Beginning in earnest with 9/11, recently in Syria and Ukraine, and much
of the information about ISIS and EBOLA has clearly been staged for public consumption, to stir passions and to promote war.
I
am saddened by the endless repetition of this falsified "evidence," which is carefully crafted for a maximum fear response
on the part of the viewer, who is then most likely to agree to aggressive action, whether it is warranted or not. It
is the work of the cabal, still insinuating itself into every level of government in the Western world, and especially in
the U.S.
I have been working undercover in a number of places, in various forms, as have many of your Ascended Masters.
I have inhabited the body of President Obama as part of the soul project he represents. I have also sent a ray of my
own soul as an incarnation to help bring forth the new forms of governance and economic policies. Like my lifetime
as the lead soul in the Jesus project, none of these endeavors has been completely successful. There are always overwhelming
obstacles and interference which has its effect on the final outcome.
You are in such a time now, Beloved Ones.
The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry, as Robert Burns illustrated so well. I prefer the Scottish version:
"The best-laid schemes o' mice an' men Gang aft agley." The last stanza of his poem, "To a Mouse, on Turning Her Up in Her
Nest with the Plough" touches the deepest truth:
Still thou are blest, compared wi' me!
The present only toucheth
thee:
But och! I backward cast my e'e,
On prospects drear!
An' forward, tho' I canna see,
I guess an' fear!
It
is one of the greatest challenges of the human experience to overcome that tendency to look backward at dreadful experiences
and then project them forward in expectation of further fearful encounters. This is the weakness upon which the creators
of "The War on Terror" - and every war in recent history - have preyed.
Since the advent of television,
the propagandists have fully developed and feel perfectly justified in using any tactic available to bring the population
to a point of irrational fear. In that state, anyone is much easier to control and to convince that their vengeful feelings
are justified.
When this builds upon the genuine fear that many children feel all too often, it is what you
might call a "slam dunk no-brainer". Make people afraid - very afraid, and then you can get them to sign away their
liberties, turn over their friends and neighbors to the authorities, and obey any order to suppress those who are seen as
the source of the threat. Most of you are vulnerable to such unconscious manipulation because your emotional history created
a direct link in your brain from any intense emotion to a fight or flight response - the neurological superhighway Kathryn
discusses in our book, "Who Needs Light?"
The Visual Centering technique is based on ancient wisdom, the understanding
that in order to change your responses to the world, you must change your own neurological wiring in your brain. I strongly
recommend to all of you now that you begin working with your poor beleaguered brain to rework your channels to switch off
the automatic track that leads to fear (the fight or flight response). It is crucial to your Ascension that you dismantle
this "automatic pilot" response in favor of clear assessment, Vision.
Clarity is a beautiful thing, you see.
It is like having all the windows of your house clean and sparkling. It lets the light shine in. It lets your
light shine outward, and it gives you the confidence to know that you have accurate guidance within yourself to always choose
the path of Light. You cannot be tricked by clever word games or manipulated by threats to your safety or your well-being.
When
you are living in full connection to God, there are no grey areas. There is only Light, and Light is Love. In the presence
of unconditional Love, there can be no fear, for you are bathed in the delight of knowing you are One with All That Is, and
you go on, no matter what goes on around you or what happens to the temporary vessel you are traveling in for the moment.
Now,
let me give you an update on what you can expect in the coming days in regard to the financial blessings you are looking forward
to. It will unfold in a way that may surprise you, but you will come out the other side far wealthier than you are now.
It will be neither extravagant nor paltry. The transactions will go smoothly and cordially, because the people involved
have had plenty of time to be trained, and the systems have been well tested.
This entire process will be one of the
first genuinely civilized transactions of the New Golden Age, because it will satisfy the principles of Universal Law.
It will benefit whole countries where war had previously destroyed livelihoods, infrastructure and the right to live in peace;
it will put large amounts of money into the hands of the people who will use it for the greater good, and it will demonstrate
to the world that the presence of God is all around you, here in human form.
Know that I am here with you, enjoying
the new energies of Light that have streamed across the globe. You are constantly being treated to rising waves of energy
from the Central Sun, and at the same time, all the combined crystal energies which are now merged through the power of the
Christ Consciousness Grid are being turned up. This means you are being bathed in the crystalline force that will encode
your DNA with the awakened ability to receive and transmit in more powerful telepathic ways, and will allow you to tolerate
the rising energy as your Mother Terra breathes the Light of the 5th, 6th and 7th dimensions.
These are the ideal conditions
that will make it possible for you to recognize and embrace others of your own level of Light in a newly open and celebratory
way. Friendships will blossom in a day, as you discover your expanding heart has room for so many more loved ones than
before. This expansion of your limits will also allow for a more gentle and harmonious encounter with your Twin Flame,
for those of you who are open to a new relationship. New adventures await you as you come around every corner, and we
delight in being here to share it with you day by day.

reaching out to one another, gaining strength in the synergy of awakening feelings of compassion, love and freedom.

for even minor slip-ups on the part of Life Carriers could as a result cause sheer planetary devastation.

Force closely supervising, and at times advising us on our duties, are the Thought Adjusters, specifically appointed to that
task. It is considered that I may likely fuse with such a Thought Adjuster, upon this sphere, the local universe having achieved
Light and Life, at which time we shall follow you on your pilgrimage and be Paradise bound. For ages and ages we carry on

and time.
“There are techniques and inventions of great brilliance

of huge boulders for which one now requires powerful cranes, not levitation of any kind. Such things, if needed, will need
to be re-invented, because your technologies took different turns. Still, theyare truly yours in
that they belong to this world, to your people, and a time may come when Spirit will deem it ‘profitable’ to re-introduce
to you information from the Custodians of all Knowledge.

should be given up. All these stand in the way of spiritual progress. Lord's grace begins to work only when you learn to discipline
yourself, subordinate your selfishness and surrender fully to Him. Why dost thou try to find thy God in deities and temples when thou has kept thy visible gods standing
outside, hungry and naked? Regarding Him as manifest everywhere thou shouldst serve all creatures with intense bhava if thou
wishest to attain the highest perfection. Indeed, thy love towards the Lord should engender love for the whole universe
for thou must see Him in all. Kindle
the light of love in thy heart for love is the immediate way to the kingdom of God, the vast domain of perennial peace and
joy. Where there is love there is peace. Where there is peace there is love. Life and death are the two scenes in the drama
of life. All is passing; all is sorrow; all is pain; all is unreal. This world is merely a play of colours and sounds. Hence, O man, seek the permanent,
the all-blissful, the real, which is ever-shining in the chambers of thy heart, which is self-luminous, infinite,
unchanging and eternal. Moksha (liberation) means nothing but the destruction of the impurities of the mind. The mind becomes
pure when all desires and fears are annihilated. Lead the divine life. Light the lamp of divine life everywhere. Thy aim should be to maintain an unshakeable
sweetness of disposition, to be pure and gentle and to be happy in all circumstances. To be always conscious of the divine,
always to feel the divine presence, to live always in the awareness of the supreme being in the chambers of your heart and
everywhere around you is verily to live a life of fullness and divine perfection, even whilst on earth. - - - This body is a lamp. The heart is the wick. The oil is your love
for the Lord. You can build a temple in your heart by the absence of anger, by the practice of humility, compassion, forgiveness,

The Transformational Pull of the Scorpio New Moon Eclipse
On Thursday, at about 3 PM on the West Coast, or about 6 PM EDT, we will
be treated to a partial eclipse of the Sun. This will progress in stages, and so you will have the chance to see that there
seems to be a slice taken out of the Sun, visible all along the North American continent. Of
course, BE VERY CAREFUL not to look directly at the Sun without
deep protection, such as eclipse glasses or many layers of photographic negative; sunglasses are not strong enough protection.
In the Eastern United States this event combines with sunset, either disrupting it or making for an excellent light show depending
on where you are. The eclipse has astrological implications as well. Astrologers think of a Solar Eclipse such as this one,
even though partial, as an extra powerful New Moon whose
effects can be long-lasting if it hits your chart, and as Mars makes
future transits to the eclipse degree. By the common understanding, eclipses take up to six months to work themselves out
in your life. Mars will
square this eclipse degree on December 5th, oppose it on March 31st 2015, and will not conjunct this point until early 2016.
It could be therefore, that the events that come up for you now, in this late October and early November timeframe, will be
characteristic of the powerful ending of the year and the transition to the following spring, with implications for the year
of 2016. This is so because we have a very interesting period coming up at this time, of the last two hits of the Uranus-Pluto square
that are currently stirring, and which come to a head in mid-December and also during the month of March.The eclipse degree
of 0 Scorpio resides
at the midpoint of a bi-quintile from Jupiter to Pluto, with retrogradeMercury opposite Uranus, while Saturn is
also widely bi-quintile to Uranus, thus further stimulating these mighty astrological
archetypes of radical change, in square aspect, as they come to their sixth and seventh exact hits this decade. There has
been a great deal of movement since 2012 on both a personal and a societal level, and it all comes to a crescendo over these
next few months, where we get to see what is working and what, indeed, is not. The fallout from the events of these potent
years of 2012-2016 will be felt through at least the year of 2020.It is also interesting to note that as the Sun and Moon come
together in a big way, in the mid- to late afternoon of Thursday, with this eclipse in the first degree of Scorpio, Venus too
makes its entrance into the sign. This powerful New Moon is
therefore in some ways all about Venus, as well as Pluto. We are taking personal transformation to the next
level, on the purely personal and individual arc of our own development, and yet we need others to help us steer the boat.
The mirror that relationship provides can indeed prove to be extremely helpful as you navigate the tricky currents of your
ultimate evolution, as you morph and grow into the person that you were perhaps meant to be, all along.The Sabian Symbol
for Venus and
for the Sun and Moon in
this potent New Moon eclipse
could be revealing. It is, for the first degree of Scorpio, "A sight-seeing bus," which Marc Edmund Jones calls
"a symbol for the individual spirit and the ... indomitability of its interest in life as a whole — freed from all artificial
boundaries of experience." This might remind you of Uranus, also highlighted, along with Pluto, in this eclipse configuration. He goes on in like
vein to say that the degree represents "a basic impersonality which capitalizes on the opportunity of the moment and helps
reorder the situation." Uranus symbolizes
tuning in, at the deepest level of intuition, to that which you now must utilize to move the situation forward and get on
with your evolution by whatever means necessary, and in whatever way that it truly needs to go.
