Dear Ones, There is much going on in the world
today. Many of you struggle between staying informed and wanting to “bury your heads in the sand” by turning off
the TV. Due to TV, you are now informed of events that happen all around the world. Fifty years ago, you received very limited
amounts of information about this. So, the world seems more violent, because that is what is reported. But does the news spend
their whole broadcast on what is good in the world? No, it does not. Yet, if you step into your backyard, do you not hear
the singing of the birds, and your neighbor’s chimes? Your media fuels world perception as they clamor after the story.
Would violence still occur? Yes, it would. However, it would be much more difficult for it to have spread to this point.
On the positive side, the advent of the Internet has encouraged spiritual
ideas being sent around the world. You are able to coordinate prayer circles. The timing of so many people getting together
at the same time is extremely powerful. The many prayer circles around the world change events. Are events still coming? Yes.
However, we want to emphasize, YOU make a difference.
We keep talking about the importance of spiritual
community, people getting together for the upliftment of each other and the planet. It is vital that people do this. Imagine
clouds of negative energy hanging over the cities, and then imagine clouds of positive energy hanging over the cities. Imagine
the difference if the positive energy clouds swelled up to twice the size of the negative. Imagine if it swelled up to three
times the size, then four times the size. This is a simplistic way of getting the idea across of the magnitude and prime importance
of people getting together in spiritual community and laughing, joking, appreciating, uplifting, and praying. Be the bringers
of joy. Be the peace. Bless your hearts.

Progress may be slow, but nevertheless we are
overcoming the last obstacles that stand between Disclosure and us. At the same time the means to go ahead with governmental
changes are in place, and it is the timing that remains an issue. Having come so far we are not going to rush into action,
as there are going to be many repercussions after we have acted. It is no mean task to put peoples minds at rest, but we are
quite confident of our ability to do so. Over a long period we have closely studied the human psyche, and we understand what
we are likely to have to contend with. As you may be aware, there are some who do not want us to arrive on Earth, for reasons
of fear and what they see as a violation of their beliefs. However, we will soon gain confidence all round by showing a full
understanding of your problems, and awareness of the future mapped out for you by the higher sources. It will become clear
that we are to assist you in successfully completing your cycle of Duality.
There is no doubt that psychics are picking
up on the nearness of the Disclosure announcement, and you will find possible dates being given out. Ultimately there may
be none given at all, but the event will simply come and go as a result of the immense planning that has been put in place.
That would in fact be an exciting way to begin what will be a close relationship with us. When we arrive we will be with you
to stay, and our presence in your skies will increase and become quite normal. In fact we will go out of our way to acquaint
you with our craft, including opportunities to visit our Motherships. In next to no time you will become familiar with our
fleet, and us and able to identify which civilization they belong to. We want you to feel the friendship that we bring to
you, as we are to become very close together. Bear in mind that many of you already have links with us.
As you enjoy one revelation after
another, your long “lost” ancestors are going to come of out of their home in the Inner Earth. They are already
part of your history going back to the Atlantean and Lemurian times, when your civilization was decimated by great catastrophes.
It is not by chance that many of your archaeological discoveries that come from that period, are recognized as coming from
an advanced civilization. Your present cycle only started some 10,000 years ago, when you were forced to return to a cave
like existence. These earlier experiences have been held in your subconscious memories, and some of you are still in fear
of another world disaster. The end of Duality is a time to celebrate, as it is going to fulfill the promise of a happy ending
and the opportunity to leave it behind you. You have spent hundreds if not thousands of lives living through it, and you are
a far greater soul than when you first commenced such experiences.
For many people the truth is going to be overwhelming,
but it is your time to learn all about your history. Duality has dulled many minds, and a veil was drawn over your memories
so that you could focus on the experience without being distracted. That veil is being rapidly removed as you awaken to Ascension,
which is your wonderful opportunity to rise up into the higher levels that are really home to you. It is a lot to take on
board, but we are going to gently awaken your subconscious memories so that you realize who you really are. None
of you are simply Earth Beings, and have your homes away from Earth in the far reaches of Space. Do not lose sight of
the fact that Duality is an experiment for which you volunteered. You did so knowing that in spite of the risks of totally
losing your real identity, you would be awakened at the appropriate time. That time has long arrived, and we have to say that
it has been very successful. If you look back just 60 years or so, we feel you will agree that your spiritual awareness has
grown quite substantially, and particularly since the millennium. Soon it will increase by leaps and bounds and you shall
know who you truly are.
Only you can release yourself from the darkness
that has held you in bondage to the dark Ones. You have been manipulated and kept down so that you would not question your
leaders, and have been subjected to false doctrines and beliefs for your reason for being on Earth. At the very least, try
to keep an open mind, as there is no judgment on those who are still unable to release themselves from the lower vibrations
that dull your mind. Indeed, everything is being done to help them open up their consciousness to new ideas, and comprehend
what they see happening around them. Our help will become more pronounced once we can openly work with you. Without using
any form of mind control we will place before you the facts concerning some of your beliefs that are holding you back.
Our desire and that of the Masters is that every soul is given all possible opportunities to lift up, and if that fails
it will be because their freewill choice has taken them onto another path. We honor and respect that choice, as only the individuals
Higher Self will know where their experiences will take them. If you sense that someone dear to you is such a soul, the best
you can do for them is to give of your love knowing that it will always keep a link with them. Inasmuch that you would feel
capable of making your own decision about Ascension, clearly you must allow others to do the same. Freewill is priceless,
and not every civilization in the Universe has that divine privilege.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and leave you with
love and blessings from the members of the Galactic Federation. We will continue to give you information a little at the time,
and gradually you will find it all coming together and you will grasp the full picture. Hitherto, people were too embedded
in the old paradigm to understand or accept many of the truths given to you. Today you are open to new ideas and have taken
responsibility for your awakening, and there are now so many sources of Light that you can find. If you are still searching, please remember that you have your personal Guides who only need you to ask them
for help. They are most anxious to please you, and in so doing are fulfilling their own purpose and wish to help you fulfill
your life plan. Allow your Guides to find the best way to provide what you need, rather than lay down rigid instructions as
to how it should happen. You would be surprised at the extent of their ability to organize events that can bring you what
you want. Just be ready to recognize when it is given, and expect the unexpected.

Here is a topic that keeps coming to me
to talk about, and it is about sharing! Not just sharing for which most know as sharing with strings attached or with-conditions,
but sharing with-out conditions. The same goes for what most know within the collective as love with conditions instead of
knowing and sharing love with-out conditions.
To all of you that hear these words and are
thinking, thank you for the reminder. I ask you to look past the voice within you that just had that thought. Look past it
to the expanded view of what with-out conditions really is. Many people these days are “hearing” the words I am
writing from many Sources but most are still hung up in both ways of living their life of sharing “with” and “with-out”
conditions. It’s like having your feet in two rivers and both are flowing in different directions. The ego consciousness
will not want to give up what it sees as it’s reality. It will create fear, scratch and claw the sides of the hallway
you are traveling through. Continually putting up a fight along the way “until” you say no. You say “no”
by continually making the “choice” to no longer live by the voice of the ego. That says I will share or love but
it has to be this way or there has to be something in return. This is what I am talking about. “Live” by the voice
of Oneness and experience reality in a different way. Our world is currently full of nothing but ego consciousness, imposing
it’s beliefs onto the people. It says we will share and assist you but there has to be something in return. I will give
you the illusion that you are a free person but I am going to make new laws that restrict you. This is the collective ego
brain in action. It is this level of the collective for which is leaving this world, but of course it is kicking and screaming
all the way. This is the reason why I write these words. To assist people in knowing that their actions effect the whole and
by changing the way you live your life, you change and assist the ego collective mind in being dissolved.
You cannot expect to know what it looks and
feels like on the other side of the fence, until you go over the fence. By releasing the way of 3D, with conditions attached
to everything way of being. To living in freedom beyond the illusion is two different states and energetic frequencies of
being. If you live your life 50/50 in both of these frequencies you are fueling both streams of energy. Therefore your life
may feel continually in turbulent change, since your consciously living and going back and forth between two different conscious
realities.
Here are some examples of
sharing with and with-out conditions.
With-conditions: I would
give more money to the homeless person but he is only going to spend it on drugs or alcohol so I will only give 1 dollar instead
of 2 dollars.
With-out conditions: I give as I can to all that ask with-out conditions.
With-conditions: I only smile
when others smile at me first and most of the time everyone is so negative they will not smile back, so I will not share.
With-out
conditions: I greet every person I meet with a smile even though they may not smile back.
With-conditions: I send my
love to only the people of positive change on Earth, but not the control system of darkness and negative actions that created
this reality.
With-out-conditions: I share my love to the Earth and all that exist on it with-out conditions, may
all use it if they wish.
With-conditions: I would
get more involved but no one has asked me.
With-out-conditions: I will start doing what currently does not exist,
and share it with others.
With-conditions: I love you
for as long as you love me.
With-out-conditions: I love you for we are One.
One of the hardest things to catch is when the
spiritual aspect of yourself starts to expand and the ego then becomes a spiritual ego. Then the same process of thinking
of the need to change something outside yourself or something outside of the Self is imperfect in some way. Instead of the
soul stepping up and making change happen within your own Self, that brings balance within. Then this change is reflected
in the reality for which you see. Change comes from within Self, not outside of Self. This same process is the change that
must happen within the collective. Change from within. This change will start becoming more of a reality when more people
start making the change to live, share and love with-out conditions. Not just thinking it, but living it. Thinking/believing
something and being/living is two different ways of Being. A soul has the choice to live as One or live separate from One.
How we live our life is our choice. Simply believing we are already doing enough or saying thank you for the reminder, is
the spiritual ego living consciousness, convincing itself it already knows.
Our governments and societies as a whole will
not be changed by voting one new person into office. The people have to change how they live their life and how they relate
to the world. These changes will be reflected within the local communities. Then these changes will flow into changes on a
state level. The peoples actions will change the collective. Sitting back and complaining about the change that is taking
place is the old system of how things used to work. This is what the control wants you to do, sit around and complain. Instead
of bringing new change into existence. The new system of change comes when the people start living and sharing with one another
locally and expand these actions on a wider scale. This will bring change. The power is in the hands of the people through
their own sharing with-out conditions. Instead of how the old system has been run with more and more regulation which brings
less and less sharing and freedom. The world economies and societies are going to continue to change and be more turbulent
each day. What direction this rapid change goes is in the hands of the people, not elected officials. Their is no one to blame
for it is the people who have given their power away to others to govern them. This power of choice has to be spoken by the
people and spoken soon.
Change comes when more people step up and start
sharing and living their life with-out conditions. When you make the choice to share with-out conditions you are sharing your
love and what you share will come back to you in one way or another. The world is filled with abundance, but this abundance
is currently not being shared. There is no need for hunger and starvation to exist within a world filled with so much abundance.
This abundance will not come into existence by signing a petition or appointing a new representative. In order for a world
of sharing to exist, sharing must exist with-out conditions by the people.
The old ways of living in a separate reality
from Oneness is dissolving. The Light is growing stronger each day and exposing the control for which is trying to hold onto
the old patterns of Being. Each of us are the change that is making the New Earth. Please speak and share your love with others.
By living and sharing the way of Oneness with others you are making change come forth. I see so many people that have expanded
their hearts and awareness and are not sharing their experience with others for fear of what others will think of them. This
is part of the old system of control/fear and is tied to ego consciousness. There is no need to keep sheltered who you are.
Let your Light shine! Share….Share…Share…the love…..love….love….There is an infinite flow
of it everywhere, all we have to do is distribute it with-out conditions! There is no need to shelter or keep it hidden any
longer.
The time period of today Aug. 8 through the
end of November 2011 is a doorway and opportune time for us to ground the thought process of “sharing without conditions”
into reality. We are each thought programmers, coding the new collective computer. The mapmakers of the new society. Live
the change you wish to see my friends. Spread and BE the change! Open your hearts, get out of your seats and share with one
another!
The New Earth grid is a field of love with-out
conditions. It is the Unity consciousness of all that have chosen to bring forth love on Earth. If you wish to be a part of
the change. Make your choice known to your IAM heart Self by taking the time to connect through your heart and say IAM THAT
I AM love with-out conditions NOW……Our choices will radiate through the grids and continue to grow as One.

indelible love in your heart. Sow it. Sow it bountifully and not even think of reaping.
You are a giver of love and nothing less. You
are privileged to be able to give love, even where love seems to be not. Love is not one-way, and yet you are to be concerned
only with love from your heart. That is clear, isn't it? Your concern is the love you give out, not what reaches you.
Love yourself enough so that you will give great
love for the sake of giving what I ask you to do and what is yours to do for the sake of all. It is gratifying to give, so
be glad that you can give. Your name is Giver. A giver carries grace. He delivers grace, and he delivers on My behalf. My
behalf is also your behalf. All I have I give to you, and you give it back to Me through varied avenues. How many ways can
you send love back to Me and through how many Earth ones can you do it?
In one fell swoop, you can send love to everyone
on the planet Earth. You can do it right now. You can send your love out everywhere in one titanic wave of love. An ocean
doesn't keep his love to himself. An ocean knows he is for all. An ocean gives his waves, and, so, many ride on him. You could
say that those the ocean gives to are the ones who keep him afloat. The ocean gives, and his waves reach to Heaven.
Are you not the ocean? Are you not the water
of love sparkling? And do you not lap the shores? And do you not carry ships across? And do you not fill up the pails with
water for the children? Are you not the mud-maker? And do you not let the sun shine on you and sparkle your waves?
Who would not like to be the ocean who gives
himself so generously and tirelessly. You never saw an ocean get tired of giving, did you? The ocean, guided by the moon,
pulls back on its arrow only to gather more of itself and then to burst forth, itself the shining sea, itself the bounding
main, itself churning itself so that all may float on it.
Does the great ocean, any more than any Great
One, add numbers up? Does he keep credits and balances? Does he regulate the flow of himself? He is the ocean and he is the
roar of it. Surf's up! The ocean needs only himself and himself to give. The ocean never diminishes himself by giving. He
replenishes himself by giving.
Give love generously. Tip well. Be a big spender
of love. If you are not feeling love this minute, give it anyway. No longer analyze your love and how you don't feel it enough.
Give it, and you will feel it. Stop thinking about it, and you will have it. You are not meant to place your orders for love.
You are meant to fill orders for love.
An ocean does not go dry. Perhaps you are fanning
yourself too much. Give this mysterious love away, and you will know it. Get off the lounge chair you are lying in. Change
your position.
When you take your money out of your purse,
that is when you see it. Spill love out. You will never empty the bucket. As you pour, so will you discover.

We have seen the Illuminati’s effects
diminish so much over the course of such a small amount of time that it is encouraging for the Disclosure announcement. We
perceive that the last of the “hold outs” are actually rogue military operations from several of your governments
who do not want to give up their grasp on power. Some of these are of fundamentalist religious persuasions, so we are perceived
as a great threat to them instead of the allies we are for humanity. These groups, now disconnected and operating separately,
monitor these channelings to determine what advantage they can take over us. They cannot ever imagine the extent and nature
of our technology. They have been the recipients of technology spoon fed to them by various self interested species over the
years and believe that those technologies are the “cutting edge” of what is out there among the different races
of beings in this universe. They are sadly mistaken in this belief. They were given only small amounts of disjointed technologies
for those species’ own protection. It does not even touch the tip of the iceberg of the level of our technological capabilities.
As we have discussed with you, all events which
have ever occurred can be accessed through our technology. This technology is actually available to these rogue groups and
in use presently by them. We know every move these rogue groups make, where they intend next to take action, and what their
ultimate plans are. We have already demonstrated to you how easy it is for us to switch off your nuclear weapons, disable
rocketry intended to deliver them, and otherwise cause disruption to military actions. We indicate these things to you not
to laud our strength over you, but to let you know that we could have, at any time, overtaken your planet by force if we chose
to do so. It is not our intention. We are here out of Love and concern for you, our brothers and sisters. While some of you
“get this,” others, like these rogue groups, have ideologies that blind them from the truth.
When these rogue elements come to the table
to be part of the agreements that so many others of the Illuminati have already acquiesced in, then we will consider it safe
that we disclose. Part of the ongoing delay in Disclosure is due to this hold out. Our diplomatic teams have been in contact
with the representatives of these groups but it is difficult to discuss these issues with them.
As more unrest grows around your world, worry
and fear will become the dominant mode of thought for many. This dominant thought will overtake your planet unless you, who
have been prepared for so long, undo these emotions with Love and Compassion.
It is your responsibility to bring these truths to as many as you can. We suggest you talk naturally of these issues as if
everyone already knew about them. In that way, the ice is broken and a deeper discussion on these issues can commence as a
way in which to overcome fear with knowledge.
Time grows shorter by the day. If these rogue
elements do not reach an agreement with our emissaries soon, we will have no choice but to bypass them in the arrangements
being made. We are reasonably confident that your leaders, and many of the former Illuminati, will pave the way for as smooth
a transition as possible despite the absence of these groups in the agreement.
Know that we are with you at all times and will
never abandon you to the devices of the old order. Your time to become Cosmic Citizens is upon you. We know you are up to
the task and we excitedly await your acceptance of our invitation.
