As problems upon Earth proceed to become more threatening, bear in mind that whereas the dark Ones can use force to achieve their objectives, the Light works in a more subtle way. Because it is co-ordinated across the world when it does cause action to take place, it is usually most powerful and cannot be stopped by any conventional methods. In fact it is the most powerful force in the Universe. Therefore regardless of the opposition against it, it will achieve its purpose. Presently it is increasing in its power levels and will continue to do so all of the way to Ascension. Try not to be overwhelmed by the disasters that are happening and know that there will be a positive outcome that will lift you up to a higher level. Much of what has happened was foreseen, but as it relates to karma – sometimes on a group level, it must be allowed to work through. From our point of view all will proceed as planned and the Universe will finally ascend.

A lot can happen in a short time and as you progress through this year events are going to become quite hectic. The people are beginning to take charge of their own future and will not stand for the old ways to be reinstated. They realize that what were supposed to be democratic governments in many countries around the world were more totalitarian and not answerable to them. In fact in many of them voting was a sham and dictatorships existed that served themselves by denying the people their entitlement. In waking up to what has been taking place they have stopped the dark Ones in their tracks and opened opportunities for a regime change. Not only that, when they take place they will be changes complete with a new policy that will address the wrongs of many hundreds of years. These new energies for change will strengthen the resolve of those dear souls who have stepped forward to challenge the old set-up. Their endeavors are supported by us and we guide them so as to achieve the victory that will fully open the path to Ascension.

As ever time continues to speed up and that is a sure sign that you are well on the way to the great upliftment of 2012. Life goes on for every soul regardless of what they believe will actually happen once that date is reached. In part you create your own future, but the fact remains that the final act will be Ascension. There is no necessity for great catastrophes or disasters, or masses of people dying as a result of them simply to reach that point in time. The only link between the two is the need to cleanse the Earth so that she is ready to ascend with you. So the remaining months will be filled with all manner of different happenings which will gradually become more acceptable and beneficial to everyone. By then we will certainly have been officially accepted as visitors to your planet. In actuality we already have your acceptance and the numbers of people turning to us are increasing each day.

The course is set for your release from the Illuminati, and they strike out in their last desperate attempts to delay or prevent Ascension. Their days are numbered and little time remains for them to continue in opposition to us. It will be with absolute delight that we finally remove the dark Ones from positions of power and bring in Beings of Light that have been waiting such as opportunity to replace them. These are our allies that have already done so much to create a structure that aids our plan for your release. Also many, many of you have especially incarnated at this time to be part of the final days upon the old Earth. Each you have something to offer that will be called upon when the time is right. There will be so much activity going on you may be sure that even at a local community level you will have plenty to occupy you.

Our appearance on your television channels will enable us to reach out to people to dispel any doubts that they may have about our intentions. We will go to great lengths to explain why we are here and the plan to take you up to the end time. We serve you through the Galactic Federation and Ascension is not the end of our presence with you as we shall become your fellow travelers through the Galaxies if you should so choose. You will be able to visit the home of civilizations that dwell in the higher dimensions and will be accepted as one of them. To say the least, you will be somewhat different to what you are now as you have yet to rise up to the higher levels of vibration. When you have done so and work from your higher consciousness you will truly have become Galactic Beings. That is your present goal and our help will be given to ensure you achieve it. These are all matters that we will need to introduce to you and clearly it will be much easier when we are openly with you.

We will have a common bond with those of you that do ascend, because you are cognizant with the understanding of the Source and that it is All That Is. Respect, Love and Gratitude are our offerings to the Creator and we know that many of you share those sentiments. The truth of such matters is also important for you to know and they will be covered in due course of time. A belief in God will carry you forward until we can enlighten you, although we must say that many inspired teachers are already on Earth. Following religion as such is not our way as all knowledge can be found within. You have it now but find it difficult to touch that level of your consciousness. For the time being trust your intuitive powers and follow their promptings.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and watch the ever-changing levels of mass consciousness on your world. With each disaster a loving glow arises from Earth showing how much love and compassion is being felt for those who are the victims of them. It is bringing people together who see the need to take back their power so as to create a new world that is based upon caring and love for each other. It is truly remarkable how far you have come in such a very short time. It was expected to be so but until the time arrived there was no certainty as to exactly what you would achieve. Lightworkers of the World, your assistance is much needed now as the World tries to cope with natural disasters, nuclear reactor radiation and melt down concerns. Humanity’s unrest and cries for freedom from tyranny. Everywhere you look there is change in the World around you and this will most likely continue as the cleansing occurs. We cannot stress enough the importance of staying calm within yourselves and being the islands of peace and the Beacons of Light in these days. We oft repeat ourselves to bring these simple but powerful truths to your further awareness, for as simple as it may seem, for you to radiate your Light and Love to those around you in these times, it is the singular and most powerfully effective service that can be given.

Seeming chaos abounds across your Planet mirroring the chaos within the deepest parts of each Soul incarnated here. There is so very much that has been suppressed, repressed and conditioned within each person that is now coming up to the surface to be honestly looked at, transmuted and forgiven and we say to you, do not forget to forgive yourselves also. So many times, you take upon yourselves the burdens of another without even realizing that you are doing this and so it seems that your lot in life is a never ending retribution for deeds supposedly done in a past life. This is not always the case and by taking some time each day to forgive others and yourselves, you can keep your energy field clear and radiant.

Follow your inner guidance more than ever before and the promptings within your heart. These promptings are from your higher guidance where all probabilities and possibilities are known, for listening to this still small voice within you will keep you firmly grounded and centered upon the Path that you have long ago chosen to walk. Visualize that you are surrounded by the Pure White Light of the Christ at all times and that this Light radiates from within your physical heart and shines through your etheric double which surrounds your physical body. This practice will anchor your Light Body to you with greater ease and grace and will help acclimatize your Higher Self consciousness closer to your physical World.

The Wheel of change moves quickly now and as you stand in the center of this wheel, you will find that the events can be viewed with a certain detachment that is helpful to you in keeping your sense of balance and equilibrium no matter what occurs around you. Stay centered by remembering who you really are and why you are here and leave the dramas of these simultaneous endings and beginnings to pass you by without perpetuating an emotional charge to them that would keep you locked in to these happenings over and over again as they recycle with the influence of the phases of the Moon. It is the period about midway between the New Moon phase and the Full Moon phase that the emotional dramas that you have not yet released and truly resolved within yourselves will come up yet again for another review. Be mindful of these cycles Dear Ones, for once you are aware of them you can then be in a position to overcome and release them.

Become cognizant of the recurring cycles and patterns in your lives for therein lies the secret for becoming the Master of your selves and your lives. You have all done it before in other lifetimes and circumstances and each of you is well qualified for this Mastery. Walk ever in peace and humility and with a loving heart.

Many teachers, including me, have been saying that we are at the end of what has been a very long road and are at a time when we can begin to breathe again, start living in joy and stop the constant learning. But as I've heard from different clients and readers, the learning is not quite over yet and while we are at the end of the road, we still have some work to do and decisions to make.

I experienced that on Monday when I had a situation come up that threw me back into the past in a very challenging way. The day started out like any other day, I got ready, did some work and left on time for yoga. Halfway to the studio I had an uneasy feeling that I had left a stove burner on (I'm not kidding) so I turned around and went back home. Of course, the burner was off and I rushed back to the studio. But I felt that something was off because I don't normally do things like that. There was something else going on and I had a feeling this was not going to be an ordinary yoga practice. As it turned out, I was right.

So I arrived at yoga just a few minutes before starting time, grabbed my supplies and looked for a place to put my mat. The back wall was full so I had to take a spot in the front corner, away from everyone. Now this is a hard class and I'm one of the novices. Even though some of the poses are challenging I usually manage to keep up. But this time the class moved fast, I had trouble keeping up and there was one pose I just couldn't do. While we normally do poses once, the teacher had us repeat this one a dozen times. My body would not cooperate and the harder I tried the more frustrated I got, especially since I looked around and everyone was doing it but me (we're not supposed to do that but I did).

And in a flash I was back in time, when I was seven years old, watching everyone else doing something I couldn't do. If you don't know my story, I was paralyzed as a child, starting at age 5 and although I could walk with braces and crutches at age 7, my activities were quite limited. At that time there were no special facilities for the handicapped, no Disabilities Act or accessibility. When it was time for recess, I sat in my wheelchair and watched the other kids play. No one played with me or tried to include me.

I didn't want to cry in class so I just breathed into the experience, trying to be detached and observe what was happening. I could feel the sadness and frustration, the anger and isolation. I started to wonder why 'everyone can do it and not me' and then I understood that this was just a review, a chance to release this on another level and it was time for me to take this through to the end of the road.

That's when I saw the Universe's plot because if I had not returned home I would have arrived earlier, taken a spot on the back wall and someone else would have had the lonely front corner. But that was my spot because I needed to experience what happened.

Someone asked me why we go back and forth with our energy, when we're up one day and lower than low the next. Our journey is not linear and never happens in a straight line. That what we want to believe so we can move onward and upward and just keep going. But it doesn't happen that way. Instead, we learn new things and then return to visit our old habits and beliefs for an internal check. Are we ready to let them go? Have we really incorporated the learning? Are there still any residual beliefs, thoughts or feelings left over that we need to address?

This is 'tricky sticky' energy and it will nail us every time. Just when we think we are finished with something, we get to revisit the past. And wherever we have this strong 'tricky sticky' energy, we will get hooked. We haven't made a wrong turn or aren't being punished, we are just getting an opportunity to clear, release and finally heal something when we are at a level where we can choose to be the observer instead of connecting with the energy of our past. The question for us is what we do next. Do we fall into old habits that no longer serve our growth but have strong emotional connections to or do we take a different path? It's always our choice because life is the result of choices and we make them every moment of every day.

We are at the end of a long and challenging road, I'll be the first to admit that these last few years have been really hard but while we can rest a little we still have to pay attention. There will be many opportunities to go over old scenery, revisit the past, choose to stay in old emotions or shift our lives in other directions. Whatever you choose is right for you, fits within your learning commitment, holds the understanding and healing you have to do and when you are ready, another opportunity will come up so you can revisit your 'tricky sticky' energy and decide whether you are ready for a change.

Stay calm, focused, detached and aware and remember your thoughts are creating every moment of your life. Think the best ones.

As you ponder this and the other things that are happening at this time remember to:

Accept all gifts of understanding with gratitude and use them to apply forgiveness, release and healing to every situation.

Above all, be grateful for this opportunity to be part of humanity's amazing shift in consciousness as we all ascend into the miracle vibration.

You are so distracted by your humanness that you slide over your divinity. I would say holiness rather than divinity, but, then, your eyes would glaze over. That’s how unbelievable it is to you that you have even an inkblot of holiness anywhere in you. “Holiness, for God’s sakes,” your mind would say, “are You kidding?” The word spirituality you could believe in somewhat, to some degree. You could believe you have an inkblot of it. You have seen traces of your spirituality, but Heaven’s no, not your holiness. Your humanness dances on the screen of your life to such an unholy degree that it takes precedence over -- everything.

Your life is like a beautifully made bed with a colorful bedspread in luscious materials, with tassels and ruffles all over it to catch your eye. Whose eyes are going to go to the marvelous mattress underneath the overall bedspread even though, after all, it is the mattress that supports the whole of you during the night you spend there under the covers? The underlying basis of where you lie down goes unnoticed and mostly unexplored or not even thought of.

You dally on the bedspread. It is rich and intricate with so many engaging possibilities. The underlying basis is more like the strong silent type. If your life were a movie of the old West, the spiritual basis of you would be the sheriff who says little but “Yup.”

You know there is holiness when you look up at the sky. You know there is holiness in the sun, the trees, the leaves. You know there is holiness in a new baby, a flower. You know there is grace. You know there are blessings. You have felt them. You have given them.

You have yourself been a blessing. Don’t be so quick to say, “No, I haven’t.” You have been a blessing, and you have been blessed, and now, will you gear yourself up to recognize more of the blessedness in you, those around you, your friends, business acquaintances, and those you have yet to meet?

Do you not know that your dance in life is like a Virginia Reel, and everyone meets in a destined spiritual manner? There is no clandestined, beloveds. There is destined. At the right note, you meet your partner on the dance floor, even when he is your partner for only one whirl. Everyone who comes to you or you go to -- it is not an accident. An accident is not an accident.

I use the word destined. This does not mean that you are to lean back and lie in your hammock. What is destined you are destining at every moment. Your destiny is not marked in stone. You, the human being, the combination of human being and Holy Being that you are, you direct your destiny at every moment. You are the destiner of your own life and, therefore, your own fate. You destined that you would be an angel walking on Earth disguised as what you might call a mere human being. There is nothing mere about being a human being, unless you mean to say that you are a mere miracle.

Every second on this manifested journey you are on is a splendiferous miracle. You are the miracle-maker. Never was there a human being just like you ever before and nor will there be again. How miraculous is that? At the same time that you are one in an infinite number of possibilities, you were meant to be. You were meant to walk on Earth planting flowers, leaving pebbles of beauty and light. Your specialty is your holiness that you see as flimsy when it is, without question, the solid making of you.
