Uriel's Message -- Mindful or a Full Mind?
You ask for insight into the purpose of your life and want to be an example of powerful
living that is possible when your selves are integrated with your highest energetic potential. You want to be aware of the
ways in which your power is used to create your reality, to be able to focus with such intention that you instantly manifest
the miraculous living that occurs when you are working within the flow in each moment. This is being mindful, when the mind
is fully engaged with spirit, with energy, with intention and with full awareness of your power.
Being mindful is essential to transformation, which is your life purpose and is the purpose
of life. This is challenged by your full mind, a gathering of lifetimes of experiences and beliefs, emotions, feelings and
connections that serve a healing purpose but are not your highest purpose. The healing in any lifetime is a release of limitations
and energetic imbalances and is a purpose. But there are many purposes to your lifetimes, which are accessible once the mind
is clear and empty of its constant focus on healing cycles whose completion it cannot manifest because that is only possible
with an aligned, mindful mind. The full mind is not mindful, it is full of itself and its own thoughts. To achieve mindfulness
it must become aligned with a higher energetic frequency.
The mind is focused on its own fulfillment, which is the validation it seeks through continuous
healing. Your mind's busy-ness is also its fullness. A full mind is focused on healing is always on a healing quest and invites
countless healing opportunities to itself; a mindful mind knows healing as one step on its path and seeks the healing beyond
healing, which is integration and alignment. When integration occurs the mindful mind is aware that a shift has occurred and
integrates the healing. The full mind simply seeks another healing opportunity to fill itself and continue its busy-ness.
The mastery of your human journey is created through mindful living, where the mind seeks
integration so healing can become learning, leading to growth and transformation. The transformed mind is the one that ascends.
The full mind will never heal because it never integrates learning. Is your mind mindful of its full healing cycle or is it
full of its healing purpose? How many healing cycles do you experience before integration and transformation become possible
for you? How can you powerfully integrate healing and become mindful of the unfolding path that is your journey? Let the full
mind release its pain and healing purpose so it can be aware of a higher path and your ascension purpose, fully integrating
your highest aspects and enjoying heaven on earth.

Welcome dear children, we are the Pleiadian Council of Light, we stand a long side the
battlefields of your life as great generals of light that seek to know they have taught their soldiers well. The generals
themselves do not enter the battlefields but stand close by to lead and instruct. We are above in the waves of
light and you are down in the valley of the shadow of doubt. We watch your hopes leap from the cliffs as we ourselves bear
the brunt of what you are feeling. The divine intervention you seek has not set flight. We ask you to hold tight Dear
ones, to what you know is truth.
You hold a seed of hope and light that can never dim. It is this place that you
must seek in refuge from the daily regiments, from the daily bouts of self-pity. It is in this place that you will find
peace. It is in this place, of original light that we can align with you taking you to a new level of love. As
your humanness grows more giant like in all of its frailties, and fears you will begin to cast a bigger shadow. Every
doubt, every fear, every point of escape within you casts a very long shadow. You
feed what is dark by your fears and allowing yourself to become a victim
over and over again reveling in that position. You grow heavy as unleavened bread with each word of negativity from
one to another. It is you, dear one, that cast this shadow and it is you, dear ones, that must retract that darkness
and not let it blind your light.
You stand at a threshold of molecular decomposition. You stand at a threshold that
announces to you that you no longer spin in light as you have in the past. You no longer spin in truth as you have and
you no longer spin in belief as you once did. As you stand in this threshold casting this very long shadow of doubt
you come to a point of complete annihilation. You come to a decompression point like a balloon that spins you out of
control. As one that is beamed from the mothership back down to earth, you stand in between here and there. You
are not here and you are not there. You float about in-between all matter, and all anti-matter. You try heartily
to hold on to who you knew yourself to once be but it is as hugging a ghost You cannot touch it. You hold tightly and
deeply to your memories of when life was simple and easy.
Your humanness is despondent for it feels as it has lost control of the good ship lollipops
it once sailed upon. You feel as if life paints you into a corner a place of no return. Once you believed with
all of your heart and soul that you could manifest and create whatever you desired. Once you believed so much deeper than
the wellspring of your belief at this point of life. You have given up, the sound of that giving up echoes throughout
the universe. You have allowed the dark mistress of life to slap you into a place of submission. You have allowed
matter and her masters to own you. The very molecules of your light discuss your future, without you casting a vote.
Every aspect of your being, both positive and negative, flows as a battery charge. You are in a place in between here
and there, a place of pretend, a place that sculpts itself from your positive or negative charge to every thought and situation.
The energy of time wraps around you in the tightness and the ‘not’ that you
so wish to tie. You have timed yourself into a limited existence. The vibrations of life are an ever-changing
illusion. They seem real to the touch and they seem real to the taste but they are not. Your humanness is looking
for a way out of present situations, present dilemmas. Looking for a new solution since nothing you have learned in
the past now avails itself to you. We ask you to step outside of yourself and at the same time step into the very deep
abyss into your single cell of light and see yourself. See the beauty that you are, the master that you are, the being
of light that you are deep in this place of you.
Yes, life breaks through your protection. Yes, life is thick and dark and sticks to the
bottom of your soul. You are light and
you can be nothing but light – the layers of self you wear, as winter clothing on the hottest day of the year do not
benefit you. The misery of others that beckons you down the preverbial rabbit hole, is part of the global releasement
and karmic process you have signed up for being on Earth. The people in your life that trip you up, that snare you,
that trap you are those that teach the hard lessons of Saturn and limitations.
You have asked to rise above the earthly problems, you have asked for a retreat from worry.
It is at this point that you must breathe deeply to enter your original point of light, the pure cell of God that lives within
you. It is only at this place that your light brethren, the masters and beings of light can enter to assist you.
Earth is so dense and congested and riddled with so many veils of illusion we are not
able to get through. The star beings twinkle for you every night but you do not see it and feel it because the day has left
you in a dense hardened place. The state of Grace must be awakened. Please dear ones go to this place of light, this single entrance
to God within you. See the fullness of your being there see all those that have always loved you from earth and beyond.
See every master you have ever believed in. See every heart you have ever touched and see how you are pure love. Just
be there for a moment, feel all those that believe in you, feel all those that love you. You have never been deserted, you
have never been abandoned.
We stand by you and believe in you even when you do not believe in yourself.
Everything has lent to this very moment in time - every incarnation, every word, every love, every hate. You
are at the Apex of your light. Instead of drowning in the sorrows of others you must stand united in all levels
of your light and with all those that support you in light. When you hear of another’s sadness, do not drown as
you rescue them, but stand in a place that is able to manifest an energy that will assist them. You are so loved beyond
time and beyond space. You have been well seeded for this time, this place and you will be the saving grace by your belief
and so it is.
We are the Pleiadian Council of Light.

Beloved one, you don’t own anything. You get to use and enjoy, but you don’t
own. Even your own body that you manifest and create to use as a vehicle for relating to the brothers and sisters, you in
truth don’t even own that, because when you get finished with it and you allow the spirit to ascend, you leave the body
behind like old raiment.

Riding the Waves

God said:
We are entangled, and it is lovely, the entanglement We are in. In Our love, We are embraced.
We are so embraced that We are One. We are One Lovely Entanglement. Who can say that the waves of the Ocean are separate from
the Ocean? The waves cavort on the surface, and yet the waves are manifestations of the Ocean. I think the waves sport on
the top of the Ocean. They sure like to have fun.
Now, you, splash on the surface of the Ocean, and have fun. No longer think for even one
moment that you are here riding the waves in order to suffer. No, beloveds, you are to leap in love and show the world how
to leap high. You are to cry out: “Fun, fun, fun.”
Riding the waves is meant to be fun and nothing but fun. Who invented the concept of suffering,
loss, detriment etc.? Who accepted it? I never said that you, My children, flesh of My Spirit, were to suffer. Will you get
away from the idea of suffering, and so suffer not? In life, you go through a deck of cards. The Jack of Spades is not to
call suffering to you. Each card offers you something. Neither storm nor death is to deter you from the delight of life. No
one told you that there would not be such things as loss of limb and life. The point is that you are a dolphin leaping the
water. You have life. Think about that. You have the sport of Kings.
From the Ocean you leapt, and to the Ocean you return. You are forevermore in the Ocean.
The depths and heights are both yours.
The seeming tide of life does not have to overwhelm you. Part the Ocean as you would part
your hair. In terms of life, there is no parting. Always you swim the depths. You could not leap the heights unless you came
from the depths.
You are the real thing, beloveds. What do you think it means that you were made in My
image?
And yet you play peek-a-boo with yourself. You, who swim in and out of the Ocean, as it
were, never leave it. You Who are the Ocean are the Ocean forever. You are not a stranger to the Ocean. You are the Ocean’s
own. The Ocean wants you to splash in it. The Ocean is yours to splash in. Of course, I could say We are the Ocean to swim
in. We are the Ocean, and yet, in order for you to hear Me, I say you, and I say I. I do this full well knowing that We are
One, and that this is the whole story. We are one. That is the whole grammar. We can’t be other than One, and yet We
say We when all the while, We are One and nothing but One, so help Me God.
We are pledged to Our Oneness. There is nothing else to pledge to. There is nothing else
that amounts to a hill of beans. There is no Jack and Jill. There is no pail of water. There is nothing but the Oneness of
Us which is One.
The One Who speaks is the One Who listens. Speaker and hearer are One. Author and reader
are One. The Sun shines, and the Moon is the reflection of the Sun, and the Stars are a million Suns sparkling in the sky,
and who enjoys the Sun more than We? And Who is more enjoyed than We?
What can compare to the Oneness of Us when We are One and there is nothing else but Our
Oneness?

Another week has flown by! Could I go back to the key you spoke of last week? Is it
valuable to repeat the procedures or should it only be done the once?
Welcome to you. Regarding this matter we would induce thoughts of continuation of
the process.One therefore is allowing the enactment to modify all workings so that after a certain time the 'correct installation'
arises and the benefits will not only be sensed , they will materialize.
Ok. Thank you. As I am asking questions, these Pillars of Light that you have talked
about, when you presented them to me in my mind when you first spoke of them, well, I saw what I saw ... huge structures of
Light in the sky, and you said we would see them move, they would give of an immense energy and there would be No denying
as to what they were.
Indeed. And we have not changed our course regarding this.
Ok. Only some Feel that We are the Pillars of Light.
We would say that is in a manner of speaking. Yes, how your Light shines. Far more than
you realize. Yet that which we have spoken of is as we said it would be.
And you said that is before the year is out?
This is so. Your
concern is of us not presenting them. We are aware of this. And we can accept your despondency regarding this and the reasons
for it. There is so very much that will take you all by surprise once the cork has been popped. Once the unleashing of all
that has had to remain curtailed is set into its energetic programming. You cannot deny these days of vast changes and yet
with respect one is always awaiting something more. If you were to Really take note of what has changed in just your last
few years and the acceptance that has grown widely of 'things unidentified' in your skies, let alone the increase in activity
on a large scale of your networking for the good. You need only to tune in to discover the vast allegiance that has grown
beyond measure toward the greater good of yourselves and the planet. Know the progress is part of the plan and how well
the plan is falling into place now.
I know this may seem ridiculous, but lf this was to be the last time we were to communicate
what would you consider to be the most important words that you would leave us with?
Why do you ask us of this ? We have no plans to dismiss you from the case.
And I have no plans to leave. I suppose I am looking for something that is 'new and
different'. Please know I do not mean this detrimentally . Regarding all the wisdom you have given us about Love, it is a
matter of us practicing what You preach and I Feel this is your aim, to help us raise our vibration. Yet considering who you
are ... 'The overseers of the overseers' ... there must be so much you could teach us , or enlighten us with. With all respect,
sometimes I feel we are covering the same ground.
And with respect to you, we cannot speak with you of things that are above and beyond
that which you are capable of understanding. Take a patch of sand, one that you could walk for maybe half an hour of your
time in the same direction. and then turn and walk half an hour back again. Have you grown to Know every grain of sand
with in the area in which you walk, all that you see in that walk? Indeed not so, and yet you Feel you know that 'patch' so
well. You recognize particular trees and certain rivulets along the way, yet in all Truth, how much is there that
you have no idea of? So much exists upon that walk that you have not yet discovered, for your eyes have only focused on that
which you are already aware of, that which you recognize, that which you Feel is commonplace to you.
Think for a minute, think of all you have not yet discovered in that place, let alone
Knowing the placement of every grain of sand and why it is in that place. Think of all the flowers along the edge of the sand,
every blade of grass. Think of the nests in the trees, think of the life underground. You walk along this patch of sand and
think of yourselves as walking along a beach and yet, there is so much more to a beach than just the water and the sand.
We cannot move you on to the understanding of greater things until dearest ones, you have
considered all that you already have and the greatness of that. With much respect we would say that what is already within
your grasp, the beauty, the wonder, the magnificence at your fingertips still goes by unnoticed for
one is always looking for more wonderment from elsewhere instead of Truly looking at what is right in front of your eyes.
Yes, we understand that your human kind can Feel in a place of Love and take note of a
beautiful rainbow. This 'Looking' allows the heart to recognize a small portion of the soul self. Yet we say to you, all
the wonderment that you are seeking and searching for is within you it is not outside of you. When it is discovered as
each layer is awakened it is then that a rainbow shall look entirely different. It is then as each layer reveals itself,
as you allow Yourself to unfold that you see that the opening up of a paper bag has far more excitement to it than at this
stage you care to consider.
Funny! I thought you were going to say 'opening up of a flower.' A paper bag
doesn't really have the same 'ring' to it!
We would tend to disagree and as you know we do not speak of things without deep reason.
This is our point entirely. One would expect when one sees a flower open to experience a Feeling of awe and wonder, to be
able to automatically give Love and thanks for the beauty of your planet. Yet we are now asking of you to start considering
finding the awe and wonder within that which you wouldn't expect to find such inspiring upliftment,
A paper bag? Truly?
Truly! You accept the paper bag for what it is. Have you ever opened a paper bag and given
your thanks to the tree that gave of it's life to become that paper bag? Would you consider the tree felt honoured to
become a paper bag that carried something within it and then was discarded in the waste? Or do you think that particular tree
would Feel more appreciated, more in honour of itself if it had been allowed to do what it came here to do?
A tree as you know gives out oxygen. A vital part to play. It stands mightily in the place
it was seeded for hundreds of years. It has seen and Felt peace and war tick by. It has nurtured winged souls and allowed
them to make homes within its branches. It has sheltered untold trillions of insect life. It has stood it's ground and never
weakened though all weathers that have battered and beaten it in order to sustain your planet. You tell us Blossom, the
energy which that paper bag carries is it just a paper bag? And more to the point, did putting your purchase in
that bag which then goes within another bag enhance your life? Would you surmise that it enhanced the tree's life
at all?
We Know your answers and we are not aiming to offend. We are simply trying to explain
that there is so much of each one of You that still needs to be awakened before we could possibly consider experimenting
with words to try and explain that which would 'excite' you. Do you see?
My friends I see very clearly. And I have to say at this point I Feel rather ashamed
.
This was not our intent.
I know! Yet I do. I will accept with thanks the lesson learned.
That which we are trying to assist you with is very simple. Give
thanks for all that you have Now and all that you are Now. Do not take for granted everything that simply 'is.' Consider
perhaps that which has been sacrificed in order to allow you the benefits of your comforts. All that is needed is the gratitude
of/for.
We say to you that the energy of that tree still resides within that paper bag. For all
that it offered in Love for the all do you not think that a proposal of blessings to that bag and all it has been through
in order to simply be useful for five minutes and then disposed of would not be appreciated? Many instruments are happy
to sacrifice themselves for the wholeness of others when there is purpose. Consider matters of neglect regarding that
which is necessary and that which is simply useful. You would find yourselves behaving differently altogether if you adapted
the story of the tree to all things within your daily events.
So much has been abused over your time to convenience the human being and so little
thanks given in return. This New World which you are creating in this very moment with every New Breath you inhale and exhale has
to be carefully considered if you wish to reform the status quo.
Harmony amongst all that lives is the key to the world you are seeking. There cannot be 'ranks' of power. There cannot be one that considers themself to
be above another human, plant, animal, insect . All that ever was/is and shall be is just an aspect of Love. It may present
itself very differently from something else, yet that is all it is, the same as everything else. Love.
Here endeth today's lesson! A very powerful one at that. For me anyway. In Love, thanks
and respect. Sometimes we think we Know better but we don't! A new day awaits me and I will consider it in a different
Light. Was there something else you wanted to say? I am now feeling there is.
It means simply learn to live from the heart at all times.
