Uriel's Message -- The In and Out Breaths of God

The shifts and changes in humanity's journey, indeed in the entire flow of the Universe occur with the in and out breaths of God. With each in breath potential is ignited, the spark of light is infused into becoming and all of the Universe is ready for new creation. With each out breath the word becomes flesh, matter becomes and the formless gains form. This is the flow of creation that you know as life.

In your lives there is an in breath as the energy is ready to become and an out breath as creation unfolds. When you feel stuck you are in between stages and are struggling to understand what is occurring. Pushing or forcing the energy to move before its proper time yields an incomplete outcome as the energies required for its optimal completion are not in place. Instead of being frustrated, ask yourselves where the energy is flowing, what is gathering force to become for you and how you can assist in the process. Sometimes all that is required of you is stillness.

Is the energy gathering to create the next step on your journey or has it been released and is waiting for your contribution, which is your intention, the partnership of your will and the actions you need to take? What you call waiting or trying is where the energies are gathering and instead of waiting, you can remember to focus your intention and see where you can become part of the flow instead of the block to the energies' movement. You learn this in the stillness of your heart, in which you are mindful of the trust and faith that your journey requires.

When you take an in breath you are at the point of transformation, the realization that you need to transform some aspect of your life to enjoy greater fulfillment and a more fully realized expression of your energy and power. When you release this breath, you are partnering with the energy of creation to manifest your intention. Recognize the power in each out breath, as you are partnering with the unlimited, infinite flow of the Universal energy. Feel the power that is available to you, connect with it and know that it is through this power that you manifest each step in your reality. Use the power in the stillness to be mindful of your next step and then you have full use of the power of your intention to direct the energy towards the manifestation of your highest good.

The countdown has started and one way or another, opportunities will be created to allow matters to advance more quickly. The will to go ahead with monumental changes is being supported by more and more members of the public. Their awareness of what has been happening in the past has greatly increased, as the truth circulates far and wide. It cannot be hidden away as in the past, and you are becoming much more adept at spotting the deliberate attempts to mislead you. Trust is something that has been lacking for a long time, but with new leaders appearing in many countries all over the world it is returning. It has also given you people who are right for the times you are in, who are ready to move on from the old ways. We are behind them and our allies are supporting them where possible. It must lead to prompt changes, as time is passing so quickly that action needs to be taken now. From many different sources your support is known to be growing, and the pressure has been increased on those who are the decision makers.

Our message is that you should keep your minds, eyes and focus on the outcome you desire. The energy produced by your mass consciousness is so powerful that it can shape your future, and is indeed doing so. In fact it has carried you forward since the Millennium, and it is now that you are seeing the changes manifesting that you the people have helped create. You have battled with the dark forces and their insidious plans, and have stopped their onward march. All has been up in the air, but you will see before long clear signs of where you are going. Listen carefully to those who shine out, as the White Knights and are leading you all into a New Age. It is their powerful Light that is clearing a pathway to Ascension, and you will recognize them by the work they are doing. Many dear souls are at the ready to help those who are at the forefront of the changes, and you are assured it will be used. The correct timing is still very much on our minds, and it is your state of awareness that is a key factor where it is concerned. The dark Ones still harbor thoughts of causing mayhem, and you must guard against falling for their acts that are simply to create fear amongst you.

We can and do help in many ways that you are unaware of, but at the end of the day it is you who really call the tune. Fortunately our work and that of your Guides and Masters has well prepared you for the present time. You have made the transition from a set of rigid beliefs to those that are more flexible, and consequently you are more open to the truth and not afraid to move on. Your past history shows how you have been mislead to believe in the ruling hierarchy, who have held you back for their own benefit and power. Now you no longer find the need to be told how you must lead your lives. You are sufficiently aware to be able to go within and speak with your personal God. Take time out regularly to meditate and it will benefit you in many ways, not least of all you will become relaxed and less prone to illness. Stress has been your worst enemy for eons of time, but that is changing as the prospect of lasting peace and happiness is within your grasp.

We say again, that you are sovereign Beings and you have God given rights that will be observed, and we of the Galactic Federation will lead you to the Promised Land. You sometimes talk of desiring Heaven on Earth, and as the changes take place you shall see it forming before your very eyes. It is yours to claim and where you really should be, as duality is not your home but merely a cycle of experiences that were never meant to be permanent. It has served your purpose, and elevated your levels of consciousness to higher ones that are taking you on to Ascension. The plan of the Creator is perfect and with it still allowed your expression of freewill, which has directed your personal experiences in the direction you chose. It is now time to close that period, and the cleansing is under way so that all can eventually be restored once again.

There is still some confusion regarding Extraterrestrials visiting Earth. It exists even where people are more informed as to such activities, and it results mainly from disinformation by Government sources. However, it is also considered unlikely in view of the talk about First Contact. We have pointed out that it refers to open and official contact, but clearly does not mean that it is the only circumstances through which contact or visits can occur. By Universal Law another civilization cannot interfere with the development of another civilization, but can be authorized by us to visit Earth providing it follows certain guidelines. What you often find is that when such visits take place, once the Space Beings are seen that they quickly move away. In the past there have been exceptions regarding actual contact, but these have been pre-arranged with the permission of the contactee.

So you may ask, how is it that there is talk of Extraterrestrials having bases upon Earth. The answer is once again that providing they do not interfere with the people, they are allowed to have such bases as indeed we ourselves have. They are usually deep within the Earth, or under the sea beds safe from any intrusions. They are protected by advanced technologies so as to keep them safe and secure from the dark Ones, who try to penetrate or destroy them. There have been occasions where privileged persons from Earth have been allowed access but these are special exceptions. Where it often gets confusing is because of the Greys, who have had bases on Earth for many years by agreement with the U.S. government. As we informed you previously, since they were invited to stay we cannot make them leave unless they violate the conditions relating to it. Even the “abductions” and cattle mutilations were approved, and this aspect was also confused by the U.S. Military who were also involved. It was further compounded by brief skirmishes that took place between the two factions.

We hope to have clarified this matter and would remind you that Disclosure and First Contact, are necessary to give us the clearance and permission to officially land on Earth, and then we can immediately move into action. The Creator is the only authority that can override such conditions, and when a certain time is reached we have permission to organize First Contact ourselves. These events approach ever nearer, and become more urgent as the conditions on Earth worsen. Fear not, as the Light will be with you always.

Time To Stand Tall and Time to Reflect

Mighty are those whose minds are still clear and above questioning with all that has been enacted in these current climes of expression, on this most beautiful planet where we are so blessed to be for these so incredibly critical times, that seemingly have no ending! It is surely a contradiction of terms for what is very much apparent is that "THESE ARE VERY MUCH THE END TIMES," that we are gainfully, and yes somewhat painfully now truly experiencing, it is indeed so! We have often suggested that these are the way of things and you are continually being assured and reminded of your true soul purpose, status, and role here on this beloved planet, that is fast returning to it's pristine star like state, as a jewel in these mighty and rather marvellous heavens.

With frustration and ‘fear' as the bedmates of some it can be ever more difficult to stand up and stand tall, as trial upon trial lends forth it's wearing ways as ‘humanness' lurches at times in opposition to a more suitable destination. Keeping in the flow becomes shaded at times beyond any semblance or recognition, and can also be daunting, at the very least!

Time indeed to reflect and to peruse this whole scenario, as it levels it's questionable head into clouds of darkness amid storms unsullied, at times blurring one's clearer vision and judgment. It is time indeed to look long and hard into that mirror of life, that reflects back only the truth that is there represented, and which can understandably be quite disarming and vaguely unsupportive.

So, yet again, it's a time to pause and reflect, a time to straighten our solar spines and to realign our visions of personal wants, or that which is ever in Ultimate Highest Good, for one and all. This is not a time for the faint hearted, nor the time for overreacting, when the pivotal of highest truth becomes clouded and a possible ‘lesser' highest good becomes a little more appealing than perhaps that which truly IS. It is also a very thin line and razors edge for holding a balance in self, for the finest and pure ultimate highest good is closely related with it's lesser counterpart of ‘highest good!' The point envisioned is simply that we really do need to look closely at our choices and perceptions of the TRUE and ultimate highest good!

Beloved Mother Earth is ‘bleeding to death,' as her precious life force is pulsing out still in an unabated spillage, that is central to everyone's focus in these now times. All are seeing and feeling the acute continuation in loss of life's blood, as it grows in quantity and is yet still totally unchecked! These are times when there is need for all to put one's shoulder's to the wheel, steering this mighty Planet Earth Ship into far greater and forward moving path-way of direction. One thing that we all might need to be wary of is the critical mass point which is at these times firmly in 'ultra strong and positive plus' for co-working, co-creating and co-habiting. All, or most, are desiring and reaching for the‘mains switch that is there to be found and then to be utilised, for introducing THE SOLUTION to this - the severest and most serious situation to date this planet, and all upon and within, has to overcome!

Now is not the time to be giving up, far from it. Now is ‘prime time' for choosing carefully the cure for this critical and potentially dangerous challenge, to invite an ultimate highest good to ever hold sway. Can any of us really feel ‘settled or at peace' within; can any of us really rid ourselves of that irksome nagging solar plexus feeling; can any of us ever rid ourselves of the uncomfortable spasm or gut feeling of irksome expectancy; can anyone truly see the light even when the sun is really blazing in the mighty heavens; can we truly continue to ‘close our eyes,' so to speak, as the oil flows thicker and faster; can we still continually accept that the besmirched and oil covered fish, birds and animals really do go straight to heaven, released from their dire straits; can we really continue watching the world cup football or tennis at Wimbledon and really not enjoying them; can we in the nearness of time truly see the oil spillage cured and all returns to some semblance of normality'; is there ever to be that 'normality' again, is it not acceptable that those days of acceptability are now gone; can anyone truly buy and fly away for holidays wondering how the oil and volcanic ash situations are; can the BP man really go away on a yachting holiday to get his life together again after stating that the sea is a big enough place; can anyone truly keep on feeding our faces when we know that behind those grand new football stadiums in South Africa are the real truths of life in the raw, of those humble ones unallowed to be seen, heard or counted. where all they will continue to see is the wire fencing separating them from life and so deprived?

And so it goes on, and on, and on! These are truly NOT signs of ‘losing it' or bordering on lack or even depression. They are signals which our hearts and souls are recognising loud and clear, and acknowledging that enough is truly enough! It is a time that is spelling out loud and clear that WE REALLY, TRULY, ARE MOVING THROUGH THE END TIMES!

We really are being ushered into a position of recognising that IT IS ABOUT TIME WE SAW ALL THESE DIRE SHORTCOMINGS AND COLLECTIVELY REACT TO THEM, post haste! Does the planet have to expire and die, so to speak, before we stop burying our heads in the sands of ‘old time?' Do the sea masses in all areas have to be so despoiled or so gross affected - along with all of the animal, marine, birds and cetaceans, world wide? WHEN DOES HU -man KIND WAKE UP AND SHOUT OUT - ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Blending together in the many splendid co-created meditations, mass healing techniques of worldly affirmations, are an essential and most worthy tool which can be well utilised. Not coming only from the semi-potent words but also COMING FROM THE HEART, giving it a power that is unequalled by mere mental chatter without foundation, so to speak. Worldly wise co-creativity and connection, which in itself will draw all together closer and closer, all walks of lives, in simple yet sacred harmony and of pure desirous intent. The mass of light-beings world wide need now to Stand Up Together; it is time to Stand Tall and it is time to earnestly reflect as a Oneness of concerted co-creativity. And it is verily the time to REMEMBER WHOM WE ARE, and to reawaken the burning fire deep in our souls, and as a Oneness, continue to co-create together. There is no greater force in the universe than THE POWER OF LOVE, and as you are perceived from the lighter realms, by your elder brothers and sisters so to speak, the accumulative LOVE that is yours/ours is beyond mere words can tell.

Make your leaders, in which ever country you may reside, aware of your concerns, desires and intent, asking and petitioning them to merge and meet with their fellows world wide. These will need to be persistent in nature as all leaders in all countries are aware of our ‘off planet brothers and sisters' but there has been none so far that has taken up the baton and run with it, so to speak! That has changed! For in the guise of Barack Obama, President of the USA, is there the one whom has a divine right and the God- given- power, so to step forward and orchestrate the forthcoming announcements to a world audience, who will at the ‘right divine moment of time' introduce the closeness of our space families and of our star families. When time is right...

Most are already aware of this possibility, yet more as a probability, and there have been countless meetings behind closed doors, in many governmental offices etc where lengthy discussions have on so many and numerous occasions taken place. These date back over 40 years or so, and that many and numerous members of the white Brotherhoods, ‘lords,' Angelics, Galactic Federation of Planets and many of the various Space Commands also. The USA governments, dating back over many terms and offices, have often worked to help each other in various ‘swapping' of technologies in exchange for humanoid information. ‘Basic' forms of spaceship technologies were overseen by the off planet visitors in return for their assistance. Subsequently have many space commanders have been present with other star travellers in organised meetings with world leaders whom were always offering help and assistance to the earth leaders - whom always refused this invitation to allow certain technologies with energies that would assist greatly the welfare of earth dwellers. These were always denied by the varying presidents or world other world leaders as it would mean losing control of the mass populace, and this they would not allow - you know the rest of this story! Area 51 was/is a base in America that is strictly off limits and it was here that a more ‘limited' technology of building space ships for the U.S. were overseen by the visitors, and to some degree effectively achieved...

It is now for all upon the beloved planet, for the benefit of Lady Gaia with Mother Earth, to be supported now more than ever before, to secure the ‘immediate' rectifying of the tragic oil disaster. Our space brotherhoods might well be capable of attending to these repairs of the faults, but there are of course the Universal Laws that would require "free will" to ever be honoured. This Is Law. Whether a suggested petition is carried out to secure millions of necessary freewill votes to be electrically counted and orchestrated,‘on line,' then sharing a sum total of votes that could then be shared / presented to the President of the United States, Barack Obama, needs to be looked at with an open mind and yet again with highest good / intent. It is an inner resolve and firm inner belief, that there will quite surely be a time when there will be visual and open contact with our space brothers and sisters. The now question is - "Is that time now?"

Is it now the time when you go ahead and make an ‘internet petition,' which in itself WILL certainly add more good uplifting (albeit expectancy) energy and power to the energies supporting an overall highest good outcome. Any form of action that is going to HELP THE PLANET, AND US, is one to be carried forward to see if that brings sufficient animation to this present so serious dilemma in the Gulf. It would not be a lost cause and it would indeed be a positive move by many whom wish to support such an investment or way out. All inputs of co-creativity are indeed paramount for us all in these now times, so that may well be a course of action to take for starters. If it is not entirely possible to secure that mandate overriding free will of all, then there is still an immense powerful energy animated to assist the planet further. It would surely substantially assist her/our overcoming of this man made atrocity and this may well lean toward a further healthy growth and rapid co-creation of even more greater responsibility, self worth and self empowerment, THIS, THROUGH WHICH ALL THINGS MAY WELL BE REALISED!

We are assured our efforts will create the solution, and it may NOT be that we are assisted by an‘external force' so to speak, that will put all things to right for us, saving our hides! We have a desired highest intent and this intent will expand and extend into our resolving and repairing this man made error and also point to a direction, away from the current fuel / energy, that will serve man and beloved Mother Earth far more graciously than ever before! We will have learned an exceedingly graphic lesson, so to speak, and we will only but grow exponentially - as our wings will also grow that little bit larger, enabling our flying higher in future and missing the debris beneath us!

There Is No Argument to Win

God said:

Make peace with turmoil. Be the initiator of peace. Do not embrace turmoil. Do not hold it to you. Do not give it so much regard. You do not have to talk to turmoil and set the record straight. Turmoil has no right to exist. It knows that. Would you give turmoil so much power that you put it before Me?

Whatever turmoil exists in a personal situation, it involves people. The people are not your enemy. Turmoil is. Do not make so much of turmoil that you let it regulate your stance in life. You do not need to soak up turmoil. You do not have to adopt it. It needs you in order to flourish, but you don't need it. You do not have to be so available. Turmoil does not belong in your heart. It is a leech. It saps your energy. It leaves you defeated.

It makes much more sense to turn to Me than to turn to turmoil. No more bowing down to turmoil and letting it take you over.

Someone sees you as less than you are. Someone does not regard you highly or treat you right. Must that become your problem? Must you make it your own? Must you battle someone else's frailty? Must you undo their arrogance? Must you fight another with your mind and turn your thoughts over to someone else's direction?

Decide your own thoughts and where you put your attention. You cannot joust with everyone. Put your money on Me.

You cannot even every score. It may not be fair. Nor is it fair to yourself to make someone else's estimation of you the determiner of the direction your thoughts will go in. You are not an orchestra, and no one else is meant to direct you. Because someone snaps his fingers does not mean you have to give your attention to him or nod to his faulty perception. You do not have to set anyone else straight. What makes you think you're going to change anyone's perception anyway? Because someone is misguided does not mean that you are to guide them, any more than they are to guide you.

You are not responsible for someone else's poor behavior.

Save your energy. Prioritize. Get out of the dark night and make hay while the sun shines. Life affords you more than battles to fight.

Someone stepped on your toes. What is done is done. Whoever stepped on your toes is not the master of you. Cut him loose, if you must. Others will learn their own lessons in life. You do not have to be their teacher. Life will set them straight. You are not in the business of teaching others their lessons.

One of your lessons may be to step back and get off the stage. To whom do you need to spar with? If someone couldn't hear your heartbeat before, what makes you think they are going to hear you now? Those who do not want to see will not see. Those who do not want to hear will not hear. Save your breath. There is no argument to win really. As true and as right as you are, consider that it's valor to walk away.

I honor you. Can that be enough? Cannot My regard and love for you atone others for their infringement upon you? What is changed, beloveds, before or after? You let off steam, that's all. Is it worth it to get embroiled in others' shortsidedness? I did not raise you to be a pugilist.

Hello Lady Isis,

I am writing to tell you that I tried the healing hand you put on your web page. I saw the link to your page from a friends youtube channel and decided to check it out. When I first saw it...my initial reaction was "Oh c'mon...some people just fall for ANYTHING." But as I consider myself an open minded person...I will try something before I completely dismiss it. Well...sure enough...after placing my left hand on your healing hand in the page...my left hand started tingling and pulsing with cosmic energy. I couldn't believe it. Who would have ever thought a picture of a hand on the internet could do such a thing. I intend to enjoy your healing hand several times a day from now on for energy and healing. Thank you very much for sharing it with us.
