Any conflict you see or experience in the outside world is a projection of your ego. In truth, the world
is completely at peace and you project your fear of peace onto the world. You don't want to resolve your inner conflict, but
you do want to get it away from yourself. So, you project it onto other people and think that 'they' are the ones who are
causing you discomfort. Other people are neutral, blank slates and you color them with your own meaning and definitions. Then,
you react to them as if these colorations and definitions were real. Other people, in turn, treat you in the way that you
expect, in a self-fulfilling prophecy.

The changes on many different levels are becoming powerful, and suddenly many aspects
of normal daily life are not as comfortable as they used to be. There is a feeling of insecurity and uncertainty, unless you
are the ones who see that they are a means to an end of the old ways. However, although it is not yet obvious, the changes
herald the beginning of a new era that will reflect the wishes of the people. No longer will power be held by the privileged
few who dictate the way of the world. The Dictators and Tyrants who resist change will not be able to carry on in the face
of the demands of the people, and in some instances may have to be physically removed. Long before
Ascension new appointments will have to be made in all areas of politics, so that the right people of spiritual
understanding can lead you onwards. It has happened in the past, but at no time to the extent that you are about to experience.
Your leaders must be beyond reproach and stand for freedom, honesty and a desire to be a servant of the Love and Light.
The Spiritual Hierarchy is well aware of your needs and has planned for the souls that
are required to see you through to Ascension, to be there when you need them. They in turn know their destiny is to step forward
when the occasion arrives, and that time is approaching very rapidly. Be assured nothing has been left to chance, but methodically
planned for the greatest day you will experience in this lifetime. Ascension is a great event within the ever-ongoing process,
which will be a giant step forward into the higher dimensions. It is beautiful and most encouraging to see the Light building
up upon Earth. It is increasing all of the time and brings together those souls of a like desire, that wish to create a new
Earth where there are no dark energies, and instead a heavenly like existence of beauty and harmony. By holding their vision
they help it manifest and it will more than fulfill everyone’s dreams. You can have a foot in both worlds, but sooner
or later you will make a permanent transition to the new one.
The pressure that our allies have been exerting to bring disclosure out is paying off,
and once the facts begin to come out it will soon become an avalanche. After all of this time the people are ready to learn
the truth about us, although the more extreme incidents and events surrounding some disclosures will cause considerable shock.
It will come from learning that ET’s have been in touch with your governments for some 80 years,
and are known to have bases inside the Earth, and on the Moon and Mars. Whereas you have been led to believe otherwise,
NASA has removed traces of their existence from photographs and film. By all means possible you have been kept ignorant of
our presence, and any other civilization that has attempted to communicate with you. Of course there have been individual
contacts that have taken place, but it was hoped by the dark Ones that they would largely be ignored. The time has never been
better for the truth to come out, and we are working with our allies to restore freedom of expression amongst your journalists
and the news media.
Everything we talk of now is with regard to preparing the way for our arrival on Earth.
It will be the next step in moving you all forward so that working together; we can begin to restore the Earth. There is clearly
much work to be done but with our technologies it can be made a simple task. However, our principle responsibility is towards
you, and to ensure that those who are on the path to Ascension arrive there safely. We have no doubt that you will be fully
prepared and that your consciousness levels will have reached the required level. You are gradually experiencing new levels
and by now some of you will be able to acknowledge such changes within you. It comes with a greater understanding of the purpose
of life, and the intelligence that you call the Creator that exists in All That Is.
The Galactic Federation comprises of civilizations that have long ascended, and are now
part of the Love and Light. To you they would appear as Gods, which in one sense they are, but not in the traditional way
they are often depicted by you. Many are of human appearance but perhaps that is where the similarity ends, inasmuch that
they carry the higher energies that can be strongly felt when you are in their presence. Their touch can be healing and their
words so loving and re-assuring, although words are seldom used but instead telepathic communication. It is something you
too will eventually master and use for its clarity of expression, unlike words that can sometimes be inadequate. Indeed, as
you continue to rise up in consciousness, you will find that you will experience telepathic contact as a normal development.
You already participate in it without actually realizing so, and for example you take it for granted where your pets are concerned.
They usually understand far more than you would give them credit for, and you can easily put it to the test.
Be aware, and be awake as much is happening now that
pertains to Ascension, and filter out that which has no bearing on the future. For example those who do not go along with
it will in some cases spread doubt if not deliberate disinformation. You need to stick to your understanding of what you expect
in the coming months. By now there should be expectations that fulfill the requirements for Ascension to take place, and these
will come to pass. The plan has been active for a long time, but it is only now that the numerous occurrences begin to make
sense. Look for the positive moves that will see new governments taking shape, and note those individuals who speak out with
the truth. Anything less will not “ feel” right and should be set aside.
Dear Ones, the end times are really under way, and as you lift your vibrations you will
find that you are able to more easily discern between the truth and untruth. You will be untouched by the negativity that
still abounds upon Earth, and move more steadily upon you own path to Ascension. You need not look back, as little of what
exists now has a place in your future. What does will be uplifted in a form that is in harmony with the higher vibrational
levels.

Beloved Ones,
Your beautiful Lights shine ever brighter upon your Planet. Many of you feel weary and
need to do much resting and this is highly recommended as you encounter this situation. We would also like for you to know
that your extreme weariness might also mean that you are journeying to multi-dimensional realms for meetings and consultations
as your physical body is resting. This is an exciting time and many consultations are taking place to ensure that all is well
and continues to be so.
You are each learning to live from the heart and this has required the opening of your
heart chakra in a way that leaves you feeling vulnerable and uncomfortable. Many of you do not realize this and so there is
a feeling of tension that you feel as you go about your day. This feeling comes from no longer having your protective shield
around your heart space and also will explain the increased emotional reactions to observations of life that move you to tears.
This means that your feelings of empathy are now expanding to include all aspects of life, even those that you shielded yourselves
from before.
As your empathy towards all of life expands, greater feelings of compassion, mercy and
forgiveness begin to be felt and it becomes second nature to share these with others around you. The Cosmic
energies of Love continue to increase in intensity, and creating and expanding your Pillar
of Light each day will be of great help, just set the intention and request that your Pillar or Tube of Light now
expands to a 12 foot diameter as you go about your daily activities. You have been increasing your energy fields considerably
during the last year and this is now possible.
The areas of your solar plexus are being cleansed and
adjusted so there can be feelings of anxiety, tension and uncomfortableness during this process. As before, the process of
cleansing and purifying continues to greater and greater depths within your physical bodies. Your cells
are being cleansed, renewed and bathed with Light and your bodies are becoming luminous. When you perceive yourselves
in the darkness, you know that you are Light. Many things are changing slowly, others are transformed quickly. This all depends
on each person’s path and the work that was previously done to begin this process, so there are no set rules of how
this might look. It is a different experience for each of you individually but some occurrences are more universal in their
impact.
Continue your steadfast devotion to your chosen roles and know that we are ever with you,
more so than ever before. We communicate with you on a regular basis and this is becoming much easier than before, as each
of you begin to recognize our Presence when we come to you. Continue to gather together for worldwide meditations to add your
Light and your energies of Love to all upon the Planet and to the Earth and all her kingdoms. As you know, it is much needed
now.

You may be asking yourself lately what's going on.
If you are tapping into the intensity of this season, you know that there has been major
expansion energy these past several weeks.
On some nights this wave of accelerated energy may have triggered unusual dreaming or
perhaps insomnia in a way you don't typically experience. For some, it's the first time they are remembering their dreams.
Some mornings when you awaken, you may feel disoriented, as though you have traveled far away and you are still processing
the night's dream time.
Indeed there is a different energy on the planet this Wesak season. It's much more than
what appears in the media, showing you the escalated wave of revolutionary changes in places like the Middle East and North
Africa.
From a spiritual perspective, you and humanity are experiencing a profound influx of light
consciousness. The awakening process, under way for a long time in all corners of the world, has reached a new level. This
development is catalyzing more changes in both your outer world and inside you.
Because there is so much going on and you are bombarded 24/7 with media input, it's easy
to lose sight of the magnitude of shifts happening in society. You have learned to multi-task, but even a skilled person able
to juggle dozens of things simultaneously would be challenged to grasp the entire picture. There are always deeper meanings
to explore, challenges for your response, and opportunities for you to implement.
For divine change-makers like you, to multi-task means you handle multiple mundane tasks
while also paying attention to your inner work. Some of your greatest gifts and opportunities are becoming available in these
historic moments of time.
The key is staying awake to them and making sure that you allow sufficient time in your
day to do your inner process.
Your Inner Process
* Your inner process can include things like:
* Reflection
* Rest and recharging
your batteries
* Questioning deeply - including the obvious things the media present as "truth"
* Receiving from spirit
*
Listening to spirit through the people and happenstance of your world
* Noticing your self-sabotage and other blocks in
present time and dong what you can to clear these things
* Taking time to help others in whatever ways you can
Feeling like you don't have time for anything but the basics of life? Don't judge
yourself for feeling like this. Don't measure yourself against the crowd, picturing others who amazingly find time to meditate
and do some kind of healing process daily. Comparisons like this are not useful.
What is useful is to rethink your relationship with time. After all, time is not something
you "have" and it's not something you can "get more of" or "run out of." It's simply a measurement of space and distance allowing
people to organize their activities and appointments. Don't give time any power - you are the one with the power!
You can claim your power in countless ways during Wesak season. One simple way is to invite
in the blessings of this season.
If you feel a special connection to an enlightened master like the Buddha, the Christ,
or Kuan Yin, take a moment each day and invite in their wisdom and blessings. As part of that, offer up to the divine qualities
like anger or resentment that keep you stuck. Ask for a divine resolution to the blocks in your path of enlightenment - known
and unknown - and trust that you are in a process of receiving grace from spirit.
As you continue the journey of discovering
your divine nature, we surround you with our love and blessings.

Who but God could invent the stars, to say nothing of everything else beautiful, heartwarming,
and inspiring? Who but God? Who but God could think of such treasures as the stars to link your life to? Who could make the
seeming days and nights and afternoons and evenings? Who else would think of laying out such a blanket of treasures above
and below? This world of illusion is good. I look at it through your eyes, and I see it is good. Avail yourself, beloveds.
Seek out the treasures I have gilded the lily with. In My bag of tricks are gold and confections and a myriad of tastes. What
a God am I Who can conceive of desserts and give you so many ingredients for your sweet tooth.
What We are really talking about this morning is the Sweet Truth. There is Truth in everything
imagined. Truth also lies within the imagined world. Love lives on Earth, does it not, the Sweetest Truth of All? See love.
See how a father carries his sleeping child from his car to the house. The child can sleep knowing that she is treasured in
her father’s arms.
How about you, My angels? Are you sleeping well in My arms of love? Maybe yes, maybe no.
Sleep, although it may seem so, is not the most important thing in the world. Love is. And even when you cannot sleep, you
can love being awake. Wherever you are, love where you are. You know, not to love where you are is only a habit. Lack of appreciation
is only a habit. Turn your habits of thought around.
There are sticky fly traps that flies rush to. May you be a sticky trap for blessings.
Acknowledge your affinity for blessings, and more will adhere to you. That which you are looking for, you will see. What are
you looking for, dear angels? Look for the gifts you are surrounded with. Come to think of it, even your troubles are a gift
because they expand you to your furthermost self, your Furthermost Self. And Who is that? It is I. It is We.
Did I create the stars for Myself or for the reflections of Myself? I like to think I
created all the beauteous surroundings for you. Your heart beats through Mine, and My heart beats through yours.

You don't have to be aware of the levels of anything!
There is free will, and there is destiny. Sometimes it is hard to tell them apart. Sometimes
you are guided. My children do fall into trances when it is as if they had been hypnotized -- or, they are sleepwalking. The course you take, whatever it is, is free will, and, concurrently, it is ordained. At the same
time, had you made another choice, grabbed a star from the sky without looking, as it were, then that too would have been
ordained. Everything is as if ordained, and nothing is ordained as well. Gold falls from the sky, and, according to your perception,
it is gold or a stone or nothing at all. It is awesome or fearsome. Whatever befalls, you will kick and scream -- or you will
get up and take life as it comes. Ultimately, none of it matters. It matters now, however. It matters to your beleaguered
heart very much.
It is said there are no mistakes, and yet, all of what transpires is nothing next to the
bright light which you are, in sleet and snow, in good times and hard times, for there is, ultimately, no time at all, no
treasures or untreasures, no folly, no wisdom. There is trudging, or there is dancing as you make your way to your true destiny
with Me as My One Prize, My reward for Creation, the long-awaited receipt of your Self-Realization. What a gift you are, whatever
your trip has seemed to you. There is no April Fool's Day. There is Our meeting as One with your awareness which is exactly
where We started.
All is well.
It occurs to Me to say that you are My alpha and omega. What I want to say is that We
are Love, and what more is there really to say when love alone is, and We are One Magnificent Love?

and to Griffon, 1996 - April 25, 2011.
This time of flipping the human dynamic away from pain and anguish toward unconditional
love and self-acceptance comes with a personal price to pay. We have all had to give up something of our unconscious selves
in order to gain the clarity and understanding--the kind of clarity that can only be realized in hindsight, and through the
knowing of an open heart.
The stuff we experience in life is a part of the awakening process, and April has
been quite an eventful time, which had us choosing between these two seemingly polar opposite ways of being.
As we are called to make choice, the unconscious part of self creates yet another story.
These life stories are often built upon other fear-based stories that were formed from life-experiences long ago. They are
like computer viruses. Once triggered, these primordial fears flood into our awareness and threaten to over-ride what is happening
in the moment.
The beauty of fear, in this context, is designed to get us to make the choice for love
without condition, devoid the fear-based story.
When we decide to keep our heart open, even when everything around us, or even sometimes
within us, tells us otherwise, fear must transform into higher awareness.
Therein lies the flip: The flip in the energy pattern comes when the stuff of life still
happens but instead of unconsciously reacting in fear, we make a higher vibrational choice. The choice is to continue to entertain
hard-heartedness and allow these lower vibrational patterns to eat us alive, or open our heart and accept the flow of unconditional
love to guide us toward higher vibrational ground.
This time of learning calls us to embrace and accept our human nature, and the consequences
of our unconscious behavior, while at the same time maintaining balance and harmony as we integrate the higher awareness that
comes with the more dramatic tactile experiences.
As a young child, I used to think that being God-like meant that one made no mistakes;
that if I was truly a child of God I would always be guided to do the right thing.
Now with the wake of life behind me, I have come to understand that life is fraught with
mishaps, ill begotten choices, and life-altering circumstances that back us into proverbial corners. Over time, I have come
to understand that it's not what happens, but the choice one makes in the moment of each turn of event that matters.
Do we recoil in hurt or go into attack when we feel threatened or our sense of safety
and security is stripped away, or do we stand in our power and keep our heart open, only allowing words of kindness and compassion
to leave our lips?
It gets tricky to discern the difference between the two levels of awareness as we toggle
between reaction and self-empowerment, but that is why we have physical bodies -- to feel the difference between the two.
I am finding that simply being present in every moment is "The" thing that keeps me from
diving into those lower patterns, and helps to maintain balance and harmony. The thread of conviction from my early time of
learning to now is the same: at the end of the day, I'm still convinced that unconditional love and kindness must always prevail.
Unconditional love is the very essence of "Help ever, hurt never," as Sai Baba so often
would say. Griffon would have wagged his fury black tail and jumped up and down in anticipation of another delicious meal
before settling in to his green velvet pillow, both expressions on the same theme.
