The Healing Power of the Life You Planned Before You Were Born by Robert Schwartz ========================================================= When
difficult or traumatic experiences occur in our lives, we naturally wonder, “Why did this happen? What does it mean?”
Often, such experiences may appear not to have any particular meaning; they may seem to be nothing more than purposeless suffering.
Yet, in my years as a spiritual author and teacher, I have found that not only are our greatest challenges rich with meaning
and purpose, but also that very often we ourselves planned those experiences before we were born. I explored this premise
in detail in my first book, Your Soul’s Plan, and I do so again in my new book, "Your Soul’s Gift: The Healing
Power of the Life You Planned Before You Were Born." In this article I would like to share with you some of the healing and
empowering insights in my new book. First, a word about my methodology. In both books I interviewed people who
had experienced common life challenges like physical illness, the death of a loved one, addiction, or mental illness. Those
individuals then had sessions with gifted mediums and channels in which I asked Spirit, “Was this experience planned
before birth, and if so, why?” In my books I present all the wisdom that then came forward. My intentions are to help
people see the deeper meaning of their life challenges and, in so doing, heal from them. It’s important to understand
here that painful experiences can catalyze profound healing for our souls if we, the incarnate personalities, respond to those
challenges with love (including self-love) and an open heart, and if we learn the lessons offered by these experiences. Let’s
take an example. In the Suicide chapter in Your Soul’s Gift, I share the story of Carolyn, whose only child Cameron
suicided shortly after he graduated from high school. Carolyn and I had a channeling session in which we spoke with Jeshua
(Jesus). Jeshua began by telling us that suicide is never planned prior to birth as a certainty, but it is often planned as
a possibility and sometimes as a high probability, as was the case with Cameron. In other words, Cameron knew that he was
taking on so much in this lifetime that a suicide was likely. Since Carolyn has no memory of her pre-birth plan
(just as most of us don’t), she quite naturally felt that she had failed Cameron. She was filled with guilt and self-blame,
wondering what she could have done. It was then that Jeshua shared with us one of the most important, startling, and powerful
pieces of information I’ve come across in my research. He told us, “Every suicide preventable by outside forces
was indeed prevented.” What he meant is that if the suicidal person has the slightest openness to changing their mind,
the Universe will stage an intervention. It could be something as simple as a bird flying by and distracting the person, or
something as dramatic as an angel assuming human form and physically interceding. If you have lost a loved one to suicide,
know this: There was literally nothing you could or should have done to save them. You are not to blame. You are not at fault.
You did not fail them. In another chapter I explore the pre-birth planning of miscarriage and abortion. Here,
I share the story of Rebecca, who was devastated by a miscarriage. Rebecca felt she had killed her unborn child, Calvin, by
doing some heavy lifting that led to the miscarriage. In a channeling session, Rebecca spoke with Calvin. We learned that
in their last past life together, Rebecca had been male and the commanding officer of an army fort in the old West. Calvin
was a subordinate officer and also a close friend. When the fort was attacked, Rebecca (as the commanding officer) sent all
the soldiers, including Calvin, out to defend it. The soldiers were massacred. Rebecca blamed herself for her friend’s
death and was never able to forgive herself. After that lifetime was over, Rebecca decided she wanted to work
on the lesson of self-forgiveness. She therefore planned before she was born to experience a miscarriage, knowing that she
would blame herself and thus have the opportunity to do what she could not do before – forgive herself. Having set that
plan, she then asked Calvin if he would be the soul whose energy was associated with her unborn child. In service to and out
of love for her, he agreed. For a very long time, Rebecca was unable to heal from the miscarriage. She was sad
and defeated, filled with doubt and self-loathing. Yet, when she learned that she had planned the miscarriage, that realization
“changed my life,” she said. “It brought me home to myself. That’s a journey I could not have made
on my own.” Such deep healing often occurs when someone comes into an understanding of their pre-birth plan. Your
Soul’s Gift also looks at the pre-birth planning we do with our beloved animal companions. In the Pets chapter, I share
the poignant story of Marcia, who plans before she’s born to be a dwarf. Today, as a grown woman, she stands four feet
six inches tall. Marcia knew that dwarfism would be a tremendous challenge, particularly during childhood, when her peers
at school would tease and ostracize her. With that in mind, she planned to have many unconditionally loving animals in her
childhood and throughout her life – dogs, cats, horses, even a rooster named Crooked Beak. She also planned to have
the ability to communicate with them telepathically. As a child, when she came home from school in tears, Marcia’s
dog Dusty would say to her, “It’s okay. To me you’re perfect.” And her palomino, Cheetah, would tell
her, “It doesn’t matter what they [kids at school] say. Look what you and I can do together! Come on! Let’s
go!” Choosing to receive unconditional love from animals was a wise decision in Marci’s pre-birth planning session.
Too, I explore some of the most traumatic experiences a person can have while in body. There are chapters specifically
about the planning of both incest and rape. I agonized for a long time about whether to include such subjects in my book,
as I most certainly did not want to re-traumatize anyone or cause those who have had experienced incest or rape to feel that
they are to blame. No one who has had such experiences is to blame for them. Ultimately, I felt that the wisdom in these chapters
would offer healing, and I decided to share what I had found. Why would anyone plan before birth to experience
incest or rape? A fundamental spiritual truth is that there is no unexpressed consciousness. In other words, whatever is within
you, whether at the conscious or subconscious level, will be expressed in the outer world. The outer mirrors the inner. Almost
all of us have had past lives in which we came to believe things about ourselves that our souls know to be untrue. Two of
the most common false beliefs are that we are worthless and that we are powerless. If you are someone who has one or both
of these false beliefs within your consciousness, they will outpicture in the world around you, sometimes in the form of traumatic
experiences like incest or rape. The purpose of this outpicturing is not to punish you. On the contrary, the
purpose is to bring your false beliefs to the light of conscious awareness, where they may then be healed. This is a particularly
difficult type of life plan, but within it is the potential for profound healing. We can, if we like, deny that
the Earth is round, but that will not make it flat. It will still be round. Similarly, we can deny that souls sometimes (though
certainly not always) plan before birth to experience trauma like incest and rape, but that will not mean that such planning
doesn’t occur. It does. For millennia humanity has learned through suffering. If we want to move beyond the learning-through-suffering
paradigm, then we need to take a courageous, unflinching look at what lays within our consciousness. And then
heal. Robert Schwartz is a counselor and certified hypnotherapist who helps people heal by understanding what

Message from the Ashtar Command

There
is a certain level of understanding that the human race has not yet attained. It is at this level where new ideas and concepts
begin to manifest within your minds, and thus, within your societies. We, the Ashtar Command, seed worlds with those of higher
consciousness, to bring to these worlds new ideas of expanded consciousness that will assist these worlds to begin to create
systems that are more in balance with the harmony of a planet and all the beings that live upon her. This is the case here
at this time in your world. Through the tool of incarnation, we have seeded your world with beings who have brought with them
higher ideals and concepts of social structures, and it is their task to share these ideas by entering them into the collective
consciousness of your society.
Many of these ideas are shunned by your current establishment.
These ideas are ridiculed and they are denied any means of adequate or just mediation or examination. These advanced concepts
are tossed out like the bath water, predominately due to the scheming of those in your world who profit greatly from the old
systems, the outdated systems that are in place and have been so for many long years. These outdated and archaic systems have
outlived their feasibility. They have no place today here in your world, and they have not had a place here in your world
for many years. It is time your society has taken a great leap ahead that will allow it to at least catch up to where it should
have been many years ago.
We are not here to help catapult your society and your ways
of life into the future. We are here to share with you the gifts that are yours and have been yours for many centuries of
time. These gifts could have been yours long ago, and they would have prevented so much hardship, struggle and pain for so
many of your world who have suffered so greatly under the oppressive weight of these old systems of imbalance, injustice and
unfairness that have been conceived and implemented by unscrupulous minds who only understand greed as their motivation and
reason for being. We intend for you to end all this, but it is you as a collective society who must make this choice. We cannot
force our systems and our ways of life upon you, for we have no right to do this. No one has a right to force their ways of
life on another.
We wish you to understand this very clearly, as so many of
your world today attempt greatly to force their ways of life on another. If all of you could understand that in forcing your
way of life upon another you are violating the laws that govern this universe, then so many of the problems of your world
could be alleviated, as there will be no one who trespasses onto the will and the life of another. Your court systems would
become relics of your past as they would be no longer needed, as the sacred rights of another would no longer be violated
in any way, shape or form, if only each of you could learn to honor and respect the sacred space and lives of another. We
wish through our efforts here to demonstrate for you how important this rule of law is and how all of us within the higher
dimensions of this universe honor and respect this law and the sacred rights of each and every being throughout.
This is why we do not and cannot implement our systems into
your world without your collective invitation and participation. We feel these systems would be greatly beneficial to your
societies, and we will explain to you in full detail what these systems involve, what they will take to implement them, what
will they take to run them safely and efficiently, and what benefits each of them will have for the citizens of your planet.
At that time, if the people of your world collectively give us your permission, we will begin to implement each system that
is agreed upon and welcomed by your people. This is what we will do for you, and we will not do this without your prior consent.
At this time, we see so many systems that are broken down
and systems that should have never been created in the first place. The list is long, and it is no easy task to tear each
of these systems down while replacing them with a new system that will very often be far more complex, but at the same time,
be far simpler to oversee and to operate. Some of these systems are very large in scope and are very complex in nature, and
can take years, even decades, to fully implement into your society.
We have many highly trained technicians, designers and planners
in each and every field of these systems that would be valuable to your society. Allow us, when the time is right, to explain
in detail which systems we feel need to be removed from your world and which systems we feel require upgrades to the current
methodologies and technologies of their current states. Allowing us to make these presentations to you is the first step,
and we look forward to making these presentations to you as we are confident many of you will easily see the virtues of such
advancements in the current ways many, if not all, of your current systems function.
The end product for your society will be systems that do not
pollute your air, your seas, your land or your lungs, and that bring positive results far beyond the current output of your
current systems. Many of these new systems that we will share with you are self containing and self maintaining, meaning by
themselves they will run efficiently without great amounts of manpower applied into them. We will explain more about these
technologies to you when we can speak more personally with you and engage with you through our presentations to your scientists
and your city and global planners. At this time, it is better we focus on the matters at hand that will lead to the opportunities
for us to make these and other presentations to you as well.
As it is said here in your world, we must not put the cart
before the horse. First things first, and we wish for as many of you as possible to focus clearly and focus solely on each
and every individual task that presents itself to you in a very particular order. It is such a great waste of focal energy
to scatter your thoughts and your energies on so many different areas of attention when this gets you nowhere. You must focus
on one individual task at a time and focus all your energy on that task and no other, and you will see results so much more
quickly in this way. We see so many of you performing so many tasks at once throughout your day, and then we see days, weeks
and even months go by without even one of these tasks being completed successfully. We wish for you to understand greater
the power of your focused energy and what results you can achieve by concentrating on but one task at a time.
We understand that many of you have jobs and families that
demand great portions of your focus and energy, and we understand you have little choice in this matter. We simply want you
to focus on other tasks that may be essential but that can be aligned in such a way as to allow you to focus on just one of
them at a time. This is what we wish you to focus on today. Focus on aligning the tasks that need to be accomplished in your
life in a straight line, either written on a piece of paper or in your mind. Choose the chore or the assignment that is most
important to be completed first, and then put out of your mind for now all the other tasks that are aligned behind it. Block
them out of your mind for now and focus on that one single task and do not remove your focus from this task until it is successfully
completed.
We know you could do this, and we know you will be quite surprised
and even at times astonished at just how quickly and efficiently you can complete each task in this long line of tasks that
need to be accomplished. We wish you great success in this, and we look forward to seeing great results as we see you apply
this technique to your long list of chores.

One is Whole Within. A separate unit of one is united
in One Whole. You are this separate, complete Being, united with All Life. It is your story that seems unique,
and it is; yet it is the story of Life that All share. Your fractal significance is that your perspective adds a new
angle to the story. Expansion occurs automatically, it is the blessing of time. Time begets change and space beckons
form. You are this engine of Life. You are the perspective of change, new form. You are the separate unit
of one united with and changing The Whole.
Wedded Bliss is your completeness accepted, it is your Wholeness
within that allows your creation response to be born of Wholeness rather than fear. Fear itself is not bad. It
is a separate unit of Life as is All, a creative force; yet it causes effect, adjustment, perspective shift - essentially
work. There is no judgment on the work of creation, yet as a human you have choice. The choice of ease or the
choice of work. The difference is merely a perspective shift. Ease is the natural Flow of Life assisting you with
the momentum of creation. Work is the natural Flow of Life resisted until the Flow becomes stronger than the resistance,
as it always will (the blessing of time). It applies to all aspects of your life, whether subtle in thought or feeling;
or dense in form or action. Resistance itself? Merely a perspective shift. Relax into Life, for it is fail-safed
for your expansion. Your choice, your perspective, determines your experience. Within your internal Wedded Bliss,
your relationship with Life becomes an easy Flow.
Wedded Bliss is the Self as One. The two become One
– Self and another, Self and God, Self and Creation, Self and Life. The dichotomy becomes the Whole Truth.
Nothing is outside of you, yet everything is. Nothing is separate from you, yet everything is. Nothing is resistable,
yet everything is. Nothing is choice, yet everything is. Open to the natural Flow of Life and you find union,
love and miracle as common. Resist the natural Flow of Life and you find what you expect. Seek the natural Flow
of Life and you find the welcoming of Life. It requires your perspective shift to become visible (look at it!).
As we sit to Blast Wedded Bliss, we are shifting the perspective
of separation into the perspective of connection. We are observing Life outside of Self as Life inside of Self awaiting
union within. We are uniting with all that would separate (fear) as a force of change that naturally Flows toward resolution.
We are seeking the choice to become Whole within such that creation responds with a reflection of Love in form – the
Whole Truth! Blast on!

The thing with Heavenletters is that there
are millions of them. They are endless. At any moment everyone in the world could pick up one for themselves. No matter the
language, Heavenletters (by whatever name they are called) are lined up waiting to be heard.
We can put it another
way. I am vibrating at every moment, and the hum of My vibration is accessible to you. Of course, it is. Why would that be
surprising? I want you to hear Me. That you come to know that We are One in your experience is My deep longing. It has ever
been so.
Just as you like to be heard and understood, so do I. For Eternity, I have wanted you to hear My very
Being. How I want to burst through the reservations you have about hearing Me directly.
I want to tell you that
hearing Me is a piece of cake! I will further tell you that you do hear Me directly, only you don't quite take it in. You
don't quite take in the idea that you can hear Me, are hearing Me, and so, subtly, you cast hearing Me aside. You do this
in allegiance to the world. You may well believe in Me, yet you do not yet believe in yourself. Believe in yourself, and you
will know a direct route to My Heart and all the love that vibrates herein.
It is love that keeps you afloat.
What else but My love could do that?
Now, those of you who are already hearing the beat of My heart and hear
it instantly translated into your language, whatever language it may be, are questioning what I say about believing in yourself.
Dear Ones, I did not say that you have to believe in yourself in order to hear Me. I am saying that it is a very good way,
and it is My desire, deep and long, that you, no matter who you are, believe in yourself. Once you believe in yourself, We
can dispense with baby steps.
It is not that you object to believing in yourself. How you would love to. How
you would love to and dispense with doubt and misgivings and all the uncertain thoughts that plague you. How you would love
to be done with all that keeps you back from your full awareness of God.
I know you are waiting for some great
initiation into My fold when you are already here. You are waiting for something spectacular to happen. You want to be taken
to a Great Hall of Silence. You want to be picked out from the masses. Beloveds, you and all the masses have already been
picked out. You have yet to pick yourself out as worthy of hearing Me speak to you. Climb up here yourself then.
If
you have to, convince yourself that even the unworthy can hear Me. I say there are no unworthy, and, yet, if you need to hear,
in your mind, that even the unworthy can hear God, then know it. Tell yourself that even those who consider themselves unworthy
can hear God's Voice, and can hear it well, can hear it in the recesses of their mind, in their ears, in their hearts, in
their bloodstream, in their memories, in their desires, in their calling. Even in the halls of noise can I be heard. What
could possibly keep Me from being heard but you? My desire to be heard is so great.
It is like you have a hearing
aid, yet you turned it off long ago. You protest you haven't heard, and then I remind you to turn on your hearing aid.
Thump
on your chest, beloveds. I am speaking to you. I am speaking to you at every moment. I speak to you at every moment, and I
want to be heard. I want you to hear Me. It's no big deal. Just listen in. I am speaking to you.

Archangel Michael: The Next Wave Approaches

We will now discuss the subject of the
coming eclipse and the energies of June. We are sure that many of you are finding the current changes to your DNA very
much to your liking. As you integrate them more and more into yourselves, you are beginning to discover that many of
the things that have been promised you are showing evidence of becoming part of your being.
Most of you are having
trouble finding the courage to discuss this with your friends and family. Do not worry on that account, dear friends.
First you will meet others who are having the same experiences, and then you will realize that you are not imagining things
or losing your minds. The experience is quite surprising, even though we have talked about it for a very long time,
is it not?
Many, many more of you have experienced these changes than are aware of them, and it will be quite
some time before the reality of them begins to surface. Some dear souls are simply not aware of anything like the subject
of ascension, have any concept of DNA, or expect any changes to themselves to occur. Some who have begun to have their
DNA re-connected and have their energy bodies changed would even, at this point, still argue that these things are all fantasies.
They will eventually be even more surprised than you are. They will need a great deal of loving help when their world
and their internal lives begin to change.
You may witness such changes in people that are difficult to believe.
It may be disorienting to them, as well. Please accept them for who they are becoming and do not continue to judge them
for their pasts. It is all illusion remember. They are simply laying aside the masks they put on when they arrived
here, just as you have done.
There is some time left in this wave of heightened frequency input. You will
now begin to experience an increase as the next wave approaches. We again ask you to keep yourselves grounded and as
well rested as you are able. Each wave is mounting in intensity now, but you are going to find it easier as you integrate
more and more of the light. We advise you to listen well to the promptings of your inner selves. Listen and act
upon them. What do you feel like doing? Where do you feel like doing it? Whom do you wish to do it with?
Also, please continue to bring all the light you can into yourselves and then share it with your mother, Gaia, and with those
around you.
We are seeing a steady increase in the effect of your efforts. When change occurs to the mass
consciousness, it occurs suddenly and dramatically. It will be as if you have awakened to find yourselves in a whole
new world. You will have the satisfaction of knowing you have done your part in creating it.

done, dear ones.”
