My dear friends, we love you so very much. Rest assured knowing that everything in your life is in right
order. Everything is in right timing. Truly dear ones we watch you rushing about and know that if you only knew the truth
of your place in eternity, you would slow down a bit and enjoy the journey. Nothing is more important than the quality of
this moment. Nothing is more important than whether or not you are adding love to this moment or running from it. Are
you conscious of how your body feels right now? Take a moment. Become aware of your body. Are you hot, cold, in need of stretching,
in need of touch, in need of food? Ask your body right now, "Body, what do you need in this moment?" Then make a deal, that
at your earliest convenience you will give your body what it needs. Your physical vehicle is the starting point for living
in the present moment. If you are aware of its needs, you can start to become aware of so much more. Ask your
heart now, "Heart, what do you need in this moment, and how can I give this to you?" We are not talking now about your physical
heart, but rather your sacred heart, the energy of your spirit, the energy of God's love that lives within you. The answer
may surprise you. The answer may be remarkably simple. Your spirit is not as complex dear ones as you think. It always wants
to express or experience that love in some fashion in any given moment. Your minds come up with remarkable machinations as
to how you should move yourself through life in order to express or experience that love, but your hearts will always give
you the simplest answer. If you were able to move through life in this fashion, moment by moment, being aware
of the needs of your body and spirit, then dear ones, you would move through life as much of the natural world does - with
thought being used as a tool rather than as a torment, with a trust in the movements within you, guided with ease and grace,
moving naturally towards that which uplifts and 'feeds' you and moving away from that which does not. You would do so without
self-judgment, without the need to judge others, and with simple grace. Try it for a few hours. Try just living your life
with awareness of what it is you need now, and now, and now... and soon dear ones, you won't even need to ask the questions
for you will have made room to allow the answers to arise naturally from within. Your bodies and souls are programmed to seek
and express love in your daily moments. You have learned to block these simple truths, but with a bit of practice you can
become adept once again at feeling your internal guidance and acting upon it. God bless you! We love you so very

For some souls who have only just
awakened, their reality has been shattered and for a while they will cling to what they believed to be the truth. It is important
that they realize that the coming changes are not to be feared. Also that it is not too late to alter their pattern of thinking
to allow their consciousness levels to be lifted, and place themselves on the path to Ascension. It is not necessarily a matter
of how much you know, as your understanding that progress will be made by living from the heart and not through the ego. Be
humble and see yourself in every other soul, and treat them as you would yourself be treated. One of the main frailties that
humans have is being judgmental and if you can work towards being non-judgmental, you will have travelled a long way towards
lifting yourself up.
God has provided for every soul but left the choice up to you, as to whether you wish to
ascend or continue your third dimensional experiences. It may not seem so, but you have all had the same opportunities to
change the course of your life. It comes down to wanting to change, and taking the responsibility for your own spiritual evolution.
Once you make that decision you will never travel alone, but that help is lost unless you put the effort in to setting yourself
a goal. Time is short and very soon there will be great revelations about the true purpose of life, and most importantly,
establishing the truth about The One God of your Universe. God is not the sole property of any religion, but God to every
single soul and each one is a god-spark in its own rights. The whole purpose of your many lives is to experience and take
it back to the God-head. Since you have been granted freewill to do so, God does not chastise or punish you, and allows the
Laws of the Universe to apply the necessary teachings that will help you over any mistakes you have made.
Dear
Ones, your wait is nearly over as the final arrangements are made to go ahead with the arrests of the Illuminati. It is something
of a military operation, but their presence will only be to help our allies if they are violently opposed. As far as we are
concerned, the activities are planned to be non-violent and legally supported and enforced by Law Marshals. That much many
of you are aware of through keeping up to date with the news coming out from many reliable sources. However, as always discretion
is called for as the truth will often be countered by disinformation, or denial by those who have different beliefs. Once
we can speak openly to you, you will soon accept our messages as you will intuitively know that they are true. Since we have
been in contact since the mid 1900's it is not as though we have suddenly come into your lives. Through us and various spiritual
societies we have as it were, been breaking the ice that has concealed the truth.
It is our wish that extra effort
is put in by those who are in the forefront of the spiritual vanguard, to do all possible to get the news out of the pending
changes. People will hear of some aspects without being sufficiently informed to avoid becoming fearful. Naturally they will
have many questions, and this is where you can come in and be of great help. Physical changes are necessary but will not be
as catastrophic as the original prophecies suggested. They were given in accordance with the probabilities that existed at
that time. We are pleased to inform you that consciousness levels have lifted up so much in recent times, that physical changes
will be much less volatile. As we have often advised you and will repeat that if you are concerned about where you are, sit
quietly for a while and intuitively check it out with you Higher Self.
Until the governmental changes you will
be unable to trust official reports, as they are still influenced by those who want you to remain in the dark. A perfect illustration
of this is the U.S. Governments recent denial of us and our craft, notwithstanding the fact that we have met with them on
many occasions. However, it makes little difference in the long run as when the timing is appropriate, we shall ensure that
the official announcement acknowledging our presence goes ahead. That will signal the beginning of a close association between
us and you, that will carry on through Ascension and into the next cycle of your evolution. With our allies help we are laying
down the foundations for your elevation into the higher dimensions. You already have one foot in them and as you raise your
vibrations, will readily take to the changes. In effect, you will have nothing taken away from you that is not replaced by
something better. Bear in mind that the ultimate goal is to turn you into Galactic Beings.
In some ways it is
as well you do not have instant recall of previous lives, as it would probably pre-occupy you when you should be concentrating
on your future. Furthermore, you would not necessarily recognize yourself as the same person you are now, as you will have
evolved and become more of the Light. Just imagine how much experience you have gained, and how it has molded you into the
person you are today. Do not worry if you still have baggage to release, and use your self control to overcome it. If you
aspire to lift yourself up you will never be without help, even if you are unaware of it. Angels and Guides accompany you
through the physical world, and are doing all they can to make sure you fulfil your life plan. You can help yourself by acknowledging
their presence and call upon them if you need their help, as they cannot "interfere" unless you do so. There are exceptions
as for instance if you are in danger, they are allowed to help you through such difficulties. That absolutely applies if your
life is threatened, and it is not your time to leave the Earth. It is almost certain that many of you have escaped some danger
without even realizing how you did so, and probably put it down to luck or sheer coincidence.

Sirius, and can you see now how important you are to us, and how you are being safely guided to completion of this cycle.
It may sound odd given that you exist in the lower dimensions, but the Universe depends on you to reach the end time through
Ascension. It awaits Man's great fulfilment and ascendancy to the higher dimensions, the place that is your real home. Speaking
for the Galactic Federation, I can tell you that we love you all, and see you as your Higher Selves without a blemish, standing
in the pure Light of Love.

Our
Jump To 5D is Not The End Of The Road
Hello, Dear Friends. We, The Council, come in unity on this day with
a gentle reminder which we feel shall be of benefit to all. Your family members of Star and Spirit have been observing
your progress with a loving mixture of hope, excitement and awe. You have achieved what so few may lay claim to, in
the vast and illustrious annals of our Universe’s history. You are transforming yourselves while grounded
within dense physicality, raising up your spirit and your Self to heights beyond any preconceived expectation. There
is no barrier whatsoever, which would prevent you from taking this process as high as you wish to go. There is nobody
saying that you must stop at the 5th or the 7th, 8th, 9th. Why not see how far you might stretch, when setting your
goals and in your visualizations of your new life, post-ascension? What of the 12th or 13th? All is ready and
waiting for you to lay claim to, as is your right, as the sovereign children of the Mother/Father Creator.
We
shall begin this talk with the issue of shielding. Even though you have succeeded in the raising of your vibration,
this does not make the Earthly vessel invulnerable. If anything, you are now shining more brightly than ever and are
thus attracting those in need with your radiant compassion and light. You radiate goodness, Godliness, a hope for salvation;
hence, the people of Earth shall come to you for guidance and direction. They shall cast their sorrows at your feet.
And while it is your place to assist them, it is by no means required of you that you take their lower thoughtforms and pain
unto your own self. Do you understand this, Beloveds? Before working with another, before doing any type of healing-or
for that matter, before going to bed or even leaving the house-you must set up around yourselves and your families a shield
of Divine protection. There is no one proper way to do this, no right or wrong method. Find a method which resonates
with you, and employ it religiously once or twice per day. A very simple and effective thing to do is to encase yourself
in a large orb of crystalline light, in the color of your own choosing. Encase not only yourself and your families,
but your pets, your home, your community, your mode of transportation. Invoke your loving guides and ask that they surround
your orbs throughout the day. Brother Michael also stands ready to assist, with his sword and shield of protection.
There are bands of specialized Angels available to help you also. Quite effective are the jolly and playful Travel Angels,
who serve as companionable escorts and protectors, and are able to form a type of barrier around your vehicle. Another
point to keep in mind is that you are now glowing so brilliantly that to the gentle travelers departing the planet, you can
quite easily be mistaken for a portal of light or exit point that the soul looks for immediately after release from the body.
They are dear and pure, these travelers, they are your sisters and brothers. Nontheless, you do not want them
attached to you, nor do you want to be detaining them from returning home. A simple encasement of protective opaque
light will hide your glimmer and make you less visible to the various entities in your vicinity.
Your channels
of communication are also an area of great concern to us at this time. As you raise your frequency, the blockages shall
fall away, leaving you wide open to communication from your guides and families. However, you must take care to insure
that the message is indeed coming from the one who professes to speak to you. Think of yourself as an electronic instrument.
When the circuits are clear and all is in functioning order, the signal is crisp and non-static, with no interference from
the outside. Envision your chakric system as a series of wide open receptors. They must be kept pristine.
If not, this will affect the integrity of the transmissions you receive. Just remember-keep shielding, keep clearing!
Please do not forget to thoroughly cleanse yourselves after
performing any type of healing or intuitive work. This may be done with salt baths, an invocation, vortex spinning or
a short meditation. You are now stepping into more visible roles, as the ones who shall awaken the human race and lead
them through the gates of the new Paradise. While you have always been protected, it is now time to proceed with even
greater care for your Self. We are counting on you to be at your best! Also take care to receive at least 15 minutes
of sunlight per day, as the sun is the primary catalyst for the continued activation of your DNA. These are magnificent
times we live in, Dear Friends, and you have only just scratched the surface of the wonders that they shall bring! Keep
love in your heart for us, your families of the stars who dearly love you. May yours be a journey of miracles
and peace.

I Can Remember When

Going back into the memory of my predecessor in this body
physical, it can readily be seen that he was, in his own right, an accomplished light-worker. He led a life of quite
some adventure working hard for the planet and having also travelled this world, and the next, quite extensively in his search
and goal on life’s journey. My hat off to him and to that which he has accomplished, and of course for his allowing
the most timely utilising of this physical spacesuit that has afforded me an eventful mode of transport in this now time.
He hails from Sirius and also with a ‘kin’ pull to the Pleaidian star system, but of course it is certainly not
my place or right to share anything more - so again I thank him for this my 'walk-in' experience and I would also remind everyone
who I met before Autumn of 1995, "I am not the 'man' you think I am." (o: Only 17yrs.
Interesting it is
to observe the horizons so to say, with a little more detached interest, for it is a little easier to step back a bit when
you have not been here in residence for too long, and it truly is a remarkable planet for me as a visitor, so to speak. Yet,
for a few years after my in-coming I had virtually forgotten that I was indeed a ‘walk-in’ or temporary visitor,
having gotten more adjusted to these lower vibrations of third dimensionality. I must confess that I have never felt it as
‘home’ but that applies to a lot of local residents, having come in from a multitude of star systems and time
lines. It is the heavy-ness that becomes quite a challenge for one's feet appear to be sinking deeper into a quagmire of density
as one observes and goes about one’s chores or duties.
I keep mainly out of crowded areas as I find them
far too difficult to cope or handle at all well. The eddying energies multiply and all come together, and the results can
be quite intense and threatening, to a one who has come in from another home ground, so to speak, that might have their
playing field a little higher up the hillside and nearer to God, so to say! Yet of course I see also the pain and fatigue
that emanates from many dear souls who are also struggling in this density and 'drudgery' of 3D physicality.
You
are all well aware of the changing times and the promise of lighter lifestyles in the not too distant future, and I shall
here like to add that the future is to be the one that you are co-creating, and I ask you from my heart to yours that you
see only that which is ‘right and light,’ and hold your heads up with faith and determination, seeing a future
that is what you 'know' it to be, not one where some richer beings hug the whole pot of honey and the poor have not even the
spoon. Make your own honey in your hearts and you become the spoon, helping self, helping others of lesser and holding forth
your dreams - for dreams can truly become the reality, your reality.
I am blessed to have transport that takes
me out into the green fields and trees and I urge you all, if you can, to get out into nature as much as you possibly can,
for you will reap from these gifts from mother nature so much, not necessarily honey but something that is as wonderful and
that is God's clean, clear, fresh air - and love - from all manner of beings that shower you with love and blessings as you
find those places where grass and trees abound. They are filled with elemental beings whose very nature is to laugh and to
love, sometimes a little cheeky at times but all in God fun! Breath in that clean fresh air, fill your lungs with the
air that Mother Earth has blowing across her vast expansive body. Know that she holds you in such high esteem, for she loves
you all so. She knows that soon, after one or two little bumps and spills have past, will you have a far better outlook on
life and a growing together of more souls who are starting to see things from a far better standpoint. Light is love!
I am here for just a little while longer and then will I be returning to my home ground, so to speak,
but I will not forget you, any of you, and why? Simply because we are all family. All are family, there is no separation,
we are all One, be still and know that you are so loved.
Remember we are but one big Universal family,
and God is in you and in me.

said: Come over here. Come near where you can hear Me, feel Me, know Me, and know Me to be your Self, for you
were made in My image. How can you know the meaning of this until you know Me? Certainly you are not that disconcerted image
who runs around unsure of himself. The ordinariness that you have known your physical self to be certainly is not My image.
My image is far greater than that, and so are you far greater than the body that sits and ponders or runs away from pondering. You
must know that there is more to yourself than what you see in the mirror. You must know that there is something more to you
than what you have given yourself credit for. Yes, there is something more to you than the drawing of yourself you have made.
You are a personification of Me. You are a logo of me, so to say. There is more than one way to know that you
are more than what meets the eye, that you have a depth unexcavated, that you have a depth as deep as the deepest ocean, that
you have a height that reaches to Heaven, that you are a Divine Being dressed in a human body with all its accoutrements. One
way you know Who you are is from your knowing what you are not. You are not your money nor are you your lack of money. You
are not your car. You are not the individual who walks a certain way or who can do calisthenics. You are not your family.
You are not the oldest or the youngest. There is a part of you that even observes your etched self as you go
about your day. You are your own observer. Who is observing you? It is a part of you other than your personality, other than
your personhood, other than the name you go by. You are the observer. I am not talking about the critic in you that you picked
up along the way of life. I am talking about the Silent One within you who observes and who is not emotionally involved. This
observer of you is not outside you. Within yourself, you observe yourself. Another way you know, or have an inkling
of your Greatness, is that when you read fine words, look at art, hear beautiful music, when you meet a High Being, you feel
something. You feel a stirring of your Higher Self. How would you recognize a higher vibration unless you were reverberating
to it? This Higher is already within you. When you read My words here and your heart leaps even a little bit,
you are recognizing more of yourself than what you see in daily life. You are getting a glimpse of the Greatness of Who you
really are. Gravitate toward this Greatness, beloveds. Start thinking of yourself as Higher than you ever dreamed of. The
Greater You is always present waiting to embrace itself. The Greater Being you are is already within you. Start paying attention. You
are a Divine Being housed for a while in a human body. That makes you a human being. Remember that you are Being. You are
not limited to being a Doer. The world might say your worth is according to what you accomplish. I say you are Being, and
that Being is worth everything. There is that within you that longs to see the light of day. Let this longing

Turning Toward One's Inner Being

Beloved Ones,
It is part of embodied life to focus on the level of the mind
and on the level of the emotions as a way of identifying the self. Such identification has come about over a very long period
of time and its presence signals the ascendance of the ego-self within time and space and the relative diminishment of the
conscious awareness of one's inner being -- one's transcendent, immortal, soul-self. That this shift took place is not a mistake.
It is not an error in judgment. It is the consequence of souls being drawn into the sphere of duality which the physical realm
represented, and it was by choice that souls arrived there.
Yet all of such identification is but a transitory stage on
the path of return to the point of one's origins. All is in transition, awaiting the influx of greater light into consciousness
in order to complete the circle and to bring the embodied self home again. For this purpose, God has ordained that light of
the Highest shall be present upon the Earth and implanted within it, affecting the physical in every molecule and pore of
its inherent structure. As a result, souls will be enabled and the physical Earth will be enabled to complete the journey
into wholeness and reunion.
The soul-self that lives within you is eternal and everpresent.
It cannot be diminished by emotion or limited by thought. But what can be limited by thought and by emotion is your perception
of who you are. Your conscious self must bypass thought and emotion in order to reacquire the sense of inner being, for one
may say that it lives in the body more than in the feelings or in thought. It lives as a sense of eternal truth within the
deepest levels of your own knowing. This inner sensibility remains within you at all times. It is there during times of peace
and it is there during times of trouble. It is what makes it possible to endure through difficulties of all kinds, and it
is what makes it possible for you to know the truth of your own relationship with the Divine. What is needed is for you to
turn toward it.
Especially during times of hardship, it is often difficult
to override feelings of hopelessness, despair, anxiety, and overwhelm. And it is precisely at such times that it is most important
to turn toward your inner being as if you were a plant turning toward the sun. It can be that innate. It can be that automatic.
It involves the confident belief that there is a place inside that is untouched by what is going on outside you, a place that
remains steadfast in relation to truth and in relation to the deepest values of the heart. During times of trouble, it is
most important to remember this.
There are pathways of access that help in this remembering.
You may release thought and emotion through any form of meditation that is comfortable or familiar to you. You may immerse
yourself in the quiet and peace of the trees and of nature. Most significantly, you must release disbelief that this place
exists within you and that it is accessible, for energies that are prominent on the Earth today seek to separate many from
themselves and thrive in the area of doubt and disbelief. If you can hold fast to the belief that the abode of the Eternal
lives within you as you, you will be able to find the path to it.
Breathing deeply with the consciousness of light is important,
for light opens paths that remain closed in its absence. The Practice of Alignment can be of great help in this regard, for
it brings light into both body and mind and opens the doorway to your soul.
The understanding that you are not your thoughts or your feelings
is important, and even if it has not yet become a realized experience, it is essential that you know that it can become an
experience. It is you. It is the pure you of Creation. It can remain as a beacon and a place of shelter in times of turbulence.
Your inner being is more real than the transitory and passing
scene of what you are feeling or thinking in these moments. As the sun is more real than shadows which vanish in its presence,
so, too, are the shadows of what exist within the more superficial layers of yourself less real than that which is deeper.
You are not your thoughts. You are not your emotions. You
are the eternal light of your soul, emanating now from the center of who you are. Breathe, release, feel the warmth of the
Divine within you.
