Welcome back, Beloved Lightworkers,
These times that you are living in are the most challenging
and most exhilarating Humankind has ever experienced. These times are filled with the old structures and paradigms collapsing
all around you and at the same time, the new way of living and being is being implemented, this is truly a wondrous time to
be present in a physical body as these changes occur and each of you are an active participant in them. Well met, Beloved
Ones! Many of you are leaving the old patterns behind you and embracing a new way, a way of sovereignty and personal power,
a way of peace, loving kindness, compassion for all, for how can it be otherwise, for when you gaze into the eyes of your
sister or brother, you see their Divinity reflected there.
In the next month or so, there will continue to be great changes
taking place within the minds and hearts of Humanity and there will be great revelations taking place in each one’s
consciousness and understanding. Much will change as this happens, for the force of Love is at work and there is no greater
power in existence. Many things that were hidden will come to Light and the minds of Humanity will be experiencing shock and
awe as they come forth. Know that each of you are prepared to take your places as this happens and that you have been placed
in exactly the right spot to be of the greatest benefit to the Earth and all upon Her. Your Light is a shining Beacon and
each of you hold a greater role in the Divine Plan than you can imagine at this time. Your Light transmutes and transforms
and stabilizes everything within the radius of your home for hundreds of miles around you. That is how powerful you are!
Go through these times remembering the Light that you
are and daily affirm that you are the Light and the Light is needed now. As the Cosmic Forces pour down upon the atmosphere
of the Earth, all will be affected in a way that is in keeping with the Path that each has chosen to walk in these changing
times. Let go of the fetters and the illusions and the games that are still playing around you. We understand that this is
very difficult to do when it is your own Loved Ones who are in the midst of these, but you must hold steady your Light and
your great faith in the Light of God that never fails and never falter. Call upon the Forces of Light that surround you and
believe that all is as it should be.
Each day, take the time to affirm the life that you envision
for yourselves and your Loved Ones and hold steady to the vision. In the midst of the chaos, your visions will see you through.
You are our Front Line teams, you are the ones who have held the Light steady upon the Earth, even when you have been severely
tested, and, we know that you have been, Dear Ones and that it does not seem fair, for those who are so good, so kind, so
loving to be asked to bear such great burdens. Know that this, too, shall pass and you will all see the Light of a new day
upon your Planet and life as you have known it shall be forever changed for the better and all that you have so earnestly
desired within your hearts shall come to pass. You shall come to understand that not all is as it seems and the greater picture
of your current experiences shall begin to come into your awareness.
The most important thing to remember is that you are loved
beyond measure by we of the Higher realms and that you are literally, never alone. Write down affirmations that empower you
and repeat them constantly. Hold to the feelings of joy, anticipation and well-being, of excited anticipation for the new
era that will soon come to pass. You can do this, Beloved Hearts, you can and will do this because you hold the greatest Love
the world has ever seen within your Beings and as you remember who and what you are, the blessings you bring to those around
you will become apparent and no longer will you be the Invisible Ones because of the Light you have held. It was necessary
in order to protect you all and everything that you have had to live and endure was for a greater purpose. You are now in
the home stretch of your journey and soon many more of your Brothers and Sisters will Awaken and join you in this Great Work,
and perhaps even your Beloved Family members will be among them. Take heart and keep on keeping on!

Lay Down Your Burdens

God said:
Beloveds, you do not always have to deal with everything.
Some things will take care of themselves. You do not have to put out every fire. You do not need to pile your plate high.
Sometimes you have too much on your plate. You cannot eat every bite of life, nor do you have to make everything right.
If you have a sense of having too much to do, you are taking
too much responsibility upon yourself. You have responsibility in everything, and you also have the responsibility to not
take on the world. You have to let some things go. You can let some things go. You are not meant to be a tiger.
Some people may need the advice to get off their chair and
tackle some matters in life. I am thinking that may be advice for some others, but not for you. You have had your nose to
the grindstone, and you are trying to solve more than you can solve.
Remember Me. You know how I operate. I do not get My dander
up. I don't make a fuss. I amble along. The gears of the world are working. I have set the sun and the moon in motion, and
I do not supervise them. They know what they are to do, and they do it.
I ask you to have some of that faith in Me. I do not mean
for you to leave everything to Me. I do ask you to lay your burdens down, and pick up only a few to take with you. Some burdens
you can leave to Me.
Consider your life like the weather. You do not feel that
you have to control the weather at every turn. Even when the weather has gone to an extreme, you know it will right itself.
You do not have to put your finger in every pie. You don't have to weep when it rains.
Of course, you do contribute to the weather, but you don't
have to take it on as you too often take on matters in your own life. Contribute, but do not take over. Do what is yours to
do. Close the windows, but do not feel that you have to order the rain to stop.
Some difficulties do better without your determination and
resolve. Many of your personal difficulties will do better left to their own devices. You cannot hammer every nail.
Have you perhaps been hammering at life? You do not have to
involve yourself in everything. Even in disputes, you can let them be.
You know, if you are walking to the store, you can only fit
so much into your backpack. And your back, as well, can only carry so much. What is the point of carrying more than you can
carry?
When you take a flight on an airline, there is only so much
you can take on. You find you can manage without some of the items you wanted to take but had to leave behind.
Perhaps you can prioritize what you pack in life as well.
Truly, you are not meant to be Atlas carrying the world on
his shoulders.
No one else has to carry the world either.
If you are a farmer and you plant your crop, you plant it.
You give it every care. Ultimately, however, you are not in charge of your crop. You do what is yours to do. You water it.
You bless it. And you leave it to nature. Most of the time, nature comes through for you.
And, so, in personal issues, you can only do so much. Set
up your relationships as best you can, and let life take its course, and let others do as they choose. You are not responsible
for everyone's choices.

Greetings!
Re-birthing, stretching within the cocoon. Soon the veils
will give way as we reach through, tearing our way out, unfolding our multicolored wings and taking our first flight.
On Monday, June 21, I went to a Solstice gathering on a beautiful
place on the Earth at the edge of a field that rolled down to meet the Hudson River. The sweet fragrance of Linden trees filled
the air. There is a medicine wheel there made up of standing stones. We hung flags of red, yellow, black and white to honor
the four directions and in the wheel we made “pilgrimage” to each direction and then sat in meditation. Within
prayers for the healing of the Earth and for humanity to awaken to right relationship with all of life, I found myself opening
to receive the energy of each direction, without thinking about the aspects that each direction holds, just opening to feeling.
And to my surprise, when I made my offering at the center of the wheel I found myself asking in a little prayer that I be
able to receive the beauty of who I am. I think most of us in the human body hold feelings of unworthiness so deep within
our genetic makeup. So this prayer arose from my heart… “Please help me to receive the bounty and abundance that
the Universe has to offer in all dimensions, on all levels through space and time and within all of my energy fields. And
please help me to receive the beauty of who I am.”
Receiving the beauty of who I am… letting go of doubts,
feelings of unworthiness, standing in my truth and being who I am – the light and the shadow.
A channeled message received on the Summer Solstice
from The Vastness of Being
This Solstice is heralding in great change and expansion.
At times you may feel chaotic energies around you – it is important to connect with the center of your being. We sense
nervousness within you—we attempt to soothe you with peaceful energies, nurturing and providing sustenance to you. Through
your breath you can open up to receive this energy. We cannot send it into you if you are closed, constricted with fear and
doubt. Breathing into the “all is well in this moment of now” and feeling appreciation for the beauty that is
around you helps you to soften within. . . helps to open your inner channel to receive – to receive on all levels in
all energy bodies the sustenance and balance and expansion into love that you desire.
Shine On
Take yourself back to moments when you were feeling your “shine.” Bring yourself to moments when you have a knowing that you are at the right place in the right time. This is the same as when you cultivate the love within your heart, when you bring yourself into the knowing of who you are and feeling into your connection with All that Is. This is where you access your power this is where you access the abundant, infinite energies of divine source. Being in a place where you can open up to your connection
to nature brings you into the knowing of abundance. Observe the animals in their innocence, the squirrel hopping across the
stream from rock to rock. Yes the innocence and the resonance of love is what will help you to navigate through these expansive
energies.
Creative Chaos
The expansion creates chaos as energetic structures collapse and this is part of the experience of growing and releasing that which does not fit the organic flow of the evolution of consciousness. Within the chaos a gateway is opening for you. It is as if you are swimming through space and time and will enter and flow though this gateway of light. It is a gateway of love and light and you are in the current that will take you into this flow that will bring you into what we call higher ground and vistas of more beauty and more love. And yes many are choosing through their beingness to enter into this gateway and open into love no matter what is playing out around you. The expansion will cause further chaos in some realms and further shifting and releasing and collapsing of the old modalities and you will be supported through love as you open more and more to these higher frequencies. Being instead of doing
When we say “beingness” we mean you don’t have to try, you don’t have to do anything, you just be in love. Call upon your guides and Divine Source energy to assist you and to help you to open more and more into freedom, love and innocence. This is the vibration which carries you gracefully through the expanding energies. All that you wish for is already in the realm of your experience;
all that you wish for is within you to experience. All that you wish for is already here. Feel into the expansiveness of these
statements. From the winter solstice until this time you have planted seeds. And now you will begin to see the seeds coming
into fruition, moving towards harvest. This is the beauty of the rhythm of the times. It wasn’t always this way on earth.
There was a time before the great cataclysm and the shifting of the poles where the seasons did not change, but now you are
living in the beauty and rhythm of the movement of the moon and the sun, the earth, the stars and planets. As you harvest
the seeds you planted you may find some weeds that need to be removed from their roots. Within the higher vibrational energies
of love you will be able to do so with loving kindness towards yourself. We feel the nervousness within you and we offer soothing
energy to strengthen your solar plexus and the first and second chakras as well.
The Circle of Light
As you vibrate with the resonance of love and innocence, you bring more light to you. See yourself sitting in this circle of light and fill your energy field with this light. No matter what is happening outside of you, remain in the circle of light and you will manifest what it is you so desire for your happiness. This will be a challenge where there are still voices in the world that say there is not enough and speak of lack – many different versions of lack – lacking the relationship you’d like to have, lacking the money you’d like to have and so on. We would like to focus on your ability to manifest at a moments notice. Call forth all that you need. Call it forth by feeling what it feels like to receive. Go into the openness of receiving at every moment. When you start to drift from love, pull yourself back into the light – when you find yourself wandering off into the depths of darkness, turn yourself back towards the light. You know what the light is; you know what the light feels like. It is shining out into the darkness, reaching beams of light to you for you to travel on to bring you back into the circle of light – the fire circle in the midst of the jungle. The fire in the center of the circle is your life force energy, and it is your path. This is the fire of joy and happiness, of inspiration, playfulness, innocence. Bring yourself back to the fire within. As you cultivate it, as you feed the fire with love, it grows and remains steady. Challenges help you grow
There may be times when this is challenging but that challenge is the great teacher that helps you strengthen the muscle, as it were, that will bring you back into the center. And even that is something you can cultivate appreciation for as you walk more and more in joy. So bring yourself back into the light with the feelings of innocence and joy and being in the moment of now. When you are in this light you are on the beam – the beam of life force energy that carries you forward. Timelessness
You are accustomed to moving quickly – we say allow yourselves to slow down to feel yourselves within this vibration as you become timeless and you don’t have a sensation of fast or slow, it is just an is-ness. It is as if there is a fine point that you can perch upon like a dragonfly on a leaf and if you find this fine point, the energy spreads out into the expansion and it is beingness that helps you to alight into this light and to receive the gift of timelessness. So begin cultivating with your breath the essence of love and expansion. And you will find yourself flowing and glowing into the beauty and the world will not look the same. The energetic structures that have been in place for so long
are disappearing all around you as the energies expand, which is why you have felt disoriented at times. The mind tries to
understand and explain. We say bring stillness to the mind through breathing, through coming into the heart over and over
again. This is a practice, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day. As you make this a practice you will see more joy and
more spontaneity coming into your life. Allow for this opening to occur. Do not try to push it, just be it. Don’t worry
that you’ve missed it – the expansion—moving through the portal—it is not something you can do anything
about. A divine paradox! Someday you will come to feel that it doesn’t matter whether you “got it” or not.
As you cultivate and become the innocence and love and joy it simply won’t matter “where” you are, and you
will find yourself to be there, wherever “there” is. Ha ha! We offer you a conundrum of the expansion!
Allow your shine to glow and radiate no matter what the outer
circumstances are.
And consider this: What is valued? What do you value in yourself?
What to you value in the world? What is value? What is of value? We speak of rolling with the changes. All beings are learning
about value.
Superheroes
Why do we go on about light, expansion, innocence, love and joy? Because it is these energies that will assist humanity in opening into the truth of your nature. You have powers and abilities that you haven’t dreamed of. Or perhaps you have dreamed of these powers but have no idea how to access them. Non-fiction…
Utter fatigue, extreme exhaustion, unbelievable lack of productivity, I have never felt so completely wiped out as I did in the last month (May-June 2010). I began to think I needed a doctor, some iron
pills, a B-12 shot, a daily multi-vitamin or anything to boost my energy levels, maybe all of the aforementioned. Each
twilight, as the sun set and evening made its presence known, a new, yet familiar, energy enveloped me and slumber, much-needed
slumber, gracefully descended. Every morning as I unwillingly dragged myself from the deep comforts of the dream
world, a beautiful bird sang me a constant, hauntingly serene, tone-piercing melody.
On one of these most recent evenings, I awoke
to a fascinating scene. I was lying on a massage table being worked on with tuning forks, colour lasers and incredible
other worldly stones (crystals, I guess) by benevolent extraterrestrials. The energy I had been sensing was the vibration
of these etheric beings. There simply are no words for this memory. I can best describe these galactic companions as
something akin to lush diamonds, glowing stars, luminous crystals, fairy dust, blue velvet or the darkness and depth of deep
space. I wasn’t suppose to be conscious, so one of them shut my eyes and I retreated into the deep recesses from
which I came. At which time, I had a dream.
My Dream…
I walked up to the entrance doors of the bank, I noticed there were no security guards…only a large green or red flashing button. As I approached it, a computer screen registered my galactic signature, something akin to a fingerprint, then the green light button lit up, next the banks doors opened and I was omitted. I couldn’t have imagined any other outcome, I knew my guides had sent me here this morning. I proceeded to walk through a corridor sensor
which reminded me of the security checks at airports but rather than measuring for metals or weapons, this sensor measured
the light quotient growth in your personal colour. All of a sudden, the bank was filled with lilac (that’s my
colour). Lilac was everywhere and a sound, cha-ching, cha-ching, which reminded me of a slot machine winner in Vegas,
filled the air.
I proceeded to the counter where I entered my
credit card into a machine (no automated employees in this bank) and what do you know? Value, credit, a boost of worth
was added to my credit card. I was rich, well, at least by my standards, I had more spending power than I have had in
a long time.
Seeing as how I had recently stepped through
my fear of public speaking with an empowered presentation that “awoke” many humans, I was being rewarded for my
own personal growth, and I was being doubly awarded for my positive effect on the mass consciousness. In the new economy,
I was being well paid for my light purpose. Public speaking, writing, communications, healing arts, these are the ways
I play with Spirit, so I was being paid for my fun. I was definitely in love with this world.
Suddenly, another customer at the bank, who was
standing at the neighboring teller machine, started crying. Apparently, she had lost value on her credit card.
Uh-oh, I could only wonder what she had done? Lied, cheated, gossiped or some other low-level activity from the 3D world.
All the light people in the bank at that moment instantly sent this young woman compassionate energy. Non-judgemental
waves of thoughts overwhelmed her, this would help her correct her erroneous behaviour.
Jubilantly, I left the bank. I came face
to face with a man I knew from the old world. He was a wealthy, city slum-lord in the past. A man who enjoyed
bragging and flaunting his wealth, especially to the less fortunate. He was headed into the bank as well. As he
approached the doors, he received the red light button. He recognized me from the past. “Hey, he said, do
you know how this works? I haven’t been able to get into the bank for months.” He proceeded to tell
me how strange his life was and how he was now living in one of his “slum” apartments (it was no longer a slum
really anymore, just an overcrowded (my opinion) apartment building). I understood fully well, he would be living here
until he created enough light in that reality for all the people from whom he had cheated or manipulated in the past Earth
storyline.
In that dream world, I witnessed a harmonious
circulation and appreciation of the goods of Earth. This is the new law. In the 5D world, everyone, by birthright,
had enough worth to have a home, food, clothing and all basic life necessities. What one had in their stewardship, be
it land, vehicles, designer clothing or great works of art, was equivalent to what one truly needed for their own spiritual
development, what one had earned through their own growth and what one could truly love and care for. Nothing more,
nothing less. My city slum-lord had been stripped of most of his worldly possessions and placed to live in the same
environment he had previously created. He would not see worldly riches again for quite some time as he was indebted
to quite a few people for the wealth they had provided unto him in his previous 3D world, which was gained in the most unscrupulous
of manners. No-one escaped their realities or their previous actions.

Present Day

My galactic friends have departed. At least, I am not travelling night after night. My energy slowly returns. My galalctic bird friend has left me as well. If I was in any doubt about extraterrestials, I no longer am. I understand in Washington DC, they, the government and the military, finally admitted to having knowledge of extraterrestial life forms. Our old world makes no sense to me, it never
did, but it has malfunctioned for me altogether now. I blurred into the 5D world and I have no desire to return to our
current world predicament…meaning- the gulf oil spill and the continuing deterioration of most of our systems on Earth.
