Every day is an opportunity to face yourself and deal with your shortcomings. It does
not matter how far you have evolved, there will always be challenges. These are times when you are sorting out the many beliefs
you carry with you. They mould your personality, but are often not in your interest for one who aspires to lift up and ascend.
If they do not stand up in the Light, then you may be sure that they cannot travel with you any longer. This is part of the
process that has been taking place for many years, as your evolution has advanced. For you as an individual your guidance
comes from within, and it is important to listen to the small voice that talks to you. Only your Higher Self knows
what is best for you at any time, and the advice should be heeded. What else is it but your conscience prompting you to act
on it?
As best as you can stay calm in all situations and maintain a peaceful demeanor, thereby
keeping your vibrations as high as possible. It helps keep you from slipping back into an emotional state that may bring out
some response that you would rather not experience. However to sometimes lose control is a very human trait, and you should
endeavor to recover from it as soon as you can. The quicker you can do so, the less harm it causes to your body that produces
toxins in such circumstances. Have you not noticed, that after any outburst you feel depleted and often unwell. Going to the
extreme, if you were continually becoming angry and aggressive, you would end up with a serious illness. The energy of the
chakric centers becomes unbalanced, and you are certain to experience a bodily reaction.
Dear Ones your body is your sacred temple that is fully conscious. It can only respond
to your treatment of it, and when you respect and love it keeps it fully healthy. Much of how you view yourself has a bearing
on your well-being. When you are dissatisfied with yourself you actually add to your problems, whereas when you praise yourself
you are attracting good vibrations. By being positive you can overcome most problems, particularly when it comes to personal
achievements. To get the best out of yourself, always believe that you can do whatever you set your mind on doing. The most
successful people are those who firmly set their mind and focus on exactly what they want. With Ascension coming up, do not
doubt that once you decide that it is your goal you have every opportunity of ascending. Of course you need to keep it in
your sight and envision that Being of Light you are destined to be.
The shocking truth about the Illuminati and their operations will be given in such a way
that you will know it is genuine. For those of little if any knowledge of them, it will sound impossible that all along there
has been a world government that has dictated the way Humanity has progressed, but one that has worked secretly and controlled
your evolution. So much so that you have hardly progressed at all. You have experienced duality going fully from one extreme
to another over thousands of years. The closing of the cycle is the end for the dark Ones, but not those of the Light who
are rising up and will ascend without any doubt whatsoever. So as we often inform you there is no
need to be entrapped in fear over what is happening now, or in the
near future.
With so little time left you may be sure that once the major changes begin, there will
be no let up all the way to Ascension. Events are lined up to make the transition as smooth as possible, and ensure that every
soul is aware of the meaning of the end times. Not everyone believes that there is a purpose to life, or that they are of
a divine nature and have infinite life. However, where disbelief persists each soul will progress accordingly but not through
Ascension, as clearly they are not prepared for such a quantum leap forward. Their opportunity to do so will come around again,
and hopefully with more experience the truth will take hold.
Because of freewill thinking there will inevitably be differing opinions as to how the
end times will pan out. That will make no difference to the outcome, as you are gifted to create your own reality. So allow
for the different opinions and visions of others, knowing that if they are ready to ascend, it will take place regardless.
Some spend so much time and energy trying to convince others of their truth, when no
one group holds it all. Simply accept that there is the One God of your Universe, and all life is held within that
particular energy. Therefore all are equal before God, and
that fact should invalidate arguments about whose God is the correct one. Common sense is often lost when religious factions
pit themselves against each other. These are all issues that will be settled before the cycle ends. That in turn will encourage
a coming together of those who have had one foot in the dark and one in the Light.
As you look around you see many extremes taking place, that are creating new areas of
darkness but these will be short lived as they are far outweighed by the rapidly growing Light. Transmutation of the lower
vibrations is leading to the firm establishment of a powerful grid of Light. It is already in place and will play its part
in bringing about the birth of the new Earth, and whilst all of this is going on the new you is also birthing. It is a dreamlike
situation as you most of you are still rooted in material world, but that will change before very long. Some of you already
recognize your expanding consciousness levels, and your mindset is moving upwards to accommodate the higher aspects of life.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and watching you watching us, and there is much more for you
to see as our activities are increasing. Of necessity we draw even closer to Earth as our services are called upon to deal
with ecological damage. We keep matters in check ready for when we can come to Earth to finish our work. There are some very
big problems that make us desire to come openly as soon as possible, but we stand responsible to higher spiritual forces for
our actions. We act in unison and in an orderly way that respects your protocol and agreements between countries. We avoid
creating problems that might otherwise disrespect the sovereignty of all nations. It is not our place to interfere where you
are capable of taking action yourselves. However, we will gladly seek to work with you to go speeding forward to completion.

Beloved Ones,
Remember who you are, remember who you are in every now moment. We know it is
a challenge, yet it assists you to stay focused in the now moment, to stay focused on the task at hand, this grand and glorious
task of the knowingness of the totality of your being. This dear ones, is what it is all about. This dear ones,
is why you are here, to know yourselves, to truly know yourselves, to be and know your God Self. The daily life you
are living is but the avenue for you to explore your gifts, and learn your lessons and pass your tests, so that you will come
into the knowing of your true Self. As you come into this knowing you radiate this light of God. You radiate this
light of God forth for all beings upon earth, and for all life forms and for the earth. You assist all life in lifting
up to the vibrations of the fifth dimension, the vibrations of ascension.
Dear Ones, we know you read these messages, we know you read that which comes forth
from this dear one and other messengers at this time, and you say to yourselves and to others around you, "Well that is more
of the same. There is nothing new in this message, we have heard this before. Why do the channels keep repeating
the same things? Are they not capable of bringing forth new information? We want new information."
Beloved Ones, we tell you that you will continue to hear the same thought patterns
repeated, these same messages over and over until you have integrated them and moved forth to a new level. The messages
are said in different ways, through different channels, as there as those of you who will resonate to the same thought form
said in different words. You will have an "aha" moment, depending on how the message is given.
There are precious few of you who do not need to hear these thought forms over and
over again. It is the condition of the human ego, to guide you into more pain and suffering. There are the ones,
who believe they are masters and do not need to do any more personal clearing work. They believe they know all there
is to know and are patiently or not so patiently, awaiting liftoff into the higher realms. These dear ones are some
of those who are most greatly in need of the repetition of the messages.
Bring yourselves back, dear ones. Bring yourselves back to the humbleness, to
the humility, to the clearness and clarity, of your inner knowing that there is much to be done, on the inner planes, for
each one of you. There is much clearing of lower vibrations; there is a bringing of the ego under the guidance of your
God Self, needed for each and every one of you. Few on the planet have integrated their God Self to the point where
their ego is under the direction of their God Self, and few have brought their subconscious, conscious and superconscious
minds into alignment, working in balance and harmony as one. Go the distance, beloved ones. Go the distance.
Read and reread, meditate upon, and truly integrate those messages and wisdom which resonates with you. We ask you to
validate it within your sacred heart. Ask for validation three times, so you are certain you have clarity. Listen
to your inner wisdom, and remember above all that your own inner guidance is your very best guidance and you will never be
led astray.
That which is of the divine is of love, uplifting, and inspiring, and expansive.
That which is not of the divine, is fear based, limiting and will bring up negative emotions and negative thought forms.
Each one of you are needed more than ever, you are needed to stay on the straight
and narrow path. The path back to the One has many deviations, many side paths, yet we ask you to stay
true and stay
on the straight and narrow path. We know it is not easy, and we remind you again, the greater the tests, the
greater the gifts. Be true to yourselves, and listen to your inner wisdom, integrate that which you have learned with love, patience, understanding and forgiveness for
yourselves and others. Then when you are ready, move forth again, with great strength and courage and never give up,
dear ones. Never give up, forge ahead, in love and joy, in the knowing that the universe always supports you, as do
we of the higher realms. Call on us, so we may assist you to move forth in ease and grace, so that we may surround you
in unconditional love.
You are never alone, beloved ones. You have never been alone. We have
always been with you and will continue to be with you, as you return to the great and divine light of God and shine forth
in all your glory.

Beloved one, when desire wanes, when desire extinguishes, then there is no longer need
for the body. Oftentimes there will be desire to leave the body behind and to expand into the light, and that is not with
judgment. That is just saying, “I am finished with playing this certain drama, this certain scripting. I’m ready
for another scripting.” So there is no judgment in that.

This is a long post, but many of you asked for it…so I assume you will be willing
to tolerate its length, yes?
The so-called “Law of Attraction” has gotten a lot of attention in recent
years. I call this phenomenon the Process of Personal Creation — and it doesn’t always “work” the
way it is “advertised” when it is called the “Law of Attraction.”
In my last entry here I talked about “Inadvertent Selection” as one reason
why Personal Creation does not always bring us what we seem to be choosing. But “Inadvertent Selection” is just
one little known aspect of Personal Creation that can cause people to think it’s not working. There is also the Law
of Opposites, about which people know even less, and which produces the same effect as Inadvertent Selection, but for a different
reason.
The Law of Opposites is the second of the five great Principles of Life and it works in
perfect harmony with the Energy of Attraction. This principle states that no sooner will you call something into your reality
than its exact opposite will also appear—and alwaysfirst.
What is this now? What am I saying?
I am saying that the moment you choose anything—any outcome, object, or experience—the
exact opposite of that will come into your life in some way. It may show itself in some far distant quarter, or it may pop
up right in front of your eyes, but it will be there, absolutely.
It is necessary for the “opposite” of whatever you are choosing to create
with the Energy of Attraction to show up, for the reason that life cannot be experienced in a vacuum. A context must be produced
in which you may experience what you have chosen.
Because not many people know this, they can easily turn negative in their thinking just
when the universe was preparing to place before them all that their hearts desired.
They do not see the appearance of the opposite as a sure and certain sign that they are
on the right path, heading toward their chosen objective. Rather, they see it as an obstacle, a blockage.
They experience themselves to be up against the wall, when really they are standing in
front of a doorway. Only discernment would allow them to know the difference.
The Law of Opposites is based on the fundamental and founding principle of all life: “In
the absence of that which you are not, that which you are is not.”
I know, I know, that’s not a very clear sentence. Let me clarify. Let’s say,
for the purposes of illustration, that you wish to experience yourself as “the light.” (Many people, by the way,
have actually chosen this. They wish to be The Light—and thus to bring The Light—wherever they are, wherever they
appear.)
Now let us imagine for the purposes of this illustration that there is nothing else around
you but The Light—indeed, that there is nothing else in existence but The Light. This would make it impossible to experience
yourself as The Light. You may “know” yourself as that, but you cannot “experience” yourself as that.
(There is a difference between knowing and experiencing, and it is experiencing what it
knows itself to be for which the soul yearns.)
There is only one way to experience yourself as The Light, and that would be to find yourself
in darkness. Yet remember, in this example there is no “darkness.” In this illustration, there is nothing but
The Light. You, therefore, must create the darkness.You must call it forth. And you will.
This is the Law of Opposites, which gives you opportunity. Yet if you see the opposite
not as opportunity but as opposition, you will see it not as something that empowers you, but as something that takes power
away.
You will fall into negative thinking, not understanding that you, yourself, have used
the Energy of Attraction to draw to you the darkness as well as the light (what you would call “negative,” as
well as what you would call “positive,” outcomes) in order to fully experience the positive outcomes that you
are creating.
There is power in opposites, and this is the intricate way in which attraction works with
all the great principles of life. Those principles work in concert with each other; they function as a perfect mechanism—the
Mechanism of Manifestation—like gears in a finely tuned watch.
What are we to do, then, when the Law of Opposites seems to be thwarting, rather than
supporting, Personal Creation?
Understand exactly what is going on.
Endeavor to see the appearance of the “opposite” as your first indication
that Personal Creation is working flawlessly. Remember that the first step in creating anything is creating a context within
which it may be experienced. Do not resist the opposite of anything that you wish to experience. Instead, embrace it. Look
right at it and see it for what it is.
What you resist, persists. That is because, by your continued attention to it in a negative
way, you continue to place it there. You cannot resist something that is not there. When you resist something, you place it
there. By focusing angry or frustrated energy on it, you actually give it more life.
This is why all great masters have urged us to “resist not evil.” Do not fight
that is which opposite to your stated desire or your preferred outcome. Rather, relax into it.
I know that may sound strange, but I promise you, it works. Do not become rigid and tense,
ready for a battle. Never oppose that which opposes you. Do not OPpose, COMpose.
Do you understand? Remember this little rule always: Do not oppose, compose.
Compose your original idea of how you want life to show up. And compose yourself while
you’re at it. Live in a place of relaxed assurance that life is functioning perfectly. Yet do not confuse relaxation
with acceptance.
“Resist not evil” does not mean that you should not try to change what it
is that you do not choose. Changing something is not resisting something, it is merely choosing again. Change is not resistance,
but alteration. To modify is not to resist, but rather, to continue Personal Creation.
Modification is creation. Resistance is the end of creation. It firmly holds the previous
creation in place.
Do you see?
At every moment of difficulty and challenge in your life you have a choice: opposition
or composition. To repeat: You can either oppose that which you are experiencing, or compose that which you chose.
Compose what you chose.
Now, thanks to the Law of Opposites, you have a context within which to experience it.
And that is the greatest thing the universe could ever give you.
This is an important aspect of the “mystery formula” of life that is rarely
explained.

The word eventually has to do with a future event. Eventually is a far different cry from
Infinity. Eventually, you will recognize this. At some time in the future is a meaningless phrase. The future is now, beloveds.
The future is at hand, and the future is in your hands.
How much meaning can the word future hold? Future is a nonentity, just as the past is
a nonentity. We can even say that the present, which is an infinitesimal passage between the past and future, does not exist
either. Only infinity exists, so what do you wait for?
At the same nonexistent time as I tell you that the future does not exist, I say that
you create it. Well, time is relative. And all that is relative is a passing thing. The relative, which certainly seems very
real, exists in your mind. Where else could the nonexistent exist? All of life is in the mind because the relative world does
not exist except in your mind and the minds of others. Only on the level of relativity does the world exist. Everybody who
is in the world today will not stay in the world forever. In world terms, the time will come that everyone who is presently
on Earth in a body will not be on Earth. The bodies will not exist, and they never did really. The soul will exist in a placeless
place. The soul will never disappear. We can say that it will have risen. We can say that even though there is no up or down
in terms of the soul. What is there then? There is pure existence. There is pure being.
Of course, right now, you are pure being. Yes, you are, even though you are embodied.
Into greater depths than you can presently follow, your soul is intact. Like a belly button, everyone has a soul. There is
no getting away from it. There are no soulless.
Can the soul’s vision be departed from? It would seem so, for every soul is intact.
Souls can wander, yet they are never lost. They are strayed from, that’s all. Mighty Mouse ego seemingly takes you away
from your soul, yet that is only a magic trick. It is illusion. Nothing can part you from your soul. Don’t believe soul
detractors.
Your soul is in fine fettle. It may even be blooming without your awareness. Yet awareness
always comes to the fore every time. Right this moment, your soul is smiling at you, as it were.
Where shall We go now? Frontward or backward?
Where shall We not go today?
And who will come with Me wherever I take you? Raise your hand. Say Yes. Say Yes to God.
But never mind, wherever you shall go, I shall go with you.
Have some soul awareness today. Your soul is a precious gem. Take in a breath and earmark
the breath for your soul. Say in your mind: “This breath I give to you, my soul. You need no breath, and yet I wish
to give it to you so that you can know I care about you. I care about you, my soul. I care about my humanness, too, and yet
I want to embrace you more in my life. I want to give you credence. I am so happy that I have a soul, and that my soul and
I are voyagers through Infinity. You are my Eternal Soul. You were always mine. You have a great Presence, and I wish to know
more of you. I wish to know of your participation in my life and to invite you to more. I want to know you, my soul.”
