Living on the Edge of Overwhelm

We are Oceanna
bringing you guidance from our Pleiadian world culture. Our energy resonates benign, nurturing support. In the broadest terms,
we are mother energy.
We feel a strong urge to reach out to many of you first ascenders and succeeding waves
of ascension pioneers. Some of you have been participating in this project for decades. The 1960s saw the beginnings of a
major shift in consciousness. This shift was jump-started by experiments with mind-altering drugs. The generation of young
people who tried these substances opened a door in the mass subconscious.
These expansions in consciousness couldn’t
be sustained or expanded without the follow up of a sound spiritual transformation of the energies involved. Those who did
not use these experiments as stepping-stones to spiritual growth often fell into addictions and psychological problems. But
a door had been opened for your ascension process to proceed on a mass level.
There was a concomitant movement
of interest in Eastern spiritual practices that surged to a peak in response to the1960s expansions, as well as, metaphysical
and parapsychological investigations. Many first ascenders began their journey in this period. This means decades of their
lives have been given over, to one degree or another, to processing and integrating successive waves of ascension energy.
We
wish to bring special support to those who have been integrating the new frequencies through their bodies in the form of symptoms,
both physical and emotional, that have been regarded as purging toxins from all levels. Many of these ascenders have
taken on the changes through body symptoms to the point that they have become nonfunctional. They have curtailed their participation
in social interactions, some to the point of reclusiveness. They find that in this way they minimize stressors and allow for
some comfort. Stress is both the source/impulse for transformational changes and the painful result of these processes. It
is important to stay grounded and integrate the energy as quickly as possible.
We address those who have taken
on this type of debilitating transformation and, in many cases, have felt very much alone. We are communicating from a particular
urgency because there are shifting probabilities at work that are increasing the stress on these very people who have already
taken on so much. There are very powerful energies that will be increasing the speed and intensity of transformation during
the last part of this year (2011). Although these surges of energy are neutral in nature, highly integrated, they play out
in many different ways through the lightworkers who are processing them.
Humans have many genetically programmed
and evolutionarily acquired skills for handling stress. Shocking levels of trauma as well as relentless repeated stress can
create life-threatening changes in physical functioning. Ascenders who are processing repeated accumulative stress could be
just as debilitated as those who are damaged by violent traumas such as war. The ascenders, who have been processing accumulative
stress for years have been experiencing something like a thousand little crucifixions.
You brave souls have entered
into an open-ended contract to assist with the planetary transformation. Because you are human you had a sense of the project
having an ending. This is a reasonable expectation and is given confirming validity through Earth’s patterns of natural
cycles: beginnings have endings in linear time. You first ascenders have repeatedly projected the end of the transformational
sickness, emotional pain, and instabilities. But it just seems to go on and on. In addition the transformational energy has
been coming in waves or surges, which means you feel assaulted, then you have a respite, followed by another assault.
The
symptoms of change are hard enough, but being repeatedly slapped down just when you are starting to feel better, would be
debilitating for anyone. It is often in the slap-down phase that you are most in danger. Like many who endure prolonged stress
such as soldiers, convicts, the tortured and those beaten down by the struggle for survival, you are always teetering on the
edge of overwhelm. The slightest stressor can push you over the edge.
We have concern for the burden some of
you are carrying. There have been lightworkers who have lost the body through which they worked. Understand, nothing is really
lost in these cases. In the higher scheme of things all is perfectly balanced. The spirit that transitions begins
working from the astral plane soon after death. However, the work the entity did on the Earth plane helped in an immediate
and more integrated way when they were still in a body.
Each of you, who are incarnate on
Earth, is in a power position. We can only serve by guidance and support, but you, who take on physical life, are right
in the thick of things. You are holding the light and transforming your world by direct contact. We are sending our assistance
and support now to keep you valuable workers functioning on your living plane.
Many of you feel that it doesn’t
matter how hard you push yourselves, because when you have transformed sufficiently, you will have the skills to correct any
accumulated damage to your bodies. On one level, this is true. It is also true that free will allows you to make choices on
a moment-to-moment basis. One moment of overwhelm might push the body beyond it physical limits. And yes, there are many angels
and spiritual guides who rush in to support you at any given moment. However, serendipity allows for the incalculable to be
factored in. Everything shifts, you are off balance and you could “lose” the body.
We wish you to
understand the dynamics of this challenge as you enter a more intense period of growth, expansion and transformation. We are
prodding you now so you will take special care of yourselves. Don’t take on extra burdens; get plenty of rest and exercise.
Nourish all your bodies of consciousness with the greatest care.
You are surrounded by so much support from so
many layers of consciousness and planetary groups. Every energy source is cheering you on as individuals and as a world culture.
The ascension of your world is of such importance that it will influence other planetary systems in ways you are not yet capable
of grasping. Reach out when you need help. We are always near and will provide energy support. As many of you say when departing
from one another, “Take care.” And we wish you Peace.

You are not your shame, your fears, your addictions, your games, your guilt, the internalized
remnants of negative messaging… You are not your resistance to your true path. You are not your self-doubt. You are
not your self-distraction patterns. You are not your escape hatches . . . you are not your pessimism about a life of

You are sacred purpose.

You are Sacred Purpose.
Whatever your ways of distracting, postponing, delaying, armouring, avoiding, altering,
feigning, artificializing, externalizing, superficializing your life. Stop It Now! This is no game, this is completely real,
this sacred purpose that courses through your soul veins crying out to be heard from below the surface of our avoidance. I
cannot say this with enough assertiveness! To the extent that you identify and honour your true path in this lifetime, you
will know genuine satisfaction, real peace in your skin. You will be infused with vitality and a clarified focus, new pathways
of possibility appear where before there were obstacles. You will know a peace that will buffer you against the madness of
the world, a clarity of direction that will carry you from one satisfaction to another. Life will still have its challenges,
but you will interface with them differently, coated in an authenticity of purpose that sees through the veils to what really
matters. To the extent, that you avoid the quest for purpose, you will live frustrated, a half-life, your avoidance manifest
in all manner of illness, perpetual dissatisfaction, emotional problems, depression, addictive patterns, All Reflections of
Your own alienation from the purposeful root of your being. You see, there really is no escape from reality, all there is,
is postponement, you should be more afraid of avoiding your path than walking it.
And It doesn’t matter what anyone tells you about who you are. There is so much
of that. This is your journey. Even those with the best of intentions, cannot know the path you are here to walk.
The Real journey is not one of adapting ourselves to someone elses vision, but instead, shaping who we are with our
own two hands. The unique clay we work with lives deep inside our soul bones, awaiting our own detection and expression.
You are the sculptor of your own reality, don’t hand your tools to anyone else. Only you can know the path You
are here to walk, it’s a personal decision, and it doesn’t have to be grandiose. Your purpose can be as simple
as learning how to listen better, how to enjoy the moment without getting in your own way. Wherever the growing is,
wherever you find genuine peace with the path, wherever you feel unmasked and genuinely real. In the survivalist world that
we are coming from, we defined ourselves by what got you through the day, whatever masks got food on the table,
whatever way of being endured this challenging life. But we are at the beginning of a new way, a way of being that is
sourced in who we Really Are, not our egoic face, not our survivalist face, not the false face of our hidden power, but the
real face, the real path, the no bull, no hype, no pretense expression of Who You Really Are and a life that fully and deeply
expresses the magnificence that lives within you. Your sacred purpose may be covered in dust, it may be Hidden From View,
but its still in there, sparkling with infinite possibility.
This is a call to action. A call to authenticity. A call to dig yourself out
from below the bushel of shame and self-doubt that has plagued humanity. A call to get off the dime and do the real work to
call yourself on your distraction patterns and excavate your own purpose in this lifetime. What are you here to learn? What
are you here to overcome? What are you here to express? What does your authentic face look like? Who are you, above and beyond
all the noise and haste. This is not about money, or unreal ideas of abundance, or gratifying your ego, this is about the
real thing, the real deal, the vulnerable and courageous truth about who you are and why you are here. I challenge you
to take the question of sacred purpose seriously, to not postpone it for another hour, or week, or till you retire, until
the next lifetime, till you finish school, or end your relationship, but to take it seriously Now. To work like a dog to find
out what lives inside of you, what you are here to express, what you are here to manifest and express, what you are here to
give, to share, to learn, to create, to dance, to art, to walk. You don’t know how long you have, it may be 60 years,
it may be 60 seconds, you may not make it to retirement, you may not make it to tomorrow morning, at least if you are questing
for your purpose, "living your truth," you will not suffer when its time to leave your body in this lifetime, you will be
living in your authenticity, this is no small achievement in this distracted world, where the unconscious media and manipulative
marketers try to turn us generic and frightened so we will be locked into their script, to hec with that. You are already
have a script and it lives deep inside you and that script is your purpose, what you are here to express, to learn, to embody,
to humanifest. So you decide which script to read, the fictional novel written by those who do not See You, or the Holy
Book written by your glorious spirit. When you walk through the gateway of purpose, you walk into yourself. You
are sacred purpose, you are sacred purpose, you are sacred purpose. Don’t stop until you find it.

What Can Be Greater than God

God said:
What is it exactly that you let distract you from Me? Must you? Must you allow interference?
Consider for a moment what I offer you. Why would you let anything disturb your perception
of Our Union? We are so close. Let Me surround you in your awareness and let this circle of My Presence deflect anything in
the world that would unsettle you.
Really, can worry of one sort or another, take My place? Must you allow worry to set Me
aside? Of course, it is illusion that I can be set aside. I suggest that you acknowledge the Reality of Our Oneness and let
nothing in your imagination put Us asunder.
In My Silence, what loud noise can disturb Me? In Our Silent Meeting, what can disturb
Us? If something does come between Us, then it must be you who allows it. I would not.
A loud noise, inner or outer, seemingly takes your awareness away from Me. You forget
about Me momentarily, and you believe in something else. You let something come before Me. You let something take away the
Eternity of Our Oneness. You let something lift you out of My arms. You let something jar you. It may be a boulder of old
thought. It may be a thunderbolt.
How is it that you can let anything startle you out of your remembrance of Me? What can
compare to Me? It is like you accept dimes in lieu of Golden Moments with Me. You cheat yourself. You let something intervene.
You let fear intervene, or excitement intervene.
What we have is a precious gift. It is eternally My gift to you. Of course, it is a gift
to Me as well.
Do not lay the gift of Myself down somewhere and then forget where you left it. Do not
get out of the comfortable seat beside Me, within My heart. When you leave, I go with you, and yet I am absent in your awareness.
Be aware of Me. Stay awake with Me. Remember Me. Remember you.
Awake in Me, do not forget Our Oneness. Do not forget from when you came. Remember your
lineage. It is a noble lineage. You are descended from Me. Believe in your spiritual DNA more than in the limits of your physical
DNA. Your spiritual DNA is more like it. Your spiritual DNA is also embedded in your physical spiraling helix. It has always
been so.
The Silent Stillness always exceeds the physical representation.
Beloveds, what more can you gain than My Presence? When you come down to it, is there
something more? Only in your imagination, and why would you imagine anything greater than I? I Who made you, what can be greater
than I? I say this in all humility. I stick to the Truth.
There must be something that fools you. What has fooled you, and what are you fooled about?
I am no fool. What makes you think that you are to be deceived? And not only deceived once but again and again as though being
fooled is somehow your duty. You have free will. You have the freedom to be with Me always in Truth and in your perception.
Honor Me with your presence. Stand tall at My side. We are beholden to love, and, yet
even love, is not to presume that We, you and I, are anything but Love Supreme. Of course, love is not snobbish. Love welcomes
all, and loving all does not leave Me out. Let Me in. Let Me stay with you forever, or, at least, a while.

 Indigos and Parental Rejectionby Jennifer Hoffman

I received many comments on last week's Indigo article. It was interesting to hear from
Indigo children who explained their reasons for rejecting their parents and many of them had to do with, as I wrote, needing
to find their own way. Some felt stifled by their parents' concerns, others felt that their parents wanted things for them
that they did not want for themselves. Some felt misunderstood and unappreciated and still others had specific issues with
their parents that they needed time and distance to resolve for themselves. And some parents wrote in defense of themselves,
so the article obviously touched some powerful chords and resonated with many of you.
Indigos can feel misunderstood, so if they seek validation from their parents and don't
get it, they think they are rejected for who they are. Some will suffer in silence, others will be more active and vocal.
Our children feel the same need to leave the home where they feel stifled and misunderstood that some of us did when we were
young. Some older Indigos tried to live the life their parents wanted for them and after decades of unhappiness found the
courage to change their life path and do what was meaningful to them. But the central issue is how we separate because there
are several ways to do this.
A 'scorched earth' policy, or complete disconnection is one way to show your parents you
can live your own life and while that is a possibility, it doesn't serve anyone. I tried this with my parents when I was younger
and it constantly pulled at me, eventually bringing me back to face them and my issues. Separation is another, more helpful
alternative which requires that we acknowledge our parents as our spiritual teachers, because they are, and finding our own
path that builds on the lessons they taught us while being open to new understanding. We can ignore our parents but they are
part of our soul family and we can't ignore the fact that they are part of our emotional and spiritual DNA.
But the bigger picture here has to do with how we allow others' choices to affect us.
One of my children has disconnected from me and while it makes me sad, I know it is their choice and we will be reconnected
one day. I wish we could talk about it but that's not what they have chosen to do. In the meantime, I am living my life, wishing
them the best and knowing that they will make the right and best choices for them. Whatever you, either as a child or a parent,
decide to do, it's best if that choice is made in the light of acceptance of them and of your path, rather than rejecting
your spiritual and emotional history and hoping that this will change your life, because it won't and eventually your choice
will be resolution and reconnection in powerful, loving ways that serve you and honor your path and your soul's growth.
