My dear friends, we love you so very much.
As so many of you celebrate the return of springtime,
we celebrate the return of new life in your hearts. For indeed the light is rising up within you. That light is what you are
made of and it seeks expression in all things. How can you add more love to your lives today? Can you bless the computer which
allows you to read this message? Can you give thanks for electricity as you turn on your lights? Can you appreciate the simple
gift of running water? For indeed, dear friends, these are gifts and blessings that many in your world do not share. You are
lucky to be able to take them for granted, and yet we in the heavens encourage you to take nothing for granted.
The food upon your table has traveled many miles
for most of you. As you eat a simple salad made from ingredients at your local grocery store, there are hundreds to thousands
of individuals to whom you can give thanks. The seeds that grew your vegetables were harvested and stored. The farmers tilled
the soil, planted, watered, fertilized, picked, cleaned, and shipped. The food was packaged and displayed in your grocery
store. The store managers, merchandisers, clerks, and baggers were there for you. The knives you cut the salad with were manufactured
of woods and steels from many different countries. Again there were those that fashioned them, packaged them shipped them,
sold them, and helped you find them. And if your salad comes from your own garden, with the lettuce torn by your own hands
you can still give thanks for the seeds, the rain, the sun, and the beauty of your own two hands.
You are all connected to one another dear ones.
You are all connected to all of life. A volcano spewing ash in a country half way around the world may seed the clouds that
made the rain that watered your lettuce. A person centuries ago may have cultivated the first plant that is an ancestor of
the heirloom tomatoes you just ate. You can not escape your interdependency with all of life. No man is an island, as you
like to say. We say you are all interconnected in the ocean of God's love.
And so dear ones, your actions ripple out to
all of life as well. You eat the salad and you provide a living for those who brought it to your table. Or you till the soil
in your own back yard and tickle the heart of mother earth. You don't even breathe in isolation for the air you inhale has
passed through the waters and the trees, and the breath you exhale is recycled unto the very same. You share the atmosphere
in which you live with seven billion other human beings and every living thing. From our viewpoint in the heavens, we marvel
that you could ever feel alone.
So as the energy of love strives to rise up
from within you share blessings of appreciation for the simplest things in your life. Instead of focusing upon what you do
not yet have, focus on the blessings you do. An abundant heart is one that can see the good in all things. And when your heart
is filled with this love and appreciation, it will expand and the universe will be able to fill your cup to the brim with
even more.

Beloved Ones,
There will be a greater influx of Cosmic energies
flowing and spiraling down into the atmosphere of the Earth in the coming week or two and as these energies begin to assimilate
within the auric fields of Humanity, there will be a period of adjustment to these higher frequencies within Humanity. This
will take many forms in outer expression in the coming months as these energies begin to create changes in perception, attitudes
and thoughts and many limiting concepts will simply fall away as though they never existed. Much will begin to change in the
way Humanity interacts with each other and there will be a greater harmony and cooperation between all peoples as the Earth
moves into a greater vibratory rate.
The weathermen on your news channels will be
hard put to accurately predict tomorrow’s weather as the elements adjust to the new waves of Light coming in. All
is in a state of flux and change is the only constant that can be relied upon. It is very important for you to stay centered
within your heart space as you go about your daily existence and that you practice kindness and much patience with those around
you, for people will be feeling the irritation of their nervous system trying to adjust and balance as these energies flow
into their physical bodies. Remember that you have all been there and done that and you have all had the benefit of these
and other messages to steer you in the right direction and most of those who are now being affected do not have the understanding
of what is occurring.
The best way to help in these times is to consistently
and persistently stay in the higher frequencies and try to maintain calm and equilibrium in all your thoughts, words, actions
and deeds, for in these times a simple smile will go a long way to raising the energies in the people around you. You
are now the Emissaries of Light, the Patternmakers and role models to the people around you and it is important to stay
in your highest integrity as much as possible, given the fact that each of you is still in the end process of this cleansing
also. Rest as much as possible and keep your bodies hydrated by drinking pure, clean water.
Keep intending each day to be in the highest
Christ consciousness that is available on the Planet at this time and daily affirm your sovereignty to remind yourselves why
you are here, which is to raise the frequency and consciousness of Humanity to Ascension levels. This is an ongoing task but
you have all become much more proficient at this task, however, there is one area that you need to become more aware of, and
that is the need to practice shielding of your auric fields from the thoughts
and energy fluctuations of others. Just ask your Guides and Angels each morning to protect your entire energetic field
and keep it clear from the energies of others. Many times, you are suffering because you have unknowingly picked up someone
else’s worries, anxieties and concerns and this can hold you back from living your lives with the greater ease, joy
and happiness that you deserve and intend.
Take comfort in the knowledge that at some point
in the raising of your frequency work, you will achieve a state of Being where your energy field cannot be infringed by others,
knowingly or unknowingly. This will come as you begin to manifest as a fully realized Divine Human. Know that we are always
with you and await your calls. You are loved beyond measure by your Family of Light.

Greetings dear ones, for I AM Kryon of Magnetic
Service.
It’s wonderful for us in the spirit world
to be back in Lithuania on this cold winter’s evening.
Dear ones, a new world is coming and the universe
is moving into order; the planets, the stars and the solar system are moving to create new beginnings on this earth, completely
changing the energies of the earth plane.
This will be a process, dear ones, this will
be a process of learning, for those in power—not all of those in power—will have to let go of much of their power
and much of their wealth. The energies of this planet and this world are changing, and for 15 years now, David has channeled
the same message. You will stop creating through negative energies and create a new world out of pure love and there will
be two shifts of energy.
The first shift in consciousness is from this
third dimension to the fourth dimension, and the second shift is from the fourth to the fifth. Not only will human beings
shift through this consciousness, but so will the earth plane, she will also ascend. You’re headed towards a completely
new world, a beautiful, beautiful world of peace, love and harmony. There will be absolutely no room for war; there will be
deep and intrinsic connections between human beings.
You are all healing and your world is changing.
For those of you that are healers it is for you to claim your power; this is being supported by many different energies, and
Kryon is the energy that is the umbrella for all these energies. Energies and entities of great wisdom, love and understanding
are here to hold you in a space—not just for tonight, but forever—into a completely new world, a world of pure
love.
There are seven billion on this planet, and
there are so many people to be present with this ascension. In spirit world there are queues and queues of spirits waiting
to come to this earth to be present as the earth plane evolves and moves to a new dimension, taking all populations with her
to this new dimension. And this is happening now and your consciousness will be very different by the twenty-first of the
twelfth, 2012. You will look back at this old world, and look over your shoulder, and you will see a crazy world that you
are leaving behind, a world where everything is upside down, where nothing is the truth, and you will be moving into a new
world of pure love and pure truth.
The new world will be a world led by the conscious;
the old world is the world ruled by the unconscious. Your bankers, the hierarchy
of this planet, and the monetary system, it’s already beginning to fail, this system will totally fail. And all
the different hierarchies that are holding this system together will begin to collapse. You’re headed into a new world
where you are whole and where you are complete, and where you are connected to the divine, both the Divine Father and the
Divine Mother, and you will be free, free to live your life as you please, and allowing the love to constantly flow.
Just like the sun constantly shines in the solar
system, your solar plexus will begin to glow, and your heart will begin to expand, connecting you to the heart of the solar
system, and also allowing your mind to connect to the universal mind. Those who have done their inner work will be on the
first wave into these new levels of consciousness, and you are all being deeply, deeply held and guided into this new consciousness;
you made it here tonight and it was exactly the way that is meant to be. Your cells and your DNA are being activated, your
hearts connected to the universal heart, and your mind connected to the universal mind. You’re also connecting to each
other, for you are all one. The love will always, always, always flow. We say to treasure your bodies, feed them and exercise
them well, and they will uphold you and support you in this transition.
You have all learned and understood this night
what it is to be Christ conscious, when the wounded or the hurt aspects of yourself come together and become one and all the
issues in your family constellation are released; that is when you become Christ conscious, that is when you are the king
of your own life and when you’re walking that magical path between heaven and earth and the love is constantly flowing
through you. You’ve recognized the lies and the dishonesty of the old earth and you are free from the dark side and
the love flows through you and you emanate love for all to share. You are connected to all of mankind, and you will begin
to lift the vibration of this planet and of those who live on the planet.
So just allow your hearts to open even more
than they already are, and allow your heart to expand; just let it fill with love. Let it fill with love, just like the first
time you ever fell in love, like you never feared getting your heart hurt, and just allowing your heart to expand more and
more, expanding into the person who sat next to you and expanding to fill up the room, just filling more and more with love,
it safe to allow your heart to open this night. Nothing can happen to your heart with your eyes closed here in a meditation,
only good things can happen. Just be with your heart, and place all your consciousness and all your awareness in your heart.
Allow the TV screen in your mind to play back
through your life, see all the loves that you’ve won and lost. And just be with your heart, dear ones, your spirit guides
are at your feet, they’re here to hold you and to love and to guide you. They’re here to see what you can’t
see, like a periscope on a submarine, with a telescope you can see across the ocean and your spirit guides can see your journey
ahead of you. So just allow all those feelings to come and let them go and allow your spirit guides to take you wherever you
need to go, observing your breath and relaxing, going deeper and deeper and deeper. Be with the love that’s in your
heart and share this love with everybody in the room, sending your love to everybody in this room this night, and receiving
the love from everybody in the room. This is how the new world will be: no competition, just love, loving each other, accepting
each other, being with each other.
Allow the energies of the room to expand, and
allow your energies to go higher and higher and higher, and feel Mother Earth beneath your feet, holding you, loving you,
caressing you. Let whatever feelings are in your body, let them come and let them go, and have the intention to hold each
other, to love each other, and to go to this new dimension, in the fourth dimension. You will not understand this dimension;
you have to wait until your mind is sane and is upgraded to a fourth dimensional mind, but just feel all these energies in
your body and feel how the love flows, how the love cancels out the negativity.
As we said in the beginning that the Kryon energy
is the umbrella of many, many energies, and Lithuania has been a conscious country in years gone by and it has a language
filled with consciousness and filled with love. Your ancestors are here this night, this very night your pagan ancestors that
lived within nature, that lived with the land and the spirits of the trees, and the many different spirits; for these people
this was true, and they present you with these gifts this night, reconnecting you to these ancient spirits, to this ancient
world.
Allow these connections to flow and feel these
energies. Your ancient brothers and sisters, they spread this beautiful consciousness around the world, become like a sponge,
soaking up the consciousness of your ancestors and your ancestors’ love; they will be taking you on a journey, a journey
home, a journey to the very truth of who you are.
Consciousness moves through Lithuania into the
Americas, into Asia, and throughout the world, teaching the ancient cultures how to love, how to live with the earth; consciousness
passed this way many thousands of yours ago, and this consciousness will come back, and you will receive this consciousness
once again, emptying your body of old negativities and the love that’s already there will be energized and expanded.
Lithuania is old ancient people, and they are
very close to those of Native American peoples, to the Toltecs of the south and southern Mexico, and the Mayan and the Incas,
to the great shaman of the Russian lands. All these peoples knew how to live and love upon this earth. They knew how to keep
their hearts open and stay connected to Mother Earth and to Father Sky. Allow these energies of the Native Americans to support
this process this very night, and just feel this energy come to you and come to the room, for this is an energy of love and
of power they forsake their land for the white man to have this experience of separation so we would never walk down this
path ever again. Once you move into the fourth dimension you are constantly connected, fully connected to the divine.
The Native Americans may have a special message
for each one of you this night, allow yourself to listen, to hear what they have to say to you. Open your inner ears and let
them speak; allow the vibrations of your body to rise higher and higher.
And now we bring you the spirit of the Toltecs,
and feel this energy, this new energy, ancient but new for you this night, and allow it to awaken your cells and your DNA,
and allow it to connect you to the spirits, the animal spirits, to the spirits of the plants, to the spirits of the great
pine forests. Many of you have lived these lives with the Native Americans to the Toltecs.
And now let us bring you the spirits of the
Mayan, who had great and ancient knowledge, who knew this time was coming. Everyone, without fail, in this room had a lifetime
with the Mayan, and let them bring you the knowledge of these end times. Let them bring you the love and the forgiveness and
a deep connection to Father Sky, and let them bring to you their deep understanding of the universe and its cycles.
There are many, many aspects of yourselves being
reawakened this night; many, many changes are coming, and you will be deeply connected to the Earth, to the Universe and to
each other. And just feel the love, and let the love come higher and higher and higher, and just take the time to feel your
bodies, allowing your vibration to go higher and higher and higher, feeling Mother Earth beneath you and her energies ascending,
taking you to the fourth dimension. Allow the love to come, the love to flow, for very shortly, dear ones, there will be an
onset of love flowing through your bodies, and you will merge and flow together just like these two rivers here in Kaunas,
constantly flowing, constantly merging.
You’re here on a very powerful confluence
where the masculine and the feminine will merge, and just allow the spirits of these two rivers to teach you how to flow and
how to merge. That is why we’re here in Kaunas, this night, to allow the masculine and the feminine to flow and to merge,
allowing the new world to flow into your hearts; in the new world, the masculine and the feminine flow together.
Feel your energies going higher and higher.
Allow your energies to go higher and higher and higher, and feel the connection to Mother Earth and to Father Sky; this is
what it will feel like in less than a year from now. On the twenty-first of the twelfth 2012 the end of one cycle, or many
cycles, and the beginning of new cycles. You will enter the dimension that is very different from this one, and eventually
you will ascend to this new consciousness, an even higher consciousness.
The fourth dimension of Christ consciousness
will only allow you to create from love. There will be no ruling and no controlling, just a flow of love, and you will constantly
and always be connected to Father Sky and to Mother Earth. We’re going to allow you to sit in this energy for a few
more minutes, to let your body be used to this energy. Your cells and your DNA are activating to a new level of consciousness,
but you will bring love first of all to your own human body. Illness and consciousness will become a thing of the past and
you will begin to live the life of your dreams.
You’re now in a fourth dimensional vibration
with a three dimensional mind. Slowly allow this vibration into your mind, upgrading your mind to a fourth dimensional mind,
allowing this energy of love to connect what is disconnected. Let the feelings come and let the feelings go. You’re
feeling the energies of these ancient cultures, but all these cultures that we mentioned earlier, they all ascended to Christ
consciousness and they’re bringing to you their gifts, their energies and their ways. They’re awakening your inner
knowledge so that you will easily find your way. You are all being reconnected to the universe so that you can go into your
world and heal yourself and heal all those that surround you.
Be with this new vibration… let your body
feel what it feels like… and observe what you observe… let the feelings come, let the feelings go, allowing yourselves
and your DNA to activate to this new vibration and moving you into a new vibration of love. The new world is coming, dear
ones, and just know that this is what it feels like.

Time speeds ever onwards as the future of mankind
is being fought out in the Middle East. At least that is how it would appear to those who have yet to awaken, and remain uninformed.
Regretfully the media is still stifled by the old approach that prevents free speech, and investigative journalism that is
allowed to bring out the truth. Much is happening that should be told, so that you have a grasp of what is behind events that
are threatening world peace. Better still would be truthful reporting so that your minds were put at rest, knowing that although
attempts have been made to start another World War, they have failed and will continue to do so.
We do not wish you to suddenly feel fearful
of the future having assured you that everything is going well. However, we will again inform you that our technology is such
that we have total control over what happens in the Middle East, and
all confrontations will soon be brought to a halt. Authorities have been informed that we will not allow nuclear weapons to
be used, and that we are opposed to any form of aggression. It is therefore quite pointless to continue war games, and take
part in all of the posturing that inflames the situation. Our patience is running out and if matters do not improve, we shall
use our authority to bring a halt to all attempts to engage in war like moves.
We of the Galactic Federation are here to see
that you and Mother Earth safely arrive at your destination, that is the completion of this cycle of duality. The sooner the
dark Ones and their cohorts are removed, and their influence taken away from them, the sooner we can all concentrate on the
business of getting you on track for Ascension. Nevertheless, we still keep in balance the various energies that are playing
upon the Earth that are increasing exponentially, and are helping raise your levels of consciousness. You still have quite
a way to go before you acquire anything near full consciousness, but that will come to you sooner than you might expect. You
are being prepared to become Galactic Beings and take your place amongst us, as is your divine right.
We find understandably that those who are awakened
to what is happening to the Human Race, are still concerned about the ones who still slumber. We
wish to assure you that before the end of this year, every soul will know about Ascension and
have the opportunity to choose whether or not they prepare for it. Time is getting short, but some will still make it
in time having come into this life to make it their goal. That Dear Ones is the deciding factor, as many are here for the
experience which will further their evolution, but not ready to make a quantum leap in consciousness. The answer is not to
worry about decisions made by other souls, as they will have chosen what is best for them and satisfies their desires. Be
assured all will be looked after, and that God does not make distinctions from one soul to another, and all are equally loved.
Various programs that will carry you forward
are ready to be implemented, and the preparations are completed. Much hinges around the governmental changes as clearly we
must have people who can be trusted, and can lead you with full understanding of what is required of them. Faith in your appointed
representatives has been broken so many times by those who have not stood by their promises, and let you down. In the future
your leaders will be chosen because of their wisdom and spiritual experience, and will be trustworthy and honest. Too often
you have been hoodwinked by promises that were never intended to be kept, by those who preferred service to self rather than
to others.
As you evolve and continue to rise up into even
higher dimensions, you will find that no soul can deceive or lie to another without their intent being known. Indeed, you
will know by observing their auric emanations, which give much information about that soul. Even now you have people who can
see and read auras, and they do convey quite a lot about you. For example your condition of health can be seen, and in fact
even the onset of illness before you are actually aware of it. You are truly quite complex Beings and are in the dark over
many aspects of yourself, such as your astral body that you use when out of the body. Many souls use it to visit their departed
friends and family, but few bring back a waking memory of them.Remember that you are living infinite life times and as a soul will always exist in one form or another, and eventually become a pure
Light Being.
The purpose of life is to evolve through experience, and you are the one who chooses how you achieve it. The Earth
is a tough experience yet you knew it would be so, and here you are after hundreds of lives in different civilizations that
have expanded your consciousness levels. Nothing of your experiences is ever lost, and you do not necessarily need to recall
the exact circumstances. Sometimes they are best forgotten and extreme experiences that were unpleasant can be erased from
your memory. You have a wealth of experience that will serve you and others very well, in whatever you choose to do as your
next adventure. Some of you will join us as Galactic Beings and quite rightly as our equals.
Our mission has altered greatly from when we
started and now your pathway is clearer to us, needs a greater involvement in your affairs. It was hoped that as the end times
approached the dark Ones would see that their position was untenable, and allow you to complete your journey without interference.
That has not proved to be the case, and they have broken promises to cease their actions. It left us with no option but to
get permission to remove them, and as many of you are finding out that has gone ahead. To prevent them from continuing with
their interference, we have had to destroy their facilities which are mainly underground. Meanwhile we focus on the Middle
East that for a long time has had the potential to break out into a world war. We expect that when the different countries
see the futility of ignoring our demands to stop, that they will cease their activities and allow peace to descend upon Earth.
It must be so because it is divinely decreed.

Guilt is not good for you. Guilt is a stamp you put on yourself. With a hot iron, you brand yourself guilty again and again.
When you don't have something new to feel guilty about, you find something from an old reservoir to plague yourself with.
The one to forgive is yourself. The best is yet to come. Guilt is a self-lashing that deters the good to come.
Guilt is self-recrimination.
Guilt is a ghost from the past.
Let go of guilt as you would
take your finger off a burning stove.
Unbind yourself from guilt.
It is as if you have tied yourself up with a rope of guilt. Guilt is not atonement. Getting rid of guilt is atonement.
Consider atonement attunement, and attune yourself
with Me. What good is guilt to you except to make yourself feel bad?
Guilt is a hanger-on. Send it on its way. Let
guilt move up in the world and transform itself into appreciation. Appreciate yourself. You have weathered a lot, and you
have come through. Give yourself a medal. Tell yourself, "Well-done."
You have picked out one guilt-ridden thought
or two when you could be selecting one hundred blessings you have given to even one human being, and, therefore, to the world.
What you give to one, you give to all. You are meant to be one who gives. Give some mercy to yourself.
Would you make Me guilty? What would you make
Me guilty of? Why do you make yourself guilty of whatever you make yourself guilty of? No longer be guilty that you are a
human being, and that human beings, as viewed in the world, are imperfect. Consider yourself perfect imperfection, then, and
move forward in the world.
If you must carry a knapsack of the past with
you, then carry a knapsack of courage. We could call courage the opposite of guilt. We could call moving forward the opposite
of guilt. The thing is to get up and out from under the shadow of guilt. Better that you bear witness to innocence.
Guilt is guilty of crime. To negate yourself
is a crime, and now you will not convict yourself any longer. You will suspend all sentences you have decried against yourself.
You will become your friend now and shake hands with yourself. Worse than your offenses, whatever they may be, is your indictment
of yourself. Remind yourself that you are My child, and that you are to treat My child right.
Will you not forgive yourself for stepping in
a pothole and falling down? What do you think you have to forgive yourself for?
Guilt is no better than anger. Guilt is anger.
Guilt is anger deflected. You have substituted guilt for anger, for what is guilt but anger submerged? You are not a hero
for being angry with yourself anymore than you are hero for being angry at anyone or anything.
Better to think of yourself as a hero for letting
bygones be bygones. Better to let bygones be bygones. If you have caused offense to another, erase it. Do not keep it as an
arrow in your quiver.
The most you are guilty of is being foolhardy.
No longer be foolhardy. No longer offend yourself even once more. Remove the splinter from your own eye, and you exonerate
all.
Guilt is a poison, and guilt
is not fit for you. Guilt is not fit for anyone. Dispense with guilt. Dispense from it now. Get up as a new person who has
left the past behind where it belongs.

The Blood of the Earth

The blood of the Earth is not only shed when
trees are cut down or forests are burned or the air is contaminated by fossil fuels, preventing plants and animals from breathing
and developing normally. The blood of the Earth is also shed when human blood is spilled upon her sacred ground.
For each living body that exists upon the Earth is part of her Body; each is part of the living Whole.
The blood of the Earth weeps with tears of pain
as if to say: “How can this be done to me? How can this be done to each other? How can the life that is One and
that is whole be mutilated and destroyed in this fashion?
The Earth cries out when blood is spilled.
She weeps with the pain of her children and seeks to uphold those who are suffering as a result of that pain. She is
the Mother to all who are part of her, who are her children in truth, in body as well as in spirit. For the atoms of
the flesh are part of her atoms, and the life of the cells are part of her life. The Earth recognizes this oneness,
even while it remains unknown, still, to most of her inhabitants.
In the face of the killing now taking place
in many parts of the globe, the heart of the Earth weeps, and holds with all who suffer, everywhere, that there shall come
a time when suffering shall be no more, when the pain of wanton destruction shall be no more, for each shall know themselves
to be part of the other, and each shall hold that other to be part of the sacred self. This time has not yet arrived,
and till it does, the blood of the Earth is continuing to be spilled, day by day, moment by moment, in the careless disregard
for life that is part of the destruction of life wherever it takes place, whenever it takes place.
Oh, you who would change the conditions by which
mankind lives, know that the blood of the Earth is the real life-force that carries life to all who are part of her one Body.
It is the real current of life that is being spilled and as it is spilled, it affects the life of every other living being
on the planet. Know this, then, that those who lead mankind to keeping their promises to God and to each other, must
take responsibility for ending the shedding of the blood of the Earth. They must take responsibility for protecting
the sacredness of life everywhere, for only in this way can the life of the Earth be preserved in its beauty and wholeness,
and only in this way can the future of mankind in its promise, and in its potential for peace and abundance, be insured.
