To all sacred light jewels upon the Earth, I
send my blessings, love and compassion. I embrace you in the goddess energy of tender love and hold within my mind the image
of you existing on the Earth as your true divine self, with courage and reverence.
I open my heart to you now and allow the guidance
that the Creator encourages me to share with you to flow forward as a breath of fresh air to inspire your mind and heart.
I ask only that you hold onto the intent of maintaining an open mind and heart in order to accept and digest the vibration
of the wisdom I wish to share with you. Itis your divine and gracious free will that allows you to choose whether to embody
the vibration or not.
The energy of compassion is needed on the Earth
now in order to support the areas where chaos and pain are alive, whether it is within countries or within individuals across
the world. Compassion is a sacred gift that one person can give with an open heart to another to aid healing; it can act as
a support or comfort that allows the soul to awaken to the presence of the Creator and the truth that can unfold. It doesn't
matter whether the person is a loved one or a stranger, whether you give it to a group or a country, compassion can be shared
with great intensity creating many heavenly miracles. Compassion is a thought, intent and understanding that can be transmitted
as widely as you feel is appropriate, it doesn't even have to be limited to those who are suffering but can be given as a
gift to those who are achieving their enlightenment. (Many people believe that they are still experiencing aspects of suffering
even when they are acknowledging themselves as becoming enlightened and united with the Creator. There is truth in this as
we are not truly free until we surrender to the Creator completely on all levels of your being, surrendering our soul and
monad as well. ) You have the power to give compassion from the very sacred core of your being; you have the ability to allow
it to flow with intent and freedom from your being. Compassion must always be given, it is transference of energy; with the
energy of compassion one person can give while the other can accept. The feelings and experiences whether you are giving or
receiving can be similar but the most important focus is upon awakening and opening of the energies of the giver and receiver.
To act as a giver of compassion even if it is only for a few minutes a day is a great blessing to humanity but also to you.
With the understanding that compassion can be
given we mustn't forget to give compassion to ourselves as we are always in need of what we give to others. To give compassion
to yourself will restore your energies, awaken you from illusion and act as a guiding light in uncertain times. You can give
compassion to yourself each day as a form of respect and honouring yourself as well as acting as a supportive foundation of
healing light to dissolve unneeded attachments.
Compassion is needed when you or another person
is seen to be in pain, suffering, confused, submerged in negative emotions, misinterpreting themselves, guided by the ego,
disconnected or uncertain of their path forward. Compassion is also needed when you or a person is happy, joyous, connected
and blissful. The latter need for compassion may seem a strange statement but when we begin to understand the true and new
meaning of compassion we begin to acknowledge its need in our reality as an eternally flowing energy from our beings.
In the past compassion has been understood as
a feeling of deep sorrow for another's circumstances or a feeling of understanding and maybe even taking on their pain. Compassion
could be seen as a deep desire to help another in any way you can, to guide and assist them, to offer your sympathy. Compassion
can sometimes manifest as a feeling of pity for another, seeing them as different as or poorer than you. Many people experience
compassion in different way but I wish to bring forth a new way of understanding and acting as compassion on the Earth. Compassion
is always a blessing to give and experience.
From my point of view compassion is to express
a love that is pure and free from judgement of any kind about yourself or another. Compassion is a flowing free energy that
holds an intention of support, an encouraging light that is in abundance not to heal or transform the person but to comfort
them. This light can then be used by the person's soul to bring into fruition energies and insights that are needed to overcome
or move through the suffering. The energy of compassion brings to the receiver hope, contentment, inspiration and a connection
with their soul. You are simply providing a helping hand, not by solving or dissolving the suffering but by supporting the
growth and realisation that needs to occur. It is akin to surrounding a baby in warm blankets and offering nurturing food,
the baby will grow and develop at its own speed you are just supporting the growth, you can't grow for the baby. If you give
compassion to another you are enabling them to accept the growth and understanding that needs to take place, if you are giving
compassion to yourself then you are supporting yourself with light, love and understanding to aid a further process of awakening
or enlightenment. Compassion is a wonderful gift that supports growth, this is why it needs to be shared and expressed on
the Earth now.
Compassion is a flowing love from the heart
chakra but it is also a sacred acknowledgment. When you give compassion you are acknowledging the divine and sacred being
within the person, you are also acknowledging and recognising their courage as they take on the experience of suffering or
pain to become closer to the Creator's light. Every experiencing of pain or suffering is a gift, it is a teaching or lesson
that you have created to allow you to realise new and wonderful things about yourself and the Creator. So when we look upon
another and see their experiences we must acknowledge within them the glowing spirit and determination to release all illusion
or fears and embrace the presence of the Creator. We must honour every person for the truth that they are and the lessons
that they take on to aid and develop their spiritual ascension and light awakening. Acknowledging or seeing that a person's
suffering is a lesson and a natural pathway that they are and must embark upon allows you to release all feeling of sorrow
or pity and to rejoice in the wonderful work and experience they are achieving. It is as if you are simply accepting their
situation as the divine will of the Creator. With this realisation it can seem as if the love of compassion has left us as
we acknowledge the divine within another and recognise their process of growth, it can appear as if we are heartless or are
less caring but this is not true. When you see a person for the truth they are and that their suffering is not real, simply
a test or a lesson, then you are helping them to see themselves in this way also. It is as if the veil of illusion is being
lifted. The person may then be able to see that with a simple understanding of what is truly happening or what they are trying
to learn, their suffering or problem can evaporate because of the realisation.
As you acknowledge the person's path and extend
love from your heart to support them you can then ask within you if there is anything else that you could do or offer as help.
On some occasions you will have to walk by as a person needs to experience the suffering or other time you will be inspired
to say or do something to be of greater assistance.
The change in the way that we share compassion
is a result of the growth of humanity, people are beginning to take responsibility for their realities, creations and growth
and so this means that sometimes when we are trying to be helpful we are actually interfering in their path. We must always
be loving and supportive, acknowledging every person for who they truly are and asking first within whether we can be of assistance.
To honour and love another for the path they are walking is a wonderful blessing for you and the receiver. With the understanding
of compassion, let it flow from your heart now to an individual or to the world. Even those who are not suffering will appreciate
your acknowledgment from within you of their truth. As you recognise the truth within another, you recognise the truth within
yourself.
Let yourself be of service by sending love from
your heart, honouring the person for their divine presence and mission on the Earth. Then recognise the path that they are
walking and know that they are discovering wonderful things about themselves and the Creator. Let your love support and align
them to the Creator so that they may see the truth of the matter they are experiencing, the reason and purpose of the Creator's
will. Then ask within you if there is anything additional that you can do or say to be of service. You can look at everyone
through the eyes of compassion, when you achieve this they will look at you through the eyes of compassion, resulting in everyone
honouring the sacred truth within each other while offering a supportive love to aid the spiritual path forward.

Beloved one, you are coming to know your treasure,
and that it is not in the outer. You are coming to know that it is not even influenced by others. Others are going to be just
who they are, and you can’t change them. You can love them, and that’s all you can do. But it is no mere thing
to love them. They can behave any way they want to, and you can still love them. That is how powerful you are. And each time

Hello, Everyone...
Last week we engaged in a fascinating conversation
about practical spirituality, ending with the question: Am I discovering my future, or deciding about it?
Conversations with God says that "every act is an act of self-definition." CWG also says, "Life is not a process of discovery, it is a process of creation." It is not ours to "discover" Who We Are, it is ours to "create" Who We Are. Yet how can we create Who We Are if we already are that....? If we already are Divine, how can we be said to actively and willfully create ourselves as being Divine? The answer to the question lies beneath a fundamental truth: It is impossible to create anything. CWG tells us that everything that ever was, is now, and ever will be....IS, Right Now. If this is accurate (and it is), then we cannot truly "create" anything, we can only notice that whatever we wish to experience has already been created. What we are doing, then, is a process of manifestation, not a process of creation. The dictionary defines "manifestation" as "an event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies something." It says nothing about creation. That's because a manifestation is not a creation. It is an event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies something that you desire, which already IS; which already exists. Thus, you are not calling into existence, but calling forth FROM existence, that which you wish to now experience. There is a huge difference between the two. And so, in answer to the question that ignited this whole exploration...we cannot "create ourselves as being Divine." Yet what we can do is manifest our own Divinity. How does `manifestation' take place?
All of this might lead one to ask: what is the
process by which manifestation takes place? How does it happen?
We do not "manifest" something by wishing for it. We manifest something by noticing it. That is, we notice that it already exists; that it is Now Existing. Or, in the case of an action, that it is Now Taking Place. One of the most wonderful Affirmations that I have enjoyed giving to people who wish to increase their financial abundance, for instance, is: "All the money I need is coming to me now." This is not a statement of what I am hoping for, this is a statement of what is happening right now. The two are not even close to being the same. The two words that start the ignition I frequently tell students that there are two
words which are very powerful is the processing of Manifestation. These words are: I AM.
These words are a noticement, not a request (as in a prayer) or a creation. They are a noticing of what is already true, not an announcement of what we are going to produce in our reality as being true, or of what we hope will hope to pass. Manifestation arises not out of hoping, but out of knowing. Pure knowing. Thus, it is not a question of having faith, but of having awareness. When you step into your darkened bedroom, you do not have "faith" that when you flick the light switch the blub will come on, you have a sure and certain awareness that this is what happens when you use the switch. You act out of an awareness that this is what you must do to produce light in the room. Faith is not part of the equation. You do not have to "have faith" that the lights go on when you turn the switch, you know that they do, because you know how this all works. The same is true with Life. When you know for a certainty how Life works, you never again have a need for faith. You have replaced, in your personal spirituality, faith with knowing. When Jesus said to Lazarus, "Arise and walk," he did not have faith that Lazarus would rise from the dead. He knew that Lazarus would do so. How could he have come to such knowing? It is quite simple. He knew Who He Really Was. He understood, accepted, embraced, and demonstrated his Divinity. When we do the same, our lives and our world will change. Love and Hugs, Neale

What You Have Been Waiting For

Regardless of the room in your heart that is
left remaining to grow, you are at your prime now. Today you are. This morning you are. Wake up in the morning and remind
yourself that you are at your prime. You are greater today than you were yesterday. You are greater today than you have ever
been. Even when you don’t feel fantastic, remind yourself of how good you are, and see the new nuances that crop up
as you deal with life. This idea of your being more today than you ever were will make you stand taller, your shoulders back,
your head high. At least an inch taller. You are more today than yesterday. That has to be. You are rising higher day after
day.
Here’s the point, beloveds: You are becoming
better and better, greater and greater, marvelous and more marvelous. There is more prime to come. Definitely, more prime
to come. Meanwhile, you are at your prime today.
This is the day I have set before you, and you
taste of it. Whatever the weather, you have been upgraded. Today there is a new and better you. Yesterday you had gained on
yourself as well, yet today you grow higher yet. You are someone who grows and grows and never stops growing.
Although you have those days when you think you
are going backwards, still, you must have some recognition that you are learning every day. You have gleaned what you were
to glean from this day. Willing or not, you gleaned it.
And now you close the door on yesterday, and
now, today, you go through a taller door where the ceilings are higher and mirrors reflect you. You can feel how you will
lift off today. Today you will rise to new heights. This can only be so because today is today, and that is what today is
for.
Today could be the day you are waiting for. You
may have lived for this day your whole life. You may not really know what you have been seeking day after day, and, yet, today,
you could come across it. What you have been seeking may come rushing to you, and your heart leaps, and you say in awe: “Yes,
this is the day I have been waiting for. The day has come. It is here. It has found me.”
How you will frolic on this day!
Maybe you have been waiting for Me to suggest
that you be eager for the day the morrow brings. To Me, it is obvious for you to be elated at the thought of what tomorrow
may bring. One of these days coming up, you will jump out of your shoes at the joy that is yours. The joy that awaits you
is yours. It has been waiting for you as much or more than you have been waiting for it. The day knows when its plum is right
for the picking. You have to be eager, and you have to wait both. You can only find out and receive as each day rises and
slips beyond the stars.
I give you an ironclad guarantee that this auspicious
day is on its way to you. And when this auspicious day arrives, you are going to be so happy.
And, then, after that day, there will be another
great day in the offing, another great day that will raise you to new heights, and another day for you to sing from the rooftops:
“This day has come. It has come for me. It has given me itself filled with what I have always been waiting for.”

Beloved Ones,
We would like to have discourse with you now
on the quality of Love called courage. This quality requires One to be in their integrity at all times and to know Oneself
well, for this is where the quality of courage finds expression into manifestation. Many times in life upon your Planet,
there are those who do not show respect or understanding for the sanctity of any facet of daily life and the inherent rules
of conduct towards each other and in order to make one’s personal boundaries known, it requires this most needed quality
in order to stand in One’s truth and speak it honestly and directly. As the words are spoken, One also employs the quality
of Love called compassion, for it is inherently understood that as the quality of courage is called forth, so must it be tempered
by compassion, in order for the heartfelt communication to be accepted by the other so that there is an equal and peaceful
exchange of viewpoints until there is an acceptable understanding reached between both parties.
Many times is this understanding breached as
either One or the Other allows their rampant feelings and emotions to take hold and so it can be the cause of much heartache
and suffering when it could have been avoided by the act of postponement until One’s emotions were brought into a more
balanced state and then approaching the Other with One’s view. And we see the Beloved Lightworkers, who have most times
practiced “The Golden Rule” of - do unto others as you would have them do unto you - have been finding themselves
unheard and relatively unseen or almost invisible as it were, and it is in finding the courage to stand in your Light and
speak your truth, that the Other begins to ‘see’ you. Sometimes, putting your viewpoint and needs across must
come from a more stringent and forceful act in order to make the Other sit up and take notice. There is nothing inherently
wrong with this, Beloved Ones, for it is your Light that has made you ‘invisible’ and sometimes One has to shout
in order to direct the Other’s line of vision to you.
It falls upon each of you to use your discernment
and also to follow your ‘gut’ instinct as to the correct action to take. As the days go forth, each of you will
be learning to use that instinct in decisions that will be made in a split second and this is where your years of training
in self discipline and self control will come to the fore and serve you well. Always remember that in most cases, your first
intuitive impression is usually accurate and as this is employed more often, it will become relatively easy to follow your
instinct and employ your courage. As you can see, that which is simple can sometimes become more complicated as in the concept
of ‘tough Love.’ Always remember that what you do is always for the highest good of all and that should be your
marker in all your actions. Many times, our Beloved Lightworkers take too much of the blame upon themselves simply because
their sense of honor and integrity demands them to look with honesty and truth at every situation to ensure that they make
no omissions in their quest for Mastery of Life and themselves.
Try to be patient with yourselves and with others,
for you are all on the Path back to a higher level of Being and if you can just detach from the drama, it will be much easier
for you to see the higher perspective. It is exhilarating for we of the Higher dimensions to see this unfolding now upon your
Planet, for as you gather your courage, speak and stand for your truths, there will come a time when Peace WILL prevail on
Earth, for all that which was not Love will have been cleared and transmuted through the initial act of courage.
I leave you now to ponder upon these words until
