There is thunder and lightening in the air, there
is the smell of roses and the breeze of new energy.
Breathing contains the energy of all there is.
You give it an intent by saying: this is black, this is white, this is good, this is bad. . . that intent is what you
are experiencing as doubt, fear, love and other emotions you value. There is no such thing as emotional pain or being hurt,
only when you give that intention to the energy that is flowing through you. That is what makes it so magnificent to be a
human. You can choose what you want to experience at many levels, in many ways.
Now you have given yourself the gift of holli
poppi hajoe, the magnificent ingredient you can add to your breath, life will be much easier. You have chosen to go the easy
way. Your creations will flow naturally to you and your pains will be more neutral. You can experience them from a place that
gives you more peace, that will tell you that it is not about you what you are experiencing. You are not your emotions,
it's simply an energy that you have given a certain intention. You are such a great creator, painting life in and outside
yourself it's an honor to watch that and to stand beside you. Today we tell you, you are not your emotions and your breath
will give you more space to experience that. On top of that you can take the breath of holli poppi hajoe to make yourself
ready for your next step. You are what you are and that is totally perfect and divine.
You can create whatever you choose with your
intention. Intention is like your magic wand that blows stars and sparkles wherever you focus your intention at. Focus and
intention goes hand in hand, both are needed to create whatever you choose. Your intention can be a feeling, a color,
a vibe without knowing what it is you are exactly creating. You are creating the vibration in your life of your intention.
Your focus makes sure. You stay with your intention and point it at a certain place in time and space that fills the
vacuum. Your focus can be wide and it can be at a small point. It does not matter what you choose, your intention will be
felt and heard.
Intention is the language with which you speak
to the universe and she will answer your call. Often humans are distracted when they feel their intention isn't heard. Stick
with your intention, at the end your intentions always wins and will be heard. There can be so much rumor around you that
it takes sometime for your intention to be answered by the universe. The more you focus the sooner and the better you will
be heard. Focusing on your creation and intention is like adding super speed to your creations, they will flow into your reality
real soon.
We wrap you in our wings today, dear ones,
for we are always with you, guiding you every step of the way. We are you, we are living in the space of your hearts, we are
the breathing of your soul. We are One.
