We greet you with love, peace and grace; we
honour you completely for your mission upon the Earth. Essentially you are on the Earth now to dissolve all karmic energies
created by humanity's past actions. This is such a powerful mission and purpose on the Earth, each of you has been given an
area of the karmic energies to work upon and dissolve in a way that you feel is appropriate. You are so devoted to dissolving
the karmic energies that have grown within the Creator's universe that you have accepted a portion of the karmic energies
as your own, promising to manifest onto the Earth in order to experience these karmic energies for yourself in physical form,
which is when the karmic energies hold the greatest power. Like a soldier of light you battle through the karmic energies
overcoming them in your own time. Due to your mission feeling so personal to you, you have yet to realise that you are achieving
this work on behalf of everyone, on behalf of the Creator's universe. You are working as an individual upon the Earth but
the truth is that you are working as a team with all souls upon the Earth and all souls upon the inner planes. The energies
that you overcome, dissolve or let go of, positively affect and influence the entire world and make the light of each soul
even brighter. Many of you do not realise this and think that your mundane lives and the small steps that you take on the
Earth do not amount to anything but you as an individual are creating so much positive change in the world, honour yourself
for this as we honour you, blessing you each and every day. Take a moment to contemplate the words that we have just uttered
to you, that you chose to come to the Earth to experience all that you have been presented with and created to help dissolve
the negative karmic energy of the Creator's universe, this is such an amazing mission which you have undertaken.
There are two energies that we, Goddess Isis
and Goddess Hathor, have stepped forward to speak with you about today and they are connected with the anchoring and rising
of the Goddess consciousness and light. They are not energies that are new to you but they are energies that we feel need
to be understood and acknowledged to aid your spiritual growth. These two energies create the impression of separation and
being or feeling like a victim.
The victim energy is very strong upon the Earth
it has become a consciousness in its self which people can tap into or adopt. Victim energy is not a result of your experiences
but simply an energy that you have chosen to take on after certain experiences. In the past people have had experiences and
have adopted feelings of being hurt, depressed, sad, helpless, burdened and generally experience emotional or mental suffering.
Once a habit formed of certain experiences causing negative reactions then this created a consciousness, like a well of energy
and a way of thinking that anyone could link into. The more people that linked into this consciousness or way of thinking
and behaving, the more it became a natural way of life. Now the victim consciousness is almost like a smoke that hangs over
humanity, being inhaled sometimes be some or constantly by others. It is the wish of the Goddess consciousness to dissolve
this victim energy and consciousness as it will completely change the way in which people upon the Earth conduct their realities.
It is appropriate to look upon every experience as a positive experience from which numerous lessons and much understanding
can be drawn. We understand that humanity must be the drivingforce for dissolving the victim energy and this can only be achieved
through a change in attitude and by consciously letting go of the victim habits that humanity adopts. We also realise that
by lending our Goddess light and bathing the victim energy in pure loving light we can begin to disperse the victim consciousness
and encourage people to seek the energy of love to replace the energy of the victim. We can and do always send our energy
of love into the Earth for numerous different purposes but when you as a light worker invoke our energy and direct it to certain
areas or energies upon the Earth this holds so much power and we are able to penetrate the levels of the physical Earth with
greater depth. Now is the time when humanity must take responsibility for their own spiritual growth and the ascension of
the Earth so it is essential that people as individuals and groups call upon or invite positive loving energies to merge with
the Earth. We therefore wish to share with you an invocation which you can say out loud to assist in the process of anchoring
the Goddess consciousness into the Earth.
'I invoke the energy of the Creator to shower
over and through my being. I invoke my guides to love and protect me. I invoke Goddess Isis and Goddess Hathor to assist and
lend me your energy. I invoke my soul and Goddess self to activate, emerge and radiate from within my being. Let us together
create a blaze of light holding the consciousness of pure love.
My invocation is on behalf of the Earth, humanity,
my loved ones and myself.
I wish to invoke the Goddess light of
the purest vibration to anchor into my being and to dissolve and disperse all energies, patterns, habits and beliefs that
are connected with the victim consciousness and energy. Please severe all connection and links that I may have created with
the victim consciousness and heal them with love. I now understand that I do not need the victim energy, nor do I believe
myself to be a victim in any way. I am a powerful beacon of love. Dissolve and disperse all victim energies that I am attached
to and replace them with love. I allow this healing and cleansing process to take place and thank the Goddess beings for their
assistance.

I invoke the Goddess consciousness enthused
in love to anchor into humanity, the Earth and the victim consciousness and energy that has been created by humanity. Please
dissolve all unneeded victim energies and consciousness, replacing this energy with goddess love. Assist and guide people
who are ready in severing all attachments that they hold to the victim consciousness and dissolve any beliefs that they hold
about themselves being a victim. Let the victim energy now be transformed into a pure and appropriate energy of love. Thank
you Goddess beings for your devotion, love, assistance and guidance.'
This simple invocation will create such a change
on the Earth energetically which will then be able to manifest physically. It is important to also be aware of and to notice
when you are holding onto or acting with victim consciousness. If you are aware then you are able to remove or take your attention
away from the victim energy and concentrate upon seeing and experiencing yourself as the love energy of the Creator. With
more and more habits being dissolved through simple awareness, the easier you will find it to remain in the energy of love.
The second energy that we wish to speak with
you about and we feel needs your attention, is the energy of separation. We see that once the Creator began to manifest numerous
aspects of the Creator's energy, the presence of separation began to manifest. Sometimes in order to understand certain energies,
teachings or lessons we must indulged in separation as it aids our learning. The universe and energy of the Creator is so
vast and expansive that separation allows us to analyse certain areas or aspects in order to gain enlightenment. Separation
is so prominent on the Earth; we see separation between souls or people because of the presence of the physical body. We see
separation in the way people think and feel, even separation in countries, cities, town and villages. Separation creates division;
it helps us to remain in control and to comprehend situations. Separation can bring a feeling of security in many way
but it can also result in feelings of loneliness, feeling misunderstood, feeling unloved and unwanted. We can see how separation
has both positive and negative influences on humanity but essentially separation is an illusion, it is a by product of humanity's
past experiences. Separation is almost like a karmic energy that all must come to terms with because each person experiences
it in some form. When a soul becomes truly enlightened it is the energy of separation that is dissolved. Every person can
dissolve and let go of the energy of separation because it has only manifested throughlimited thinking and viewing the Earth
as a physical solid energy rather than an energetic source connected to the energetic universe of the Creator. The belief
in separation is actually disrespectful to the continuous flowing and ever changing energy of the Creator. If you believe
that everything is energy, continuously flowing, evolving and being exchanged then the idea of separation is inappropriate
and unneeded. Everything is connected as one whether it appears to be or not. When you gain a level of awareness you will
be able to acknowledge and experience a complete feeling of oneness which will dissolve all beliefs of separation instantly.
One area that we feel needs healing is the separation that all souls feel with the Creator. This is such a common experience;
many people feel tremendous separation from the Creator and this is when depression, feelings of being unworthy or unloved
develop. When we feel a connection with the Creator we are able to feel the constant flow of love from the Creator into our
being, which brings feelings of contentment and happiness. Connection is a form of dissolving separation; by increasing your
connection with the Creator you naturally dissolve the great illusion of separation which is a powerful consciousness upon
the Earth.
Rather than dissolving the consciousness of
separation we wish to enhance your connection with the Creator. We wish to offer you an invocation to assist you in this process.
'Beloved Goddess Isis and Goddess Hathor, I
invoke your energies with the light and love of the Goddess consciousness to flow over and through my being. Let me be protected
by your energies. It is my wish to disperse the energy of separation that is held within my consciousness and mind by enhancing
my connection with the Creator.
Please send a beam of your golden pure light
down through the top of my head into my heart chakra. I ask that you help me connect with a greater aspect of the Creator
by allowing myself to melt deeper into my soul. As I link with my soul let me create a deeper connection with my soul. Through
my soul, let me draw on the beloved energies of the Creator to merge as one with my being.
I am one with my soul; I am one with the Creator.

Then sit focusing within your being or just
repeating the affirmation to yourself. You may feel a greater feeling of connection even if you cannot place what the connection
is with. It may be a connection with the Creator within you.

Gold Star Meditation part
One of Three: Preparation:
1. Sit in the chair with both feet flat on the
floor and your spine straight.
2. Place your hands over your solar plexus with
the right
hand over the left hand over the solar plexus in the curve of
the
ribcage. Place your left thumb over your right thumb in low point
of the sternum.
3. Close your eyes and allow your breathing
to become rhythmic by counting the in-breath and the out-breath. Remember that the whole universe has the same in-breath
and out-breath vibration and impulse.
You can focus your in -breath by counting “one”
in and out “two.” “One” is in your nose and “two” is out your mouth, so that you
are maximizing the intake of O2 and expelling CO2 out your mouth. You don’t want to do this too fast or too slowly.
The whole key to any healing —to any spiritual
work—is through breathing. It’s to quiet your physical, emotive, mental, and spiritual bodies—your
sheath, your well being—to a rhythmic in-breath and out-breath.
These are the mechanics of a safe way to close
your electrical circuits within your body, so only you have access to the energy within your spiritual self, within your Ring-pass-not,
which is your own soul.
The Ring-pass-not I describe to you as
a geometrical symbol of your physical body, which is a five-pointed gold star.
Begin Gold Star Meditation:
Gold is the color of replenishment.
Doing this practice on a daily basis (20-30
min/day) strengthens and aligns a person’s thinking processes with revelation which, of course, is the purpose of meditation:
to still the mind and be still to listen to what is called “the voice of silence.” What does your
own soul have to say to you? That is the place at which human beings can work with the divine beings. That is
the point of light that is the mediator.
A gold soul star is a mediator between the diamond
crystal soul, which is the true self (or the light body), and the personality.
Over time the monkey mind or chatter mind, left-brain
thinking will eventually quiet and will engage the right brain. It is very helpful, health-wise and spiritually, to
restore whole-brain thinking. And with this method you will sense the point in time at which you engage the left and
right brain, and whole-brain thinking begins to flow spontaneously and synergetically.
When whole-brain thinking is flowing spontaneously
and synergetically, you can take the focus of your thinking 8-10 inches above your head to the gold soul star. You can
sense it, you can feel it, and you can see this luminous, iridescent gold.
This gold is an esoteric color that has all
the colors in it. It is a replenishing color, in the five pointed gold star. It is a place to not only replenish
oneself, but to do healing by invoking one’s soul star to another person. Doing healing at that level is outside
of time
and space.
By just the fact that one is breathing rhythmically
and focused on the soul star, one is in a place to work with the divine beings and the universe in what is called the
etheric network. (The etheric network has nothing to do with the astral plane, the astral plane is not a spiritual place,
it is just the thoughts and feelings and patterns of humanity over historical times that need to be redeemed and cleaned up.)
Practice this preparation until you are comfortable
in your body, breathing smoothly and have a clear connection to the gold star radiating above your head. It is recommended
that you do this several times a day for a few days before adding in the next phases of the meditation. Being familiar
with this posture, breathing and visualization will allow it to be a
touchstone
for you to return to throughout the day. During the gold star meditation, this sense of yourself will be the starting
point for connecting with the High Mountain Grid and the High Frequency Energies transmitting from Altai.
Part Two:
Affirm, Intend, Visualize and Manifest using the United Intention for the Altai Fellowship. To affirm is to know
the truth of this work, to trust the truth of this work.
Part Three:
Self Replenishment and healing. Grounding and Anchoring the High Frequency energies into the Earth.

of living in a world where nothing is urgent! In timelessness, there is no urgency. There are no deadlines. There is Everythingness
which is the same as Oneness.
In timelessness, what would there be that you
would have to hurry about? By the same token, what is there that you would take all the time in the world for? You would neither
hurry nor would you slow down. There would be forever or Eternity, yet you would not take forever. Timelessness would be the
same as foreverness.
In a world of timelessness, what could you do
if not be? You, who are the essence of Being, would recline in your Being and rise aloft.
Rise aloft now. Rise aloft now in your consciousness.
There is no height in the land of spacelessness that is too high for you. You can reach to the Sun. Actually, there is no
height for you to reach for, for you are already at the height of what I call perfection. You are, indeed, the perfect you.
From whatever angle you look at, you are you.
You are not someone else. You may put on someone else's clothes. You may wear a mask, yet, inevitably, you are you behind
the mask and any dishevelments you play around in.
Hail to this world of illusion, yet remember
the Real World that sits silent behind it. We could say that Silence hunkers around current events. There is no getting away
from Silence, yet you get away from it all the time. You may even run away from it, as if Silence were chasing you and it
was going to catch you. What is it about deep Silence that you are hesitant about or plain fearful?
Silence doesn't chase you. Silence is who you
are. Stand up for yourself. Take a break from noise. Noise hides Silence, but noise doesn't remove Silence. What is it that
you are afraid of? What is it that you think you will hear in Silence that will be too much for you?
You will hear the mist of love. You will be
taken over by love, for Silence is a state of love. It is a state of non-judgment. It is a state of acceptance.
In the world, you move forward. In Silence,
you sit still. You are in full lotus position, as it were. You are immoveable, and you move, and the world moves with you.
As I, God, sit in Silence, I move the world. The world is silent as I move it, and yet the gears of the world make noise.
Noise is heard in any case. And yet noise does not block out Silence.
The music of the spheres is the Silence of the
spheres.
Silence is all.
In Silence, love rises. In noise, love is sectioned
out. In noise, love becomes like playing patty cakes. Love is reduced. Love is partitioned, and love is used as though it
were a tool. Better to just love. Better to sit like Buddha and just let love beam out from you in ever-growing circles of
waves. Love is like your aura. It is there whether you see it or not.
You may think you do not know love, yet you
have known love. You would not be alive had you not known love. Even the cruelest of all have known love, and you are not
the cruelest of all.
We are going to erase cruelty from the world.
We are going to increase the evidence of love. We are going to sing the Silence of Love from the rooftops. Hear love in the
wind. Love has come to you. To you who are love, love has come in the whispers of the leaves.

There is a subtle Disclosure occurring now that
is quite promising in its ability to lead to the announcement that will be unmistakable for everyone on your planet. Watch
carefully for its effects as it ripples out from the source.
We wish to lay out a likely scenario for Disclosure
as it occurs on your planet. After the “Big Announcement,” there will be a time of several days to over a week
where there will be little else said officially on the topic. It is during this brief time that the greatest fear and misunderstanding
can spread. It is also during this time that all of you will be asked to do your part in maintaining your sense of balance
and calm and instilling it, by example, into all those who would otherwise panic. While the official channels will relay bits
and pieces of information during this time frame, nothing more of any impact will be released. However, that will not stop
the media and others from speculating, conjecturing, and fear mongering. The initial announcement will make it clear that
there is no hostility intended, but those who would whip up fear based on speculation will be hard at work nonetheless.
After that brief period post announcement, a
timetable will be set by the leaders of your world for a meeting with representatives from the Galactic Federation. We have
carefully selected a group to be the first to have open contact with you. This group will hopefully dispel much of the fear
that the people will have regarding our presence, our motives, and our technology as it relates to your safety. This group
will be presented to all media and will be available for any and all questions asked. There will be no topic not allowed,
no secret to be kept, no ulterior motive. We simply wish that all have access to the truth of who we are.
It is obvious that the First Contact group will
be of human appearance since this will carry the least impact emotionally and mentally on your species. Only later, when most
people have come to terms with our appearance and purpose here will those of us who have different appearances come forth.
We have no set timetable for this second group’s contact with you. Rather, we will assess your reaction to the First
Contact before we decide when best to make this appearance.
Most likely, after the First Contact, will come
our de-cloaking as we gradually allow you to witness our ships in a more open and unveiled way. These de-cloakings will occur
at a great distance at first, but there will be none of the elusiveness necessary to evade the Illuminati’s attempts
at take down. After this initial de-cloaking will come ever more closer fly-bys and, depending upon your reactions and state
of mind, we may de-cloak some of our great spacer fleet. This will be a decision based solely on your progress, as we are
quite aware that Hollywood has programmed your minds to associate craft of this size with hostility.
Once the initial contacts are complete, we will
begin, slowly, to come down not to your leaders, but to your masses, as it is you we wish to contact most of all. We will
do this first where we are felt to be most welcome, so that others, more hesitant and skeptical, can watch at a “safe”
distance and take note of what occurs. We will then invite you aboard to view our technology, answer your questions about
any topic (none are barred) and generally revel in our mutual friendship.
As further matters unfold with your leaders,
and as the plans already developed for you, economically, legally, and socially, are put into place, our appearance will become
more common place and we will begin to disseminate the truth about these times and what it means for your human species and
the Ascension process. This, our true goal for you, will unfold as a natural consequence of this contact.
This information will be overwhelming for some,
joyous for others, baffling for many. Truth on this scale will put some of you into states of near catatonia as you try to
sort out what is happening. Naturally, we will assist anyone who needs help in adjusting, either spiritually, mentally, or
emotionally. Our help is freely given with Joy and Love.
We give you this information so you may prepare
accordingly. When the time comes, things will move very quickly and we wish you to be as prepared as you can. Just like soldiers
in wartime, you can prepare as much as possible, but never be truly ready for the events that unfold. We stand ready to guide
you, in Love and deep admiration for you, our brothers and sisters.
